De kamer en het zwembad waren slecht gepoetst. In de badkamer stonden nog hand afdrukken op de muur. De douche wand was volgens mij helemaal niet afgenomen voor wij kwamen. Naast de wc op het wandje zat allemaal stof. er zijn verschillende dingen zoals de bank op onze kamer, de gordijnen, een kussen van de bank buiten dat allemaal vlekken had toen wij binnenkwamen, dat ziet niet smakelijk uit. Het zwembad had groene aanslag op de tegeltjes zitten. Onze bungalow zag er in het algemeen uit alsof het aan vervanging toe was, stukken uit tegels, uit hout, vlekken in meubels, het bamboe hek om onze bungalow heen was aan de onderkant weggerot.

The layout of the villa during our 2 stays was very nice. We didn't use the pool during our first stay but used the pool several times during our 2nd stay. We enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant during both stays and very nice to enjoy breakfast by the beach.

My wife always enjoy using a gym during our travels and unfortunately no gym is available, which I missed checking during the booking

Alles, der Privatpool ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück das jeden Morgen in das Zimmer geliefert wurde war sehr gut.

Sehr schöne Villa (wir hatten die große mit 2 Räumen, 2 Bädern und großem Pool). Die Terrasse ist schön schattig und nicht einsehbar, sodass man wirklich seine Ruhe hat. Sehr schön eingerichtet und liebevoll gestaltet. Das Sea la Vie Restaurant direkt vorne am Strand ist super in allen Punkten: Ambiente, Ausblick mit Sonnenuntergang, sehr nettes Personal und auch sehr leckeres Essen und Drinks.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön gestaltet, nur schade, dass der Strand direkt vor dem Hotel nicht wirklich ein Badestrand ist - das wäre sonst natürlich top! Das Bett in dem einen Schlafzimmer ist extrem hoch, was für Kinder schwierig sein kann. (Wir sind zu viert als Familie mit 2 Kindern verreist.)

Das Personal war unfassbar zuvorkommend, die Villa traumhaft schön und das Essen fantastisch.

No TV, just Netflix & Prime Video when you could connect to them. Have been here 5 times, and this time it was noticeable that the Villas are starting to show their age. Aircon starts and stops when it pleases.

Zum einen hat uns die Grand Villa mit 2 Einheiten gefallen! Wir hatten zudem einen wirklich großen Aussenbereich und einen sehr schönen Pool! Der täglich kontrolliert und gereinigt (Blätter etc.) wurde! Ebenso können wir das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen im Hotel Restaurant empfehlen! Auch hier war das Servicepersonal immer sehr zuvorkommend!!! ☺️

Wir fanden die Anlage allgemein super ruhig und angenehm perfekt zum entspannen. Die Villa hatte alles was man braucht und der Pool sowie das Restaurant und die Blicke auf das Meer waren perfekt. Wir würden das jeden empfehlen!

The view from the restaurant is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset, it is truly one of the highlights of the hotel. Having our own private pool also made our stay particularly comfortable and enjoyable. But above all, what really made a difference was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. A very special thank you to the Villa Manager and the Restaurant Manager, who both went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well looked after. They were always helpful, thoughtful and genuinely lovely. Their attention and kindness made our stay so much more special, and we are very grateful to them.

The main area that could be improved is the rooms. While they are spacious and comfortable, they are starting to feel a little dated and would really benefit from some refurbishment and refreshing. This would bring the accommodation up to the same level as the beautiful setting and the excellent service.

Piscine magnifique, petit déjeuner en chambre ou au bord de la mer, diner au bord de la mer. Les équipements de la chambre sont à la fois et superbe.

il conviendrait que l'hôtel offre une priorité de réservations aux clients de l'hôtel pour le restaurant de l'établissement quitte à le demander avant notre arrivée. J'ai dû argumenter pour obtenir une table à diner au restaurant dont l'emplacement entre la piscine et la plage et duquel on peut profiter du coucher du soleil.

Beautiful villas and resort. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were fantastic. The villas are spacious, private, very well maintained and beautiful throughout. The resort is about 15 minutes in a grab to the Fisherman village. The sunset was beautiful from the resort restaurant as well as the fantastic fire show afterwards. Big shout out to the manager, he made us feel very welcome when we arrived. We ate at a local cafe (turn right when leaving the resort )it's on the left hand side before the 7 eleven. Amazing food and service. Would highly recommend staying here and hopefully we will return in the future. It was the perfect end to our three weeks travelling around Thailand.

