Gavin and his wife were absolutely phenomenal – such warm, kind people who made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. Saying goodbye was genuinely emotional; I even cried when we left. The room was clean, warm, and incredibly homely, with daily room service that made everything feel effortless. The facilities were excellent, and the sea view was just beautiful. We also fell in love with the cats on the property – they added such a special, comforting touch to our stay. The accommodation is situated on a quiet, safe cul-de-sac road, which made it feel peaceful and secure. The braai facilities were great and really added to the overall experience. This place felt like a home away from home – honestly, we would live there if we could. Highly recommended.

. First day 3 big coach roaches .Owner knocking to remind us ,house keeping is at 11a.m daily . Only time he didn't come to knock was on the first , i managed to sleep in . House keeping stuff were off. .Check out time is early at 10a.m , by the time my daughter was finished he was already outside to make sure we out , unfortunately Uber was not on time. Also they need to advise people about transport , there was a day we almost canceled our plans becouse there was no Uber or bolt available. So advisable to hire a car or drive your car.

Every day our room was cleaned to perfection. We are really impressed and appreciate all their efforts and good work. When we had washing on the line they would take it inside when it rained. We didn't have any worries what so ever. We had the time of our lives.

Honestly, I liked everything! The only downside was having to leave. I was tempted to smuggle one of the cats home with me 😅

Gavin was friendly and extremely helpful with tips on where to go. One of the cats was particularly people-friendly. Parking was secure behind locked gates.

Gavin's humbleness and friendliness in engagements as well as tips on what to do during our stay. The Big Big bonus, was to offer us a No Timed check out. We ended up checking out around about 12PM. This made us feel like a visiting family.

They provided excellent recommendations for the best restaurants and their specialties, as well as the top beaches to visit. The accommodation was stunning, with brilliant ocean views. The cabin was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the amenities were perfect. We enjoyed the tranquil and peaceful setting, with the soothing sounds of the ocean. I would highly recommend this gem to anyone and will definitely return for another stay.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2024Doesn’t feel like you are staying inside a town. Feels more like living inside a tropical forest with an ocean view. The hosts were incredibly kind. I was unable to stay 2 evenings like I planned, and even at super short notice the hosts decided to only charge me for the one evening. I also forgot my charger and they sent me a whatsapp the next morning after I left - luckily I was still in town and could go back for it. Such a comfortable peaceful place. Looking forward to going back!
