Très bonne localisation. Proche du centre. Parking pas trop loin mais assez cher. Hôtel design, très jeune. Petit déj très bien.

Salle de bain sans étagère pour poser sa trousse. Un seul chevet avec lampe. Lit très (trop) haut.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and available 24/7. Check-in and check-out was also a breeze, and the location and facilities (including the social games, workspaces and laundry room) make this an excellent choice.

The location is great right at the confluence of Delft NS railway station, bus station and tram station. The staff at the reception and the restaurant is very helpful, efficient, articulate, pleasant and presentable. The place is organized in a functional way.

Housekeeping staff need to be more careful especially while replacing/replenishing consumables like water, tea bags etc. The corridors in general are narrow. But of course, nothing can be done to change the building layout.

Leuke accommodatie, ook goed bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Prima kamers met goede bedden. Het ontbijt was ook goed. We waren daar rond 10.00 uur, in het spitsuur dus. Aanvullen van de dingen die op waren, duurde daarom wat langer dan je zou willen.

Er is maar één lift voor 10 verdiepingen. Dat is waardeloos. Verder ben ik in het hele hotel geen medewerker tegengekomen die Nederlands sprak. Voor mij verder geen probleem, maar ik kan me voorstellen dat dat voor anderen wel een ding is.

Sie war sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Es gab die Möglichkeit, sich einen Kaffee oder Tee auf dem Zimmer zu kochen.

Ein zweites Nachttischchen mit Licht und Stromanschluss wäre praktisch gewesen.

Die Lage ist perfekt, nahe der Altstadt und direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Trotzdem sehr ruhig.

The location is great, the place is hip and young, the restaurant bar is decent. Rooms are small, and working in the room on the mini desk is not really an option. Bathroom amenities were nice.

The price-value ratio could be improved. The bed and bedding was comfortable, but the rooms were very small. Barely any room to stretch or put your luggage. If thats a limitation / restraint of the building and the place in general - it is ok - but the price has to reflect that and you can't charge the same price that other hotels charge for a double bed and much larger room.

Ik vond het zelf wat lastig om de temperatuur in de kamer goed te krijgen en had het tijdens het slapen warm.

Klimatyzacja działała jakby chciała a nie mogła. Pomimo pozostawienia pokoju w należytym porządku kaucja nie została zwrócona. Ogólnie nie polecam.

The location was superb as it was right next to the transport hub for train, tram, and bus! The hotel was really clean, modern, and had fun elements. I appreciate the sustainability elements throughtout. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant food was excellent (pictured). We stayed in the largest room on the top floor and the view (pictured) was spectacular over Deflt and we could even see out to Rotterdam!

Clean, functional (enough light switches, good desk space, shelves, enough coffee/tea or go downstairs to the coffee shop). Bed is excellent, extra towels, measuring water usage for awareness. Welcome prosecco drink is also great. Having laundry for guests, exercise rooms, working /coworking space is superb.

The breakfast was very good. At €17.50 per person it was good value. Plenty of fruit, juices, hot food and pastries on offer.

Our bedroom was on the small side. The bathroom was tiny. A room with a double bed should have side lights/table on each side of the bed. Our room had one bedside light and only just enough room to walk around the far side of the bed. Inadequate considering this was not entry level pricing for a hotel room.

The location is excellent and it has a great vibe, full of students. The rooms are big, mine had a great view of the station and the beds very comfortable. There is also daily cleaning service which is always good to have.

Too many people coming in and out of the building, sometimes a bit chaotic to be in the common areas. Breakfast was average and laundry facilities too few for the amount of people staying at the social hub.

Hotel muito bem localizado, a poucos metros da estação ferroviária, com instalações modernas, arejadas e confortáveis. O self check-in é rápido e eficiente, os quartos são bons embora de dimensão algo reduzida, e o pequeno-almoço destaca-se pela variedade e qualidade dos produtos. O staff é jovem, simpático e sempre disponível.

A dimensão do quarto não é excelente, mas está em linha com o esperado. Cuidado com a limpeza ligeiramente abaixo do habitual (situação pontual, numa primeira ocorrência em três estadias). Ainda assim, nada que comprometa uma estadia curta ou uma visita a Delft.

Standard double bed is on the smaller size and no bedside table on each side. Very small bathroom with almost airplane like sink

Staff very friendly. Check-in & check-out were easy. You've the added security of needing your room key to access the lift on the ground floor. The room was perfect for having as a base & somewhere to sleep. The bed was very comfortable. Loved how in the shower they have a monitor that shows how much water you are using & there are 2 settings for water pressure.

I was surprised they didn't have a bin for recycling in the bedrooms when they are very much into helping the environment.

Ιδιαίτερο ξενοδοχείο. Έχω τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις. Πολύ ευχάριστη ατμόσφαιρα, πολύ ευγενικό και άψογο προσωπικό, καθαρό δωμάτιο, περιποιημένοι χώροι, σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Είναι δίπλα στις συγκοινωνίες και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης!!

Δεν υπάρχει κλιματισμός, μόνο ένας εξαερισμός που ελάχιστα εξυπηρετεί, ανοίγει ένα μόνο μικρό παράθυρο και αυτό στην ανάκλιση, οπότε δεν αεριζότανε καλά και παρόλο που ήμασταν στον 8ο όροφο, βράσαμε από τη ζέστη. Δεν υπήρχε ούτε ψυγείο, ούτε Mini bar στο δωμάτιο. Πίναμε μόνο ζεστό νερό. Για τα χρήματα που πληρώσαμε θεωρώ πως αυτό θα έπρεπε να ήταν στις βασικές παροχές!! Γι΄ αυτούς και μόνο τους λόγους βαθμολόγησα με 8!!

