This property has 3 fabulous pools to swim in, one on the beach where you can swim while watching the sunset. If you are looking for great pools l highly recommend. If however you are looking to swim off the beach at your hotel this is not the place for you as it is not a swimming beach. However l found a great beach at Thongson Bay which is relatively quiet but has a restaurant, beach massage, toilets etc. l spent almost every day here and loved it. It is only a 20 minute walk from the hotel and you can easily ride a scooter or take a cab if you prefer not to walk. Lots of great small restaurants, cafes, massage places within easy 2 minute walking distance of the hotel.

Die Unterkunft war für den Preis den man bezahlt eher schlecht .

Das Frühstück war einfallslos , das angebotene Thai Essen immer das gleiche und kalt . Habe das Personal dann auch paar mal gebeten es in der Microwelle warm zu machen , haben die dann auch gemacht . Glaube aber nur 10 sek. Habe es dann aufgegeben . Und bin dann bei Kaffee Obst und Gebäck geblieben . Strand war zu unserer Zeit nicht benutzbar . Meistens Ebbe , und schlammig . Sind dann mit dem gemieteten Roller immer zu anderen Stränden gefahren . Ohne einen Roller zu mieten ist man hier sehr lost .

El hotel está muy lejos de zonas con algo de animación, bares, etc. No hay nada cerca. No está mal pero debe ser por la temporada le faltaba mantenimiento, no se veía ni personal ni clientes.

La ubicación

Nous avons adoré cet hôtel. La piscine est somptueuse, le buffet petit-déjeuner est magnifique, Il manque seulement du vrai jus d'orange. Les lits sont très confortables et la baignoire à remous était vraiment très agréable. Nous avons adoré ce court séjour.

Comme souvent en Thaïlande, il manque du vrai jus d'orange et du bon pain au petit-déjeuner. À part ça, tout était magnifique

-cleaning staff were friendly and did a fabulous job in our pool villa -breakfast staff were lovely -omelette station was well appreciated by us (no other protein sources besides boiled eggs & American bacon!) -our pool villa was very comfortable; it would be heaven if the deck was re-stained, posts & walls re-painted & outdoor shower was accessible to pool to use directly after swimming. -beachfront was awesome for sunset views & plane watching (lol) -we loved the out of way location; there’s lots to do in close proximity BUT you need transport - we hired a scooter

-the resort is well beyond its prime and in desperate need of renovation -the title of ‘beach resort’ is deceptive; while it is located on the beach, swimming is impossible due to rocks, tidal flow, marina & associated pollution (next door) -despite the amount of cleaning & maintenance staff walking around, the facilities appeared grubby (eg.walls) and shabby (eg.uncut grass in our front courtyard, peeling/old paint on outside structures & decks) -the coffee was awful and served at boiling point; the breakfast food was mediocre quality and exactly the same every day (monotonous for long stays) -gym is extremely run down, many things are barely functional (treadmill & leg extension unsafe), no soap in toilets -front desk ladies not particularly friendly or welcoming and not in keeping with traditional Thai hospitality… I said hello every time I passed and was lucky to get simple eye contact! -I personally think for the overall presentation & package, what we actually got, we paid too much

The area was excellent. The staff were attentive, rooms always clean, breakfasts were really good. Swimming pools were clean and excellent. Motorbike rental and 7/11 very close.

Las piscinas eran perfectas, agua con temperatura perfecta. Muy util por ls mañanas porque hay marea baja en la playa y no se puede bañar.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, everything was clean and well maintained, and overall it’s definitely a place I would recommend.

The only downside was the “early check-in”. We understood this to mean that we would be able to access our room earlier, but in reality it only meant that we could use the resort facilities, such as the pools and restaurants, while waiting for the room to become available. Our luggage also had to be left in the outdoor lobby area during this time.

Also das Personal an Rezeption und im Restaurant, sowie die Gärtner waren super lieb und hilfsbereit! Die Pools waren echt ok Reinigungsservice für Wäsche hat tadellos geklappt Zimmer war ok Die Anlage ansich war recht schön und auch sauber !

Leider hatten wir vorab große Probleme beim Buchen und das Hotel hat ewig gebraucht um uns zu antworten. Wir wurden regelrecht hingehalten, bis es schon zu spät war und wir vor Ort waren. Hier mussten wir dann booking einschalten! Die Zimmer sind leider sehr veraltet, wir haben nur ein einfaches Doppelzimmer gebucht, ja...jeder bekommt das, was er bucht. Ea war ok, aber auch nicht mehr. Die Pools waren toll, leider teilweise echt scharfkantig, so dass wir tatsächlich mehrmals kleine Verletzungen hatten. Aber auch das war eigentlich nicht zu dramatisch. Schade ist jedoch, dass man nicht in der Lage ist, die Auflagen für die Liegen zu erneuern. Wir haben mehrmals gelesen, dass diese sehr verdreckt sind und da müssen wir leider zustimmen!! Echt schade, denn ansonsten ist es am Pool wirklich schön! Mein absolutes Highlight (NEGATIV) war die Kakerlake im Zutatentopf für die Eierstation! Leute! Sowas geht halt einfach gar nicht. Die Dame wirkte leicht genervt, als ich sie darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe. Seitdem konnte ich morgens keine Eier mehr essen und auch so war das Frühstück leider nicht sehr berauschend. Alles in allem wäre das Hotel ok gewesen aber dieser Punkt hat leider viel kaputt gemacht.

