The staff was very friendly and so attentive to my request. Thank you staff. ❤️

Aircon is not so cold, phone is not working. (But gladly it was fixed) No welcome water. Wifi is so slow. At first staff wont give me duplicate keycard. She said will just ask them to open it when needed too. But then, I ask again then need to pay 200 which is refundable.

I booked this hotel for my family, and they had a great stay. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable, with an accessible location that made getting around Iloilo easy. Highly recommended!

I liked the location of the hotel. It was easy to reach the sights we wanted to see, either by walking or by a Grab. They were renovating the lobby when we were there.

The breakfast and the room in which we had that was very basic. We booked a room that would fit 2 adults and 2 children (12 and 10). The room we got had one single and one queen size bed which was very tight. Also we were provided with only three towels. The room was for three people, according to the receptionist, the room that booking.com booked was for three people only. They did have a 4 person room, but upgrading through booking.com was not possible as far as we could see. However, we managed.

The flush and bidet of our room is malfunctioning.

The location is near to malls and restaurant. However, for the breakfast, I would suggest including more options specially for kids.

It would have been better if they do laundry at the hotel as most tourist will visit resorts and beaches. Also, I forgot the name of the reception lady on our first day who is very approachable and assisting with the guests as the next day, the receptionist is not helpful to us, guests.

My nephews seemed to like the place.

It was dirty. There were small cockroaches going out from the mirror in the bathroom… The bed was too jumpy… Not enough lighting…

We checked in late, we were placed in 3rd floor room and no one escorted us going up to our room, its like mazed and we were puzzled looking up for our room, the room we had indicates no number in the door , the stairs were dark , partially some lights in the aisle were off , its really creepy and their are lots of birds outside the hotel , goosebumps when i saw all electrical wiring are flocked with wild birds, birds that can be found in cave and forest. We really dont feel comfortable with all the surroundings. We just paid the room and didn’t came back, waste of money .

The Wifi is not so strong, I need wifi that it strong enough inside the room.

a lot of dirty stains on curtain, cabinet, and headboard. No toiletries included.

Front desk was listed as 24 hour but I had to do a early morning check out and no one was there...fortunately I was able to check out anyway

Delgado st is a bit crappy and old. However the SM Delgado Mall is just up the street with enough other eating options also nearby (Jolibee, McD, local chicken place etc). Staff are friendly. Checkin easy.

The room has only a couple of glasses and some soap/shampoo. Nothing else. TV signal a bit weak. Took a number of attempts to connect to the wifi but it worked ok after that. Didn't try the breakfast.

The location was great. SM Delgado was just a 3-minute walk away from the hotel. The staff are super nice and accommodating too. We arrived hours earlier than the check-in time during the first leg of our stay (April 6). We arrived at 6 AM, but they allowed us to check in early for a fee. The fee is half of the rate of the room. So, we only checked-in in one room to drop off our bags. The usual check-in was at 2 pm, but my family was able to get the rest of our rooms at around 11:30 AM. Very grateful for that. The beds were also SUPER COMFORTABLE. They were soft and had thick duvets.

We stayed during Holy Week, so the cafe wasn't open. The hotel lobby felt a bit like a ghost town, to be honest. I also don't know if they have room service, although I was able to ask for some service water to get taken up to the room. Floor towels/cleaners would've also been nice for us to be able to keep the bathroom clean.

The location is ideal and the beds are SOOOO comfortable. The staff are super friendly and accommodating.

The pressure of the water is a bit weak and it would've been great if there were towels for the floor so that we can keep it dry. It would've also been great if there was some complimentary coffee and a way to keep the airconditioner on if we leave the room.

The staffs we're accommodating and nice. The room is clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom has a good space with bidet. Overall good room with good price.

I like that it's accessible, taxis are available anytime and malls, pharmacies, convenience store are walking distance.

The rooms dont have windows and are not sound proof so basically you hear guests pass by your room and can be too noisy esp during mornings and midnights.

Parking is not ok. The crew wake me up early in the morning. Around 4:30 because there were customer who check out. Ang my parking space designate by the crew is blocking their car.