Das Frühstück entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. In 5 Minuten zu Fuss auf dem Marktplatz.

Es gibt für so ein großes Hotel viel zu wenige Fahrstühle !! Dazu kommt, dass die Gäste bereits für die erste Etage den Aufzug nutzen. Die Wartezeit dauert ewig !

Top-Lage, alles schnell und sehr entspannt und unkompliziert zu erreichen , freundliches Team, ich war insgesamt sehr positiv überrascht, da ich nach der Buchung zunächst befürchtete , es sei so etwas wie ein Jugendhotel, aber es waren alle Generationen vertreten dabei aber eine angenehm internationale Atmosphäre, der Name social hub trifft es sehr gut, sehr großes und sehr ruhiges Zimmer, schöne Aussicht, super bequemes Bett, leise Air condition, super tolle Pflegeprodukte im Bad, Einrichtung im reduzierten industrial design - nicht so ganz meins - toll fand ich aber, dass alle Lampen dimmbar waren , das gab dann eine warme Stimmung. Alles in allem trotz kleiner Minuspunkte SUPER!

Die jungen Mitarbeitenden waren sehr freundlich, aber sowohl beim Check-In als auch beim Check-out ein wenig überfordert, das lief alles bisschen chaotisch. Ich hatte ein Studio gebucht - die Küchenzeile war etwas spärlich ausgestattet. Gute Musik im Café sowie in den social und working places, für meinen Geschmack aber echt zu laut.

Dieses Hotel war exquisit, vom Feinsten! Direkt neben dem Bahnhof, innert 15 Minuten mitten in der Innenstadt. Die Grachten-Tour war wunderbar und man hat viel erfahren. Delft und dieses Hotel ist nur empfehlenswert!

Ottima posizione, davanti alla stazione di Delft. Da lì in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro storico, con tutte le sue attrazioni. Buoni gli spazi comuni, con molte scrivanie dove lavorare al computer. Ci sono persino tavoli da ping pong e un buon bar, mentre il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile.

La stanza, anche se singola, era davvero molto piccola e con poca illuminazione. Il letto, poi, era rialzato, il che lo rendeva davvero scomodo da usare. Per fortuna ho dormito qui solo una notte. La colazione è stata buona e varia, ma mancavano completamente i dolci, mentre abbondavano frutta, yougurt e cibi salati, forse in un eccesso di salutismo.

The location was absolutely perfect for us, right across from the train station, and buses nearby. The trains were not running from this station while we were there, which was disappointing, but it was for needed repairs and maintenance and not in any way the fault of the hotel. We took the tram and buses instead, and it worked out fine. The town center was only four blocks away, and so lovely to walk to alongside the canals. This was my second time staying here, and I really love the hotel. The rooms are rather minimalist, but very comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful with everything. And there are washers and dryers available for the use of all guests.

My only request would be to have one more comfortable chair in the room, as there were two of us, and only one nice chair.

The room is cozy. The check-in experience is smooth (and I got a champaign). The location is awesome.

The organization of the building inside is a bit confusing. There is no direct path toward the rooms. As the name suggested, it is meant for social - so many social areas are there before you can really reach the room :)

Le personnel était fantastique. Je voyage sans telephone cellulaire et Bea m'a aidée avec l'utilisation des machines à laver les vêtements (gratuite!). De plus, à l'enregistrement, il y avait aussi une personne pour me donner ma carte électronique et l' activer. Je n'aime pas les "self check-in". Le buffet du petit déjeuner était excellent et le smoothie délicieux. L'hôtel est bien situé, près de la gare de train et de bus. En plus, j'avais une vue superbe sur Delft de ma chambre (0867). Une belle surprise!.

L'air conditionné fonctionnait très mal (important en période de grandes chaleurs). Les instructions ne sont pas claires: il n'y a pas de "green button", il y a un "save and press for AC". Chaque fois que j'entrais dans ma chambre, je devais essayer plus de 7 fois à ouvrir et fermer se bouton pour que l'air condionné commence à fonctionner. De plus, il n'est pas normal que l'écran indique que le système fait, en même temps, la climatisation et le chauffage. La pièce n'était jamais fraiche. Pourtant les rideaux noirs étaient fermés toute la journée, la fenêtre aussi, mais il faisait toujours plus 25 degrés même si l'écran indiquait 20. J'aurais pu descdendre à la réception à chaque fois, mais je voulais trouver par moi-même comme le faire fonctionner. Tout devrait être simple.

Lage ist perfekt, sehr zentral in Delft. Direkt vor dem Hotel liegt der Bahnhof, von dort kann man schnell nach Den Haag oder Scheveningen kommen. Auch andere Städte sind zeitnah zu erreichen.

Op toplocatie, schone kamer. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en alles was lekker. Personeel super behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Te warm op de kamer. Klimaatcontole....maar het was echt te warm. En de ramen open was niet zo'n succes wegens de geluidsoverlast van de trams, bussen en mensen op het naastgelegen station

Vriendelijke ontvangst met champagne. Schoon. Goede kwaliteit apparaten in de gym met airco die werkt. Uitzicht vanaf 10e etage over Delft! En heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt.

Emplacement parfait juste à côté de la gare et à proximité du centre. Lieu sympathique à l'intérieur duquel on peut se balader, s'assoir à une table ou dans des petits boxes joliment décorés, accéder à une salle de sport... Le bar est sympa et propose des repas simples mais agréables. Chambre très confortable et spacieuse.

L'ascenseur est un peu lent mais on est rarement pressé à l'hôtel... Quelques soucis avec le terminal de paiement au bar (mais c'était peut-être du à ma carte)
