La animación muy mala . Improvisaban cada 2 por 3 con muchas tonterías una chica joven en chándal y otra que no sabía ni lo que tenía que hacer ni decir . Hemos estado en muchos hoteles con animación pero está es la mas mala que me encontré. De verdad la dirección del hotel debería hacer un pensamiento con este tema.

Just back from our second stay at this hotel. Staff are so friendly, hotel is lovely and food is great with a great variety every evening. Also the bus stop is right outside the hotel to take you wherever you want to go! Absolutely loved our stay and will definately be back!

Lo que más me gustó de alojamiento, es la limpieza, la comida y el personal. La piscina y la animación.

Lo único que no me gustó tanto es la ubicación, no hay apenas nada cerca. La gestión que tienen a la hora de organizar el bufete, sobre todo cuando hay mucha gente; considero que deberían hacer dos o tres turnos y tener que reservar y que alguien debería recibirte y acompañarte a la mesa y servirte las bebidas, por lo mismo te has comido un primer plato y todavía no te han traído o preguntado por la bebida. Y por último el gimnasio, aunque esto lo podría decir de la mayoría de hoteles, para poner dos cosas y en mal estado y sin ningún mantenimiento mejor no poner nada.

Al ser un hotel para familias, si buscas que sea romántico, no es el sitio. Está lleno de niños. Turista extranjero mayoritario. Playa cercana, 200 m., sí, pero enana. Como una cala. Tus 10/15 minutos hasta la Platja Llarga los tienes.

La cama es muy incómoda, no más de tres días o acabarás peor de lo que entrasteis.

El personal nos atendio bien. La comida muy bien.

Limpieza del hotel en general es regular, no voy a exponer todo lo que experimentamos pero creo que en un hotel de esas características y con lo que cuesta se espera mucho mas. El personal hace lo que puede, el hotel le hace falta una reforma completa.. Las chicas de la limpieza estan realmente explotadas senti mucha pena por ellas Fuimos guiados por las fotos de booking y al llegar nos llevamos un chasco. Las habitaciones estan regular, no se guíen por las fotos que la realidad es distinta. El spa, es simplemente una piscina de agua caliente, sin chorros, sin baño turco, bañera fria etc.. Un chiste. El socorrista hacia ejercicios mientras los niños en la piscina, todo muy seguro.. Las piscinas estan bien. El mini parque acuático esta bien. El aparcamiento es IMPOSIBLE, tendras que caminar kilómetros para dejar el coche.. Ellos cobran 20 euros la noche, me parece una clavada pero saben que te pueden pedir lo que quieran que no tendras otra opción. En general no lo recomiendo,

A decoração e comodidade do quarto nos animou, sem contar com as piscinas incríveis e com a amabilidade dos trabalhadores da recepção e do restaurante. A comida eta mto boa para padrões de hotel, no estilo buffet.

Apenas um dos dias, a arrumação do quarto não foi adequada. Entraram, arrumaram as camas (esticaram o lençol), mas não organizaram muito bem os travesseiros e as toalhas no banheiro. Não é algo que interfere na estância, porém se notou a um pouco de "relaxo" de quem realizou o trabalho, mto diferente dos outros dias. A zona é bem difícil de estacionar, pois não há praticamente vagas que não sejam zona azul e o hotel cobra 20€ por dia para estacionar dentro. Só mais um detalhe, em nossa varanda que dava de frente para a piscina, havia uma palmeira que tapava praticamente toda vista. Fora isso tudo foi mto bom e temos vontade de repetir!

Queríamos una cama matrimonial y nos dieron dos individuales juntas, las camas se separaban si te movías un poco, es lo único malo que tengo para decir por qué la experiencia fue súper buena.

Child friendly and family feel of the hotel. Especially the atrium or reception area. My 1 year old daughter felt very safe marching around and meeting the friendly staff and children. Reception staff are great.

My partner felt parts of the rooms and hotel felt dated or old fashioned. I didn’t enjoy the smoking around children. Green zone parking needs to be clearly labelled or, moved as this also acts as a footpath for guests. Security could maybe be friendlier.

