Un véritable coup de cœur ! Hôtel magnifique, très classe avec un accueil digne des plus grands hôtels. Le personnel est aux petits soins, c'est un bonheur absolu. ​Chambres : Très belles, spacieuses et d'une propreté irréprochable. La salle de bain est grande, équipée à la fois d'une douche et d'une baignoire. ​Restauration : Le petit-déjeuner est très varié, et l'équipe du restaurant est adorable, toujours aux petits soins. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails. ​Espaces communs : Le rez-de-chaussée, avec la réception et l'espace bar, est très classe, chaleureux et on s'y sent immédiatement bien. ​Services : Nous avions opté pour une place dans le garage, ce qui est un véritable luxe à Zell am See. ​Espace bien-être : Situé au sous-sol, c'est un véritable paradis avec une piscine merveilleuse, un jacuzzi et plusieurs espaces saunas. ​On s'y sent comme à la maison. C'est un coup de cœur total pour ma conjointe et moi-même. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Am Morgen war es etwas laut, da die Fenster unseres Zimmers zur Straße hin lagen.

Kuschelige schöne Zimmer. Sehr gemütliches Hotel mit tollen Einrichtungen, die Lage nahe vom Zentrum und See. Abendessen ok, Frühstücksbuffet sehr ansprechend und reichhaltig.

Preislich obere Grenze, eher kleine Wellnessanlage im Untergeschoss. z.T. "kopftuchtragende" Gäste, laut und mit wenig Anstand.

If I could give more than 10, I would! Greeted with a cold beer upon arrival and taken up to our gorgeous spacious room. Breakfast was amazing as well. Outstanding customer service and care. I stayed at the Grand Hotel last time here and would choose this over that.

Wir wurden von Anfang an gut betreut. Zur Anmeldung bekamen wir ein Begrüssungsgetränk. Das superior Doppelzimmer war sehr schön und gemütlich. Schönes Bad, alles sehr sauber. Das Frühstücksbüffet war hervorragend. Das Personal ist durchwegs professionell.

The Tirolerhof provided us with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday, right from the start. The staff were very welcoming and always helpful, especially with information, going well beyond our expectations. The location was ideal: just 2-3 minutes walk from both the lake and town centre restaurants. We rented good quality ebikes from the hotel to explore the area and used the swimming pool and health spa. The room was just right, with a large bathroom and additional features to make our stay comfortable, and a view of the mountains. The breakfast buffet was generous. The beds were blissfully comfortable.

Eine Klimaanlage wäre schön gewesen da der Bach vorm Zimmer sehr laut war und man das Fenster in der Nacht nicht auf lassen konnte. Leider gab es in der Bar keine Getränkekarte.

The Posch family have owned the Tirolerhof for a couple of generations, they understand the hospitality business and they do it exceptionally well. From George on reception, to our waiter Lazlo, to Balasz who brought our evening coffees, the staff are all superb. Special mention to Chef David and his team in the kitchen who provide a wide and varied breakfast buffet including cooked to order, and gourmet worthy evening meals. The pool and spa areas are relaxing as were the bedrooms which have excellent ensuite facilities and very comfortable beds. There are large reception areas to relax after dinner and occasional musical entertainment. The quiet yet central location just a few blocks from the lake and town centre is difficult to better. Thus was our second stay here, we hope to return.

Friendly staff, they go the extra mile to be helpful. Exceptional breakfast, both the quality and range of food. Amazing scenery to explore here, round the lake, on mountain tops via cable car, or free via train or bus thanks to the Guest Mobility ticket.

De beneden verdieping

De kamer zelf staat helaas niet in verhouding tot de luxe uitstraling van de benedenverdieping. Allereerst was het erg warm op de kamer en bood de aanwezige ventilator onvoldoende verkoeling. Hoewel het om een rookvrije kamer gaat, mag er op de aangrenzende balkons blijkbaar wel worden gerookt. Hierdoor trok de rook van de buren onze kamer binnen, wat wij als zeer onaangenaam hebben ervaren. Daarnaast hing in de badkamer een ledstrip los onder de spiegel en waren de kroonsteentjes zichtbaar. Dit oogt slordig en past niet bij het kwaliteitsniveau dat het hotel uitstraalt. Tot slot hadden wij gerekend op uitzicht op de bergen. Dat uitzicht was slechts gedeeltelijk aanwezig, omdat het voorliggende gebouw een groot deel ervan belemmerde.

Our stay in the hotel was wonderful from check-in to checkout. The rooms had a good sizes, they were spotless and featured an extremely comfortable beds. The front desk staff was very polite. We also enjoyed the fresh breakfast buffet every morning. The location of the hotel is great, making it very easy to get around.

