Everything, the staff were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was lovely and food delicious. The little additions made all the difference such as the morning post each morning at your breakfast table, family name on the table, tour of the hotel and friendliness if everyone

Das Zimmer war in einem Nebenhaus. Kein Lift.. im Stiegenhaus hat es außerordentlich gestunken. Das Zimmer war an einer stark befahrenen Straße. Die Romantik kam definitiv zu kurz.. Ich werde dort nicht mehr buchen..

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück. Gute Lage mitten im Zentrum aber doch nicht Laut. Wellness Bereich sehr schön. Alles Top!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich!

Es war sehr schade konnte man sich in der Wellnesszone nicht ruhig zurück ziehen und zb lesen! Es sollte eine klar abgrenzbare Ruhezone geben! Es war sehr laut! Das war extrem schade!

Spa, pool, location, character, room decor and size all great. Free bike hire also great.

Uncomfy mattress, duvet and pillows. No air con or room fan so way too hot, couldn’t sleep. Had to have balcony door open but still too hot and made it very noisy. No coffee machine in room or even coffee sachets- really poor for a luxury room. No extras like hand cream / biscuits / still bottled water which i’d also expect at that price. Some reception staff could be a little warmer/ friendlier.

Keine Klimaanlagen im Zimmer, die sich trotz normaler Sommertemperatur total erhitzen! Darauf wurde leider nicht reagiert, auch die Zimmer sehen auf den Bildern deutlich moderner aus, als sie es tatsächlich sind. Viele Kids und Familien sind hier unterwegs, daher weniger ein klassisches Romantikhotel.

Amazing location right by the lake. You also get the Zell am See summer card for free through them, which gets you loads of things for free, e.g. transports, cable cars, entrance to all lidos etc

Windows are letting through all sorts of noise from the outside Also a proper door to the bathroom would be great. I really don't need to watch my friend on the loo or have a shower ..

The room was modern and clean, the facilities were great especially the pool and spa, and being able to use bicycles for free! Also having the summer card was a fantastic bonus.

It was a little warm without air con but a fan was provided when I asked.

Cozy room with balcony, very centrally located and easily reachable by train, nice wellness area and garden, close to the lake, bike rental for free is a great bonus!

Ich kann dieses wunderschöne Hotel gar nicht genug loben. Wir haben jeden Moment unseres Aufenthalts in unserem modern eingerichteten Zimmer mit Sauna und Kamin genossen. Auch der SPA-Bereich des Hotels hat uns wunderbar verwöhnt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön gilt dem aufmerksamen und hilfsbereiten Rezeptions- und Hotelpersonal. Die Lage des Hotels könnte nicht besser sein. Insgesamt hatten wir einen traumhaften Aufenthalt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, wir haben es sehr genossen. Das Hotel ist zum Wohlfühlen, Terrasse, Speisesaal und Barbereich sind sehr geschmackvoll!

Wir hatten leider zwei Zimmer genau über der Einfahrt zur Casinogarage, es war in der Nacht sehr laut. Da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden war, konnte man das Fenster in der Nacht nicht öffnen um das Zimmer abzukühlen! Wettermäßig war es untertags sehr schwül, daher auch die Zimmer. Außenrollos waren leiden auch nicht vorhanden.

De ligging Personeel vriendelijk De tuin Mogen wel wat meer bedjes. Als je iets later terug bent is er gewoon geen mogelijkheid om ergens te liggen/zitten of iets te pakken. Je wilt toch ook niet in de hand werken dat mensen handdoekje gaan leggen. Je zou het haast gaan doen....

Lobby and restaurant building had charm. We however were put up in a rundown adjacent apartment building.

It was old. Carpet was filthy. Smelled. Room design was hideous. It was very hot and we had to keep the balcony door open to breathe. It was the loudest place ever and I lived in NYC for 40 years.

