Un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Tour Khalef ! L’hôtel est très agréable, bien situé, avec de belles installations et un personnel vraiment chaleureux et attentionné. La chambre était confortable, l’ambiance agréable et le restaurant proposait une bonne variété de plats. Je tiens à remercier tout particulièrement Rafika à la réception, toujours souriante, disponible et très professionnelle. Un grand merci également à Mohammed au restaurant, pour sa gentillesse, son attention et son excellent service. Une équipe qui contribue vraiment à rendre le séjour agréable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

L’accueil du personnel

Nous étions trois adultes et avions réservé une chambre familiale avec deux lits doubles. Malheureusement, à notre arrivée, la chambre qui nous avait été attribuée était dans un état de propreté très insuffisant : présence de cheveux, traces de doigts sur les miroirs, ainsi que de nombreux moustiques. Face à ces conditions, j’ai immédiatement refusé cette chambre. À la réception, la personne responsable nous a finalement proposé une chambre double avec un lit d’appoint. J’ai accepté cette solution, bien qu’elle ne corresponde pas à la chambre familiale que j’avais initialement réservée et payée. Je regrette toutefois qu’aucun geste commercial ne m’ait été proposé pour compenser ce changement. J’avais en effet payé pour une chambre familiale avec deux lits doubles et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans une chambre double avec un simple lit d’appoint, ce qui représente une prestation inférieure à celle réservée. Je trouve cette situation particulièrement regrettable, d’autant plus que nous avons dû changer de chambre dès notre arrivée en raison de son état de propreté.

We spent 3 nights in the resort and we really enjoyed it. The room were specious, the staff was friendly and the food was surprisingly good. I also very much enjoyed the swimming pool!

We didn’t have electricity for one night, even though it was supposed to fixed in the evening, we had to follow up and only got it back in the morning.

Je suis dessus de comportement de deux agents dans le restaurant. Le jacuzzi du picine panne durant tt le séjour Mauvaise odeur côté les chambres 123b C'la première fois que j'ai revisité un hôtel pour Un séjour de vacances car j'ai bien aimé en 2023. mais après ce dernier séjour c'fini pour tour khalaf, j'espère que l'administration prend soin de l'hôtel pour l'avenir.

Un excellent séjour avec une équipe très accueillante et professionnelle. Je tiens à remercier particulièrement Rafika et Faredj à la réception pour son accueil et sa gentillesse ainsi que Fatma et Khaoula les femmes de chambre pour leur travail et leur attention. Merci également à Amine à la réception pour sa disponibilité et à Amine Tabeti au restaurant pour son excellent service. Toute l’équipe a contribué à rendre mon séjour agréable. Une belle expérience avec un personnel souriant serviable et à l’écoute. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et je reviendrai avec plaisir.

La habitación con goteras por aire acondicionado, la caja fuerte no funcionaba, la puerta de la tarrraza estropeada. Se comunico varias veces a recepción del hotel . Quedaron que lo arreglarían pero en los cuatros días no se solucionó nada. Para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas la habitación estaba muy destartalada, más bien parecía de un hotel de 3 estrellas

Not much at all! Review feedback on why I’d recommend staying away.

ABYSMAL. Shocked by the positive reviews I’m honestly baffled by how many positive reviews this hotel has. At best it’s a 3 star property, not the 5 star experience advertised, and I can only assume the people leaving glowing reviews haven’t stayed at a genuine 5 star resort. Food and hygiene The food was disgusting: overcooked meat, poor cuts, and smoked salmon served warm because of the heat in the dining room. I got salmonella and was ill for 4 days, unable to eat breakfast, lunch, or dinner for 3 of them. “Clean” plates regularly still had food residue on them. There was enormous food and drink wastage, with entire bottles put on the table and no option to just order a glass of Coke Zero or wine. My partner is coeliac, and there was almost no understanding of gluten-free requirements among the kitchen staff. Some staff got it and were genuinely helpful, but others clearly didn’t, proven when they brought out a “gluten-free” order that was a wheat baguette. He was ill the entire trip because of the lack of understanding. Dining room Utter chaos. No urgency to clean tables between sittings, so if you didn’t arrive right at opening you’d get a dirty table. Staff huffed and puffed if you asked for clean cutlery, despite clearing cutlery after every single bite. Cleanliness and smell The hotel stank throughout, with hallways and corridors smelling of sewage or urine. The shower gel provided was awful; the toiletries need changing entirely. Health and safety also felt like an afterthought. I noticed hanging fixtures in an accessible hallway. Beach Sellers aren’t allowed near the sunbeds but shout across the beach at you all day regardless. Worth choosing a sunbed further back from the front two rows to escape it. Staff and other guests The staff themselves were lovely, friendly and accommodating. Alem in particular was a fantastic maid, and our room was kept spotless throughout.

