Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port

Muy buen hotel, ubicado cerca del aeropuerto para facilidad de quienes estamos de paso por poco tiempo en la ciudad. Habitiaciones confortables, silenciosas, frescas y acogedoras, con muchas comodidades que incluyen cocineta.

No encuentro ningún elemento que no nos haya gustado.

Staff was very patient with my group of 28 guests. When I called the shuttle and couldn't get through, reception called from their end and was able to notify the arrival of my group at FLL. She was very helpful, polite and kind. Breakfast was great, lots of options, friendly staff and very clean. They had a computer and complimentary printing for guests and it made printing last minute itinerary/luggage tags very easy. Would definitely book again!

Couldn't tell if the noise from outside parking lot/other rooms were extremely loud or we had thin walls. Wished the bar and kitchen was opened a little later.

I like that tge room had two bathrooms.

I didn't like that they charged for parking when you are already a guest at the property. Also the internet service needs an upgrade. It is extremely slow.

The space was good for it being 4 of us.

The master bathroom shower needs some upgrades. The shower head isn't that great. The floor was slick when wet and door less, which I'm sure it supposed to be that way, but water gets out onto the floor. And the complentry soaps were empty.

I love the location close to the Airport, Harbour, eateries, Gas stations.The room was very comfortable and Spacious and the staff front Desk and Dinning areas were very friendly.

Was nice and clean and quiet

The free airport pick up and dropp off, close to the airport. Rooms were sparkling clean, spacious and comfortable with all amenities you might need. We had dinner at the hotel and the breakfast were exeptional!!

Rooms need cleaned up some, like beds need pulled out and swept behind, couch cushions were stained and need cleaning or replaced

One of the people at the front desk named Kevin was extremely rude and condescending to me. This was during conversations prior to our visit and upon our arrival. We had paid through booking and he was extremely unhelpful and rude.

It was clean. It met our needs. The pool was nice and the breakfast was good. Airport transport.

Excellent place to stay! Rooms are beautiful and the bed is awesome. The front desk with Kevin can’t be beat! Kevin is upbeat and helpful on any topic. He shines!

Room was beautiful and at a great rate! We got the shuttle from the airport there which was quick and easy. Big shout out to Kaamilah. She let us use her own car seat so we didn’t have to pay extra for an uber to go eat. We appreciate her going above and beyond to help us out!

the breakfast eggs were cold, and the sausage that morning were over cooked and looked like they had been in the oven for hour and all dried up. Very disappointed with Marriott

The A/C unit keep us up all night it was so noisy. we talked to the front desk and he said all the rooms are like that and we get alot of that complaint..

The location of the hotel was great. Building looked excellent. In view of improving customer satisfaction, I would suggest to do something to avoid not so pleasant smell that welcomes the traveler. Another suggestion is to improve the quality of breakfast. Quality of all the hot items could be improved. Unfortunately, scrambled egg was dry and tasteless, sausage looked bad, I put it back. Everything else was good.

We enjoyed the breakfast and thought that the staff did a wonderful job maintaining the food throughout the open hours of the buffet. Would have enjoyed seeing more keto / low carb/ diabetic friendly options. Would have enjoyed having the coffee and tea service open for a little longer instead of being shut down immediately at close of the buffet.

Our experience of the buffet was overall very good, however as mentioned previously, would have enjoyed seeing more keto / low carb/ diabetic friendly options. Also, would have liked to seen the beverages remain available outside the breakfast buffet timeline.

Room this trip was located close to some of the outside mechanical items and slightly louder than normal.

Fantastic hotel in a central area close to everything, the staff was very friendly our room was above our expectations. We will definitely be back!

The breakfast was a very good set up. Our studio room exceeded our expectations. Airport transfer to hotel was very quick arriving to Apo/to hotel.

Our bed sheet had a small torn on the right side. Couldn't understand how housekeeping missed that when preparing the bed prior to arrival. But the bed was clean so it did not mattwr much.

Excelente ubicación para ir al puerto Evergaldes. La habitación fue muy cómoda, con una pequeña cocina con todo equipado por su quieres comer dentro. Colchón cómodo... todo genial! Para quienes le interese, queda cerca de la estación de trenes, del aeropuerto y del puerto.