Lovely villa, although a little tired in places. The Gardens were very pretty and lit up at nights. The restaurant food was very good and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The beach is not very good, in fact it was rather smelly when we stayed which affected the restaurant area as well as the bar.

Het vriendelijke personeel. En het prive zwembad was geweldig en ook het reataurant was mooi gemaakt. Er waren geweldige gerechten voor europese prijzen verkrijgbaar.

De accomodatie. De lakens van het bed stonken. Er was geen warm water in ons huisje. En het bed was maar 1.90 lang, zodat mijn man alleen scheef in het bed paste.

Petit déjeuner top, même que je préfère quand c’est en buffet. Serviabilité du personnel souriant.

Le prix du restaurant Sea la vie est beaucoup trop cher pour l’île. Peu de monde y mange à midi.

Villaen var privat, romslig og svært komfortabel, med eget lite basseng som gjorde oppholdet ekstra godt. Personalet var vennlige og oppmerksomme, frokosten var veldig god, og hele stedet var velholdt ognydelig. Perfekt hvis du ønsker å senke tempoet og bare nyte omgivelsene.

Het personeel was echt heel lief en behulpzaam! Het eten in het restaurant was fantastisch lekker! Zelfs voor vegetariërs heel veel opties en alles steeds vers bereid. Voor het ontbijt kon je bestellen wat je wou uit een vaste lijst, maar wat was het lekker! De manager Isma heeft ons extra thuis doen voelen als prinsen en prinsessen in een paradijsje. De kamers waren heel ruim en ons privé zwembad was echt de max! Wij reisden met twee kinderen van 9 en 10 jaar oud. Er was ook steeds hele leuk entertainment voorzien in het restaurant 's avonds. Zoals een vuurshow of een dj.

Er viel niets tegen. Het hotel was niet zo groot, maar dat was eerder een voordeel. Er waren geen andere faciliteiten buiten het lekkere restaurant en het privé zwembad.

Locatie, personeel, eten en kamers waren allemaal voortreffelijk.

Vi boede i en Grand Sala, to voksne og to børn. En stor, privat pool og lækker morgenmad bragt til villaen hver morgen. Et fantastisk hjælpsomt personale var med til at gøre oplevelsen endnu bedre. Fik to dejlige behandlinger på hotellets spa. Fire show på stranden, live violin show på restauranten. Maden på restauranten var lækker og personalet her var ligeledes vidunderligt.

This is the kind of villa you just don't want to leave. The rooms and the bathrooms were exceptional. The indoor pool also exceeded expectations. Everyone was super friendly. We rented bikes and took a stroll. Views were amazing. You could also rent a kayak for free but we didn't. We had children and the pool was deep for them but we got life jackets from the beach restaurant.

Outside the villa there aren't a lot of options within walking distance but you can always get a car/bike and move around easily.

Cet hôtel est vraiment magnifique : rien que l’allée pour accéder aux chambres est chouette. La chambre au top : la piscine privée le rêve ! Hyper agréable et tout est bien fait de sorte à ce que personne de l’extérieur ne vous voit sur votre terrasse et dans votre chambre.

Le lit était assez dur, et les oreillers beaucoup trop gros et gonflés. Par contre dès lors qu’on l’a dit le personnel nous en ont mis des plus plats. L

Wat een mooi hotel. Het personeel is zo aardig en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt werd steeds gebracht naar de kamer, het beste ontbijt dat we in 2 weken tijd gegeten hebben! Zo lekker. En heeeel lief personeel.

Er zaten 3 salamandertjes in onze kamer. Waarschijnlijk niet vermijdbaar maar dat vonden we een beetje minder fijn om goed te slapen.

Loved the private villas with pool as this gave you options to enjoy your own space or utilise the communal pool area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious.

