Ramada by Wyndham Olds

Loved the included breakfast.

There was no pancake batter available

Great stay atmosphere and accommodation were enjoyable. Will use this hotel again if in the area for any reason in the future.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, so helpful and attentive. The room was clean. and my kid loved the pool. We were so thankful to find accommodation that accepted our young dog, with a room that went directly outside for him to go potty easily, no accidents in the room! They also let us expose him to some new things, like the elevator, a scary but important new experience for a possible service dog. Thank you!

Price was acceptable, I understand inflation makes everything go up, except our wage 😉

Stayed at the Ramada in Olds. Tidy and clean friendly staff, my daughter dropped her coffee by accident on the tile in front of the elevators, room service lady came over right away and cleaned up the mess. Thank you for doing that and making my daughter feel like it wasn’t a big deal 😊

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We lost a wallet and they went out of their way to help us find it. Facilities were clean. Breakfast was decent. Quiet despite lots of guests.

The pool was very cold The dining area was small but it was a hockey tournament weekend so likely not usually as busy.

The room was clean. We called for a blanket and had to pick up from the front desk but the staff was friendly.

Customer service was great! Room was very clean. Breakfast was decent.

The steam room smelled very mildewy and I could see black spots of mold. Once I told the staff, they were eager to investigate immediately.

We loved the pool and the beds were comfortable

The room was cramped, I couldn't sit at the desk to study for my final exam because my husband or daughter needed to walk past me to the bathroom or get something from the fridge. Room 201 is very poorly designed, which is unfortunate. This wasn't our first stay at the hotel in Olds but this experience left a sour taste in my mouth.

Location, close to lots of amenities

Higher cost of rooms

Clean, Great location beside lots of amenities!

Tv issues, higher cost of room.

Breakfast had a large selection.

Potatoes were still frozen

Nice big comfortable room. Clean. Breakfast

Pool area was quite chilly at night

The room was very clean and hotel staff are on top of their game.

I think the process of rooms in Olds is ridiculous. I paid $245 for one night. Yes it was and Saturday but c'mon ... 1 person and a dog in one room just outside the elevator (appreciated because of the dog) is crazy for small town alberta. Maybe I'm outta touch!!

The lady on reception was very helpful and the leisure facilities were good.

This hotel is quite a way from the main bars and restaurants in the town and doesn't have its own bar.

I requested a ground floor as I was traveling with 3 dogs for a dog event and I have an ongoing medical issue so they were awesome at accommodating that and ensuring I had that room. The room was spacious, very clean, super comfortable and the dogs loved it! It was great to have the front ground access door as well as it made taking them all out easier and loading and unloading all of our gear! Last time we were down in the area we stayed at the Siesta and never again. I didn't mind spending a bit of extra 💰 to stay here!

I can't name one thing to be honest! 👍☺️💖

Great spot excellent breakfast

.

Clean room great service

Rooms were clean. Pool and hot tub were clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Beds were extremely comfortable

Was there only for 1 night wish I could have stayed longer

Good

Clean room!! Accessible to nearby groceries and some restaurants

Clean and quiet

There was a gross hair in my bed which I took a picture of and showed the front desk upon checkout. The alarm clock was also set for 6am in the morning. I mentioned this to the girl upon checkout and she was very apologetic and said they would speak to Expedia and give a $60 credit onto my cc. It’s been almost 2 weeks and still nothing.

It was great place to stay The only thing was pillows were very hard so didn’t have a very good sleep

Room size was excellent. Very clean.

Great place

I actually forgot my phone, and they kept it safe for me..

No bars, restaurants or lounges close by

We didn’t get the room that we reserved online! The front desk lady told me that they don’t get to see what we booked online. Doesn’t make sense. There was hair on the bathroom floor. Front desk staff was almost non existent. Had to wait for her to come inside from a smoke break. Breakfast was ok. The bed and linens were comfortable.

