Reviewed Jun 7, 2026

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. The air conditioner only blew warm air, even at the highest setting, and there was no cooling at all. We could not sleep because of the heat. Opening the window helped slightly, but the traffic noise from the highway was very loud, making it impossible to rest. This was a very disappointing experience, as a comfortable room temperature is a basic expectation for any hotel stay.

When the guest next door had a shower, there seemed to be some water coming through to the toilet in my room which made noise. Fortunately, the noise didn't last very long, so I was fine. But potentially the noise could wake me up at night. My sister stayed in another room and she had the same problem. Please look into this matter.