Tango Luxe è presentato come un’esperienza premium, ma la realtà è diversa. La struttura ha fascino e un bel design, però appare datata e poco curata rispetto alle foto. La mancanza di luce naturale nelle camere è un grande punto debole. MOLTO IMPORTANTE, le SALA Pool Villa sono tutte diverse tra loro e non è detto che si riceva una camera uguale a quella prenotata online e purtroppo questo non viene specificato. Aspettative deluse rispetto all’immagine proposta. Allego foto della SALA pool villa numero 14. Prima mi avevano proposto la numero 3 che era ancora più vecchia e ancora più diversa da quello che vendono su Booking

Very nice resort. Nice restaurant with sunset view with many varieties to choose from. How ever the room I got was a little noisy as it was beside a storage room? So the staffs go in and out all the time. Pretty annoying I would say, and I did request for a quite room in advance but instead got a pretty noisy room (not to mention the renovation going on right across my room . But besides that it was perfect.

Noisy room. Staff store room beside. Renovation for upgrade going on. I was given the room that was the closest to renovation . But I saw many empty rooms inside. Wandering why didn't they gave me a more quite room? I did request before I check in.

Das Frühstück war grossartig und unglaublich vielfältig. Man kann es sich am Vortag ganz nach Wunsch zusammenstellen. Falls man am Morgen doch noch Lust auf etwas Zusätzliches hat, lässt es sich problemlos nachbestellen. Das absolute Highlight ist, dass das Frühstück direkt in die Villa gebracht wird – man wacht auf und alles steht schon bereit! Die Villa ist einfach super für Leute, die Privatsphäre schätzen und einfach mal abschalten möchten. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, besonders das Tauchbecken mit Whirlpoolfunktion.

Es gab eigentlich nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hätte. Da der Flughafen in unmittelbarer Nähe liegt, hört man zwar öfter die Flugzeuge starten und landen – da wir aber viel unterwegs waren und Ausflüge gemacht haben, hat uns das nicht weiter gestört.

Das Zimmer mit dem eigenen Pool war wunderschön und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Leider ist der Wasserstand am Strand so niedrig, dass man gar nicht zum Baden kommt.

O quarto era bem espaçoso, o banheiro enorme, a piscina privativa era muito boa. Os funcionários eram solícitos.

Eh um pouco distante do centro comercial, então você tem que pegar táxi ou pedir no hotel (que eh mais caro). O café da manhã era ok, nada demais, e o café era morno.

Great value for money. Stayed here for 5 nights and it felt very private, with a private pool and very quiet in the day. It got busy at night but we were always able to get a table. Good distance for getting a taxi to Fishermans village too

WARNING TO ALL FAMILIES: DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. This hotel put our children’s health at risk and then tried to avoid responsibility. After swimming in their pool, both of our children suffered severe chemical skin burns/rashes. The hotel staff tested the pool water themselves and confirmed the chemical balance was dangerously wrong. When the first test showed extremely unsafe levels, the staff removed the test kit and refused to show us the original results. Instead of closing the pool or protecting guests, they simply added more water and claimed everything was “safe again.” The attached photo was taken AFTER they diluted the pool — and even then the chemical readings were still clearly outside safe levels. We immediately packed our belongings and left because we no longer trusted the hotel or felt safe letting our children stay there. Days later, our children’s condition became so serious that we had to take them to the hospital. The doctor confirmed the injuries were caused by pool exposure and ordered them to avoid pools, the ocean, and sun exposure for at least a week. Even after receiving medical documentation proving the injuries, the hotel still refused to take full responsibility and only refunded 30% of our stay. The most terrifying part is not just the dangerous pool conditions — it is the dishonesty and complete lack of accountability: - Unsafe chemical levels - Hiding the first test results - Fake “solution” by adding water - Continuing to allow guests into the pool - Refusing proper compensation after children required hospital treatment This hotel should never place guests — especially children — in this kind of danger. We travel often around the world and have NEVER experienced anything this irresponsible, unsafe, and disturbing. If you care about your family’s safety, stay somewhere else.

Villa sehr sauber, groß und geräumig!

Frühstück war nichts besonderes, sehr einfach. Personal bis auf eine Dame am Empfang recht unfreundlich.

Sehr schöne, grosszügige Villa mit Pool und Meerblick. Vorallem das Restaurant ist top. Sehr nettes Personal, tolle Stimmung und leckeres Essen.

Yksityisyys parhaimmalla mahdollisella tasolla! Todella miellyttävät huoneistot, tilavat ja käytännölliset. Aamupala oli mieletön. Emme olisi halunneet lähteä, koska huoneisto oli niin upea ja viihtyisä. Suosittelen tätä paikkaa lämmöllä!

