La douche sans porte fait en sorte que l'eau se répend sur le plancher de la salle de bain.

When we complained about the condition of the room we were offered a completely remodelled room..clean , comfy bed but hard pillows ,clean bathroom but towels were thin and scratchy for only an extra $7.00 Thankyou because we were going to leave !

I selected a room on Booking.com.When we got there the room didnot look like the pictures . walls all scuffed up , smelly, trashed lampshade , bathroom tile dirty grout wall banged up .. old sink and counter . The room was way around the back corner of the property , ground floor near the overgrown bushes and weeds near the huge metal containers. Very sketchy area . The pictures showed a remodeled looking room not old . The door had multiple dents in it .

Used Booking.com and they confirmed a cheaper room for us. We received the actual confirmation. When we arrived we were told that room wasn’t available and we had to pay for a more expensive room.

J'avais une chambre qui avait besoin d'être rafraîchie, il manquait un peu de peinture. Je déplore le manque des chaînettes, elles avaient été arrachées.aux deux portes chambre # 257.

Le personnel à l'accueil était souriant et très aimable. Les demandes sont respectés dans la mesure du possible (nous avions demandé une chambre sans tapis au 2e étage et cela nous a été accepté) Le prix de la chambre était abordable. C'était proche de tout.

Malheureusement, certains endroits dans la chambre ont manqué d'amour venant de la part de l'entretien ménager. Le sol de la salle de bain (surtout dans les coins et sur les moulures) était sale. Les cadrages de fenêtres n'étaient pas très propres non plus. Le ménage a manqué vraiment de précision.

J'ai fait une erreur lors de ma réservation, j'ai coché une chambre handicapé, alors que je voulais seulement une chambre seul. Brefs la dame a gentiment changer ma réservation avec frais accepté de ma part. Car c'était mon erreur. Service super et la chambre 219 a été super. Merci à la dame.

The beds and room were both comfortable and the restaurant was convenient and pleasant for an overnight stay while travelling through. The price was very reasonable. The staff were kind and accommodated our request for a ground floor room since they had one available.

Staff was very pleasant during check in.

It looks like various upgrades are being done at the motel which is great however our room was at the backside of the motel where work was being done. It was quiet and beds were comfy we were just disappointed to be put there when the updatef rooms along the front looked empty.

Clean room and good bed. The only BUT for me is that there was no kettle in the room to boil water in the morning and I asked the front desk staff who said he can't help. He asked me to use the coffee maker instead which looks not used for a long time so I had to leave. Nothing complimentary asides tht accommodation that's paid for

Clean room

We stayed for one night as a stop driving between Nova Scotia and Ontario. We only needed a place to rest before our last travel day and the two king bed room accommodated our family of four.

No major complaints, we got what we needed. The open shower design is flawed, resulting in water all around the bathroom floor. A breakfast option would have been a bonus, but we knew that wasn't included when we booked.

Located right off the highway so it is convenient for travellers needing a place to sleep. The rooms have been redone, they were clean. The beds were comfortable. But the atmosphere of the entire situation seemed ghetto. If you are in and out on your travels, this place is fine for a stop in. But don’t expect anything extravagant.

The place seems cold and ghetto. The shower towels were small and cheap. The walls were very thin and you could hear everything outside, in the hallways and people getting in and out of their cars. So keep the fan running if you want a solid sleep with no interruptions.

Rooms always clean and beds are comfortable. Location is perfect. So close to the highway.

Bath mat needs to be in a more obvious spot. Not behind the toilet in the corner. Neither of us located it till the next day.

The room and location were excellent. Having an attached restaurant and bar was great. Convenient for a nightcap and a hearty breakfast before continuing my journey. Definitely rebooking this room at this location

The only complaint was after returning from supper my bathroom smelled of strong cannabis, enough to cause a headache. I quickly turned on the exhaust fan and it cleared. I left the fan on overnight. Not sure if someone enjoyed themselves near the exhaust duct outside or what, but it permeated into just the bathroom, thank goodness. I returned soon enough to exhaust it before needing to switch rooms as the room was excellent and well presented

L'électricité car il a fallu que la préposée remettre le disjoncteur. Pas de garde-robe. Pas de grille-pain. La carafe de la cafetière était absente Les rideaux ne fermaient pas complètement.

It was a very good location and the beds were wonderful.

The shower was beautiful but not practical as no way to keep water from running onto floor aside from padding with towels. There were no hooks to hang towels or clothing in bathroom nor just outside. The hooks in bedroom were above a bench and too high to reach

This is not what I would have expected from the website. I felt like it was a place that people went missing from. The hallways are very dirty and it smells. It’s evident that there are renovations going on our room smelled of fresh paint. However furniture very used. For the price I would never stay here again at that cost. The only decent thing was the location.

Great location, easy to get around Drummondville and back to the highway. Good stop over!

Des conteneurs dans le stationnement et il y avait des travaux sur l’étage où nous étions et une très forte odeur d’où provenait les travaux. Également dans notre chambre il y avait aussi une très forte odeur de produits de nettoyage et c’était très désagréable. Je suis allé me plaindre à la réception et le vomis m’a dit d’ouvrir la fenêtre et que si ça persistait il essayerait de nous changer de chambre. Mais je me demande comment il nous aurait changé de chambre car l’hôtel était complet? De toute façon, nous devions quitter pour un spectacle et à notre retour c’était mieux et l’odeur s’était dissipée.

It did not go well. We previously stayed at this hotel for 3 years and never had a problem with bringing our dog overnight. There was no indication that dogs are not allowed and there is no indication in the advertisement that dogs are not allowed We were charged a $100.00 for an overnight stay. This is excessive especially since the visitor was NOT informed at the tine of booking the room. You need to change your policy to clearly state "not pet friendly". We have stayed at other Windnyham hotels in Edmunston with pets and experienced no problem.

A clear indication of hotel policy regarding pets on the website. The policy should be unifiorm for your hotel chain.

L' hôtel ne fournit aucun service aux chambres à moins qu'on le demande. Nous étions trois et la sdb ne contenait que deux serviettes. J'ai demandé à la réception que la chambre soit faite quotidiennement, en précisant que ça prendrait 3x plus de serviettes en pleine canicule et ce chaque jour. La chambre a été faite le jour où j'ai demandé mais pas le suivant. C'est une pratique lamentable.

Chambre à 2 lits tel que demandé et prête à l'heure promise. Bonne propreté en général.

Cafetière défectueuse. Aucune cafetière de rechange. Impossibilité de faire du café dans la chambre. Un seul verre fourni (et ce pour deux personnes) et en carton en plus.

The location was good as it was mid point between locations of travel. Staff accommodated my mobility issues by placing our room on main floor.

The room was tiny but clean. The side of the tub was high for someone who has mobility issues.

We went for breakfast at the restaurant attached to the motel. The food was excellent, reasonably priced and the server was exceptionally efficient and helpful, considering it was a busy place

The sheets were threadbare - something one might expect in a hostel, but not a motel. There were exactly the amount of towels as guests in our room (no spares). Also, it was a long walk and up a flight of stairs to the room.
