Great location, amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Hotel has all you need to have a pleasant few days stay..All city attractions just around the corner, also easy access to the spa.

أعجبني الغرفة كبيرة و شرحه هو عبارة عن جناح و الموقع ممتاز قريب جدا من السنتر و الفطور كويس والموظفين رائعين يخدمونك في اي شي بذات الموظفة اللى عند الاستقبال اشكرها كانت خدومه و بشوشه كل شي أعجبني 👍

Die Zimmer waren geräumig (Suite), das Parkhaus im Untergeschoss und ein vernünftiges Frühstück zum akzeptablen Preis.

Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der „ruhigen Lage“ gewählt. Jedoch haben die Zimmer kaum den Lärm der Straße gedämpft, so dass bis spät in die Nacht keine Ruhe entstand. Dafür war der Preis doch zu hoch. Steckdosen waren im Zimmer kaum vorhanden.

We truly enjoyed our six-night stay. The hotel was very clean, the suites were spacious and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly, especially the evening reception team.

Our final interaction at check-out was disappointing. Due to an unexpected driver delay, we asked to keep just one of our two suites for only 30 extra minutes. Despite explaining our situation and some health-related needs in my family, the receptionist repeatedly refused until I practically had to plead with her. She eventually agreed, but the way the situation was handled felt unnecessarily unfriendly, especially since housekeeping could simply start with the other suite.

Our room was a junior suite with a street view. It was super clean, spacious and comfortable and quite. The street is not very busy. The breakfast was amazing! They also offered us free drinks upon arrival. It was also possible to buy tickets for the Caracalla spa and go there through the underground passage. This hotel was very convenient in every way possible. Oh we also travelled by car and it was easy to park under the hotel for 25 euros for one day. I would definitely stay there again!

There is nothing I did not like about this hotel.

Excelent location for walking to the baths and the old town. The Dom is a few minutes away, also lots of restaurants and shopping.

das Frühstück hat etwas nachgelassen, speziell der Service u Personal. Letztes Jahr gab es noch einen Oberkellner, der alles im Griff hatte. Die jetzigen Mädels müssen sich noch besser abstimmen. Auch das nachfüllen am Büffet muss besser u schneller klappen. Obstauswahl war früher besser. Kommen aber gern wieder.

The street unloading zone and parking garage were easy to find. Without exception the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and large and the shower had plentiful hot water. The location was very good with just a short pleasant stroll to the downtown core. In our travels throughout Europe this summer this was the best hotel, bar none.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is ideally located with direct access to the Caracalla Therme. The rooms were large, spotless, and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and by far the best of our journey. A special thank you goes to a young receptionist, whose name I sadly did not catch, for her exceptional support and genuine customer-focused attitude in helping me solve an important problem.

Wij sluiten meeatal na het eten af op het terras of hotelbar met een drankje. Op 1 avond werden we nuet eens bedient en zijn we gegaan.

L’établissement est idéalement situé, proche des thermes de Caracalla avec un accès direct depuis le sous-sol. Les commerces et restaurants sont accessibles à pied en quelques minutes. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, très propres et très bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et offre un large choix. Le personnel est très agréable et à l’écoute. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et de très agréables moments.

Mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar mit Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Sehr gute Lage gegenüber der Therme Caracalla und mit leichtem Fußweg ins Zentrum. Freundlicher Empfang.

Ich konnte leider nicht durchgängig die Übersichtlichkeit der Preisgestaltung erkennen und im freundlichen Gespräch, wurde mir eine Verbesserung zugesichert.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden!

Beautiful suite with lovely relaxing garden, wonderful breakfast and facilities. Easy access to the spa, which was relaxing. The town was a few minutes walk away.

Staff could have explained how spa worked- no drinking water available and you could take own in. Or like us pay €12 for two cups of water!

Very nice hotel situated right in front of the two major spas and walking distance from everything downtown. They have a cooperation agreement with Caracalla and guests get a small discount to use the spa. Staff was very helpful and provided some good dining recommendations, and the housekeeping services were timely and well organized.