An incredibly beautiful hotel — it genuinely makes you feel like a lord. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect. The hotel has a truly special atmosphere, and staying there was a pleasure.

There was no air conditioning in the room, although fortunately it wasn’t hot during our stay. Free parking is available, but spaces are limited, so if it is full, you have to use paid parking. The biggest disappointment was that the terrace overlooking the town is only accessible if you book a massage. For a hotel like this, that feels quite strange.

I didn’t just like everything about this property, I LOVED everything about this property! The hotel is absolutely beautiful in every way. It offers so much, and the staff is extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. The location is wonderful. The breakfast is fantastic, the pool and the spa facilities are great, housekeeping is exceptional. The views of the lake are beyond impressive. The many little outdoor terraces and gardens are enchanting. We just can’t say enough about this hotel. We have traveled a lot, and we would rate this hotel and our 4 night stay as one of the best ever!! You will not find a better place to stay in Zell am See. Every detail that this hotel has to offer will make your stay memorable!! We HIGHLY recommend Superior Hotel Tirolerof!!!

Velké poděkování patří Jirkovi (George), který tu pro nás byl 24/7, se vším ochotně pomohl, doporučil nám úžasné výlety - jeho mimořádně vstřícný a osobní přístup je nutné vyzdvihnout. המלון מרשים ביופיו ובעיצובו, הצוות נחמד, עוזר ומתעניין. הצוות סיפק לנו כרטיסי נסיעה בחינם באזור צל אם זי וזלצבורג ואף נתן לנו לוח שעות לנסיעות בקווים שונים. החננו את המכונית בחינם לאורך כל שהותנו והתניידנו בתחבורה ציבורית. התחנה המרכזית נמצאת במרחק של פחות מחמש דקות הליכה. הבריכה ושאר המתקנים נהדרים. ( ג'קוזי, סאונה, מרפסת שיזוף, חדר האוכל וכו') המדרחוב נמצא במרחק של שתי דקות מהמלון ואף יש ברז למילוי מים קרים מחוץ למלון.

שהינו בחודש אוגוסט והיה רק מאוורר- שמהר מאוד התרגלנו אליו, אך מזגן היה עוזר מאוד בחום של 33 מעלות. אך היתרונות עולים על החסרונות.

This is a fantastic hotel,I really enjoyed my stay. When I arrived the lovely Ukrainian lady at reception was so helpful, checked me in early and showed me to my room. This set the tone for a great time there.The hotel is amazing, the wooden decor is so nice, not a bit of plastic to be seen. Breakfast was great. Dinner was gorgeous and Yelena in the restaurant was such a pleasure to deal with. All the other staff were great also. I would definitely stay again.

The breakfast was varied and delicious. The eggs were fresh and cooked to order by a staff member. George at reception was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

There was no coffee or iron in the room. This was inconvenient and meant I had to pay a lot of money at the laundry.

Wonderful hotel. It was great having the indoor pool and the spa after a long day of hiking. The breakfast is great and the staff at reception is super nice. Zell am See is maybe a bit over-touristy for my taste, so it was good to have the hotel as a place to disconnect. There's a lot of small corners to sit in and read a book, which is great.

The dinner restaurant is okay, but for the price it was a bit disappointing.

الفندق ممراته قديمه ويعتبر فندق كلاسك رغم ان الغرف نظيفة وممتازه الفندق يطلب تأمين بمبلغ 500 يورو وهو مبلغ كبير وليس له داعي ولم اره في فندق آخر وقد خرجت من صباح هذا اليوم والى الان لم يرجع المبلغ لبطاقتي البنكية

Virkelig lækkert hotel gode værelser og lækker morgenmad og med mange fine terrasser hotellet er centralt og tæt på byen. Vi blev budt velkommen med velkomst drink og bagagen blev bragt op. God garage til 20 eur

Jeg kan ikke sætte en finger på noget hvis det skulle være noget aircondition men der er en blæser på værelset. Ingen handicap parkering.