Il m’ont présenté 3 chambres la 1ere ça sent très mauvais et plusieurs endroit pas propre j’ai les photos et j’ai même une vidéo La 2eme c’est vraiment catastrophique la personne qui nous a présenter la chambre elle m’a dis que ya eux des dégâts des eaux qui on pas encore réparer ça sentais l’humidité et la moisissure de partout et la au finale il m’on proposer une chambre au 3 eme étage mais il mon rien donner même un lit bébé que j’ai demander au près de Booking Il m’on proposer de tester la nuit sans payer et sans mettre des frais et au final il m’on facturer la nuit a 423 euros alors qu’on a passer 2 voir 3h entrain de chercher une chambre on a pas manger la première nuit tous les services on fermer et le lendemain il m’on fais payer 423 et il m’on obligé de quitter la chambre à 11h

I had a fantastic stay at Tour Khalef and was impressed by the warm hospitality and professionalism of the staff. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making my stay truly relaxing. The hotel's facilities, especially the pool and beach access, were excellent. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food every morning. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend Tour Khalef to anyone visiting Sousse.

There was one time I asked for a blanket but I never had it.

Just returned from 10 days - had a great holiday with family. We had 2 rooms booked one the suite with separate bedroom and one a double. Both rooms were perfect and the housekeeping staff kept them sparkling throughout - cannot fault cleanliness at all. Pool was great - we stuck to the salt water pool and the temp was perfect - even when the heat hit mid 40's still refreshing when taking a dip. Add to the sunbed service for drinks and it was great. We only went to beach one day - but loved it - again drinks service to sunbed. It was clean and we were entertained watching the sellers walk along beach but never bothered as they are not allowed past the sunbed line. Food was mostly good - breakfast omlettes were amazing cooked to order - sometimes at night the food could have been a bit hotter - snack bar was great for lunch - staff always ensured you had a table quickly and were great supplying drinks We spent most of the nights on terrace bar and want to call out Hamza for his exceptional service - every night made us laugh and kept us topped up with drinks - even when it was busy busy with football being on. We ventured out to Medina and would recommend - small tip is to turn your all inclusive band inside out to stop people telling you they work at your hotel and trying to take you to their relatives shop. It sells everything and the chat is fantastic. Overall hotel was great - we would definately consider a return visit.

This hotel delivers a first class experience as always. All staff from the cleaning and household staff up to the top management and all departments in between, need to be praised for the service they give. lt has staff that will go far beyond what is expected and are always helpful and genuinely care about their guests. Rooms are well kept, food is plentiful and varied, bars are well kept, pools are cleaned daily and the beach and beach staff are great. What more could you want for your holiday? You get the added bonus of making new firm friends, of the staff who remember you once you have been at the Tour Khalef more than once. l have not mentioned the animation team as it changes twice a year but from previous experience they work hard and certainly entertain the guests.

I’d read reviews before I came here and the staff were very highly rated, after spending a week here with my husband and teenagers, I can understand why. They really do go all out to make you feel special and nothing is too much trouble for them. Rafika at reception was so welcoming on our arrival, our maids Amol and Laila were so friendly, cleaned our rooms well and left us beautiful flowers or decorated our rooms - such a special touch. Entertainment team work such long hours and are always so cheerful and friendly, special shout out to Fifi, AJ and my absolute favourite Light - the banter he had with my kids was just brilliant. Lifeguards and pool bar staff, again nothing was any trouble and were always super friendly. Another special shout out to the one and only Hamza at the terrace bar! Ask him for a ‘Hamza Special’ cocktail, have no idea what was in it but became my favourite drink all week. Hamza’s banter and sarcasm was also on point. Honestly I could spend all day just bigging up the staff. Hotel was beautiful, I know a lot of people are not keen on the salt water pool but I’ve never spent so much time in a pool - loved it. I am a picky eater and still found food everyday, has been one of the best all inclusive food I’ve been to. The beach is a must, makes you feel like you’re in the Caribbean, just beautiful. I usually like to travel to different places but I’m on way home from work now to book again! Genuinely looking forward to going back. Great job all, see you all next year 😊