Para empezar, decir que es un alojamiento ideal para ir en familia, los niños se lo pasan en grande con sus piscinas, instalaciones y maravilloso equipo de animación constante. El personal es increíble, el bufet está muy bien, bastante bueno y variado.

La limpieza es muy escasa, el mobiliario de los apartamentos está ya demasiado trillado, y las sábanas y almohadas son horribles.

Es un hotel para toda la familia ya que dispone de instalaciones que los niños se lo pasan muy bien. La comida estaba rica y los animadores encantadores.

Las camas muy muy duras, difícil de descansar, dolían los riñones. El resto todo Ok.

1. Pagué más de 1400€ por 4 noches en un apartamento. Nos pusieron al lado de la entrada del almacén (habitación 158). El ruido del camión de la basura a las 23:45, 00:00 y 00:15 nos despertó en varias ocasiones. 2 días seguidos, misma operativa tengo vídeos, la lástima es que aquí no se pueden subir. 2. Solicitamos de inmediato el cambio de habitación, el cuál no nos lo hicieron hasta día y medio después (no nos dieron otra solución entre medias) 3. Al cambiarnos de habitación, no hicieron bien el cambio y la tarjeta del hotel se desactivó, tuviendo que volver a acudir a recepción para reactivarla (mojados, tras varios viajes a la habitación que nos pusieron que estaba bastante alejada) 4. La piscina es un caos. Todo el mundo mueve las tumbonas, las deja en mitad, no se puede ni caminar, y todo está sucio. No culpo al hotel de lo que hagan algunos huéspedes pero sí de dejarles actuar como auténticos trogloditas que dejan todo impracticable. 5. El check in es a partir de las 16:00 y el check out es como tarde a las 10:00. En fin 6. Te cobran una fianza de 20€ por dejarte la llave del parking (en serio?) 7. El estado general del hotel deja bastante que desear, está bastante cochambroso 8. no nos hicieron las camas ningún día. NI UNO. Podría seguir pero es que ya no tengo ni ganas.

Todo muy bien la verdad excepto lo de poder ir a la piscina y coger hamaca porque aunque haya muchos carteles y digan que no se puede guardar sitio es mentira nadie hace ni caso.y no hay nunca sitio. Y si vas en coche aparcar es un horror ya que han puesto también zona de hora y como no hay sitio en el parking es imposible aparcar

We really enjoyed the spacious room and the lovely view. The pool was a good size, and the separate kids’ pool area behind the hotel was a really nice place to relax and spend time with the family. Overall, these were some of the highlights of our stay.

The cleanliness of the room was disappointing, and toiletries and bathroom essentials, including bath towels, were not restocked unless we repeatedly asked. Although the pool was a good size, the cleanliness was poor, and I repeatedly found myself stepping on rubbish and sand that had settled on the bottom of the pool. The pool area was also very crowded with sunbeds, making it difficult to move around, the breakfast and evening dinner options were quite repetitive.

El servicio de buffet nos pareció muy completo. Lástima que no ofrecía pensión completa sino máximo media pensión. También tenía muy buena oferta de piscinas para niños pequeños, y aunque el jungle park está fuera de las instalaciones del hotel, está literalmente cruzando la calle, así que no molestaba para nada.

La cama doble en realidad eran dos camas juntas pero se movían por lo que se separaban durante la noche y se quedaba un hueco entre las dos camas. La única pega de las piscinas es que da la sensación de estar bastante apretado todo; las tumbonas hacían 2 o 3 filas y estaban una pegada a la otra, casi que tocabas a tu vecino de tumbona. y tal como lo habíamos leído en otras reseñas, si tu habitación da hacia la piscina en la torre de la derecha, cada que está la animación, el ruido se siente muy fuerte, por más que tengas todo cerrado.

No considero que tenga la categoria de 4 estrellas, las habitaciines son sencillas y las canas durisimas. Falta más limpieza. Lo único bueno que tiene son las piscinas

El hotel está muy bien pensado para que lo peques disfruten al máximo. Si lo que buscas son vacaciones en familia - este hotel sería una opción ideal. La habitación era cómoda y acogedora. La limpieza un 10/10. El equipo de animación y todo el personal del hotel era muy agradable. La comida estaba bien. No puedo decir que era algo del otro mundo, pero calidad precio no estaba mal.

