Instalaciones excelentes. muy limpias. la vista al mar muy buena y de fácil acceso. La alberca muy limpia y adecuada para la familia. Un lugar muy tranquilo para descansar y disminuir el estres.

Tuvimos una estancia increíble en Las Palmas! Las villas son amplias, frescas y llenas de luz natural, perfectas para relajarse. Éramos una familia de seis adultos y un niño, y el espacio fue ideal para que todos estuviéramos cómodos. El servicio de limpieza pasaba todos los días y mantenía todo impecable y bien equipado con lo que necesitábamos. La ubicación es preciosa — muy privada, tranquila y cerca del aeropuerto. Nos encantó escuchar el sonido del mar, nadar en la alberca incluso bajo la lluvia y disfrutar de las noches de películas en la sala. Los juegos de mesa también fueron un gran detalle para pasar el tiempo. Además, reservamos un masaje privado en la villa a través de One Element, ¡fue una experiencia increíble y súper cómoda! El restaurante en el lugar fue otro de los grandes momentos de nuestra estancia. El Chef Nelson y su equipo son unos verdaderos expertos — la presentación de los platillos fue hermosa, la comida súper fresca y deliciosísima. Toda la experiencia fue digna de 5 estrellas. El personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre al pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Es un lugar perfecto para familias o grupos que buscan comodidad, privacidad y excelente servicio. Sin duda queremos regresar — ¡altamente recomendado!

We spent 12 nights at las palmas. It was our first time to Zihuatenejo and we weren’t disappointed with our choice. The room was as advertised and was cleaned for us daily so was always nice and clean and had a change of towels and linens regularly. Management were friendly and attentive when we needed anything. The restaurant was convenient but we like to cook our own meals so didn’t use it too much but was nice to be able to order drinks on the beach and the couple times we did eat the the food was good. There were great grocery stores in Zihuatenejo, we rented our own car so could tour around on our own. We always felt safe and had our two teenage kids with us. We did explore some of the dining options along playa Blanca which were always great and well priced. The beach at las Palmas isn’t great for swimming but is beautiful and quiet. Great for long walks, flying a kite or lounging in the beach loungers. You can drive to Barra de petosi and that beach is great for swimming and the lagoon is calm and shallow. We rented kayaks one day and explored the mangroves which was really fun. The town of Zihuatenejo was probably our favourite Mexican tourist town we have been to. People were really friendly and didn’t get hassled at all. Prices were reasonable and great restaurants to choose from. We also took a drive up to Troncones which was really nice and recommend for a day trip. Very happy we stayed at Las Palmas, keep in mind it’s very quiet here & away from crowds

Service was phenomenal. Felipe, Juan, Al, and every single staff member we encountered went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. Friendly and welcoming and so helpful. Bilingual. The villa was breathtaking, and we had the pools mostly to ourselves every day. Saw whales and dolphins at our beach.

Only complaint was the water in the showers never got very warm. The location is a bit out of the way, but it's so serene and private for that reason. Felt like our own private island.

Everyone there was amazing. It felt like we were the only ones there. Such a good value. Five minutes from the airport. Beautiful beach. Incredible food.

We could not sleep on the first night because of mosquitos, i'm not sure if the room has been cleaned. Because the sheets looked very tinty, I smell like dust. Also, lots of adds on two bathroom floor THERE WERE STOLEN ATTENDANTIS AT THE FRONT DESK UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING Find the later manager came over the next day, after I showed them and I complained about that shouldn't be the situation in a nice.Hotel, we spent five hundred dollars a night I was shocked by his answer. He said, this is normal.That's expected.What do I need to do about, i told him I need turn on client The sheets replaced addrespay the room wants & add funny coil to kill mosquitos. We can practice a room after breakfast. Everything was taken care of I said requested. There is no water in the room, either.We had to request it, also, they have him in the fridge, but I was empty. The restaurant staff are very nice, but they are very slow. I'm very forgetful. In many occasions, we have to remind them to bring the order, or salt & paper Sometimes they don't understand special request on some food. For example, I requested in my omelette.To make sure the onion will be extra walton.Sauteed onion Debrato omeletteAdd the onion was barely cooked, they put a fresh piece of onion on top of the unlid. It's like decoration The other meals do I think that day is heavy, tasty and well made.

