Die Unterkunft ist sehr gross und man hat viel Platz. Dies gilt für den Aussen- sowie Innenbereich. Das Highlight ist der grosse und tiefe Pool im privaten Bungalow. Man hat seine Privatsphäre und kann die Zeit gemeinsam genissen. Die Outdoorküche lädt zum Verweilen ein und macht das Erlebnis besonders. Die Angestellten wie die Reinigungskräfte und Hauswarte waren äusserst freundlich. Wir fühlten uns durch die Freundlichkeit sehr wohl.

Leider war die Unterkunft bei Ankunft nicht gut geputzt. Beim Poolablauf lag noch Abfall der Vorgänger und das Badezimmer hatte noch Flecken auf den Ablageflächen. Dies wurde am zweiten Tag aber beseitigt. Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Silikonfugen beim Lavabo lösen sich und sind grün. Im Badezimmer sind einige Wandplatten abgefallen. Die Dusche hat beim Anmachen sehr gestunken. Wir haben für den nächsten Tag um 10.00 Uhr bei der Rezeption für die Übergabe des Rollers abgemacht. Um 10.00 Uhr war niemand bei der Rezeption, weder das Personal noch der Rollervermieter. Auf eine Nachricht von mir hat niemand reagiert und die Rollervermietung tauchte erst um 10.30 Uhr auf. Ein weiteres unzuverlässiges Ereignis war, dass wir für den Abreisetag über die Rezeption ein Transfer gebucht haben, der am nächsten Tag um 5.30 Uhr kommen und uns an den Flughafen bringen sollte. Die Rezeptionistin hat sich unser Anliegen aufgeschrieben und vermutlich vergessen, den Transfer zu organisieren. Wir standen um 5.30 Uhr am morgen vor dem Hotel und mussten uns selber um einen Transfer kümmern. Normalerweise sind die Leute in Thailand sehr zuverlässig, was in dieser Unterkunft gar nicht der Fall war.

Ruhige und schöne Anlage mit großem Pool. Die Bungalows bieten ausreichend Privatsphäre und sind ebenfalls sehr schön. Das Personal war durchgängig extrem freundlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Da unser Flieger extrem früh gelandet ist, konnten wir sogar früher einchecken. Beim nächsten Mal bleiben wir definitiv länger, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft! Wir waren von Tag 1 an absolut begeistert. Es ist absolut privat, man hat eine eigene Küchenzeile und das Bad mit der riesigen Dusche ist der Wahnsinn!!

Die Betten waren recht hart. Ab Tag 4 hat man sich aber dran gewöhnt

The private pool and how it quiet it is.

I didn't like the pillows, they were to soft. I didn't like that the cleaners didn't lock our gate door after they cleaned our room. We left things in our outside fridge and by the pool. Anyone could have just walked in while we were out. The cleaners need to lock gate after completing the clean.

Excellent accommodation. Total privacy. Loved the private pool. Much bigger and deeper than expected. And very clean. Bedroom was a really good size with a big comfortable bed. Great location and easy to get a taxi anywhere. Big shout out to the team. It was our wedding anniversary and the team decorated our bed in celebration. Thank you.

Highlight war der eigene Pool, das Badezimmer mit Aussendusche und die Grösse. Allgemein eine super schöne Anlage mit viel Privatsphäre. 7/11 und lokales Thairestaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The big pool was great. Everything was clean and the staff was nice. Quiet, nice and private location. The shower outside was super, even though the water temperature changed.

With a scooter the location is very good, otherwise by walking it's too far. The water in the private pool was too cold.

Le concept de villa avec piscine très intimiste

Cela fait au moins 4 fois que nous y séjournons, sur environ 6 ans. Puisque nous connaissons bien ce complexe hôtellerie, nous avons sûrement plus d’exigence que la moyenne. Toujours est-il que nous constatons que les villas aujourd’hui auraient besoin d’une rénovation. Le coin kitchenette est de moins en moins bien. Trop peu d’ustensiles pour faire un peu de cuisine. De plus, le ménage laisse à désirer. Mais dans l’ensemble, cela reste un bel endroit où passer de bonnes vacances détente en toute sérénité.

Deuxième fois pour nous dans cet hôtel et sûrement pas la dernière. Les villas sont magnifiques, au calme. Le personnel est adorable.

Die Wohneinheit mit separaten Pool verschaffen super Privatsphäre und man kann sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Mit dem Roller sind belebte Gegenden und Sehnswürdigkeiten in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Es hat aber auch Lokale direkt vor dem Hotel sowie ein 7/11. Mit Kind super Unterkunft. Nah am Flughafen gelegen.