Nous avons changé pour des chambres supérieures car les standards c’est quasi sans fenêtres…. Pas possible de se baigner a là plage de l hôtel !!

Fijn, kleinschalig en rustig resort. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en de kamers zijn schoon. Iedere dag kregen we schone handdoeken, zowel voor de kamer als voor het zwembad, en ook nieuwe flesjes water op de kamer. Echt een fijne service! Het ontbijt was prima en er was voor ieder wat wils. Ook het avondeten in het resort is zeker een aanrader: genoeg keuze en lekker eten, ideaal als je een avondje niet op pad wilt. Wil je toch de drukte opzoeken, dan ben je met een scootertje zo in de gezelligere drukke gebieden. Wij hebben hier een heerlijk verblijf gehad!

La platja no es podia accedir per la brutícia i vidres literalment trencats que podies tallarte els peus. El esmorzar dolenyissim. El cafè molt dolent, els sucs artificials. Era la nostre lluna de mel i no han tingut ni un detall a l'habitació.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß. Super Ausstattung mit Poolhandtuch, Safe und Trinkwasser. Besonders gut haben uns die Pools gefallen. Die Anlage war ruhig. Es gab ein Wäscheservice und die Wäsche ist sehr frisch und innerhalb von 24 Stunden wieder angekommen. 7-Eleven und der Big Buddha waren fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Rezeptionspersonal war sehr freundlich. Weil es uns so gut gefallen hat konnten wir vor Ort eine Nacht dazu buchen.

Die Liegen am Pool waren teilweise etwas dreckig. Zudem kam das Reinigungspersonal erst gegen Mittag, wodurch man kein frisches Poolhandtuch bekommen hat. Darüberhinaus wäre eine Reserve-Klopapierrolle praktisch gewesen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, denn die warmen Speisen waren meist kalt, es ist dennoch für jeden etwas dabei.

Some of the buildings require some TLC maintenance on the outside - it’s looking a little tired.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy facilities. Good pools. Hotel cat was treated well.

The breakfast was generally poor. The rooms were not cleaned every day despite claiming to be.

1. Lots of gym machines and weight plate were not in good condition. I chose this hotel bcos of the gym .. 2. Nice concept ..I think 10yrs ago it was a luxurious resort but not well maintained.

הגענו לשם כי המקום בתמונות היה נראה ממש אחלה, בשנייה שהזמנו את הבולט והתחלנו לנסוע למיקום הבנו שעבדו עלינו בגדול מיקום גרוע ביותר לא קרוב לשום דבר אתה חייב מוניות התחזוקה של המלון ירודה באנו לעשות צק אין לחדר נכנסנו ופשוט אמרנו לעצמנו שאנחנו בחופשה ואין טעם לסבול אז באותו רגע החלטנו לחתוך משם , החדר עצמו ישן יש ריח של ביוב והפסדנו על שתי הלילות שסגרנו שם כסף שכמובן אחרי בקשת החזר הם סירבו תעשו לעצמכם טובה אל תסגרו את המלון הזה ואל תיפלו בפח כמונו.

The staff do their best to make the best of the situation. The size of the room was great, bed was ok too.

Stones on the shower floor, location is isolated. Everything from the timber work to guttering is falling apart. 30 years behind in maintenance. No grout in tiles in pool, very square edges, quite dangerous.

The setting and area were all very satisfactory.

The shower is good. But a suggestion I would make is to pour clear resin over the floor stones. This would give a more comfortable showering experience. The stones are a bit hard on the feet.

dat er zogezegd een zee is en er geen zee is want je kan er NIET in zwemmen en voetjesbaden, heel het jaar, ligt naast vissersboten, no paradise! dit hotel ligt ver van het centrum om te voet te kunnen gaan, tussen 23-7 uur smorgens als u aankomt op hotel dan heeft u pech geen personeel, behalve 1 security man dat geen engels kan! niemand bereikbaar! Als u iets tegenkomt in dit hotel dan moet u uw plan trekken want er is geen personeel aanwezig!Veel te duur eiland voor wat je krijgt, zeker geen paradise island, alles is geld!