The beach is not swimming, but it has been high tide

This place is really beautiful and well designed. Unfortunately we had issues with our suite. Many of the doors didn’t seal properly leaving sometimes a 1 inch gap to the outside. This led to many mosquitoes getting in the room and biting us while we tried to sleep. If you are worried about dengue or sika don’t come here because there is no way to keep mosquitoes out and no mosquito net on the bed. We told maintenance and they gave us raid and a mosquito racquet but didn’t really fix the issue. We had to buy tape and tape the gaps every night to help this issue. Sometime we killed up to 30 nosotros in the middle of the night. Also there were some maintenance issues we told them about but they also didn’t fix them. Shower head was broken and sink was clogged. Otherwise this place is paradise.

Love restaurant service- they were fantastic with their attention to detail and all around service! Always went above and beyond! Couldnt recommend them enough... Beach moderator and manager Hector and Francisco - due to this being a favorite area of nationals during the busy holiday time - we felt targeted becuz we were American (same rules didnt apply to all)

The villas were beautiful, the property grounds were well maintained and the staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The beach was also beautiful. You can walk for miles!

1. Our villa (B9) could use some newer kitchen supplies. Pots and pans were very old, knives extremely dull and no larger bowls or serving platters if you wanted to make and serve a family meal. 2. The property is located on Playa Blanca. While great to be in a more secluded location, it is very far from town and shops. An average taxi ride into town is $30-40 CDN dollars. Be aware of this when booking. If you want a quiet and secluded getaway, this is a great place. If you need more to do (entertainment, restaurants etc) you may want to consider staying closer to town.

El lugar es precioso, muy tranquilo y bien cuidado, la villa muy completa lo tiene todo la alberca no es muy grande, pero nunca estuvo saturada y bueno tienes alberca en tu villa , la playa enorme, de arena muy suave y las amenidades de la playa muy bien. El restaurante un poco caro y no hay mucha variedad pero la comida está rica.

This property was perfect for relaxation. It is gorgeous and the presidential villa was amazing. Every room was comfortable with adequate ac and the common area was large enough for a a family. The kitchen was large and had cooler with filtered water. The unit had it's own pool but we also enjoyed the infinity pool on the grounds. The only drawback was that the restaurant on the grounds closed its doors the day we arrived and there is nothing in the area so you must go out for meals or purchase food for the apt. Zihua was interesting and we did a few excursions including the day trip to isla de Ixtapa. This place is so beautiful with the views of pool, beach and amazing sunset and the staff was awesome that we will be back.

Desde la llegada en la recepción nos dijeron q como la villa que rentamos era particular q el dueño tenia q entregarnos la habitación, me tuve q comunicar con el dueño y me pidió un momento, después de esperar como vieron q ya habíamos bajado maletas por fin nos dejaron pasar a la villa, en la habitación había muchas hormigas en la cocina, hace falta mas iluminación ya que durante la estancia hasta el ultimo día q estuvimos por la noche encendieron las luces de las areas comunes, por que una vez q obscurece te tenias que salir de la alberca xq ya no se veía nada, considero q al restaurante le hace falta tener mas disponibilidad de los platillos q ofrece, al querer hacer check out tuvimos q dejar las llaves de la habitación en vigilancia ya q el personal llegaba mas tarde.

Rarely is a resort better than it appears in the marketing materials, but that is the case with Las Palmas, truly a hidden gem.

Kitchen facilities gave us options to cook. The restaurant on site was great too. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Missing a gym!

The entire staff was excellent!! We wanted a very quiet low key time in Zihuatenejo and that's exactly what we got. The property is beautiful with views and sunsets extraordinaire! The food at the one restaurant was exceptional. We will definetly be back

We liked the quiet location, the restaurant and the exceptional staff. The view was beautiful. And, there were plenty of umbrellas and lounges by the pools and the restaurant. The restaurant service right to you on the beach was fabulous.

Having to take a taxi to town. BUT if it were closer to town in wouldn’t have been quiet. You can’t have it both ways.

The property itself was fantastic. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. The beach is fantastic! The only issue we had was with the Expedia booking. We were provided with misleading or just straight out incorrect information. I expect better from Expedia.

The property was beautiful and the staff was so very helpful. The food and the servers were also so very helpful. Special thanks to Francisco, Thomas and the rest of the staff. Beware of taxis. They over charge. Don't get in one without determining price.

Such a beautiful property right on the beach. It is quiet and peaceful with very few visitors.

The bed mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The couch was very small and uncomfortable as well.

Yo me animé a reservar en este lugar porque vi muy buenos comentarios en la descripción. Y al llegar, la verdad quedé muy satisfecha. Excelentes instalaciones, todo funcional, te explican desde un principio el reglamento del residencial, lo cual también nos da mucha seguridad. La limpieza del lugar excelente, tanto en las habitaciones como en áreas comunes. El lugar ideal para vacacionar.