Nos costó un poco encontrar un sitio gratis para aparcar cerca del hotel. Los precios eran algo altos en comparación con el H10 Salauris Palace de Salou del año pasado, a pesar de que es la misma cadena. El bar del Jungle Park siempre estaba cerrado, con lo cual era algo incómodo pasar allí mas de una hora.

Hotel limpio y con muy buenas instalaciones. Buffet variado y buena cocina. Ideal para familias.

Que no hubiera opción de pensión completa o todo incluido

Erá la tercera vez que visitaba el establecimiento. Me gusta todo de este sitio. Buen buffett, tanto de desayuno como de cena. Buenos servicios y atención del personal inmejorable. Muy limpio. Las piscinas y los restaurantes son muy adecuados. Una semana perfecta descansando, tranquilo y con buena atención. Es un hotel para familias. Se combina el descanso de los padres con el disfrute total de los niños.

Es un hotel para familias con niños de hasta 10-11 años. De cara al futuro dificilmente pueda volver por que mi hijo pequeño que vino con nosotros acabo un poquito aburrido.

- the amount of pools and activities for the little ones - the food and vaiety to choose from in the half board meals - the cleaning the staff did was on par, each day replacing everything and tidying up the rooms

- while the room was clean, everything had like communist era finishes with a lot of mold on the walls, moving floor boards, it seems like it hasn't been modernised in 20 odd years, although the pictures look modern - the fact that such a huge hotel has only about 30 parking slots and having to wait 3 days to get one(after being told one will surely be available the next day), having to search for a parking spot at ~midnight like 1-2 km away was really annoying. They did mention that parking is not included and is going to cost but i didnt assume it would be this cumbersome - the food outside the half board was really bad for adults. Its ok for kids(nuggets pasta pizza etc) but for adults you have to go eat outside the complex - while drinks cost money they do have a water dispenser but the water there isn't that good. I payed 5 euros for a bottle to be able to use that and used it once, preferring to buy bottled water.

No parece un hotel de 4 estrellas, colas para ir al restaurante, limpieza muy justa en las habitaciones habitaciones (cuando entramos en el chek in había comida en la nevera de los anteriores huéspedes) , hacen la habitacion a las 3 de la tarde cuando tienes a los niños haciendo siesta… Para aparcar tambien es un problema ya q el parking es pequeño y al final igual de caro practicamente que hacerlo en la zona azul. Y las bebidas no estan incluidas( ni el agua)… y mas cositas..

L'hôtel est situé dans une zone calme loin de la foule de Salou. Mais on peut accéder au centre de ville de Salou en 10min via les lignes de bus juste devant l'hôtel. Donc très pratique. La plage n'est pas loin, l'eau est cristalline et pas bondée. L'hôtel est super, les chambres propres. Les animations de la journée sont très sympa et le soir il y a de très jolis spectacles. Le restaurant/buffet pour la demi pension est très bien et il y en a pour tous les goûts : beaucoup de choix. La pizzeria et le snack sont supers aussi. Nous sommes vraiment ravis de ce séjour dans cet hôtel.

Annulation du séjour, nous confirmons uniquement la nuit de mardi 18 août 2026 au mercredi 19 août 2026. Dès notre arrivée chambre sale, nous demandons à repasser un coup de propre. la literie proposée n’est pas adaptée à un 4 étoile. Nous avons laissé notre véhicule a une bande réserve pour qu’on puisse enlever nos valises puis les monter à l’étage. le véhicule est resté 1h sur place, je reçois un appel téléphonique pour déplacer mon véhicule je suis descendu dans la minute qui suivais j’arrive à mon véhicule je me fait clairement agresser par la personne qui gère le parking qui se met front à front avec moi en me parlant agressivement en disant c’est un dépose bagages tu n’a pas à rester ici 1h. ma réponse était clairement polie en lui disant je suis désolé pour la gêne de mon véhicule mais merci de bien vouloir changer votre manière de parler il me répond c’est ma manière de parler et alors. Donc moi je paie un hôtel pour la somme de presque 3000€ pour avoir cette accueil en quelque heures d’un séjour. Je demande donc le remboursement total et prenez en charge la nuit du 18/08/2026 au 19/08/2026. La directrice a aucun moment elle est là pour arranger le coup eu oui oui vous voulez partir il ya aucun souci, mais c’est lunaire j’ai jamais vue ça. Bref pour 2700€ j’ai trouver du 4 étoile idem extra propre ras et accueille royal.