We stayed at Hotel Tour Khalef in Tunisia for one week as a family of four: myself, my partner and our two daughters, aged 14 and 16. I have broken the review into sections to make it easier to read. Arrival and check-in Security at the airport took a long time, and the transfer to the hotel took nearly two hours because of traffic. Our coach set off at around 10pm. When we arrived at the hotel, check-in was quite confusing. Everyone had paperwork to complete, but there appeared to be only one person checking in a large number of guests. After a long journey, the process could have been much better organised. The room We stayed in a Deluxe Superior Family Room with a sea view overlooking the back of the hotel. Our room was spacious, and we had plenty of wardrobe space. However, the girls’ adjoining room had no storage, so they had to live out of their bags for the week. The beds were large and extremely comfortable, and the blackout curtains worked very well. This was particularly important because temperatures reached around 45–47°C on most days, so we were very grateful for the air conditioning. The bathroom was excellent, and the towels were generally changed frequently. However, there was one day when we were left without any towels. The shower-gel dispenser also ran out and was not replaced. The fridge in the room was barely cold and remained completely empty throughout the holiday. I would have expected at least some bottled water or soft drinks in a hotel advertised as five-star. Even a cold beer waiting in the fridge would have been a welcome touch. Food and restaurants The main buffet restaurant was good, although it became extremely busy. It regularly ran out of plates, which was frustrating. There was plenty of food available, with a good variety, and everything we tried was well cooked. The restaurant service was also good throughout our stay. The house wine was disappointing. There was no choice of wine, and the one provided tasted quite cheap compared with other five-star all-inclusive resorts we have visited. The snack bar during the day was very good and offered a surprising amount of choice, including candyfloss. There is also a restaurant and bar near the beach, which becomes an à la carte restaurant in the evening. This was easily the best meal we had during our stay. Pools There are two main pools: one saltwater pool and one freshwater pool. We spent most of our time around the saltwater pool, which was lovely. We were always able to find sunbeds, although the pool itself was not really large enough for the number of guests. At busy times, there was not much room to swim, and we were mostly left standing and wading around. Service around the pool was good. Some of the waiters were excellent, friendly and always happy to have a laugh with guests. The main pool bar could become very busy and often appeared understaffed. At weekends, the hotel allows local day-pass guests into the resort. This made the pool areas noticeably busier. Beach We did not use the beach very much because there were jellyfish in the sea, and one of our daughters was stung on the second day. The beach itself was pleasant, and there were activities available, including volleyball and boules. However, because of the extreme temperatures, we preferred to stay near the pool. Evening entertainment The evening entertainment was very poor. Unfortunately, the acts were generally of a low standard and did not feel suitable for a five-star resort. This was probably the weakest part of the holiday and really let the hotel down. Excursions We booked a camel-riding excursion through Ali Baba, who regularly walks around the pool area selling trips. The camel ride was enjoyable and well organised. We also went horse riding, but this was quite poor and is not something I would recommend. Gym The hotel gym did not have air conditioning, which made it almost unusable in temperatures approaching 45°C. This was a major oversight, particularly for a hotel claiming to offer five-star facilities. Staff The staff were the best part of the hotel. They were brilliant throughout our stay and regularly went above and beyond to help us. They were friendly, hardworking and made a genuine effort to ensure guests enjoyed themselves. Overall I am not sure that we would return, mainly because we have stayed at other five-star resorts that offered better facilities, drinks and entertainment. However, considering the price we paid, Tour Khalef provides very good value for money. The rooms were comfortable, the food was enjoyable, the pool areas were pleasant and the staff were outstanding. It is a good family hotel and a great option for those looking for an affordable all-inclusive holiday, but I would describe it as a good four-star experience rather than a true five-star resort.