The property is really beautiful, the villas are spacious, well equipped, well decorated and very well taken care of. The open lanai-like feel is lovely. The grounds, pool and beach front are all wonderful. Carlos at the front desk was very hard working and helpful.

Breakfast was OK, not wonderful, though our waiter was great. The beach was lovely and quiet, but a bit remote for people who want to be in the middle of things. There was a misunderstanding about whether parking from the airport would be paid for by the hotel - it was not.

We had a terrific stay at Las Palmas. The property is pretty far out of town so there are no crowds on the beach, in fact hardly anyone at all. Las Palmas was not fully booked the week we were there but I think it would still be relatively quiet and not crowded at the two pools or at the palapas on the beach even if it were. The Restaurant, Cantinita de Zihuatenajo was excellent. Fresh fish and produce with friendly and attentive service. If booking through Expedia, it tells you to contact at least 24 Hours in advance if you need late checkin. I tried several days in advance and didn’t hear which made me nervous. The night before departure, Carlos Lopez contacted us via what’s app and he was super helpful. He arranged airport transfer, stayed late to let us in and show us around and then booked a taxi into town later that week. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to someone looking for peace and quiet with good food and service.

Modern building, friendly staff, delicious food, very clean place, our Villa with open view was stunning.

If you place order at the restaurant, pls be patient, may take a while. Everything was great, but there is one thing , the ocean is very powerful and loud , during the night you hear waves all the time like they behind your window, if its not bothering you this place is perfect .

El lugar es espectacular. El diseño de las habitaciones, la belleza de la playa, la atención del personal, todos inmejorables. Hay que considerar que el lugar está alejado de tiendas y servicios. Si bien el restaurante en la propiedad da una atención excepcional, el acceso a tiendas/otros restaurantes es limitado. Uno de los mejores lugares que he visitado para escapar de la ciudad y tener un momento tranquilo. Excepcional.

An excellent place to be, it's quiet, really clean and safety, the rooms are amazing, but the mainly reason are the people: really nice, gently and servicial. The place is in really good shape, all clean and the details and maintenance of the property are excellent.

It's a great place, the beach is clean and they're a just a little bit of persons around, so very quiet place. But is open ocean and you have to be careful if you dont know swim. I went with my 3 young children and had to be watching them in the beach. So, if you are looking a nice and quiet beach to swim I don't recommend because it has strong waves and tide.

Everything was wonderful. The two pools were sparkling and very well maintained. The staf were all hard workers who went out of their way to make sure we wanted nothing.

I would have liked the ocean to be a bit calmer and swim friendly, but, of course, nobody can control that!

The only drawback is that the beach is not swimmable because of riptides. The property is 10 miles from the town of Zihuatanejo, so a taci to town is necessary for restaurants or shopping. Perfect “do-nothing” spot.

the beach was impeccable and right in front of the property. on the pacific, so rough surf and had constant undertow because of the big rocks off shore creating current close to shore. close to tortoise sanctuary, eco park, airport (but not noisy). short cab ride into Zihua.

Beautiful space!

The restaurant is separate from the hotel, and staff there weren’t that great. Felt expensive for Mexico as it was very secluded and not much staff around or options for food/drinks. I’ve stayed elsewhere in Mexico and spent less with more attentive service.

We loved the Villas from the beginning & the people that work there are so friendly & nice. A fruit/vegetable truck sometimes comes so you can get everything fresh!! We loved the privacy but the thing we loved the most was one of the waiters in the restaurant (Raymundo) he was an angel & made sure we had the best service & he’s honestly the reason we’ll be back soon! He cooks amazing food but our favorite was the flamed shrimps & the flamed bananas!! Overall our stay was exactly what we expected & we definitely recommend it.

Our villa was wonderful. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The beach and view is amazing. It is quiet and relaxing while being just a short and easy drive to all the activities in Zihuatanejo.