Het bad en locatie.

Hygiëne: we hebben geen ontbijt genomen terwijl dit er wel bij zat. Omdat er overal veel kleine vliegen op zaten. Ook kan de receptie een stuk vriendelijker. We zijn een dag weg geweest en blijkbaar vond iemand het grappig om bij ons een bordje op te hangen dat ze niet hoefde te schoonmaken. Toen ik dit aangaf bij de receptie dat wij dit bordje niet hebben opgehangen werd receptioniste boos. Verder is het hotel sfeerloos en kil. Het strand bij het hotel is vervuild met allerlei plastic afval.

Sehr nettes Personal, Nähe zum Meer, ein schöner, großer Pool mit Blick auf‘s Meer, das Frühstück ist gut, die Rezeption organisiert alle möglichen Dinge wie Rollerausleih, Transfers und Weiteres. 🙏🏽

Im TV gibt’s keinen wirklichen Sport- oder Nachrichtensender. Allerdings ist das im Urlaub recht egal, aber sonst gab es einfach nichts zu bemerken.

Location. Cleaning staff very good.

Attitude of most of reception staff. Food not good and expensive. Was given raw potatoes. The whole experience needs to be investigated by a competent managerial person before bookings.com re-offer this property. So many problems and customers leaving early. We booked for 1 month and after 2 weeks contacted you to obtain a refund but the property refused. So we think that says it all.

The staff at the reception were incredibly cool, friendly, and helpful. They always had a smile on their faces and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Excellent service and a great team!

Our room was perfect, so spacious, the bed was incredibly comfy, bathtub was huge, balcony was spacious, TV, good aircon. 3 choice of pools was good also, very quiet at each pool with plenty of loungers. Good gym with aircon.

Some areas of the resort were a bit tired for example ripped sun loungers, a pool bar which was never open, maybe it was due to it not being high season and potentially the up keep of the resort is better in high season. However, great value for money so we would still return

Suelo empezar a leer siempre los comentarios negativos antes de elegir un hotel, y mi sorpresa es que no entiendo, como es que este hotel puede tener muchos comentarios negarivos. Pues, el hotel es realmente fantastico, confortable y podria hasta decir lujoso, como por ejemplo: Diseño refinado y acogedor de la habitacion, con muchos detalles de gusto exquisito. Respecto a la piscina, fantastica y con vista a la playa. El servicio del personal es de primera y siempre dispuestos a ayudarte con una sonrisa. Desayuno: Wowwww!! increible y muy variado.

Lamentablemente no se podia entrar al mar, por la temporada de marea baja en Junio en esta area de la isla.

Looked all in all a bit cheap for a 4* hotel, especially the gym.

Not what we expected at all. Feel misled by Booking. The resort was empty, we were there for 3 days and saw 4 different people. We had a pool villa style room which was nice, however, the bed was uncomfortable. Reception staff weren't the friendliest. For a 4* resort, we would've expected better than what we were met by. Sun loungers ripped open, dirty. Also advertised as on the beach, which it is, however, you are advised not to go in the sea due to it being so shallow.

The resort is beautifully designed, there are 3 swimming pools and a gym. There is a private beach from which you can watch the incredible sunsets. It's nearby the temples and Big Buddha.

Not all of the staff spoke sufficient English I would say and not all of them were equally friendly. Around sunset time there are quiet some bugs around the restaurant. For Thai standards I found it a bit more than usual, but in other places I've stayed at, insect repellent was offered, that would be a nice gesture for this place to do too.

Un hotel plongé dans le calme et la verdure. il y a 4 grandes piscines. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Délicieux petits restaurant a 2/3 minutes a pieds. Et 7eleven un peu plus loin. Accès au bouddha possible a pieds ainsi qu'aux temples

The family room is amazing. Very spacious and very clean. Very comfortable beds and eaa cleaned everyday. Good space for parking the car and very central to go anywhere.

The beach pool was impossible to swim on. The chlorine was so high that my kids were crying after 10m because of their eyes. We had to use the other pool on the bottom of the rooms because it had less chlorine We told the staff but nothing happened. Also the beach was not usable as it was very low tide all the time, no water and ver muddy. Not the dream beach we were expecting.

Most of it,it was dirty,whoever rated this place needs to take a good look around,I stayed for 1 month,food was appalling,was left on side after being cooked for 30 mins +,the staff was to buisey on tik Tok or other sites to do there job,there was vomit on stairs into my room.when I arrived.was still there 1 month later when I left,around the pools was so filthy,old food was still on side of sun lounges.days after,the sun lounges stank,as around pool & sun lounge’s.was never hosed or cleaned,there was bird muck allover sun Lounges prob bn there for god knows how long,so stale food & muck attracted more flies.I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.
