HOTEL MYSTAYS Kamata

repeat customer. always good

Great value for your money. The room was comfortable and offered all the things you may need (toiletries, power adapter, pijamas, slippers...). There's free laundry and coffee. The staff was professional and the location great for connecting with Haneda airport.

Very close to public transport

The room is very spacious for the price and the location is perfect to explore Kamata.

Nothing in particular that I disliked everything was good.

I really loved my stay here! I loved that there was a washing machine and dryer that could be used and there was a system in using it so you can wash and dry your clothes. The rooms were clean and cleaners came in daily to make sure you had clean towels, make up the bed, toilet tissue paper and to take out the garbage. The staff were extremely friendly as well. This hotel is near the JR Kamata station and super easy to get around Tokyo. Will stay here again!

Reasonable size

Cleanliness can be better. Toilet is big but no shelf to place things

I like it overall.

Location is great.

Only one elevator, no stairs.

The location is about 5 min walk to JR Kamata train station and shopping is also very convenient because there is a big shopping mall, many restaurants and other shops are all in walking distance.

The room is little bit small.

The location! Who knew Kamata had so much to offer. It’s close to the JR lines and the keikyu line that takes you to Haneda airport. It’s just such a handy location with so many restaurants and cute little shops. It almost feels like a small little town in the heart of Tokyo. In terms of the hotel, they offer daily cleaning (vacuuming, changing towels etc), there’s free laundry and microwave use. The staff can also loan you an iron and flat iron when you need it.

The general standard of cleaning is quite poor. It was incredibly dusty and the bathroom needs a thorough deep clean, especially the walls. I’ve just come to expect a higher standard of cleaning in Japanese hotels so I was taken aback by this. It’s also extremely gross that they don’t change the blanket cover and just put a sheet underneath it after each guest. I think that is incredibly unhygienic and not acceptable.

Close to Kamata station and many choices for lunch and dinner nearby. The room was clean and the laundry facilities are free to use. The room was clean and comfortable.

Lighting in the room could be brighter for working at night.

Good Location, staff are nice and helpful, easy to communicate

Laundry room, drying machine need 2hrs to operate, maybe it’s the time to upgrade the laundry facilities?

Comfortable bed, nice quiet location

Nothing :)

Location and Staff

Room size and facilities

The staff were very helpful and the location was great.

The photos listed in the booking.com site were not accurate. Very outdated room, small stains on the wallpaper and the bathroom had a foul odor.

Staff, cleanliness

Rest of all the things.

Location, staff

Amenities, room space, it didn't seem like 190 sq ft, we were given the corner room, inspite of booking 45 days in advance, we didn't have a choice to change our room, they informed us on request to change the room that entire hotel was booked for 2 days, but we didn't ask for an extra room, just we asked for is change of room. We felt disgusted , it is surely not the true size of the room.

Yatak konforluydu.

Yetersiz elektrik prizi bulunuyordu.

Amenities in the reception. Location near to subway station and convenient store like family mart and lawson.

Nothing

Property was very well maintained and most importantly staff were really helpful.. They provide even olive oil cream, shaving kit, toothbrush, comb and even Laundry facility for FREE. Just get your detergent from a local store and wash ur clothes and even dry it or else pay 100 yen in the machine it takes detergent out for u and u can wash ur clothes accordingly. also they provide drinking vending machine plus microwave in common area of ur lobby. These are some important things which is needed and many properties dont provide however Mystay did. Thank you so much.

Nothing to complaint about.. If your flight is from Narita it is very far however Haneda is very close.