The plunge pools are a delight particularly after a day out and about. The room was spacious and had a couch the deck chairs by pool not comfortable and to go for a bigger villa with outside couch may be worth the spend. We ate breakfast one day it was extensive and beautiful in presentation. The beds seem firm in Thailand but every is spotless and the rooms very quiet. The staff very polite and accommodating actually outstanding in their service. The location is walkable and some fantastic local eateries nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel ! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect. The villas are very private, spacious, and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location is ideal, both peaceful and close to many things.

We had an amazing three-night stay at this hotel. Truly an unforgettable experience ! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Special thanks to Isma, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. We stayed from Thursday to Saturday and really enjoyed spending our evenings at their restaurant, Sea La Vie. The atmosphere was lively every night and the food was absolutely delicious. The location is another plus, very close to the airport yet surprisingly quiet, and conveniently located near beautiful temples and several night markets. We would definitely love to come back on our next trip to Koh Samui.

Lovely relaxing villas, main pool was lovely and was never too busy, you also had the option of your private pool. Staff were so lovely and could not do not enough to help you nothing was an issue. We used their transport several times as we were a larger group which was very reasonably priced. Reception was also extremely helpful in booking excursions. The bar area is an ideal spot for a beautiful sunset with a good selection of food and drinks. There is a selection of bars and restaurants 10-15 min walk away and fisherman’s village 15 mins or so in a taxi

The bed was comfortable

I know that the manager is going to make a comment about what I say here, but this is my experience at Tango Luxe. Firstly breakfast. Only a very small choice. Delivered at the time you specify, however your on holidays, and some days your up early, others you want to sleep in. Was brought to our villa. They lay out a table cloth, that for 6 nights stay, 4 mornings the was ripped. Ordered eggs Benedict. Served on wet and soggy toast and absolutely smothered in sauce. And yolks were hard most the time. Next day I ordered toast, well that was cold. Tried the pancakes the next 2 days, bland with no flavour. Housekeeping… I’m not sure that the bed sheets were changed at all during the 6 night stay. I would wake up scratching. We were there 3 days when the housekeeper came in, she made the bed and changed the towels, that’s it. I had a dirty glass in the bathroom for 3 days before it was noticed. The shower sprayed every which way as the shower head was so old. Very hard to regulate the temperature and would often go cold. The pool… well that is mostly in the shade so doesn’t get warmed by the sun. The wooden outdoor floors had nails and screws sticking out. The restaurant, way too highly priced and not much choice, so we never ate there. The main pool is directly next to the restaurant so if you want a swim there, there’s no privacy from people at the restaurant. There was a private function there one night, so couldn’t have eaten there if we wanted too. If your looking for a beach, well go somewhere else because there is absolutely no beach. It’s all rocks and no sand. Everything came at a cost. If you wanted ice to chill your wine, you had to pay for it. Wanted Evian water in the fridge, you had to pay. The courtesy bus was 500 baht to Bophut, a grab cost 300, so that’s not really a courtesy. I rate this place 5/10 and that’s being generous. Bit sad that it kind of ruined our expectations and our holiday

The room was incredibly spacious, with a lovely rustic design that made it feel very homely. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches such as the in-room Bluetooth speaker. The plunge pool was a great feature and kept at a really pleasant temperature. Breakfast being delivered to the room was a particularly nice touch, especially being able to enjoy it outside in a relaxed setting.

The restaurant attached to the hotel was quite expensive offered a predominantly Western-style menu, so more variety would have been welcome. The communal pool was very small and not particularly comfortable to relax around, as the sunbeds are positioned directly next to the restaurant where guests are dining, which made it feel lacking in privacy. As a result, we chose not to use it. The location was also fairly quiet, with limited nearby beach access, meaning a longer walk was required than expected to reach a suitable beach.

The villa was advertised as having an ocean view — and technically, it does. However, the view is through the restaurant area, which means there is absolutely no privacy if you want to relax in bed and enjoy the scenery. It appears the restaurant has been extended, making the current layout quite different from the photos, which now feel outdated. I was hoping to spend peaceful evenings by the water, but instead found myself surrounded by restaurant guests. We visited the restaurant once for breakfast: the Eggs Benedict were served cold and the bread was very dry. On the positive side, the BLT sandwich was good. In the evening, however, the experience improved significantly — the drinks were excellent. I would definitely recommend stopping by for sunset and a cocktail.