El día de salida de cruceros, el hotel estaba más lleno que de costumbre y no se repusieron algunas cosas en el desayuno, como por ejemplo la fruta. Sólo eso.

the beds were not comfortable at all (woke up stiff and sore) and the breakfast was not Residence Inn standards previously experienced at other properties.

Hotel was fine - shuttle was terrible. Called and it took over 50 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. Shuttle was full at our stop and continued to stop at the other locations cramming more people in. Driver was okay, but the wait was intolerable.

The property was clean, comfortable and lovely. The night check in lady and morning check out ladies were exceptional. They made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was above average.

Loved the shower although the shower floor was slippery and had to throw a towel on shower pan to prevent slipping. Make the windows sound proof; street noise was loud and woke us up several times.

O tamanho do quarto é ótimo, também tem uma copinha para fazer uma refeição.

O salão do café é junto com a recepção. Enviei três mensagens via booking antes de chegar perguntando do transfer do aeroporto e ninguém respondeu. Paguei táxi na chegada. Só usufrui do transfer na saída. Os funcionários devem ficar mais atentos as mensagens dos hóspedes.

Great location nearby the airport, grocery store and more . Good variety of breakfast options. Kind and knowledgeable staff. Shuttle was nicely organized and easy to use. Loved the spacious room and bathroom. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Front desk staff was amazing going above and beyond to help us. I don’t remember her name but the lady who was there when we checked in and checked out was amazing!!

Breakfast was very good. Conveniently located close to the airport. Free shuttle to the airport is a plus! Very nice spacious suite.

Great experience. We stayed for one night before our cruise and the hotel was perfect. Spacious rooms, clean, lots of bathroom counter space. The staff were friendly and so helpful. I would 100% stay here again.

Free transportation to airport and cruise

Our ship arrived early so we are here way before check in time of 4pm. Samantha was great and helped us lock up our luggage until our room is available. We enjoyed our 2 night stay before our cruise and will stay here tonight as well. This is our favourite hotel in Dania Beach!

Such a range of reviews on here but mostly great so we booked two nights here before our cruise. Kevin greeted us yesterday at the front desk and our room is excellent. There is also a shuttle service you can sign up for to get to your cruise ship or the airport. We would stay here again!

Staff were excellent especially Katrina Jacobs front desk agent! All staff were very friendly and helpful. Very pleasant stay before cruise. Very nice to be able to have a cruise ship shuttle to airport from hotel even though you have to pay for it. Would recommend staying here. Clean rooms and close to public transportation. Breakfast was great!

La ubicación para lo que nosotros buscabamos estaba bien.

Lo venden como habitación para 4 y no es, decían que tenia una cama extra grande y en verdad había una cama normal queen, y el sofá cama que ofrecían para las otras dos personas no solo es muy incomodo, lo tienes que armar tu mismo con sabanas que no son de su tamaño sino que ademas estaba lleno de algo que le produjo alergia a mis hijos.

Poor experience. I had contacted the hotel a week prior to arrange for an early check in(1 Hour earlier), and arrived to find a lobby filled to capacity+ with people and luggage. The front desk had no idea when a room would be ready. Upon landing I noted a call from a mgr, but the front desk checked and informed me that it was ok for now..why the call then? We had dinner plans with cousins and no room. After 4pm and no room, etc..No reason given other than the rooms were not ready. Finally assigned a room around 5pm or after, do not recall the exact time, but it took a lot of cajoling. Upon my return from a cruise vacation I called 2x and the front desk left messages for the mgr to contact me regarding the late check in, etc. As of 1/15/26 no call has been returned. Extremely poor . Will not be staying at this hotel again.

Stayed here for one night before our Disney cruise on points. I am pretty picky and liked it. Was only there from 9 PM to 11 AM and did not use the shuttle or breakfast but I would recommend & would seek this hotel out if I were to go on another cruise out of FLL. Book confidently! Depends on what room you book but Residence Inn gives you a lot more than a standard hotel room. There is a Wendy's across the street for a quick dinner. It is $10 to park but I knew that going in. I have no idea why there are bad reviews on this hotel.
