Die Lage war super. Zimmer sehr schön und groß. Freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Leider war das Frühstück nicht dem Preis des Hauses entsprechend. Marmelade in Plastikportionen. Dosenpfirsische im Obstsalat, kein Bircher Müsli, keine Vollkornbrötchen, Kakao wurde mit Wasser statt Milch zubereitet(abends), kein Scheibenkäse mit Kräutern oder ähnlichem

Toller Service

30€ pro Nacht für den Hund sind eindeutig zu viel. Hunde dürfen nicht ins Restaurant, es wird im Zimmer nichts für den Hund zur gestellt, das haben wir in anderen Hotels besser erlebt.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer "Sunny Mountain" mit Balkon Richtung Schwimmbad und Berge für 7 Übernachtungen Anfang September 2026. Das Zimmer war sehr gut und sauber. Die Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten für das Reisegepäck waren gut. Bad mit bodentiefer Dusche ist komfortabel, WC ist separat. Zimmer insgesamt Note 9. Den SPA-Bereich mit Schwimmbad und Fitnessraum haben wir sehr genossen, ebenfalls Note 9. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, ebenfalls Note 9. Das Personal war stets freundlich und aufmerksam. Parking 18 EUR pro Tag war unkompliziert. Wir würden das Hotel wieder wählen.

Sauna, Abendessen, gute Lage

Nur ein kleiner Aufzug, Rauchen im Wellness Bereich, überteuerte Tiefgaragepreise, einige Personal war arrogant und kundenunfreundlich, muss bekleidet sein im Sauna- und Dampfbadbereich (sehr ungewöhnlich!!!)

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. We previously stayed in 2024 before the renovation. Each area has been thoughtfully crafted and it has been an absolute pleasure to stay again. The staff are all super welcoming. We ate both breakfast and dinner at the hotel which was fantastic. Being so central, you are only minutes away from other restaurants etc also.

Wir waren von der Lage und dem hervorragenden Frühstück begeistert.

Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage, bei geschlossenen Fenstern sehr warm im Zimmer, Fenster offen gelassen sehr laut.

Das Personal hat sich sehr gekümmert um die Gäste, wir wurden immer bestens betreut.

A szoba tágas és kényelmes volt, a központhoz közel így minden könnyen elérhető. A wellness szuper volt.

A szálláshely hiányossága, hogy a szobában nem volt hűtőszekrény, és a szálloda nem vesz részt a ‘Sommercard” programban.

They don't offer Kaprun - Zell am see summer card, and we had to pay alot to go to different places without the card.

Great location and services. Very nice location near the lake. Extraordinary landscape and brethtaking panorama.

You can hear the cars noise during the night if you keep the windows open. But the air flow is welcome during summer.

ove this hotel and have stayed there several times because of its excellent location in the city center. The rooms are excellent and clean, and the reception staff are helpful and polite, especially the receptionist, to whom I extend my thanks. The only thing it lacks is air conditioning.

There is no telephone in the room

I really liked that the hotel had an outdoor swimming pool. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a wide variety of options, including plenty of fresh fruit and delicious pastries. The parking arrangement was also very convenient and made our stay even more comfortable.

The room did not have air conditioning, and since our room faced the street, it was quite noisy when we had to sleep with the windows open because of the warm weather. There was also a limited number of chairs and loungers by the outdoor pool, so during peak hours it was almost impossible to find a place to sit. Another inconvenience was that the pool bar did not open until 4 PM, which meant there was no possibility to order cold drinks by the pool earlier in the day.

chambre qui donne sur rue et la place, bruyant surtout lorsque l'on doit ouvrir les fenêtres pour aérer la chambre qui ne dispose pas de climatisation. Passage des touristes jusqu'à 23h00 et le matin camions de livraison dès 6h00. Il vaut mieux avoir une chambre coté piscine. Pas de mini frigo dans la chambre

Het ontbijtpersoneel valt ontzettend te prijzen door het meedenken en helpen bij coeiliaki.