Great place, clean, staff friendly

We liked that our room had a door to straight outside

Rooms are spacious with fabulous beds and pillows, a large tv and Keurig. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We ho6 every year for a retreat and we'll be going back next year.

Easy access in and out of town. breakfast was really good.

I had to ask cleaning staff in the hallway to make up my bed. I never did get my room tidied. And really I don't need it because I'm pretty tidy myself but, I expect it should be cleaned daily. I also could have used a much smaller room and paid less. I was traveling solo with my small dog.

Dejligt stort værelse og swimmingpool var fin.

Morgenmaden var ret kedelig.

Had 2 minor incidents… one -uneven pavement tripped and skinned my toe. Second incident occurred on freshly mopped floor… carrying a bunch of stuff inside from outdoors and slipped

Only slept there. Nice bed and bath. Thanks

The breakfast was hot, fresh, and nicely presented with plenty of choice.

The bed pillows were too plump/thick for my personal preference.

Nice property.

Awesome Gym !!

Quick stay while dropping off college student. Was great stay

Nice, big rooms. Friendly staff. Free breakfast was very good.

Staff were friendly but the bathroom toilet and tub coukd have been cleaner.

Clean

excellent hot food choices, clean and well laid out and prepared

Thank You .

Nice clean hotel with excellent staff and a fantastic pool area which the kids enjoyed.

A great hotel to stay in. Walking distance to a small shopping plaza. The only thing I missed was there aren’t any mountains. Being from BC the mountains were truly missed.

It was great would do it again

Close to lots of stores, pool was great, griendly staff, good breakfast, rooms are great

The staff was terrific!

Rooms were spacious, carpet hadn’t been vacuumed but the rest of the room was very clean. Beds were comfy and several pillows! Bathroom was spotless!

The room was great, just what we needed. The only thing that needs a little work is the breakfast. I didn't see any fruit.

It was great

Very nice hot breakfast. Lots of selection.

Good location

I stay in hotels, two of every three weeks, usually changing hotels every 2 to 3 nights. This has been one of my favourite places. Parking was easy, stuff was great, room was clean and well laid out and breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Really great place.

It was a great fit for our family! I’ve never seen a 2 king bed option at a hotel before and it was a blessing. The breakfast was unreal and the pool was fantastic. We’ll be coming back every year!

Comfortable rooms, clean and or room had a nice deep tub!

Great stay

Pool was so nice. Kids loved it. Water was warm and the slide was so fun! Breakfast was amazing. Fresh and delicious!

Location, clean, comfortable

I prepaid for my entire stay and the hotel still charged my card for the stay 2 days after I left. They've admitted their wrongdoing and issued a refund but I'm unable to access my own money for 5-10 business days do to their incompetence! They take it out instantly and admit that it's their fault but wont return it instantly? It's 2025 and this is an operation I'd expect in the 90s. I should be compensated for them unfairly withholding my own money from me but all i got was sorry. Call us in 2 weeks if you haven't received your refund. That's trash!

Booked a 2 day stay for work trip, before checking in on first day job was cancelled. Understood there would be a charge for 1st night of trip but second night would not be charged. Received invoice that both nights were charged

Quiet, clean and overall pleasant to stay at. Really impressed by the rooms with three queen beds to fit our entire family.

Excellent staff very friendly and helpful. Pool and waterslide was great. Breakfast was good but need to have gluten free more visible.

The property overall was very welcoming. Enjoyed using the pool area. The continental breakfast had quite a bit of variety. Glad to see a fridge and microwave in the room, but I would suggest to have a larger fridge with a freezer section (could be placed in the large cupboard space under the TV). I would stay there again.

I consistently appreciate the cleanliness of the Canalta properties and try to stay with this chain when it is available.

We had a great staycation

Breakfast was good

Very accommodating, great breakfast and comfy rooms

Pool was clean and kids enjoyed the slide, the breakfast was wonderful and the hotel was clean, staff great!