Very cosy hotel close to the center of the town and to the beach, the receptionist George was very friendly, we got upgrade of our room and we were allowed to make check in 2 hours before the standard time

Hotel je veľmi vkusne a pekne zariadený, pôsobí skutočne prijemne tirolským štýlom, všetko ladí. Izba, okrem toho, že je priestranná a praktická, pohodlná, je dotiahnutá do najmenších detailov, ako zásuvka nad stolom, nielen nočnými stolíkmi, či svetlo v skrini, smetný kôš v šuplíku a pod. Ani som netušil že mojej mame podarujem až tak výnimočný pobyt aj z pohľadu ubytovania, nielen zážitkov :) Tiež by sme sa chceli obaja poďakovať pánovi recepčnému, ktorý nás prijímal a všetkým zamestnancom z reštaurácie na prvom poschodí, ktorí sú úctiví a priateľskí a vďaka ktorým je vynikajúci hotel, i skutočne výnimočným. Špeciálne ďakujeme pánovi vrchnému z Chorvátska, pánovi čašníkovi z Maďarska, ďalšiemu vysokému pánovi čašníkovi, slečne slovenskej brigádničke a najviac vašej najmilšej zamestnankyni z Bosny. Ste skvelí :) Jedlo a obsluha boli vynikajúce. Určite sa radi vrátime.

Jediná drobnosť sú kovové prahy medzi balkónom a izbou, ktoré pri zakopnutí môžu byť trochu nepríjemné.

Het personeel was erg aardig en behulpzaam, het was schoon, het ontbijt was fantastisch en de kamer ruim (standaard kamer met zicht op de bergen).

De enige minpunten waren: geen airco, waterdichte matrasbeschermers waardoor het zweten was en de donzen kussens. Als je die zachte kussens niet gewend bent neem dan even je eigen mee.

Hotel, Zimmer, Sauberkeit und das Personal wirklich top. Alle waren super zuvorkommend und freundlich. Zimmer war sehr schön - haben upgrade bekommen, vielen Dank dafür. Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut mit einer tollen Auswahl. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Lage war nicht ganz unser Fall, es liegt aber am Ort gesamt. Zell am See ist wahnsinnig dicht bebaut - das war uns zuvor nicht so bewusst. In Zell am See waren wir zum ersten Mal. Die Parksituation am Hotel, zumindest was die kostenlosen Parkplätze anbetrifft, war eher angespannt. Am Abend gab es keine Chance einen hoteleigenen kostenlosen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Wir haben die öffentlichen Parkplätze neben dem Hotel genutzt, für die am Abend eine geringe Gebühr anfällt, da ab 18:00 Uhr bis zum nächsten Früh kostenlos. Ansonsten hätte es die Tiefgarage für 20€/Tag gegeben.

Ein Top-Hotel mit wunderschönen Zimmern (im Landhausstil) und einem sehr schönen Wellnessbereich zum Relaxen. Auch das Bad im Zimmer war architektonisch interessant gestaltet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns kurzfristig für ein Abendessen im Hotel entschieden und auch wenn es preislich nicht ganz günstig war, waren wir am Ende sehr zufrieden, weil das Essen sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Das Personal war sehr bemüht, kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da kommen wir jederzeit gerne wieder, das Hotel ist wirklich außergewöhnlich und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Wir haben zum Glück einen Garagenplatz im Voraus reserviert, Hotel-Parkplätze im Freien sind nämlich nur begrenzt verfügbar (wegen der zentralen Lage). Es gibt insgesamt gar nichts zu kritisieren.

Sehr schönes Hotel, freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer und leckeres Frühstück. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Velice vstřícný profesionální přístup všech pracovníků hotelu. Na recepci jsme od pana Georga dostali skvělé informace k možnostem využití hotelového zařízení i k aktivitám okolí Zell am See. Výborná poloha hotelu s dostupností na autobusovou i vlakovou dopravu. Veřejnou dopravou lze zvládnout většinu aktivit v okolí.

Nádherný hotel a skvělý personál. Od recepčních po číšníky, všichni milí a ochotní. Je třeba vyzdvihnout výborné jídlo, spa, vstupní hala.

Отличное расположение в самом центре. Припарковались возле отеля бесплатно, но там не всегда есть места, есть платная стоянка в гараже отеля за 20 евро в день. Отель в тирольском стиле, с деревянным колоритным интерьером. Нас очень приветливо встретили при заселении, усадили за столик, угостили бокалом просеко. Номер очень хороший, комфортный, удобная кровать, просторная ванная, балкончик, где можно вечером посидеть с бокальчиком... На первом этаже возле бара есть очень приятный ресторан с хорошим обслуживанием, меню небольшое, но приготовлены все блюда отлично. Завтрак вполне хорош, отлично приготовили омлет, только кофе не заказывайте.

Кофе. Его пить нельзя. В Австрии вообще с хорошим кофе большие проблемы. Рекомендую отправить барристу на учёбу по варке кофе в соседнюю Италию - там в любой придорожной кофейне, даже на заправочной станции, кофе отменный!
