Old fashioned...no room service or food if you arrive later ...noisy...not even a bag of crisps behind the bar if they don't do food snacks for residents if work keeps them late.

The hotel was convenient for what we were doing. There was plenty of free parking. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable. We slept well.

The furniture is a bit dated and the bathroom could do with renovating. The meal in the restaurant was ok but not exceptional. My husband enjoyed the fish and chips. My pizza was ok but no better than that.

The rooms were spacious. Very comfortable beds. Service excellent from friendly staff. Breakfast was self service and wonderful choices. Reception manned 24 hrs which was really good as we arrived at midnight due to flight delay.

waited 1hr 30 mins for a taxi, then reception ordered another company andctheg arrived in 10 mins

At reception a young girl was very good and helpful but because of an issue with our booking another staff receptionist took over and seemed to indicate it was nothing to do with them she wasn't pleasant at all.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the staff were friendly. The breakfast was very good. It was a nice relaxed stay, would stay again.

The hotel as a peaceful and serene atmosphere were they feeling of warmth and friendliness. Are only different county had to do with roadwork which forced our GPS to wind around getting into the hotel and that will go away. Food was great.

The breakfast was very good and the bed was comfortable.

There was no body around at night to stop people loudly talking in the corridors at 2am as their customer's were sound asleep after a long day. When they reached their room upstairs above us the noise continued.

Couldnt work online as internet signal was so low it hardly worked. Chain on room door broken (chain missing) plus no Do not disturbe cards left in room to counteract someone accidently coming in. Overall, not a great stay, so much so that I got up and left early (at 2pm the day before check out)

Noise at night from other guests. Also traffic noise was loud too. Sound quality on television very poor.

The staff were excellent very friendly and welcoming, my 9 year old niece has allergies and they excellent at checking and offering her options, especially ones that a child would enjoy. Rooms were great a size, clean and comfortable.

The hotel is beautiful and large, there was nothing I didn’t like, a small pool facility even would set the hotel off.

The room was a good size. We were visiting from the states. A lot of hotels in Europe are small (which we do not mind) in comparison to the average hotel in the US, but this room was comparable. My daughter loved the "old-fashion" telephone.

There wasn't anything that we did not like.

Welcoming staff. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Great breakfast. We had 2 rooms booked one appeared to have been renovated recently it was beautiful. Hotel wil be.even better once all rooms are renovated.

Rooms were very warm at night and due to wedding noise we couldn't leave the windows open as our daughter couldn't sleep. Our room also faced the main road would have benefitted from voiles or nets in the windows along with curtains as felt like people walking past could easily see in the room.

We had a wonderful weekend, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was excellent, will definitely be back.

Room was spacious and clean Hotel was very busy , Staff friendly the only disappointment was the food on one of my nights stay at evening meal I purchased the chicken burger meal . When it arrived it looked lovely , but on my first bite of my burger I found a large bone which put me off the rest of the meal. I told the waiter I couldn't eat the meal as I had found a large bone the waiter did apologize .My partner mentioned to the restaurant manager about this and he was told that he was on the next evening and would look after us. The next evening the said manager was nowhere to be seen. £18.50 paid for a meal that couldn't be eaten, very disappointed as the hotel is lovely .

I thought the hotel was very clean, the rooms aren’t anything extraordinary but definitely match the price point. The beds were very comfy and the water was hot so no complaints. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The biggest let down for me was the breakfast. Went to get something from the hot food and there was a dead fly in the bamberee, then flies hovering around the yoghurt. Just a little off putting, I know this can happen during warm weather just turned me off. I think the breakfasts let down the hotel I asked for a latte and staff said no coffee in the morning only coffee from the kitchen which I would have paid for & the morning is the time it’s needed but anyways I seen a staff member a few minutes later make a latte and leave the restaurant so not sure was it for themselves. Selection for breakfast was minimal & quite greasy. The only thing I would say that let the hotel down was the breakfast. The dinner was nice and reasonably priced for a hotel.

Hotel well located. The main areas of the hotel are up to date and decorated nicely, and very clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Cheryl on reception.

The breakfast was poor, rubbery eggs, over cooked bacon and sausages. The hotel room we stayed in was nice and big but very dated which was a shame.

Had my wedding here at the end of July and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish and also the planning before hand was made very easy by the team they have there. Could not fault them!

Great location and lovely as a wedding venue. Pizzas at the Bistro were amazing. Beds were comfortable enough.

The rooms are dated. We were expecting much nicer for the price. Some minor repairs are needed to improve customer experience for example paint top ups, doors oiled to stop squeaking. Quite stuffy in the rooms.

Great hotel...staff friendly and food very good. Taxis and racket at 2am on Sunday was a problem, but next time we'll requeat a room away from proximity to entrance.

Les photos montrent la partie récente de l'hôtel, nous étions dans la partie ancienne et mal isolée phonétiquement et thermiquement. Il y faisait chaud, les fenêtres ne s'ouvrent qu'un tout petit peu. Chambre à côté de la route passante et donnant sur le parking. Pas de prise USB pour charger. (Tous les autres établissements que nous avons utilisés étaient équipés).

The hotel was in a great location, breakfast was excellent and the staff were really nice and helpful. There was plenty of room in the car park.

Our room over looked a large outside sitting area/bar that was quiet noisy, luckly we were so tired this didn't keep us awake. The rooms got really hot, as day time tempretures reached around 26C daily, which meant the rooms were hot as no aircon. I know this is probably a one off event as it is normally not that hot in Ireland.

Restaurant food was good. Plenty of room around hotel lobby areas. Clean hotel.

Breakfast was poor on first morning but better when cooked to order on second morning, Bathroom sink cracked and drain plug badly worn. Room felt dated.

Lovely hotel, staff were friendly & helpful. Room was lovely comfortable & clean. We ate at the restaurant which was excellent also had breakfast which was lovely.

There was a fire alarm at approximately 4am on our first night. Thankfully it was a false alarm as there was no organisation for getting guests out, no staff on hand to let guests know what was happening. We were left standing outside until we just decided to go back in as everything was fine & we realised it was a false alarm.

Restaurant food was very on main course Curry was like soup water even the server said she wouldn’t eat it. Tried The Sunday roast Yorkshire pudding was wet and soggy. Beef fatty and the potato mash loaded with salt and the gravy was to. Ordered the apple dessert that was very nice.

Very pleasant space. Recent refurbishments looked very good. Staff were very helpful, particularly the check in person.

We had an unfortunate 3.30 am fire alarm wake up call. Staff didn’t supply us with info when we were outside, why or when we could come back in. Totally a one off but a memory.

Excellent Room, breakfast and restaurant food good quality.

The hotel is modern and comfortable, with some of the rooms having been recently refurbished. The food is excellent with curry night on Tuesdays but a very good menu. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Some of the rooms need some refurbishment.

The hotel is spacious , good sized room , you feel welcomed . The food was tasty , wholesome with friendly staff . I would stay and eat there again .
