This is my 2nd time stay here. Before, it has rice cooker inside the bedroom. But not anymore 😞

Es war leider nicht so sauber wie erwartet. Die Mülleimer waren z.B. von außen noch dreckig und es gab noch ein paar weitere Kleinigkeiten. Die Betten sind sehr weich.

The check in process was awkward and took a while as we arrived very late and the automated check in forced us to call a number several times before anyone picked up and verified our stay.

毎度だが、今回もコップがなかった。 前回、コップが準備されていたが、今回も 洗面所やキッチンにコップがなく、ドリップコーヒーを持参したのに飲めなかった。 清掃される方は、ちゃんと確認してほしい。 それと、テレビが受信レベルが高かったらしく 映らなかった。 テレビの設定で、レベル調整して、映るように治しておきました。

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026今回2回目の利用でした。 いつも清潔で自宅に居るかのようにリラックスできました。 バスとトイレがセパレートで浴室が広く使いやすく、電子レンジや湯沸かしポット、食器やカトラリーもあるのでとても便利。
デイユースができたら最高。 女子会やちょっとしたミーティングや勉強会などで日帰りプラン。 有料でもよいのでウォーターサーバーの設置をお願いしたい。 寝具はシングルで人数分が良い。

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026Muy espacioso, luminoso y limpio. Las camas son cómodas y me encantó que tenían luz y enchufes propios. El barrio era seguro, estaba cerca de paraderos de micro, metro y tiendas de conveniencia. En general, muy buena experiencia.
Los pasillos son un poco angostos así que si tienes muchas maletas podrían molestar. Entrar fue un poco confuso, pero hubo apoyo del personal todo el tiempo.

Reviewed Jan 28, 2026The location is good. Room was ok size for our group size of 3+1, with some cooking utensils and washing machine quite helpful. There is a coin laundry within walking distance with dryers. There's a family mart next door, although we mostly did our shopping at the Tokyu store supermarket at the JR station south exit.
No cleaning until 6th or 7th day piles up the garbage very quickly. I think it would be better if we could at least leave the daily garbage bags outside the room for cleaning staff to clear. TBH, it maybe an option too, but I could not verify since there is no reception to check this out. Not having the room made up daily didn't bother us, but the garbage piling up did.

the top bunk is rather close to the roof, be careful not to hit your head. If you had more people in the room it would be very tight with regard to luggage location.

Reviewed Sep 24, 2025お部屋の設備や清掃に関しては、とても良かった。ただ、エントランスで警報音がなっていて24時間応対の電話に電話するものの、「放っておけ」の一点張り。片言の方なので、意思疎通に苦労しながら、「だれか駆けつけないのか？」尋ねたが、「行けない」の一点張り。いくら無人施設で運営していてもなにかが起きた時には対処ができるスタッフ配置や、その際のマニュアル作りがないのはこれだけの規模の民泊？を運営するなら必要だと思う。子供を連れていたのでとても不安でした。それ以外はとても良かった。