Bij aankomst lag de kamer vol met zwarte haren, ook op het bed. Dit hebben we gemeld bij de receptioniste die hier lomp op reageerde en niet eens excuses aanbood. De poetsploeg ging direct voor ons aan de slag en nam het serieus, heel attent. De kamer lijkt op Booking gephotoshopt en valt veel kleiner uit. Houd hier rekening mee als je boekt. Het reinigen van de kamer liet te wensen over. Er werd in 10 dagen tijd niet een keer gestofzuigd en er is amper gepoetst (veel stof en de bedden zijn niet verwisseld. De hygiene was slecht. De badkamer had een ontzettende putlucht. De bedden waren doorgezakt. Verder is er geen airco op de kamer en is het ontzettend warm. Dit verblijf voldeed niet aan onze verwachtingen en was gezien de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding een teleurstelling.

Tradiční hotel. Škoda, že apartmány nejsou tak moderní jako 2 lůžkové pokoje… jinak čisté, jednoduché. Mily personál. Skvěle snídaně. Dostali jsme speciální drink zázvor, citron a med, každé ráno. Moc mile. Skvělý venkovní bazén, pan nás nechal o 30 min déle. Krásné wellnes. Sauny jsou zapnuté až večer. Skvělá odpočinková zóna. Ve wellnes k dispozici pití s ovoce, nebo čaj…

Pokoj jsme měli do hlavní silnice. Při otevřeném okně hluk. Parkování 18 euro za den, ale je dostihne vedle hotelu v garážích. Takze skvěle. V lázeňském městě v lete hodně arabských turistů. Je to opravdu hodně navštěvované město.

Very hot overnight with no air con in the room. Also our room faced onto a town square which meant it was louder at night (unable to sleep with windows open due to noise meaning room was very hot). Several times it took a long time to be served by the staff at the front desk.

Vi bodde högst upp i en lägenhet och den hade inte ac, endast manuell fläkt som man fick rikta. Då det var 30 grader varmt när vi var där blev det väldigt varmt i lägenheten. Synd att sommarkortet inte ingick när man bodde på detta hotell då liftarna var extremt dyra.

The overview said all rooms have AC - mine didn’t. In the 35° heatwave, it was a challenge to sleep there. Would have booked differently if I knew it didn’t have AC. Also, the SPA was open only 3pm-8pm. Would have planned the day differently if I knew this in advance.

Fantastic location. We parked our car when we arrived and didn't use it again until we left 10 days later. Restaurants, the lake and shops are all in walking distance. And if you want to go further afield you can use excellent public transport free of charge as it's included in your reservation via the Zell am Zee-Kaprun app (which is fantastic in itself for providing information and ideas on what to see and do during your stay). The hotel is very clean and comfortable and has a lovely outdoor swimming pool. Daily cleaning of the rooms.

Only a very small detail. We opted for rooms which included a kitchenette. The only saucepan provided was very small, not big enough for cooking food for 4 people.

كنت حاجز غرفه 3 اشخاص وعلى كلامهم يوصلها المصعد يوم جيت انصدمت ان المصعد مايودي الا للدور فقط لكن للشقه لازم تطلع 7 درجات ودقيت على بوكينق ويالله حلو الموضوع مع الفندق وطولت في الاستقباال انتظرهم يعطوني حل وبعد شد وجذب عطوني غرفتين كل غرفه لحالها وكانت الموظفه اللي في الاستقبال اسمها لورا للاسف ماعطتني حلول الا بعد التواصل مع بوكينق

Die Anfahrt ans Hotel gestaltet sich schwierig, da die Haltebucht vor dem Hotel ständig zugeparkt war und sehr viel Autoverkehr herrscht. Um die öffentliche Parkgarage vergünstigt nutzen zu können benötigt man ein spezielles Ticket vom Hotel. Dann zahlt man 23 anstatt 44 Euro pro Tag.

The hotel consists of two parts, the new part and the old part. Unfortunately, our room in the end was in the old part, which was quite different from the rooms in the new part. The windows faced the street, so it was very noisy, and instead of a balcony there was a wall with glass. The price is unreasonable for such a room.

Po príchode som našla vo wc nesplachnutu časť h…. Keďže sama pracujem ako chyžna/ čašníčka všimla som si viac veci. Nevyleštené umývadlo, fľaky na wc dverách, prach do ktorého sa dalo písať. Už som sa necítila príjemne, pohodlne. Bola som na recepcii, poslali tam službu, spláchli wc, všetko ostatne ostalo. Ospravedlnili sa, ale kompenzácia žiadna. Nebola som pre nich hosť, ktorý tam nechá 2 mesačný plat, myslím. Počas raňajok som si išla po ďalšiu kávu, a po príchode späť bol môj tanier preč a stôl prichystaný pre ďalších hostí. Mohla som si sadnúť, ale prešla má chuť.