L’emplacement (excentré), le personnel (un peu limite sur les réponses aux questions), l’attente très très longue au petit déjeuner et surtout… aucune place pour se garer. Ils ont un parking sous-terrain mais avec un nombre de places limités (liste d’attente énorme). Sur 5 jours et 4 nuits à l’hôtel je n’ai eu le parking qu’une seule nuit. Le reste du temps j’ai dû aller me garer avec parfois 20-25 minutes de marche pour rejoindre l’hôtel. Bref c’est une horreur.

We absolutely loved our stay! Our child could hardly leave the pools all day. The breakfast was great, and the dinners were good for a half-board option, with plenty of choice. The staff were amazing throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful family-friendly hotel and a place we would happily return to!

There was no option to reserve a parking spot in advance, and during the high season it was difficult to find a place to leave the car, as most parking options in the neighborhood were limited to 4 hours. Thankfully, the hotel’s waiting list helped, and after about 24 hours I was able to get a parking spot. Still, having the option to reserve parking in advance would make the stay much easier and less stressful.

Отель отличный! Никаких нареканий) Спасибо всему персоналу, особенно Евгению и Никите, за помощь и отзывчивость! Рядом 3 пляжа. Нам больше всего понравился Largo ( там есть зонтики, лежаки, душ и кафе) идти 10-15 мин по хорошей, ухоженной дороге.

Muchas cosas. Estaba muy muy sucio, la piscina estaba con bolsas de patatas y latas por el suelo, erq imposible coger una hamaca. Le pregunté al socorrista el primer día donde estaba la ducha y no supo decirme. NADIE SE DUCHABA. El agua de las piscinas estaba ASQUEROSA. El mini club lamentable. Los monitores estaban sentados hablando en una mesa sin interactuar apenas con los niños.

Great place for kids. Lots of entertainment.

The hotel is large. There is a lot of traffic. The check-in room was poorly cleaned. There was sand and a lot of hair left in the bathroom. It was a bit disappointing. The rooms haven't been renovated for 20 years since it was built. I would like to see the hotel modernized. Otherwise, there are no issues. I liked everything.k

Lo único que merece la pena del hotel son las piscinas con los toboganes para los niños. El desayuno y la cena también estaban muy bien.

Las camas son incomodisimas, casi mejor dormir en el suelo. De hecho nos fuimos una noche antes de lo previsto para dormir en casa ya que no estábamos descansando nada. Los baños de las habitaciones son un poco viejos. Aunque lo avisan, no hacen la habitación todos los días, pero por lo que se paga por noche creo que debería estar incluido. No hay parking y aparcar en esa zona es un auténtico infierno. Para no volver

Personnel qui fuit le client en faisant guise de ne pas comprendre. Pas d’eau chaude la nuit. Réceptionniste incapable de me reloger et me laissant avec mon problème. Manager ne souhaitant pas me rencontrer. Manager donne comme instruction de ne pas me remettre une fiche de réclamation afin que je ne puisse pas signaler ma mésaventure et étouffer le problème. J’ai vu une mère avec son fils en très bas âge souffrant de fièvre laissé à l’abandon malgré les cries de la mère. Le réceptionniste restant sans réaction ! Quant aux place de stationnement, elles sont inexistantes. Comptez minimum 45 minutes pour trouver une place à environ 1 km de l’hôtel. Avec des véhicules garés dont les vitres sont cassées. 0 sécurité. Les chambres sont vieillottes. Les peintures murales dépassées. Des tableaux de décoration d’une autre époque. C’est ça 4 étoiles ???! Rien à voir avec l’hôtel las Vegas 4 étoiles de Salou et au même prix

L’accueil ou rien n’est précisée sur tout ce que propose l’hôtel justement!! Horaires piscines, demie pension, etc., il faut se débrouiller tout seul. Aussi ils font l’effort pour l’anglais mais le français pas vraiment, ne difficile de communiquer.

