Het ontbijt was goed, heel veel keuze. Personeel was steeds heel vriendelijk. Dit hotel ligt op wandelafstand van de stad Delft vlakbij is er een ondergrondse parking.

We only used the hotel room so didn’t eat there, which was fine. The view is great from the 7th floor. It’s an ok hotel

Possibly the most impersonal hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s not a budget hotel and I would have liked a little more interacting from reception. It’s also billed as a music hotel but there was no music

Location was pretty good, walking distance to the city centre.

It felt a bit outdated and run down. Room was ok, nothing special and again it felt a bit old.

The room had an amazing view! Everything was clean and organized. Breakfast had lots of options and was very well made. The location is perfect, right in the center and perfect for walking and exploring the city.

Twee persoons cozy kamer was echt niet geschikt voor twee personen. Je krijgt een iets groter dan 1 persoons bed waar je dan met zijn tweeën op moet en je betaald echt veel te veel voor wat je krijgt

Alles war in Ordnung, außer dass es kein Parkplatz gibt!

Wir haben das Zimmer mit Parkplatz gebucht. Vor Ort an der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, dass es keinen Parkplatz gibt. Aus diesem Grund sollten wir die öffentliche Garage nutzen, die pro Nacht 20,80 Euro gekostet hat.

Musste die Couch selbst beziehen, obwohl ich für drei Personen von Anfang an gebucht hatte. Die Rezeption war nicht in der Lage uns ein drei Bett Zimmer zu geben. Sie wussten auch nicht, wie groß die Betten im Zimmer sind (Queen oder King).

Der Service und dass man nicht am Hotel parken konnte, obwohl Platz vorhanden ist.

Geen verduisterende gordijnen, douchen in bad, synthetisch beddengoed dus erg warm, geen geluidsdichte ramen, veel geluid van bovenburen. Onverschillig personeel bij in-en uitchecken.

Quirky rooms, secure bike storage, close to centre and close to parkrun

Perfect location for Delft centre and very easy to park nearby. Receptionists were nice and helpful and our room was really lovely, with a good size balcony, overlooking the city. The bathroom was a good size and very clean and the bed was comfy. Old town Delft with its Canal network, great bars and restaurants was amazing!

buona posizione, a dieci minuti a piedi dal centro. Vista eccezionale, staff gentile, stanza pulita e ben arredata. Comodo il noleggio bici, per visitare la città o rilassarsi nel parco che dista pochissimo dall'albergo.

De auto dienden we in een parking verderop te parkeren en dat was best prijzig! (21€) De kamer was zeer proper, maar in schril contrast waren de ramen zo vuil dat je er niet door kon kijken (6e verdieping)

When I arrived after a long and tiring trip, I was given a very small room that was actually being used as a storage room for chairs. I had to return to the front desk and waited another 10 minutes for the only person at the front desk to finish with the client who had just arrived and was checking in too. At last, I was given another room that was actually free. No apology or act to try to redeem themselves from such a mistake. So, I went up again to the room and the process made me waste 20 minutes and made it stressful because it was late and the local restaurants were closing, so I missed the closing times.

Zu wenig personal an der Bar

Its location is very nice. Close to a bus stop (about 20 meters). Bus 60 takes you directly to Delft station. That is incredibly convenient. Green neighborhood. You can rent a bike from the hotel directly. Walking distance (9 minutes) from Delft Market and the walk is scenic and beautiful! They have a huge parking although no valet.

No gym. I think they advertised a gym but it was simply a few aerobic machines outside the property (literally outdoors in open air). No valet, but with the large parking that is not an issue. Restaurant does not accommodate to different cultures. Too much alcohol and no vegan or halal 'separate' options. It is very important not to mix vegan and hala cooking with utensils used for pork. Also, very low on tissue and amenities (none). You even have to pay for the disposable/washable slippers. That is not convenient!

Fantastic location and a wonderful laid back atmosphere

Posizione spettacolare a Delft, non si potrebbe chiedere di meglio. Dotato anche di ampio parcheggio, oltre che a trovarsi di fronte al parcheggio pubblico a pagamento. Personale gentile e accogliente.

Nella descrizione della camera era segnalato un letto ad una piazza e mezza, che però si è rivelato un divano letto piuttosto scomodo e pieno di gobbe, per cui non ho dormito bene. Quindi ho trovato il prezzo decisamente eccessivo per un divano letto. Peccato, perché la struttura meriterebbe un voto più alto.

Прекрасное месторасположение - рядом с основными достопримечательностями. От вокзала можно за 10 минут доехать на автобусе. Мы попали в период экстремальной жары - спасались в прохладном номере с кондиционером. У нас был красивый вид из номера на Старый город. В номере нет различных косметических принадлежностей, но их можно попросить на ресепш. В номере есть чайник!

Нет холодильника, но для нас это было некритично.

למרות שכתוב שיש מזגן, לא היה מזגן, היה חם, פקיד הקבלה הכחיש שיש מזגן, העביר לחדר יותר מוצל אבל עדיין היה מאוד חם. החניה לא נוחה, כל פעם שאתה יוצא אתה משלם 20 יורו ולא ליום שהיה.

Μου αρεσε πολυ το κρεββατι. Μεγαλο και καλονστρωμα και μαξιλαρια. Πεντακαθαρο και μεγακο δωματιο.

