Breakfast was bad. I couldn't eat for 3 morning. It was not accommodating our diets, no healthy diet. I can't recommend to anyone to go and sleep there

Let them get their kitchen in order. Nothing was appealing when coming to food, we saw pink viennas, you wait for eggs 🥚 🪺 for over 20 minutes, dinning hall very small, could not accommodate everyone. No enough crockery, we were exchanging spoons.

We had a "secured" shuttle service at around 22:00 from the airport. Before take off from Cape Town I reminded them with all infos again: flight number, departure airport, arrival time. Nobody was there to pick us up. I had to call several times, then they sent the shuttle to the international terminal. After approx. 1 hour a driver arrived with a mini car. We had to put two suitecases on the passenger seat. It was extremly narrow. The next day they dared to ask 250R for this shuttle service which I refused to pay. The room beds were on two floors with only one wc at the upper floor. The matress of one bed was worn out.

It was terrible! The advertisment was false from booking.com and Europrime didn't take accountability. The family unit was a garage conversion with on toilet and two towels for everyone to use. The bathroom was in the main room upstairs with glass walls. Very inconvenient and not what was advertised. The breakfast was not worth it and the last day they ran out of food and have some other terrible looking polony. Wimpy would have been cheaper and better

The staff were very friendly.

I was there as I was working at a conference all weekend and needed to sleep but unfortunately the restaurant music was so loud and went on until 12:00am.

TV channels and no channels with SA sport. This is one thing that will keep me away from this hotel. Local news and sport are important.

Location, staff members and security was spot on.

The property owner needs to invest on floor carpet as ceramic tiles are too cold and room doesn’t give you that relaxing.

I reported around 6 the day I checked in that the shower head fell down while trying to shower and expected to be attended to. I did not get help at all until I checked out. But last day on my departure I loved service I got at the reception, I forgot my handbag at the reception and the lady made a way of it reaching me at airport before my departure with everything in order. Thank you

Everything was excellent, with the exception of the breakfast service. We were not informed that breakfast was only served until 10:00 AM. As a result, we arrived at 10:00 AM to find that the food was already finished and very little was available.

The place outside its very inviting and clean up market.They served us good breakfast at their kitchen which I was impressed.

I didnt like the aircon was not working properly,no macrowave if you need to warm your food.Neighbours children were running the corridors and their TV only played one channel.maybe bring your bottled water when you check in bcz there no tap unless you use the bathroom.

I asked for a refund, as I didn’t use their taxi service because the driver didn’t show up in time. I have never received it. I didn’t even received an answer from them after they say they would have done it. This is unacceptable. Will never come here again. Use uber if you have to.

It was amazing, clean rooms and very comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast 🍳 thanks to Charmaine her warm smile and for the amazing breakfast she always prepared for us.

Neighbors and doors audibly loud, one working 2 point plug available but not close enough to the desk to connect a laptop. Not quite suitable for business value such as Remote work, client calls and zoom meetings.

The balcony door was unable to lock. I asked for it to be fixed and they seemed reluctant to remove the plate that prevents the door from being locked. It was eventually sorted, after a further request and seemingly begrudgingly. Odd why they block a door from being locked. The room safe was also broken.

My room was not clean. I had to ask AFTER spending the night for it to be cleaned. It still wasn't satisfactory. For the price I paid l, I would have expected a better quality toilet paper. The basin plug was not closing. I reported it the next morning after blchecking in and nothing was done about it. I had to wait in the car after 5pm while my room was being "cleaned" even after I had reported immediately after 8 am that I'd be back after 3pm.

Staff at the reception/gate were very friendly. Danielle, who does the breakfast was a highlight - super friendly and accommodating. The area feels decent and I enjoyed some runs in the neighbourhood. The room was simple but I appreciated the kettle, clean sheets and towels and cozy blanket.

The room itself could have been slightly cleaner (I saw some hairs from previous guests on the floor). The building is a little outdated, and I was surprised by the staircase leading to a garage on the first floor (I wasn’t sure if the door at the bottom could properly lock). My balcony door could also not lock.

Found it very unprofessional to have to stand and wait at the security gate so the manager could check the room on departure. A bar fridge in the roo. Would have been nice. And perhaps some creamer of sorts for the tea and coffee.

A special shout out to Angelina who assisted on arrival, who went the extra mile to make our check in and stay very comfortable. The breakfast chef was also outstanding and set the tone for a great day. Excellent proximity to ORT, great restaurants and amenities.

I was booked in room011, room was not clean, long hair on the floor. The shower soap bottle that is on the wall was empty,so basically no soap, i was only told at the reception desk that my room has no fridge.

Excelente! Estuve una noche de paso por la escala de los vuelos. Habitación muy cómoda y amplia y limpia. La atención de Miranda en recepción a la llegada fue impecable.

There were confirm wrappers in the bin and I came to find out that they also have short 4 hour rentals on this rooms. So I’ll leave it up to you to imagine the type of place it is.