Great family hotel with excellent food — but don't expect peace and quiet We stayed at the H10 Mediterranean Village in Cap Salou for 10 nights from 4th August and overall had a very enjoyable stay. I'd happily recommend the hotel, particularly to families with younger children, and would rate it 4.5 out of 5. Location The hotel is in a quiet location with very little traffic, which we liked. There is a small cove and beach approximately a 5-minute walk away, although there isn't anywhere obvious to wash the sand off when you return. There are a couple of shops and supermarkets about 2 minutes away, with a few bars and restaurants around a 10-minute walk. One of the biggest advantages is the bus stop directly outside the hotel. Buses run to Salou and PortAventura, with a single journey costing around €2.20 and taking approximately 20 minutes. Our private transfer from the airport also took around 20 minutes. Hotel and room The hotel and our room were clean throughout, with daily maid service and fresh towels. Reception was very efficient and check-in was straightforward, although you cannot access your room until 3pm. The room was a good size with plenty of wardrobe space, but there were not many electrical sockets. There was one by the bed and two underneath the desk, one of which was being used by the TV, and they were awkward to access. There is a small fridge, but there are no tea/coffee-making facilities in the room, so if that's important to you, bring your own travel kettle. The air conditioning only works when the patio doors are closed. Also, if you want a quieter room, I would avoid rooms overlooking the pool. Food and drink For us, the food was one of the biggest strengths of the hotel. Breakfast had an excellent choice, including breads, cereals, salad, a cooked English breakfast, different egg options, sausages, flavoured milk and juices. There isn't a traditional lunch buffet, but there is a poolside bar serving burgers and sandwiches, as well as an Italian restaurant offering pizzas (around €11) and pasta dishes. The evening buffet was also very good, with a varied selection of fish, meat and pasta. The food was tasty and good quality, and over 10 nights we didn't find the choice particularly repetitive. Desserts were fairly standard buffet fare, but there was also fruit and ice cream. The choice of drinks was good too. Drinks at dinner are ordered through waiter service. On a couple of occasions service was a little slow, but the restaurant was busy at the time, so it wasn't a major issue. Pools and facilities There are two outdoor pools, both clean and a good temperature. However, this is probably the biggest consideration if you're looking for a peaceful pool holiday. The pool areas can be very noisy, particularly with children and organised activities such as aqua aerobics and water polo. There aren't really any quiet areas to escape to, so if you're looking for somewhere peaceful to read a book around the pool, this probably isn't the hotel for you. The pools don't open until 10am and the parasols are fixed in position, so if you want a sunbed underneath one, be prepared to get there early. There were plenty of sunbeds overall, though. There is also an indoor pool and gym, and I believe there is a sauna, although we didn't use these facilities. Entertainment The hotel is very much geared towards families with younger children. There isn't a huge amount aimed at teenagers, and the daytime activities can be difficult to escape if you're looking for some peace. Evening entertainment is fairly typical of a package holiday resort and, to be honest, quite cheesy. We went out most evenings, although the Queen tribute act we saw was actually very good. Staff The staff were excellent throughout our stay. Reception were efficient, the waiting staff were friendly and attentive, and housekeeping did a great job. We had no issues with the service at all. Overall We felt the hotel offered good value for money and would definitely recommend it, particularly for families with young children. Our biggest positives were the food, cleanliness, friendly staff and convenient location. The main negatives for us were the lack of quiet areas around the hotel, limited electrical sockets in the room and the absence of basic tea/coffee-making facilities. We personally don't tend to return to the same place twice, but that's simply because we like trying somewhere different — it certainly isn't because we were disappointed with H10 Mediterranean Village. Overall rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐½ / 5 Top tips: If arriving before 3pm, keep something suitable for the pool in your hand luggage. Bring a travel kettle if you like a tea or coffee in your room, and if you want a parasol by the pool, get down early!

