Pomeroy Inn & Suites at Olds

Place was very clean and beautiful, breakfast was really good. One of the more nicer hotels I have been in a long time.

Lovely room. No issues. Breakfast was awesome.

Room was big and bed so comfortable

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Quiet. Simple breakfast provided. No one was readily available at the front desk for check in, check out, or to receive a call in the evening for a question, but otherwise decent stay.

all good

Yes

Absolutely love this hotel. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Hotel itself was great, but the sound transfer between floors and rooms was awful.

Love the eco-friendly additions

They did not allow any sort of late check out

Room was large and bed was comfy. Breakfast was hot with a nice selection. Kitchenette would be great for longer stays. Staff were lovely. Would stay again.

Friendly staff.

Front desk and breakfast staff was great! Located close to many amenities.Only complaints was the multiple times we asked for our beds to be made each day that went un done.We had stayed for 7 days and had our beds made twice the entire time.Front desk assured us that they were short staffed and that it is usually only done once every 3 days on long stays, but if a guest requests something then they make sure it happens. We were kinda of let down and disappointed that was not honoured..

awesome service and convenient location

Close to golf course

Very clean property and awesome, accommodating staff

Generally good. Needs a restaurant that opens longer hours. Got in at supper time on Sunday and no food available

Great place

Was a beautiful room

Clean, spacious, great breakfast.

Very clean. Great breakfast and very nice morning staff in the cafe area.

Loved the size of our room and the breakfast was awesome!

Nice, spacious room for our family of 6. Kids loved the pool!

Very clean, great hot breakfast, good location

A great spot for short stays. And close to hwy 2.

A great location close to hwy 2

Very convenient

The staffs are nice and friendly. Breakfast was very delicious.

The breakfast lady's are very nice and put on a great breakfast buffett

Good all round

Kids loved the swimming pool and slide

Fabulous pool, waterslide and hot tub! Fantastic breakfast! Great room, suited our needs of a family stay:)

Absolutely hated the beds. Very uncomfortable. Loud in hallways, not very sound proof. Fridge made noise allll night.

We were very relieved to discover that the staff all take food allergies seriously. Kitchen staff responsible for breakfast pay attention to what is prepared and let us know what to avoid.

Quick trip. Somple check in. Very clean in the room. Pool was a bit dirty.

Goid property

I wish I could have stayed longer. A beautiful room.

Rooms are large with a very workable kitchenette. Pool area is good hrands loved the water slide. Spent many hours over our stay in there. However it is on the smaller side so weekends it can get crowded . Breakfast area was great the ladies staffing it have got to be some of the most gracious happy people around . Helpful and always on top of keeping the food coming.

Deluxe Double Room with Kitchen - Very clean and spacious. Unfortunately 2 queen beds were super uncomfortable. Linens were very nice but bed mattress needs replacement. Breakfast was average.

Great stay!

Continental breakfast was respectable.

Pros: Nice rooms, great breakfast, decent gym Cons: pool too small, restaurant not great

Wonderful stay

Good hotel for our days in Olds

Spacious, clean, great breakfast, friendly staff, very convenient for what we needed.

The attached restaurant and brewery are nice. Breakfast was terrific each day. Wifi was weak and slow however.

We stayed in a King suite for four days. It was clean and spacious. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Bed sheets were never changed. The only housekeeping service was they took away used towels and left clean ones. Has to go down for facecloths. Breakfast area staff were excellent and hustled. Very friendly. A good variety of food. For what we were paying, housekeeping should have included more.

Awesome place to stay!

Nice new hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. We will book here again in the future!

Very friendly staff and clean accommodations. Certainly will be back. Thank you!

Always been good.

Easy access right along main roadway through Olds. But still very quiet.

Clean, friendly staff, quiet, food is good, rotated every morning with a twist

Our stay was pleasant. Very friendly staff.

Short overnight stay. everything was great.

Clean rooms, beautiful surroundings friendly staff, great continental breakfast.

Convenient location and friendly staff. Would recommend!