Die grosszügige Villa mit dem schönen Pool. Die Privatsphäre, die man dort geniessen konnte. Die Lage der Villa. Restaurants und Supermarkt in Gehdistanz. Also, wir waren rundum zufrieden und das Personal war auch immer sehr freundlich.

Dejlig pool og fine værelser. Flotte omgivelser i den lille gårdhave. Vi havde ikke regnet med at køkkenet var udendørs så det overraskede os lidt. Stranden var tæt på når man gik igennem resortet.

Møblementet var i det hele taget ikke så komfortabelt (liggestole, siddemøbler, spisebordsstole). Det indbød ikke rigtigt til at man sad og slappede af. Fælles poolområdet kunne trænge til lidt renovering. AC i det ene soveværelse larmede rigtigt meget.

Skvělý personál, pohodlný přístup do jednotlivých koutů okolí, ať pláží či památek, ideální místo pro užívání si soukromí s dostupností veškeré vybavenosti v okolí. Skvělé restaurace v dostupné vzdálenosti, možnost pozorovat západy slunce kousek od ubytování na nádherných místech. Skvělá je vybavenost multimédii u bazénu, kde se dá jak poslouchat hudba, tak případně koukat na film bez nutnosti opouštět bazén. Skvělá je i venkovní kuchyně s lednicí a mrazákem o dostatečně kapacitě.

Vybavení bylo zastaralé, pokoje a koupelna by potřebovali revitalizaci, aspoň vymalovat a předělat elektriku, některé zásuvky nejsou funkční, nelze rozsvítit, nebo zhasnout bazén, vodárna při každém otočení kohoutkem vydává děsivé zvuky. Blízkost letiště, resp. letové trasy pro přistání je občas obtěžující.

Wir wollten um 19:00 einchecken, aber an der Rezeption stand nur bis um 18:00 geöffnet. Bei Bokking steht aber bis 21:00. Wir mussten viele Nummern anrufen, bis jemand gekommen ist.

Nice spot. Spacious. Clean. Quiet.

Management staff cocky. We requested twin beds. Although confirmed, on arrival it appeared differently. Senior staff did not listen and only tried to convince it was not possible. No restaurant. No gym.

Vi havde lejet 2 villaer og i begge villaer var rengøringen mangelfuld. Der er ikke en badestrand ved hotellet.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Poolvilla. Wir haben dort 6 Nächte verbracht und die Lage war sehr gut. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Ruhe und die Privatsphäre, die man dort genießen konnte. Es war der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und Abschalten.

Confortable et configuration top pour des vacances avec des ado. Chacun son espace. Un espace extérieur commun où on peut préparer son petit-déjeuner (micro-ondes + 2 plaques électriques + frigo) Piscine perso sympa pour des moments en famille + grande piscine. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet espace. A l'écart des grandes plages touristiques = resto pas chers à proximité et excellents ! Certains vous livrent dans les villas. Plage tranquille à qq minutes à pieds et bar terrasse vue coucher de soleil à 5 min. A 2 pas des temples, resto, terrasse, épicerie, loueur de scooters... il y a tout ce qu'il faut sur place à tarif abordable ce qui est appréciable.

Une des 2 chambres avait 1 Sdb ouverte sur l'extérieur = moustiques et fourmis dans la chambre !! Résultats des fourmis sont rentrées dans la valise de nos filles.... leurs affaires en etaient pleines. Cette configuration a aussi était très désagréable lors d'une journée de pluie. Sincèrement je ne veux plus jamais de salle de bain ouverte ainsi sur l'extérieur. Ménage bof... pas totalement nickel : - ni dans les parties privatives ( notamment les lavabos, douche, intérieur et rail des armoires), - ni les parties collectives (notamment dans les allées menant aux villas, balayer ne suffit pas lorsque les fiantes s'accumulent et ça n'a pas été fait en 10 jours). Accueil joignable par whatsapp mais réponses tardives et oubli de réservation du taxi pour aller à l'aéroport... 😞 Éloigné des plages touristiques, le taxi s'impose

The place we stayed at was very nice, but the superficial receptionist and superficial cleaning and poop stench from the shower water made it uncomfortable.