L'hotel està bé en general. Molt enfocat per nens molt petits, de no gaire més de 5 anys. Els adolescents s'aburreixen una mica i el nivell de xivarri és alt. Habitació i bany bé, tant de tamany, qualitat, netedat, tovalloles. No val la pena pagar per la vista piscina. Mitja pensió molt bé en general. Les begudes es paguen a part, però el preu és molt correcte. El tema del gluten el controlen però tenen un sistema peculiar on el xef et diu què pots menjar i què no cada dia del buffet. Alguna contaminació creuada és inevitable en un buffet tan gran i amb tanta gent menjant allà. Animació bé per nens i adults. Els adolescents més fora joc. La ubicació és correcte. Molt bé que té la parada del bus a Salou a la porta i és molt pràctic i econòmic. Les cales properes són molt petites per la quantitat de gent que som allà a l'agost.

Per ser un hotel de 4 estrelles, hi ha alguns detalls que no m'han agradat gens i crec que no es corresponen amb un hotel d'aquesta categoria. 1-El preu del pàrquing, 20€ diaris, em sembla molt abussiu. No crec que tinguin molts problemes de places perque hi havia molt extranger de tour operador que no arriben en cotxe i m'ha semblat una manera molt descarada d'aprofitar-se de que, aprop, no hi ha gaire aparcament i molt del que hi ha és zona blava-verda. 2-No donen tovalloles per a la piscina! Si en vols, has de deixar un dipòsit de 20€ per tovallola i evidentment les tovalloles són totes iguals. Si algú et pren la tovallola de la gandula, has perdut 20 euros. Però el pitjor de tot és que si vols canviar-la, per molla, bruta, etc...et cobren 2 euros cada cop que la canvies. 3-El dia que marxes, no hi ha un servei per a que et guardin les maletes. Tenen una habitació on pots deixar les maletes a la seva sort i tenen unes guixetes en les que només caben motxilles o maletes de cabina. Això sí, a 2 euros cada cop que obres i tanques la guixeta. 4-Hi he estat 8 dies i no he vist, ni un sol dia, que netegessin les zones de la piscina amb una manguera, karcher o similar. Especialment important perque molta gent bebia i inclús menjava a la zona de la piscina, a les gandules. A més a més, a una de les 3 piscines, les dutxes no funcionaven i un socorrista al que li vaig preguntar em va dir que feia temps que no funcionaven i que no sabia perquè no les arreglaven. Això, en un lloc on la gent ve de la platja, és especialment sorprenent.

The food was awful and no where to eat outside off hotel in the day we was in a room so had no cooking equipment so.my children spend there time hungry unless we got the bus to salou we actually ended up paying for breakfast in a near my hotel.just so we could eat in morning .iv never in all my yrs had to do.that . Location is beautiful for little coves to swim in the see but if you want to eat out shops anything .you will find you spend half your time back and forth on the bus to salou .wouldnt stay again definitely shouldnt have four stars .even the food at the snack buy u could buy was awful .

Fantastic family holiday spent at the H10 Med Village. From the offset we were greeted by friendly helpful staff and the public areas were very clean and welcoming. The apartment was spacious and had all the equipment needed for a self catering stay. We used the pools most days and they were great for the kids (toddler and 9 year old). The slides and animation team were great and put on fantastic activities both day and night. After reading previous reviews about lounger availability, we found this easy and never struggled. A big factor was the pricing; for a hotel of this quality I expected high prices but this wasn’t the case. Beer and snacks were very reasonably priced which kept us around the pool a lot. The only improvement point which didn’t impact our stay at all was cleanliness of room floors; they could do with a good clean every couple of days but overall all other cleaning and replenishment of towels was on point. Really great experience and will be back again!