L'animation pas satisfaisant répétitive là-même musique et même chanson chaque jour et c'était le programme de l'année dernière. Le team de l'animation ne fait pas l'effort au niveau des 5 étoiles de l'hôtel. Il présente pas la musique tendance et la nouveauté. Il présente surtout pas la culture arabe et même tunisienne que parfois on écoute moins les mélodie orientale. Alors que les touristes viennent pour découvrir l'identité tunisienne en tunisie alors qu'ils trouvent des dance occidentale ...j'ai déjà réclamer chez l'hôtel j'espère qu'il prendre ça en considération .je vais revenir l'année prochaine ala même hôtel en espérant qu'il y aura des changements à l'animation

Tour Khalef Hotel is a beautiful hotel. We stayed here for 11 nights. Very clean rooms and throughout the hotel. Food was a variety plenty of options, decent food. The staff was pleasant and couldn't do enough for you. Especially Syrinf (front end receptionist) she helped us with any enquiry we had. All the staff are pleasant and very polite. We liked it so much we have booked again for next year. I would really recommend this hotel. Lovely food, lovely people and beautiful scenery.

Staff are at the hotel entrance are rude day and night shift. Rooms are stinky. Spa employees not welcoming people and needs to be more polite specially with families coming just for relaxation. Very poor experience overall.

We just got back from our stay at Jaz Tour Khalef. This was my boyfriend's and my first vacation together, and after reading so many great reviews, we decided to book this hotel. We can honestly say it did not disappoint! The pool, beach, and rooms were all amazing, but what we appreciated the most was the incredible staff. A special thank you to our breakfast server. Unfortunately, we forgot to ask his name, but he was the gentleman with no hair. Every morning he greeted us with a big smile and a friendly wave, and he always made sure our coffee was ready at our table. It was such a lovely way to start each day. Our lunch and dinner server was Snoussi. I could say so many wonderful things about him. I almost shed a tear when we had to say goodbye after two weeks. He always lit up when he saw us walking into the buffet restaurant, had our table ready, and even remembered our drink order. You could truly see the passion he has for his work and the genuine care he shows every guest. We actually looked forward to every meal because of him. We would also like to give a shout-out to the lobby bar server. We didn't get his name either, but he wore transparent glasses and knew us as "the cheese couple" 🧀😉. Every evening, he made sure our glasses were never empty and prepared fresh cocktails for us right away. His service was outstanding and always came with a smile. The food and drinks offered throughout our stay were excellent, and the service made our holiday even more special. We would definitely recommend Jaz Tour Khalef to anyone looking for a wonderful holiday. We can't wait to come back! Ps: my bf did not like his face on the photo so i blurred it!

Beautiful hotel and from the moment we arrived it had the feeling of peace and tranquility. Beautifully clean and all the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. It’s the best food I have experienced in the 30 plus years we have been going to AI hotels and felt I had found my forever hotel.

What an amazing holiday. We have visited Tunisia many times and this hotel has been the best yet. Nice comfy rooms tea and coffee in room as well as free access to the safe. Bathroom was lovely. Pool area was great plenty of beds although some people do go down early and put towels on..there is a sign saying any towels left on beds with no one on them will be removed after an hour- i wish they would do this as we saw many towelled beds that were empty all day. The beach is lovely too and both pool and beach have waiters that will bring your drinks to you. The pool and beach toilets are the cleanest I've ever seen. The food in this hotel is amazing and never once did we struggle there is so much choice. Visited snack bar a few times as closer to the beach. You must try the a la carte restaurants yhe Tunisian was our favourite and was very romantic setting by the pool and a saxonphonist playing. My advice don't eat too much during the day as the food portions are very big from starters then soup, main desert and sweet treats with tea. Evening entertainment standard things but very nice seating areas and again waiters come to your tables. What really makes this hotel is the staff and I mean everyone one of them do such a great job and nothing is too much trouble I never visit same hotel twice but it was so great am looking at next year

منتجع رائع وجميل . 1- الاخت رفيقه والاخوان وسيم ومنير كانوا رائعون حيث كان استقبالهم جميل لي وبكل ود واحترام . 2- الشابه موظفت الامن في مدخل الفندق التي تلبس نظاره محترمه وبشوشه 3- طاقم البوفيه جميعهم رائعون و مبتسمون 4- طاقم الترفيه خليل ورفاقه رائعون وكذالك سوسو حيث هي من تعرف التعامل مع طفلتي لبنى . 5- الاخت فاطمه من اشرفت على جناحي كانت محترمه ورائعه . 6- حجزت غرفتين 419 وكانت جميله لكن جناح 412 والذي يحتوي على غرفتين لم تكن جيده وفيها رائحه كريهه منبعثه من الحمام .. بنظري جناح لايليق بالفندق نهائيا . شكرا لكم وعلى حسن الضيافه .