There was definitely is some deep cleaning that needs doing. There was grime in the bathroom in the corners and under the lip of the sink. But beds were great and room was great. Staff was very friendly and great

Stay was cozy - beds/pillows only mediocre. Pool, hot tub, waterslide in great condition and clean. Great breakfast (for an included one) An incredible staff member named Kim took care of my 9 month old baby and I and made sure we had some gluten free options at breakfast. So grateful for her. Please give her some commendation! Very good value for the price!

Good breakfast. Nice layout of kitchenette rooms.

Excellent property to stay.

Great location. Room was spacious and equipped with kitchen appliances.

Hot tub and thermostat wasn’t working but it was clean in and around the property

Very nice room - clean, comfortable, quiet. Good breakfast.

Convenient location with good breakfast.

Uncomfortable beds and lumpy pillows.

Friendly and accomodating staff, close to ammenities, clean and well maintained.

A very nice quirt, clean place. Parking substantial

This hotel was wonderful! It was clean, spacious, and quiet. It had the best complimentary breakfast I have ever seen at a hotel with so many options to choose from. The staff were all attentive and friendly. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The rooms were so large and the beds were the most comfortable hotel beds ever! We had the best sleep.

The staff were helpful n the place was clean

We always thoroughly enjoy our stay at the Pomeroy. We won’t stay anywhere else; however, this time we didn’t appreciate the front desk person phoning us and reminding us of the check out time as we were making our way down to check out. We stayed many times now and we know when check out is.

Great place!

Great sized rooms

The beds are old and uncomfortable. The hotel itself is wonderful the rooms are big.

Nice pool, friendly restaurant, great breakfast

Excellent stay , clean, friendly staff , updated hotel

Needs a good clean and upgrade

Great place to stay

Only thing was not okay with mattresses both of them were rock hard. I hv back pain and wokeup three times during the night due to pain. The back got stiff and it was a long painful day.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and my girls loved the breakfast and the waterslide. The lack of gluten free options and no late check out, would be our only complaint. More disappointment than a complaint. We loved the hotel and would certainly return. I know the employee at check in was fantastic. He was accommodating and quick for an extra blanket and a missing do not disturb sign. He was friendly and kind about it. Not at all inconvenienced or annoyed. Just a desire to make our stay better. It’s small things but we’ve stayed in many hotels the last several months due to our circumstances and some hotels were not as willing to be accommodating or kind for extra towels or a blanket. So I appreciated not only the extra blanket but his demeanor and tone when I asked.

Always a great stay at the Olds Pomeroy!

Very comfortable beds, very clean, lots of fluffy pillows, great to have a fan and a blow dryer in the bathroom, nice shampoo and other amenities.

The young lady at reception was amazing! Very caring, kind person.

The receptionist was very pleasant and greeted us promptly. The room was very clean and quiet, it was like no one else was in the hotel. I found my bed to be too hard. My travel companoin found her bed to be perfect and had a great sleep. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and will use it again in the future.

It was nice.. clean and roomy and we loved the hot tub..

The beds were comfortable. We liked the kitchenette in the room. The complimentary breakfast had many options. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Overall good. Room was spartan but clean and well appointed.

Consistent service with every visit. They take pride in maintaining cleanliness of the property. Would be visiting again with family!

Beds were average. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was decent.

The breakfast was amazing as was the staff!!

Nice large sitting areas all over lobby. Room was clean bed firm and liked the kitchenette. Double sinks and separate toilet area. I like that there’s a solid door closing off the bedroom. Breakfast was good and lots of selection. Stiff was kind and helpful. Very clean and close to food l I’ll me Boston pizza . Even walked to bakery in town. Couple km.

Good place to stay.

Great hotel, nice big rooms with kitchen, clean, spacious just perfect

Wasnt as great as I expected Our thermostat didnt work Sink didnt drain properly Hot tub was down

Next to Olds College

Very clean and the description of the room is right on!

Staff is friendly. Be sure to walk through the wetlands park/ garden. The plants and trees are lovely, but I especially enjoyed listening to all the birds.

The breakfast is amazing! Missed the eggs benny we had last time. The hot tub was out of order however the experience was so great with our 2 kiddos!

Nice beds, the property is quite clean. The breakfast was great.

Found the staff to be helpful and friendly. Their breakfast is perfect for a free breakfast, especially when you have athletes moving to events in the morning. The rooms are clean. The grounds are clean. Recommend this property.
