Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato a La Farina Apartments trovandoci complessivamente bene.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The apartment itself was perfect, clean, and very comfortable.
The smart check-in system failed completely. I initially messaged the host at 21:16 PM to report that the application link wasn't working and threw an error, but they completely ignored my message. Because of this lack of response, we were left stranded. By 1:00 AM, the provided PIN code also failed after multiple attempts, leaving us outside for over 30 minutes. The garage door wouldn't open, forcing us to find alternative parking late at night. Most importantly, no one answered the emergency numbers at 1:00 AM. The host only replied the next morning at 9:30 AM, offering zero real help and trying to blame us for the system lock-up. When we provided proof of the exact numbers we called from the reception door, they just sent a dismissive apology, saying they "didn't receive the call." An "emergency contact" that ignores early warnings, stays unreachable during a crisis, and gives lazy excuses is completely useless. Extremely unprofessional.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Schönes, sauberes Apartment mit allem, was man braucht.