This resort was everything we wanted. It was luxurious, quiet, relaxing, on the ocean, had a beach where it was possible to swim, had great food, and had amazing service. We will be back. The resort is composed of privately owned villas that are available for rental. There is a front desk with concierge service, daily maid service, a restaurant, and other hotel amenities. The villas are spacious, beautiful, well- equipped, and the furnishings are high-end. They have mini-split air conditioning and heating. All the villas face the ocean and have vernadas with tables and chaise lounges. The grounds are beautiful and beautifully maintained as are the two pools. The staff is attentive, friendly, polite, and go out of their way to be helpful. Finally, if you fly to Zihua-Ixtapa Airport, this is a very convenient resort. Even so, we did not experience any airport noise. Some caveats -- If your ideal vacation is the Cancun hotel strip and clubbing, this is not the place for you. Las Palmas is a place to go to decompress and relax. The second caveat is that if you have mobility problems, this may not be the place for you. This is not a high rise with elevators. There are steps and long walkways.

This place was absolutely perfect and gorgeous. I loved that it was close to the airport but just outside of the city. It made for a quiet and relaxing vacation. I loved that there is a big plunge pool right out on the patio and that the beach is just out of your villa. The restaurant at Las Palmas never disappointed. The food was absolutely delicious. If you dont feel like going into town and need a few things they can have whatever you need delivered. This place is the perfect get away.

Precioso lugar, excelente playa, segura y sin gente; buena atención, las villas en buen estado, la vista de las villas maravillosa, albercas en buen estado. Solo falta comunicación entre el administrador del condominio y el que renta.

Fue muy buena la experencia en general la villa esta super , la alberca , vista y playa mucha tranquilidad

Esta fue mi 2da visita al estableciemiento, me encanta la zona y el lugar. Lamentablemente esta vez mi experinecia no fue la mejor, mi check inn se retraso por viajar con mascota (en ningun lugar de expedia o del hotel se pregunta si viajas con mascota, solo se indica que el establecimiento es pet friendly) , no estaba lista la habitacion. tardo 1.5hrs aprox, amablemente nos invitaron bebidas al rest. La habitacion fue de muy mal estado: No agua caliente, no servia el jacuzzi de la habitacion, no servia la cladera del jacuzzi, no servia la luz del jacuzzi, el internet dejo de funcionar, el sistema Sky de TV no sirvio, las puertas corredizas de cristal de la terraza se descompuso. Todo trataron de arreglar pero tomo mucho tiempo e idas y vueltas al lobby para reportar las molestias, al final quedo sin funcionar el agua, el sky, la luz y la ventana. Todavia al hacer el check out se me indico un cobro de lavado de sabanas extra (en adicion a la cuota cobrada del establecimiento por concepto de hospedarse con mascota) por descuido de mi mascota, no importa la cantidad sino la sensibilidad de no tomar en cuenta todos los pormenores que se tuvieron duante mi estancia y de haber podido mejorar la experiencia al cliente. Al final todo se cobro cmo si todo hubiera sido conforme a la expecttativa del costo y a lo esperado.

If rest and relaxation are your goals, Las Palmas is the place. We were one of only a few other couples and families at the resort. The beach is beautiful and though the waves are big, the water is clear and warm and you can wade waist deep in the surf. The pool is stunning and clean and offers fantastic views of the ocean. We split our time between the pool, beach and the hammock in our private beachfront yard. We also really enjoyed our private plunge pool. I didn't notice whether room service was an option, so we brought as much beer, water and snacks as we had room for in our luggage and it came in handy. The service at the beach and poolside is great and beers were only 35 pesos. If you want a mixed drink though, like a Pina Colada, it will cost more like 130 pesos. The prices at the restaurant were a little steep, probably more than what you would pay at a mid to higher end American restaurant. Our breakfasts were about $50US and our dinners came closer to $100. That said, the food is great and the chef was very accommodating. Our room was beautiful and breezy, but the shutters and sliding doors left room for critters to make themselves at home. Would've been a very comfortable sleep on a modern and plush bed if it weren't for the unwanted guests. Housekeeping was thorough and came each day, replenishing towels and water each day. The service left nothing to be desired. Las Palmas is a treasure and we can't wait to plan our next trip here.

The condo was excellent--spacious, decor was impeccable and proximity to pools and beach fabulous! The location is close to the airport but NO airport noise, no hawkers of jewelry or stuff, very quiet and relaxing and beautiful. Wish the towels were ready and a bit more explanation (maybe written) about the location of things, menu at the restaurant, taxi costs, surrounding area sights etc. We didn't find the boogie boards until the next day--was it okay to use their coffee? just simple things/instructions would be nice--a brochure of the entire area too.

La ubicación y las instalaciones son excelentes. Hay poca comunicación, atención y servicio hacia los huéspedes por parte del staff. Llegamos al hotel y nadie no teníamos toallas para alberca, playa o baño. Había un reglamento el cual nos enteramos 2 días después.