Μαλλον αβολη η στιγμη του Γαλλικου πρωινου: για καποιο λογο δε μπορουσαμε να το παρουμε στη σαλα του πρωινου, αλλα επρεπε να τονπαρουμε στο μπαρ στο ισογειο. Ωστοσο εκει ηταν μονη της η κοπελα της ρεσεψιον, που επρεπε να τα κανει ολα μονη της. Ειλικρινα προσπαθησε πολυ, αλλα χτυπουσαν τηλεφωνα, ανθτωποι εκαναν τσεκ αουτ, τελειωσαν τα κρουασαν, ο ντεκαφεινε καπουτσινο δεν ηταν καπουτσινο αλλα instant coffee, και η κοπελα προσπαθουσε να τα κατεφερει ολα. Καθε φορα που της ζητουσαμε κατι, οπως βουτυρο η μαρμελαδα αισθνομασταν ενοχες που την αποσπουσαμε. Αν δε μπορουν να εχουν ατομο στο μπαρ, γιατι δεν επιτρεπουν να παιρνουμε κι το γαλλικο πρωινο στη σαλα του πρωινου? Ηταν πολυ αδικο για την υπαλληλο.. δευτερευουσας δημασιας το παραπονο μου, αλλα ισως η διευθυνση θα μπορουσε να το δει..

personnel peu souriant. juste professionnel. sans plus. quel dommage lorsque l'on travaille avec le grand public. je suis bien placée pour le savoir, travaillant dans le secteur de l'événementiel.

Hienosti sisustettu, ei mikään standardi hotelli. Hotellissa hyvä ravintola ja viihtyisä aulatila baareineen. Hyvä Aamiainen ja lyhyt matka keskustaan.

I had a frustrating stay at this hotel. 24 hours before check-out, I asked if I could check out one day early. The front desk told me to contact Booking.com directly. I did so, and Booking.com said they would email the hotel and that if the hotel agreed, I would receive a refund for the early departure. Most hotel does agree in such stiutation. However, the hotel never responded to Booking.com’s email. When I followed up with the front desk, they told me that since it was now within 24 hours of check-out, they would need to wait for the manager, who wouldn't arrive until 9 AM in the\ morning. When the manager finally came, she simply said "no" – no explanation, no apology, just a flat refusal. I didn't even have a chance to talk to the manager. The ironing equipment provided in the room had a sticky, gooey substance on it To make things worse, I was charged for city tax and breakfast for two people, even though one person checked in one day late. This extra charge was added without justification. Overall, the staff were unhelpful, communication was poor, and I left feeling overcharged and dismissed. I would not recommend this hotel.

Saubere Hotel mit guten Zimmern, relativ nah an der Stadt und doch nicht mittendrin. Extra Fahrradcontainer, perfekt! Ein wirklich tolles Frühstück, das natürlich nicht im preis inkludiert, dafür aber sehr reichhaltig war. Ein schöner Aufenthalt, danke!

Het onbijt was meer dan goed, met name het verse fruit is een absolute meerwaarde.

Het bed is smal in de breedte, daardoor het gevoel dat ik eruit kon vallen. Dit komt ook omdat we een breder bed gewend zijn. Wel vond ik dat de matras beter kan. Voelde een beetje zacht waardoor je iets wegzakt en daardoor ondersteuning mis.

Ontbijt redelijk, kon wat meer vers fruit ipv uit blik. Het uitzicht was perfect( hoogste 8e verdieping en grootste kamer)

De voorzieningen ( geen toiletartikelen behoudens shampoo en showergel) en de somberheid van de gehele inrichting ( thema muziek maar zeer somber aangekleed) rijp voor renovatie.

We kwamen om 13.00 uur aan, kamer was klaar maar officiële incheck na 15.00 uur. Indien wij direct op de kamer wilden kostte dat 25 euro. Dat vond ik erg vreemd en heb ik niet eerder meegemaakt. Wij hebben dat niet gedaan. Ik begrijp, wanneer je bijvoorbeeld vele uren eerder in je kamer wilt dat je dan moet betalen maar niet voor 2 uur eerder?

Straight walk into town making it the perfect licatipn for a short stay! Staff and especially the bar area were very professional and helpful. We had a great time listening to luve music on a cool day. Would definitely go back again.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super! In ein paar Minuten ist man im Zentrum von Delft!

Wir hatten ein Komfort Doppelzimmer. Das Bett war sehr klein, zu klein. Das war relativ ungemütlich … In Bad ist das Waschbecken zu hoch montiert und das Vergrößerungsspiegel sehr, sehr hoch, man kann es nicht benutzen. Diese Sachen kann man aber ummontieren ✌️

A due passi dal centro, bello, nuovo e iperpulito! A Delft è uno dei miei alberghi preferiti.

Breakfast was excellent. The air conditioning worked well in the heatwave. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I think we would have eaten our evening meal at the hotel if the menu had offered more variety.

schönes großes Zimmer mit Aussicht auf Delft. Kostenloses Parken von 17-9h. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Restaurant im Haus.

Kein (Indoor)Gym. Ein Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer wäre nett gewesen. Frühstück etwas zu basic, aber ausreichend.

La chambre était propre et disposait d’une belle vue.

J’ai réservé dans cet hôtel car j’avais coché un hôtel avec parking. Mais c’est une arnaque : ils ont un parking mais ils préfèrent louer les places à des bus de touristes qui viennent visiter la ville la journée. Ne vous laissant pas le choix que de payer 25€ la nuit pour mettre votre voiture au parking de la ville de l’autre côté de la rue. J’ai mis plus de 30 minutes le lendemain à récupérer mon véhicule car l’entrée du parking ne fonctionnait pas.

Clean and nice.On Wednesday there was party and during check in staff did not inform me about it in advance.Noise did not let me sleep. Hotel manager told me to send complaint via email to which nobody answered.