Beautiful hotel just mintues from the lake. The pool and spa areas are just lovely. We had the pool to ourselves in the mornings and only a few people were there the rest of the day which really added to the experience. There are shops, restaurants and supermarket mintues away. A great spot for couples, families (it's also dog friendly!) as a base for exploring the area. The inside-outside pool means that it can be used no matter the weather which is a huge plus.

Just a few things to keep in mind- the rooms are not air conditioned and some that are on the sunny side get quite warm. We requested a fan which arrived promptly. Also, the train tracks are very close (the train in Zell Am See passes right in the center of the town) so you can hear it from your room. It doesn't run at night but just something to keep in mind if you are noise sensitive.

Appreciate it was warm, but the rooms lacked air con and no fans were provided which meant sleeping was tough.

اللوبي مزعج بسبب التجمعات مع وجود رائحة الاكل بشكل مبالغ فبه ، كانت الغرف بمبنى منفصل عن المبنى الرئيسي

The hotel has charm but also updated modern bathroom/room comfort all in one! Location is great and having a small but clean and well maintained spa sauna made the stay very relaxing. Not to mention we had great views of the mountain and lake from our fourth floor room balcony.

A chair to sit inside the room (there was a bench at foot of bed but since has no back, not too comfortable to sit on) would have made our stay even better. But mind you there are patio chairs on the balcony.

Pretty much everything, Location, lovely staff, very clean, close to amenities.

The pillows have no filling your head just goes straight through them. But staff were happy to supply extra ones. Took a while to order and receive drinks

Nettes rustikales Ambiente, freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück, gemütliche Bar für den Drink am Abend. In der Junior Suite WC und Bad getrennt, kleiner Küchenblock. Ansprechender Spabereich.

„Junior Suite mit Gartenblick“ im hinteren Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen, kleines Bad, „Gartenblick“ nur von einem Fenster aus, von den anderen drei Blick auf den Parkplatz. Alles in Ordnung und sauber, aber alt - für den Preis könnte man mehr erwarten.

Sehr schönes Hotel, das Frühstücksbuffet ist hervorragend. Das Spa ist ok. Alle waren sehr freundlich!

Mein Zimmer war in einem extra Haus und hat mir von Stil überhaupt nicht gefallen.

المكان قدييييييييم من العصور الوسطى لا يوجد نعال او سليبر (تكرمون) أغطية السرير قديمة وليست نظيفة لا يوجد مصعد لا احد يساعدك في رفع الشنط للغرفة ولا في إنزالها للسيارة لا يوجد مواقف امام المبنى او قبو لكن يوجد مواقف عامة تدفعها عن طريق الفندق

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal, welches beim Frühstück war, wahnsinnig freundlich!

Leider waren zu der Zeit, als wir dort gewesen sind, unendlich viele Eishockey-Spieler da, wodurch der Lärmpegal natürlich stark erhöht war :-)

Het was een mooi hotel, met voldoende parkeergelegenheid, de medewerkers waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Fijne, schone en ruime kamers! We hebben heerlijk geslapen en genoten van alle faciliteiten!

Wyjątkowy obiekt z długimi tradycjami rodzinnymi. Piękny, świetnie położony tuż przy stacji kolejowej i jeziorze Zeller See. Bardzo pomocny i serdeczny personel. Z powodu pobliskiego remontu zaproponowano nam darmowe śniadania i masaże oraz pokój o dużo wyższym standardzie, bez konieczności dopłaty. Świetne jedzenie, wysoki standard obiektu, wspaniała strefa wellness z basenem. W ramach pobytu otrzymaliśmy Summer Card która dawała darmowy wstęp do wielu atrakcji i bezpłatny transport w regionie Salzburga. Polecam serdecznie każdemu, na pewno tam wrócimy!

Nice place, unique, beautiful and friendly atmosphere. Very good location in Zell am See with own parking (you have to pay for it). Breakfast was very good. Sommer card was included into our stay.