The service throughout our stay was excellent. The staff were kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. A special thank you to Rafika at the front desk, who was exceptionally friendly and professional. We also greatly appreciated the hard work of the housekeeping team and all the other staff members, who made our stay enjoyable. However, the reservation process before our arrival was unfortunately very stressful. Despite multiple email exchanges with the reservations team, they did not confirm receipt of our payment, even though it had already reached their bank several days before our arrival. This uncertainty caused unnecessary stress, and the payment was only confirmed about 30 minutes before we arrived at the hotel. We hope the reservation process can be improved, as it did not reflect the high standard of service we experienced during our stay.

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold på hotellet. Personalet var utroligt venligt, hjælpsomt og altid smilende. En særlig tak til Rafika i receptionen for hendes varme velkomst og store hjælpsomhed under hele vores ferie. Værelset var rent og komfortabelt, maden var varieret og velsmagende, og servicen var i top. Vi følte os virkelig godt taget imod og kan varmt anbefale hotellet til andre. Vi kommer meget gerne tilbage.

Location: Location is good. There are nearby supermarkets and shops and you are a 10 minute taxi drive away from the Medina and Port Kantaoui which are lovely and very picturesque. Atmosphere: There is a very good atmosphere at the hotel. It strikes an effective balance between relaxed but there is also enough going on to create a vibrant buzz around the place. There is good entertainment throughout the day with a fantastic entertainment team. There is foam parties in the pool, water polo, synchronised dancing performances amongst your standard activities. Never a dull moment. The evening entertainment is particularly poor. The standard of shows put on are poor. However, the entertainment team delivered a white party which I would consider one of the best entertainment shows I have been a part of with fireworks, foam and a live DJ performance. It was incredible! Rooms: The rooms are very nice. We had a sea view room and was excellent. Bathroom is spacious and marble designed. Value: Value for money is really good all around. Cleanliness: One of the cleanest hotels I have been to. There are cleaners constantly cleaning everywhere you go! It is spotless. Noise level: There are two pools that offer relaxation and another pool that is more lively with activities, games and music. Rooms wise there was never any noise to disturb. Location wise it is fairly quiet surroundings. Service: This would be the reason I would return in a heartbeat. The service is fantastic, the workers are the friendliest I have ever met. They do not expect tips, they do this because they’re genuinely nice people and care about the service they provide. I would like to take this opportunity to give a huge thank you to Ali who works in the Lobby Bar, he made our holiday absolutely fantastic. He is one of the friendliest, most genuine people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He made my fiancee and I amazing cocktails which he delivered all of the time and did so with the biggest smile on his face. I really hope his manager sees this review and gives Ali the praise and rewards he deserves for making our holiday so special. Thank you Ali. The service at the beach bar was average. Not bad but by no means good. Some days they don’t have certain drinks, some days they would make cocktails but then on other days they would say they don’t serve cocktails here. You would be on your loungers and you’d be offered drinks, to which you’d say yes, and they’d never appear. The lifeguard at the beach was fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating. The lifeguard at the relaxation pool was a bit bizarre. You have to get up quite early to reserve beds as everyone in the hotel seems to get up early to do so, and when we went down to the pool at around 10:00 (after reserving the beds at 7:30) it was disappointing to see he had moved our towels above his chair but nobody else’s. He denied this and said the other lifeguard did it but when I confronted him he also denied it. It was very strange but an experience which could’ve been avoided. It was very strange that nobody else’s had been moved. The drinks are nice but the alcohol measures can be brutal (maybe I’m just a bit soft). The coffee machine is self service and is delicious. We had two massages which were absolutely amazing and highly recommend. The food is arguably the best I’ve had at an all inclusive, not too repetitive and a huge variety. Lots of nice additional features such as chocolate fountains, a dedicated pasta and pizza station amongst lots more. Very, very good. Overall, despite a few incidents and minor issues, this was a fantastic holiday and I would highly recommend booking Tour Khalef - just to see Ali alone and one of his amazing cocktails! Thank you.