Everything was a bit overpriced. We had planned to use the laundry service but when we saw the absurd per item prices we balked and found a launder in town instead.

We loved the location and the room itself. It was spacious, clean and having a little balcony was a bonus.

Wir brauchten ein Familienzimmer. Es war ausreichend groß um noch zwei Betten für kleine Kinder aufzustellen. Zudem hatten wir eine kleine Terrasse und ein bisschen Wiese davor. So hatten die Kinder noch etwas mehr Bewegungsfreiheit. Das Personal war an allen Positionen sehr aufmerksam und kam unseren Gestaltungswünschen für einen Geburtstag zuvorkommend nach. Frühstück umfangreich, nett angerichtet mit Umsetzung eigener Wünsche. Das Restaurant hatte gerade Sommerferien aber die Lage ist so nah der ersten Restaurants der Fußgängerzone. Lage also auch sehr gut.

הגענו מאוחר ב22:30 והתקשרו אילנו לבדוק איתנו שהכל בסדר ולדעת באיזה שעה נגיע . הכל היה מוכן . החדר היה מאוד נוח, מרווח ונקי. ארוחת בוקר מצויינת ומגוונת. אהבנו מאוד המיקום קרוב למרכז וצמוד לטרמה. חשוב להדגיש שכל העובדים היו מאוד נעימים . אני ממליץ מאוד למלון .

Good location to walk into centre. Parking security.

Having my payment card details stolen by a staff member who caused me so many difficulties and sleepless nights. Hotel apologised and kept up good communication but still…. Room by roadside was noisy. Thermal Springs overrated and expensive. The Hotel is a bit of a maze, two lifts only stopping at certain floors.

Fantastic hotel. Stay in the middle of a heat wave and enjoyed the air conditioning and quiet very much. Comfortable beds, spacious room, easy access to the thermal baths and pool, nice breakfast and very friendly staff. We will surely come again.

We moved to hotel Aqua Aurelia after a night in Hotel Leonardo Royal Baden Baden. On the off chance someone reads this and I can save them from hotel Leonardo - come to aqua Aurelia. Hotel Leonardo is terrible. This hotel you're checking now, aqua Aurelia is amazing.

We stay here at least once a year. Love Baden Baden, and the hotel is very conveniently located. Always clean and the staff are always nice.

Everything is great. The staff is polite and efficient. We were upgraded to the bigger room (not sure is it a hotel or Booking.com). The room was amazingly clean, I mean it, I'm traveling a lot and that was probably in top-5 of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in (after few Japanese hotels, but there is no shame to be after Japanese hotels in this dimension). Breakfast was great. Free welcome drink vouchers. Bed was extremely comfortable. I can not find any weakness in this hotel

Great hotel on a great location near the city centre and straight next to the Caracalla Thermen. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plenty and delicious. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

Upscale next to the thermal spas. I liked being able to buy tickets for Caracalla and towels were provided.

Expensive and the amount for breakfast was not clearly marked. Continental breakfast was $50.00 each morning for two people. Our room was right next to the dining room and we could hear dishes clanking every morning around 6:30. Otherwise, it was a great place to stay.

We booked the superior suite and it was a very spacious room. The location is phenomenal! It was a very hot weekend and we were so comfortable in the cold air conditioning while we slept. We loved the plush bathrobes and the availability to purchase tickets for the spa. They even had a kids size robe for our daughter.

The underground “path” to the spa is through the parking garage. We walked in circles in our bathrobes trying to find the spa entrance.

一晩目にシャッターが部屋に付いていることに気づいておらず、カーテンのまま寝たので人影が気になってしまった。シャッターがあることをあらかじめ案内してもらいたかった。

Die Lage ist sehr gut und sehr zentral. Und das Personal alle Rechnungen rechtzeitig vorbereitet und man hat keine Zeit beim checkout verloren.

Das Frühstücksangebot ist hervorragend.