Leider keine Klima aber das wusste man davor schon. Halbpension Auswahl vom Abendessen sehr bescheiden wir waren enttäuscht, geschmacklich aber gut.

Wyżywienie OK. W Zell am See było podczaszcałego pobytu około 30 st. C. W pokojach też gorąco. Wentylator pracował non-stop. Brak klimatyzacji.

Myślę że trzeba wstawić klimatyzację do pokoi.

Gefallen? Nun, ich schätze, die Unterkunft bot mir eine tiefgreifende, beinahe philosophische Erfahrung darüber, wie sehr man einen Kühlschrank im Leben schätzen sollte. Außerdem war es faszinierend zu beobachten, wie Steckdosen ein Eigenleben führen können – fast schon ein interaktives Erlebnis. Und natürlich bleibt die Erinnerung an die warme Raumtemperatur unvergesslich… insbesondere für meine inzwischen tragisch temperierten Getränke.

Mit der Würde eines Kaisers und der Erwartung eines Hofes betrat ich das sogenannte „Upside Down Hotel“ in Zell am See – und verließ es mit der tief erschütterten Seele eines betrogenen Monarchen. Wohlwissend, dass ich die teuerste Kategorie gebucht hatte – ein wahrhaft fürstliches Investment – erwartete ich ein Refugium des Komforts, ein Reich der Bequemlichkeit, ein Schloss der modernen Annehmlichkeiten. Doch was ich vorfand, war ein Schauspiel der Enttäuschung, das selbst die tragischsten Opern Wiens in den Schatten stellt. Zunächst zu den Steckdosen – oder vielmehr zu den dekorativen Attrappen, die sich als solche tarnen. In einer Vielzahl von Ecken, Winkeln und Positionen des Zimmers thronen diese nutzlosen Gebilde, die offenbar einzig dem Zweck dienen, falsche Hoffnungen zu wecken. Geräte anzuschließen wurde zu einem Glücksspiel, einem Abenteuer, einem Akt des Glaubens! Mal funktionierte es, mal nicht – als würde das Schicksal selbst entscheiden, ob mein Telefon heute geladen wird oder nicht. Doch dies war nur der Auftakt. Die wahre Katastrophe offenbarte sich in Form zweier eklatanter Abwesenheiten: keine Klimaanlage und – ich wage es kaum auszusprechen – kein Kühlschrank. KEIN. KÜHLSCHRANK. In einem Zimmer der höchsten Preisklasse! In einem Hotel, das sich offenbar als gehoben versteht! Wie soll ein Mensch von Stand unter solchen Bedingungen existieren? Wo soll ich mein Wasser kühlen? Meine Snacks bewahren? Mein Skyr auf einer würdigen Temperatur halten?! Soll ich etwa wie ein mittelalterlicher Wanderer meine Vorräte dem Schicksal und der Raumtemperatur überlassen? Ich öffnete mehrfach den Schrank, in der verzweifelten Hoffnung, irgendwo möge sich doch noch ein Kühlschrank verbergen – vielleicht gut getarnt, vielleicht „upside down“ versteckt – doch nichts. Nur Leere. Ein Abgrund. Eine kalte, kühlschranklose Realität. Und die Klimaanlage? Ebenso abwesend wie mein Vertrauen in dieses Etablissement.

Čistý pokoj, krásné prostory včetně wellness a bazénu. Lokalita byla výborná. Personál velmi nápomocný.

Placené parkování v garáži (docela dost peněz). Malinkatý pokoj, bez minibaru nebo aspoň lednice. Večeře v restauraci byly jen degustační a muselo se to rezervovat předem.

Vi havde booket på 4. sal med aircondition og udsigt (værelse 404). Der stod beskrevet med udsigt til pool og sø i bookningen. Vi skulle stå på tæer for at se søen. Boede mellem tagene. På balkonen stod en liggestol.

Comfy bed with very soft and fluffy pillows and duvet! The room had a whole length mirror, which is always appreciated. The breakfast was pretty good, been years since I had a decent hotel breakfast, but here it actually looked appetizing and with a nice selection of foods.

Annoying that there wasn’t a mini fridge! Especially considering the price of the hotel. It would be nice to keep some cold water in the room. Location is quite close to a church, so there was a bit of noise from the church bells (but Zell am See is pretty small, so probably all hotels will have some noise from the bells?).

Keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer

Perfekte Lage: 5 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof, 2 min zu Fuß zum See, gleich daneben ein Supermarkt und 1 min weiter ein anderer Supermarkt, 2 min ins Zentrum Pool und Whirlpool draußen sowie SPA Bereich toll, wenn man am Nachmittag vom Ausflug ins Hotel kommt Sehr schönes Hotel mit stimmigen Konzept.

We had a good check-in experience with the staff who were very kind and pleasant. The gave instructions on how and where to do the parking; of note, parking is a little bit of a walk away so recommend dropping your bags off first and then parking about 5-10 minutes up the road if you drive. Didn't have time to experience all the amenities of the place but we had a good stay.

We didn't have any major issues.

-keine Klimaanlage bei über 35 Grad Außentemperatur (Ventilator wurde ins Zimmer gestellt) -kein Kühlschrank oder Minibar (verwunderte uns bei der Kategorie des Hotels) -sehr laut, wenn man ein Zimmer zur Straße hat (ohne Ohrstöpsel ist nicht an Schlaf zu denken, da selbst in der Nacht viele Autos fahren) -keine Sommercard! Es gab nur die Gästecard, bei der es nur minimale Vergünstigungen gibt, im Vergleich zur Sommercard bei der viele Attraktionen gratis sind, leider wurde auf Nachfrage von Hotel gesagt, dass es eine Sommercard gibt, was aber nicht der Fall war!

Great breakfast and beautiful pool. We had it to ourselves for a few hours. Very nice. Very nice bed and nice balcony with a view. We did not feel like leaving so we did not see all the things we planned for. We stayed at the hotel instead!

A shame that the staff did not inform us about that tickets to cityexpress was discounted/included. Instead we paid full price.

The room was light, airy and clean. Plenty of storage space too. The staff were very welcoming and they were always very helpful. The breakfast was wonderful especially as we were able to sit on the terrace over looking the pool/garden area. It was in a central location and yet only 5 mins from the lake. Would highly recommend.

There isn't any air conditioning which is ok, but we had a heatwave and they were able to supply a fan! Although guests receive the mobility card for travel around Salzburgerland, this hotel doesn't supply a Summer Card which gives free and discounted entry to local attractions including the gondola's.

Wij hen 2 kleine hondjes bij ons en dan wordt je tijdens het eten als een paria behandeld. Je mag dan alleen buiten eten of in een aparte ruimte.

Der duschkopf sollte mal entkalkt werden Bei sehr heißen Klima kein Wasser im Zimmer Klima gab es nicht aber immerhin stand ein Ventilator im Zimmer

In der Nähe vom Bahnhof optimal wenn man mit dem Zug anreist. Der Wellnessbereich und Poolbereich waren sehr schön. Tolle Frühstücksterrasse mit Blick auf den Pool und abwechslungsreiches schön angerichtetes Frühstücksbuffet.

Die Frühstückszeit ab 7:30 Uhr war für uns zu spät, da wir um 8:00 Uhr den Zug nach Uttendorf zur Weißsee-Gletscherwelt erreichen wollten. Auch bei höflicher Nachfrage an der Rezeption ob wir 10 Minuten früher Frühstücken könnten war das leider nicht möglich. Wir sind dann trotzdem 10 Minuten früher zum Frühstück gegangen und eine nette Dame hat uns dann wenigstens einen Kaffee vorab gebracht, was sehr nett war. Für Wanderer ist die Frühstückszeit nicht passend. Aber unser größtes Problem war der Lärm im Zimmer. Da es sehr heiß war, mussten wir das Fenster in der Nacht öffnen und der Straßenlärm war unerträglich. Die ganze Nacht sind Lastwagen, Motorräder und Autos mit extrem lauter Musik vorbeigefahren. Wir haben leider nicht viel geschlafen.

Super schönes Hotel, und tolles Personal! Vom Check-in und E-bike ausborgen hat alles geklappt. Frühstück war auch super.

Leider sehr heiß im Zimmer, und die Dorfkirche vis-à-vis.

A hotel in an excellent location right in the city center, with everything within walking distance. The staff were very friendly, and the hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained. Convenient parking is available directly beneath the hotel. The breakfast was extensive and delicious.

Breakfast was amazing. Location perfect.