This is our second visit to the hotel, we did a short stay earlier in the year. This time we spent 2 weeks here. We enjoyed the hotel with the staff being amazing and attentive and always made sure you had a drink. Downside is the beach due to reserving beds for non guests and paid hotel guests not being able to use certain areas on the beach but they can use hotel beds and a issue with security there. Rooms a little dated with drawers that do not shut properly and some dirt noticed. Restaurant overall had good choice despite being a fussy eater found something to eat, some food was cold at times which is a shame. Pool area is lovely, main sunbeds get reserved very early usually by lifeguards and then no one around for hours. Outside hotel is some nice little shops to the right which is not too expensive. Grounds are lovely. Entertainment staff are really good and offer a lot of activities if want to get involved. Evening entertainment needs to be changed when around for 2 weeks as is repetitive.

Everything Food was great quality and now just show off it was fresh and quality Reception team was amazing Imed Ayed went above and beyond to make sure our rooms were prefect and personally came out to explain where our pick up etc be as he was off on departure day People like him are an asset to the business Nice great time overall - will come back

The location was great, the hotel is large and very modern and clean. We loved the pool and slide. Cleaners were amazing! We were allowed 2 cots for both our babies! The shower pressure was great. Lovely balcony with amazing views! The air conditioning was brilliant too.

Had to pay for the sauna facility. The all inclusive food is only open certain times (which is usually fine, but out of hours is bit hard with kids).

The staff make ur stay. They are so accommodating.

I had no dislikes

There were many food options, the swimming pools were really pleasant and the nearby beach was superb.

The facilities were so outdated, in particular de rooms, that there was a roach problem although they were cleaning continuosly and a large part of the staff was blatantly focused on the tips.

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after. Every member of staff was friendly, professional, and always happy to help. The hotel had a warm, family-friendly atmosphere that made travelling with children easy and enjoyable. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained, and the overall environment was relaxed, safe, and inviting.

It’s a nice hotel with a lovely well maintained beach and gardens. The pool area looked good as well. I liked the food and they have plenty of options. Overall, I would be happy to go there again.

The bed and bathroom were clean but furniture (wardrobes, tv table, nightstands) need to be clean too for the price. I value good service and Tunisians are friendly people. However, it felt like some of the personnel would stick around so you tip even for something super minor.

Die Speisen und die Getränke sind top, besonders der Fisch ist täglich sehr frisch und sehr gut. Es gibt jeden Tag sehr leckeres Essen. Die Masseurin Frau Takwa ist die beste Masseurin bei der ich je war. Vielen Dank an den Chef an der Rezeption der mir ein tolles Zimmer gab. Der Strand ist sehr sauber und es gibt reichlich liegen. Die Aufzüge sind extrem schnell und immer verfügbar.

-viele Kinder -viele Pärchen -nervige Spießer am Strand -Restaurant die nicht im Hotel wohnen aber dorthin kommen um zu stören -nur eine Masseurin ist sehr gut (Takwa) der Rest ist unhöflich und massiert nicht gut -Mitarbeiter an der Saftbar und Obstbar sind unfreundlich und unprofessionell -Toilette war sehr eng im Badezimmer

One of the highlights was the excellent food, with a wide variety of options available every day to suit different tastes. What truly made our experience exceptional was the professionalism and hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Leith and Fradj, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. No matter the inquiry or request, they consistently found a solution and ensured that everything was taken care of promptly. Overall, the combination of the stunning seaside location, excellent facilities, diverse dining options, and outstanding service made our stay memorable. We would gladly return and highly recommend the hotel to others.

One area that could be improved is the room temperature control. Since the air conditioning is centrally controlled, the room could become quite warm at times, and guests have limited ability to adjust the temperature to their comfort. More individual control over the room climate would greatly enhance the overall guest experience

L’établissement est propre et bien entretenu. L’emplacement est très agréable avec un accès à une belle plage. La piscine est grande, propre et agréable pour se détendre. Le cadre général de l’hôtel est vraiment appréciable.

L’animation s’arrête assez tôt, vers 22h, et il n’y a plus vraiment d’ambiance ensuite. De plus, le rapport qualité-prix ne nous a pas semblé optimal. Pour un tarif similaire, il est possible de trouver des hôtels offrant davantage de prestations et d’animations.