Had an amazing holiday. Hotel was very clean, staff were helful and friendly, great atmosphere. The hotel entertainment was very good. We went when the weather was very hot and definitely appreciated the air conditioning in the room. Fridge in the room. View overlooking the pools. Bus stop just outside the hotel. Recommend buying 10 trip card for the bus. Great value. Lovely walk along the coast to Salou. Lots of alcoves and beaches along the way . We went half board and the food was amazing. Such a great selection of food to choose from and different options every night. Two of the family are Coeliac and can honestly say they could not have been better catered for. Chef walked around with them every evening and showed them what contained gluten. Would not hesitate in returning to this hotel. The area is hilly so may not be ideal for those with mobility issues. For those with small children there is a brilliant secure pool and water play area.

Great food and entertainment for kids. Amazing location - very few people at the nearby beaches.

The hotel was a little too loud overall, with a huge number of people and an entertainment program running until 11 p.m. Drinks were not included, and even WATER had to be paid for at dinner. The rooms are somewhat dated and could use some renovation. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable.

This was our first visit to the hotel and it exceeded our expectations. The rooms, staff, food, amenities and children's entertainment were amazing! Our granddaughter did not want to come home. We will definitely be returning. Thank you to each and every member of staff for being so helpful and friendly.

Het personeel is uitermate vriendelijk, hier kunnen veel hotels nog van leren. Het ontbijt en diner buffet was erg goed geregeld. Geen top drukte en geen lange rijen. Entertainment was ook leuk, vooral voor de kids (mag wat meer in het Engels om een groter doelgroep te bereiken, bijna alles is nu spaans) Schone kamers wat heel fijn is.

De bedden was zo hard, ik voelde de veringen erdoorheen, ben met rugpijn naar huis gegaan. Er mag wat meer halal aanbod komen vooral voor de kinderen die vaak geen vis lusten. Halal kipnuggets zou al heel veel uitmaken. Er werden ligbedjes urenlang bezet gehouden en de mensen waren nergens te bekennen, daar mag meer toezicht op zijn want dat is erg vervelend. De locatie is minder gunstig, als er nu genoeg parkeerplek zou zijn was het niet erg. Wij hebben urenlang gezocht naar een parkeerplek en konden de auto niet gebruiken anders was je plek weg, parkeergarage van het hotel zat ook vol en je kon geen plek reserveren. Dat is echt een hele grote minpunt waardoor wij niet meer zullen terugkeren.

The few good things about the hotel is the entertainment team. The guys and girls are wonderful, very kind, professional and fun. Lifeguards are doing a great job as well. No messing in the pool and no leaving towels on sunbeds to book them. They will be simply removed. The man at the front door is very nice as well.

No kettle or iron in the room. You have to pay extra at reception as they belong to an external company not the hotel. That's what I was told anyway. The food selection is very poor. No fresh vegetables for breakfast. Fry every morning. In the evening food was overcooked and dry. Also poor selection Nonexistent cleanliness. The dust under the desk looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a few weeks. Cleaners don't even swipe the floor. Just making beds and changing towels. We even had to ask for a toilet roll as it wasn't supplied. Bedsheets were changed once and they put on stained sheets. Complained late in the evening as I spotted it when going to bed. In fairness, the lad from reception sent a fresh sheet with no stains on it and we asked the cleaner the next morning to change sheets again. That shouldn't ever happen in a 4 star hotel. The staircase is covered with dust and hair. Haven't seen anyone cleaning it in 7 days. The swimming pool area with artificial grass is disgusting. You can see black stains on the grass and when you walk on it the water that comes through is brown. We watched a man cleaning this area and he only goes around sun beds. Bare minimum.Saying that he's always on his own and it's an awful lot to do.Water in the pool is filthy as well. The air conditioning in our room wasn't working until the maintenance lad showed us where the problem was and how we can fix it ourselves. The TV in our room wasn't working either. But we were so fed up with everything going wrong that we didn't bother to complain Everyone is working very hard here. It just lacks proper management. Given the high rating and reputation of all H10 hotels, we expected a much higher standard of service and cleanliness. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting a 4-star experience.