Cleaning was not thorough. One could see the stains and things one doesnt want to see. Everytime we turned on the shower this excrement smell came out and filled the whole bathroom, we had to leave the shower on for 5min, close the door and then go in, but we gagged every time. Such a shame cause the place is magnoficent. I didn't like the lady in the receptions unwelcomi g attitude. She couldn't even smile. No matter how much we smiled she didn't smile. Uncomfortable. The cleaners and gartners were more well manered then those in the reception, the cleaners and gartners always smiled and greeted us in a respectful way, some in the reception needs to be educated on how to be service-minded. When people come on holidays we dont wan to see an unfriendly face, please do work on that. I messaged them the day before asking them about where to leave the key, they saw the message but didn't respond on Whatsapp. I messaged them again in the morning, nothing. Whatsapp says they are 24 h open, but on the door it says it opens at 9am.

Everything- I couldn’t fault one thing about this place! I was so happy waking up here everyday- Having our own private pool, a kitchen, laundry service was seamless and made this property an incredible stay. The villas and hotel are beautiful, clean and makes you not want to leave the place! But when you do, it’s a great location away from the craziness but still close enough to lots of fun things like coco tams etc

Am besten war für uns die Privatsphäre. Der Pool hatte eine sehr angenehme Grösse. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Klimaanlage war ein etwas älteres Modell und sehr laut.

Plutôt hors circuit, accès à la plage limitée et au night-life pour ceux que cela est important. Bien que le nombre de resto à proximité soit limité le Stop@Sopa est un resto simple avec menu variés, super service et très bon qualité/prix. Comme il était mentionné dans plusieurs commentaires des reviews, le matelas était effectivement plutôt très ferme… avis à ceux qui préfèrent moelleux!

משרד הקבלה נסגר ב18:00 בערב, אם רוצים משהו הם זמינים בווטסאפ, המיקום קצת קשוח ורחוק מצ׳וואנג מתאים למי שמחפש להתנתק, יש סבן אילבן קרוב ומסאז מחוץ למלון

This is a really cute villa setup. The staff are lovely and let us check in very early in the morning, and keep the villa clean each day. It is not in the main strip area, but near some nice attractions and beaches.

The only thing to take care of is the pool, we have 2yr old who loved to play in the water, but there wasn't much shallow area for her to play by herself. And we had to be extremely careful with her running around the concrete sides. This is not a criticism, just something to be aware of.

La Villa est telle qu'elle apparaît sur les photos de l annonce. Pas de mauvaise surprise bien au contraire. La piscine privée est juste top, aucun vis à vis vous êtes chez vous le temps du séjour 😁 La salle de bain est immense ! Petit plus, tous les services de livraison pour les repas, le 7/11 à 2 min. Possibilité de louer un scooter directement via l hôtel. Une piscine à l entrée de la résidence IMMENSE et très agréable aussi. Le personnel est génial, très gentil et super réactif aux demandes.

Beaucoup de lumière dans la chambre. Les rideaux ne font clairement pas le job, prévoir un masque pour les yeux. Le lit peut être un poil dur.

Die Lage war absolut perfekt und dennoch hatte man seine Ruhe. Das Hotel Personal war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zudem waren sie sehr unkompliziert und halfen wo sie konnten. Der Preis war sehr angemessen und die Ausstattung sehr gut.

Propre , gentillesse , belles chambres

We were a family of 4 staying in a two bed villa. The villa was so spacious, we loved the outdoor living area. Well equipped and pool towela provided. The kids loved our private pool aswell as the big communal pool (we were often the only ones in it). The staff were all friendly and helpful. It was conviently next to a quiet beach which was great for sunset walks. Some nice local thai places to eat within walking distance too. The big buddha is a 20min walk or short taxi ride away. The only thing I'd highlight is that the two bedrooms are not connected and are essentially seperate builds with the pool inbetween. As we were travelling with small children (under 6), we didn't feel comfortable leaving them in their own room across the pool where we couldnt hear them, and also concerned we wouldn't want them trying to walk to our room in the night and accidently fall in the pool. Instead we just slept 1 adult, 1 child in each room, which was fine but just not what we had anticipated when booking a 2 bedroom villa. I'm sure older children would be fine, but thought it was worth highlighting to other families of small children.

Loved the pools. The exercise pool was great for swimming and private pool lovely to cool off. Peaceful, beautiful surroundings.

Sehr viel Privatsphäre, Restaurants, Läden und Massage in fußläufiger Entfernung. Auch ein interessanter Tempel ist in direkter Nähe. Gut ausgestattete Villas mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ideal zum Relaxen und Erholen. Privatpools in jeder Villa. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal da.

Alles bestens. Wenn man unbedingt was finden will: die Zimmermädchen haben in der Küchenzeile die Teebeutel und Kaffeesticks etwas erratisch aufgefüllt, aber dafür gibt es den 7-Eleven nebenan, kein Drama.
