Reviewed Aug 15, 2026que estaba justo frente a la playa, agradable el espacio y decoración. La terraza a la que daba nuestra habitación estaba muy bonita, con la fuente y buda y las hamacas y puff.
Que había un señor fumando dos días, y parece que al personal le cuesta decirle al señor que eso no se puede hacer. Hacían la habitación a las 16h, cosa que no entiendo... pero bueno... no fue lo más importante. El spa no indica la edad en la reserva y cuando llegamos allí no lo podía usar mi hijo. De hecho no pudimos ni verlo.

El baño era un poco antiguo y con algo de suciedad. Los portazos de la gente, bastante ruido por los pasillos durante la noche, huéspedes bastante ruidosos. Las sombrillas que ponía el hotel en la playa se retiraban a las 4 y media, me parece un poco pronto.

Les repas et le petit-déjeuner étaient excellents. Quelques points à améliorer : matelas un peu trop dur, problème de tuyauterie avec des fuites dans la salle de bain et pas de désodorisant dans les toilettes. Dans l’ensemble, une bonne expérience, surtout pour l’emplacement

Frukosten var inte helt ok, hade önskat ett lite större utbud. Förutom att sitta i en trevlig miljö skulle jag önskat att det var lite mer på frukostbordet så att känslan av hotellfrukost skulle infinna sig. Det gjorde den inte riktigt. Mindre dofter på hotellet vore bra. OBS, det var inga konstiga dofter utan bara för mycket av det goda:-) Hotellet erbjuder solstolar på den närliggande standen. De sköts dock inte om och vi nyttjande de inte en enda gång.

No ventillation in the room - no openable windows. Disappointing gym. A couple of times staff undertook to do something and then didn't.

Breakfast is ok, but don’t expect a lot of choices. They do however make different omelets that you can order. The kids loved the pancakes. Pool is very small, but again, you are so close to the beach that you don’t need it. Overall, it is ok, but nothing more.

The rooms were very dated and old , not cleaned to a good standard. Communication was hard work with staff just didn’t have that customer service in them. Spa was closed early , whirlpool didn’t work , beach towels they apparently gave all of them to clean and no spares . Cockroaches in room - best thing was the location.

I arrived and it took them 4 hours @6pm to get one room ready while the other was ready in about 20-30 minutes. Next morning there was no hot water and it took them entire day fixing it. All I would hear from the staff was sorry and sorry. Breakfast is decent.

Очень доброжелательный персонал, приятный в общении как по вопросам проживания, если таковые возникают, так и на общие темы. Это и менеджеры на рецепции Youvna, Shiksha и Rojo (кстати, говорит по-русски), и работники бара Ram и Ashwinee, и менеджер службы безопасности Eric, и многие другие, вплоть до службы клининга. Неплохой завтрак - шведский стол и хороший ужин a la carte - за ананасы фламбе отдельный респект повару. Номер соответствует описанию. Немного "уставшая" ванна и нет гигиенического душа (биде), но почему-то мне кажется, что это будет решено. Уборка ежедневная. Менеджер SPA салона (3-ий этаж) Vedna всё очень подробно рассказывает о процедурах. Также отель может организовать трансфер и экскурсии. Плюс ко всему очень хорошее расположение и окружающая инфраструктура: магазины, обменник, etc.

Reviewed Jul 15, 2026The buffet breakfast was acceptable, but the packed breakfast before 07h30 was terrible. 2 slices of bread with jam and a hard croissant and pastry. The vibe at reception and meals were pleasant.
The rooms were extremly noisy. Ongoing building started at 06h30 in the mornings and lasted up to 11pm at night. We did not even have a shower in our room, it was a tiny bathtub with a shower head without a bracket to hang the shower head. The pool, which was located in the first floor was a bit disappointing, as it felt very secluded from the rest of the hotel. The gym was extremely poor. When you advertise a hotel with almost 70 rooms, your gym needs to be bigger than 4 machines.

Mēs izvēlējāmies LUX istabiņu, mums iedeva savienoto ģimenes istabu, līdz ar to varēja labi dzirdēt kaimiņus, tas mums traucēja. Kā arī istabā bija nepatīkama smarža. Ēdināšana bija viduvēja. Vannas istabas durvis bija bīdāmas, tās bija ļoti sliktā stāvoklī ar lielām spraugām, bija problemātiski aizvērt un atvērt tās.

Konnten kostenlos nach ein paar Tagen in ein größeres Zimmer mit Meerblick wechseln. Tolle Lage, schöner Strand. Flic en Flac ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für alle möglichen Ausflüge. Mit dem Mietwagen war es super.
Die Bäder sind sehr alt und renovierungsbedürftig, sehr harte Matratzen und das Frühstück ist zwar gut, aber nicht sehr abwechslungsreich.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Close proximity to the beach (few yards). Carrefour right next to it and restaurants too. Bus stops right outside. It has a gym, spa and tiny swimming pool (or rather a soaking pool). Nice relaxing lobby area. Has a restaurant on site. Breakfast is adequate consisting of same items every morning - salad, chicken sausages, baked beans, fried potato, fritters, egg, pancakes, fruits. Staff are helpful and accommodating.
The place would benefit from renovations. Although there is a gym, it is very small and basic. Exercise machines are old and dated. The sun shines into the gym room in the morning and it is impossible to exercise in there as it feels like a green house. Perhaps should install some blinds. There is a swimming pool, however, you can’t really swim in it as the length is probably about 5m. However there is the lovely beach right at the door step. The bed is hard and pillows are very flat so I didn’t sleep very well. Shower is temperamental - one min freezing cold water and the next boiling hot. I saw in reviews that others have complaint about this before but it seems not resolved. I hope the management can sort this out.

La nourriture est mauvaise !!!!! des aliments avariés ! Un seul restaurant chinois et pas deux comme annoncé par booking.com !!!!! Pas de buffet sauf le week-end et aucun dialogue malgré avoir précisé que nous sommes végétariens. PAS D’EAU CHAUDE sauf la veille de notre départ car réparation ! Nous avons insisté lourdement pour pouvoir jouer au tennis de table sur une table cassée et pas réparée depuis des mois !!! Nous demandons le remboursement intégral de notre séjour car c’est notre pire séjour réservé via booking.com !

El baño me resultó un poco incomodo ya que su puerta de madera no esa 100% hermética.