We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it, especially for families with young children. The hotel is very family-friendly, with plenty of entertainment and activities to keep kids happy throughout the day. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered a good variety of food, so there was always something for everyone. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

There were a few downsides, but they were relatively minor. The biggest issue was the bed, it was by far the hardest mattress we’ve ever slept on. By the third night, we were all sore and waking up every hour to change positions. The area around the pools was also extremely slippery, and our child slipped and fell several times, so that could definitely be improved from a safety perspective. Finally, parking was a challenge. The hotel parking was already full when we arrived, so we had to join a waiting list. There are no alternatives nearby, which meant spending time driving around looking for a street parking spot.

We have just returned home from our 10th stay at H10 Mediterranean Village, and once again it was absolutely fantastic. We were first recommended this hotel over 10 years ago and were so impressed after our first visit that we have returned year after year. The fact that we've already booked for next summer says everything about how much we love this place. The hotel offers excellent facilities, fantastic food, and outstanding service throughout. Every member of staff works incredibly hard to make guests feel welcome and ensure they have the best possible holiday. A special mention goes to Kevin from the bar team, who was exceptional throughout our stay. He was always friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond for guests. His positive attitude and dedication really made a difference to our holiday. We would also like to thank Niko and the animation team. The entertainment was brilliant from morning until night and was one of the highlights of our stay. Niko's energy and enthusiasm created a fantastic atmosphere, and the whole team worked tirelessly to make every day enjoyable and memorable. Thank you to everyone at H10 Mediterranean Village for another wonderful holiday. We stayed here as a family of 5, along with my sister's family of 3, and our parents. I can honestly say that the hotel was absolutely perfect for us. The facilities for children are superb, and there wasn't a single moan of 'I'm bored' (all children were 6 and under). The breakfast and dinner were absolutely superb, so much choice and something for everyone. We have been to many all inclusive hotels, and have always gone out for a dinner at least once to mix it up, here there was no need, it was the first ever time we haven't gone out for dinner. The bus outside the hotel goes to PortAventura, and Salou main town, so it really is perfectly located. We preferred staying in Cap Salou rather than main Salou, there are some stunning beaches located near by. We ended up spending quite a lot on drinks, so if the hotel did every offer an all inclusive option, this would probably be better for us as a family. However puting money on your wristbands, make it so easy to buy for drinks, ice creams etc. It can even be used on the onsite supermarket. All in all this is a brilliant hotel for young kids, ignore any bad reviews and get booking, you won't regret it!

Las piscinas estan limpias y son muy divertidas. Las animaciones para los niños estan muy bien.

El parking no se puede reservar y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que el parking tenía lista de espera de un par de días y nosotros íbamos solo tres noches :-( Por suerte dando vueltas encontramos un lugar donde aparcar aunque a 15 minutos andando del hotel. Creo que deberían avisar que el parking es muy pequeño y es dificil que tengas sitio.

Stayed here in an apartment with my husband and two children (12 and 9). Lovely and clean, lobby smells amazing! Great location if you want to go to the theme park and do the other activities around Salou without staying in the main town itself which is really busy, cap Salou is lovely and quiet. Snack bar sell amazing chips and baguettes. The animation team always have fun going around the pool you can join in as much or as little as you like. Will hopefully be going back next year!

Great hotel, good facilities with lovely little coves within walking distance. If you’re a smoker, can’t smoke on balcony but you can go to the seating area by bar/pool where all the children are, bizarre logic. Food was fantastic.

Great swimming pools and activities. Also good food and general schedule for breakfast and dinner allows for choosing your time flexibly. Staff are really pleasant in general and the animation folks manage to keep a general good mood in the hotel amongst all the people staying.

Not a deal breaker at all but parking is usually not immediately available in the hotel (have to wait queue to get a spot 1 or 2 days) and maybe a little expensive, but I guess that is quite personal on what each one considers expensive 😊. Also I find it a little too much that you have to leave a 20 Euro cash deposit for each towel and for the parking key. In our case we had 80 Euros just sitting there for the duration of our stay. If deposits were through bank card, it would be a little more convenient (if you really need to have deposits per each item, instead of one fixed amount reserved in your card for all items). Lastly, it would be great if the hotel managed to provide more shaded areas around the swimming pools. Lots of families with kids which try to protect them from the sun, but it gets tricky sometimes to find a spot with shade. All of them super minor things, but just to contribute with information people may find useful.
