Tuvimos una profunda disconformidad con las instalaciones y el servicio del hotel. Las habitaciones están en muy malas condiciones y presentan un fuerte olor a drenaje que se impregna en la ropa. Además, si se olvida algún objeto personal, la administración no se hace responsable ni lo devuelve, e incluso el personal realiza comentarios despectivos al respecto. Eso refleja una mala administración y falta de liderazgo. Por estas razones, no recomiendo en absoluto este establecimiento.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026La relación precio calidad es muy buena, el hotel esta bien ubicado, nada lujoso pero esta bien para una visita rapida a la ciudad en la que no importa el confort ni el lujo. La atención de las dos chicas encargadas del desayuno muy muy bien.
Podría dar mejor mantenimiento a las instlaciones, por ejemplo las camas ya se sienten muy usadas (flojas).

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026El desayuno pesimo, no habia donde sentarse, una señora se junto en una sola mesa para que pudieramos sentarnos, el pan frio,no habia para todos,el mesero ni cubiertos ponia, los dejaba tirados, un refresco artificial, lo unico que se salvaba eran ujos trozos de piña conpapaya. Como paso lo del mencho, llego mas gente y no tenian nada de comida,ni galletas,ni maquina dispensadora, solo el restaurante cuyo empleado fue el unico amable, trataba de atender con lo poco que tenia,hasta el agua se le acabo, pero el hotel indiferente, hacia frio y ni colchaba abrigada tenia mi habitacion,tuve que exigirle al señor de la tarde que no era nada amable a pesar de la situacion que se estaba viviendo.
No me gusto nada pero menos lo mal que se trata al turista por parte de este hotel mexicano que se describe como suites, el estacionamiento era en la calle, eso deberian especificarlo.

No sabíamos que había restaurante, hasta que preguntamos por la noche, al momento de la reserva no comentaron.

The room was not good, there wasn't natural light. Also, there is a lot of noise from the lobby and from the other rooms. The breakfast isn't good and the staff is not well trained.

El hotel esta retirado del centro en carro como 25 min porque hay que pasar por varios tuneles. Una renovación de colchones seria fantastico.

Reviewed Aug 1, 2024My family and I really enjoyed the stay. It is a small hotel located within a plaza with ample parking, grocery store, restaurants, gas station, and pharmacy. It was very calm and quiet regardless of the location. The hotel room itself was a good size. The beds were comfortable with a nice size bathroom. Had a sofa and table area for dining in the room with a microwave and fridge. The room was very quiet. We really could've hear much noise, even for the fact that the hotel had many guests and that we were next to the storage room, elevator, and stairs. Staff was nice and helpful. The location of the hotel to downtown was a bit far. We took our vehicle, which made it easier to travel. Not much area for parking in downtown, so we parked in the parking garage in the tunnels. Made it easier to get to the dowtown shops, since those were within walking distance from each other. There is some much to see and enjoy. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Reviewed May 17, 2024Location was very good, right in the San Javier neighborhood and within a small shopping area next to Farmacia Guadalajara and Soriana, with Oxxo just down the street. Hotel and room were quiet. We had problems with the TV/cable, and a member of staff came up and fixed it right away. Reception staff also very good. Good for a one night stay--we stayed here the night before traveling to the Leon/GTO airport.
Absolutely HORRIBLE smell in the room and in the hallway. At first, we thought the smell was from the A/C not being on in a while since the smell was most prominent once we turned it on. (It was 96 degrees Fahrenheit, so we needed the A/C.) But the smell never went away, and we noticed it in the hallway, too. It really kept us from enjoying the room.

No hot water!! I would expect a hot water shower after a long day traveling, and I expect hot water is very basic that every hotel should be able to offer. I'm very disappointed with the facilities and services at this hotel and the receptionist didn't offer any help when I reached out to him. I'm requesting a refund to compensate the discomfort I expenerienced at this hotel.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2023I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and even though it is a bit far from the center of the city, I like the quiet and convenience of it's location. There is a Soriana grocery store and two nice restaurants just a few steps from the front door. This trip my friends and I were on the third floor with nice balconies overlooking the city. We had breakfast on the balcony and our evenings ended with glasses of wine and the sunset.
There was nothing that I would have changed in this visit.

rooms not as described. no working heaters and when I mention issues to staff, we were brushed off. we were told they couldn’t do anything because most units didn’t work and only offered additional blankets. it was until we said we wanted to cancel that they started making calls to find a solution. this all happened at 11:30pm. I had to cancel my reservation and book elsewhere.

There are many fume detectors in the hallways, and they loudly beep every 1 minute all day and all night. This beeping could be easily heard in my room even through two closed doors. I couldn’t sleep without earplugs. No one from the staff spoke even basic English.
