We had a great stay at Two Seasons Boracay Resort. The location is fantastic and the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were amazing throughout our stay always friendly, helpful and very professional.

The only disappointment was the best-selling oyster sisig. Unfortunately, it was quite slimy and tasted like it could have been cooked a little more, and adding the egg made the texture even harder to enjoy. Hopefully, this is something they can improve. We also tried the famous 4-cheese pizza, but personally, it didn’t quite live up to the hype.

Ho apprezzato molto la posizione del Two Seasons, direttamente sulla spiaggia, e in generale la struttura, che appare ben tenuta e abbastanza aggiornata. Anche il personale si è dimostrato disponibile perché dopo aver segnalato un problema della camera, ci è stata assegnata una sistemazione diversa, che ci ha permesso di stare molto più comodi.

L'arredamento delle camere mi è sembrato un po' datato rispetto al livello della struttura anche rispetto al prezzo.

The property has a beach front Maling the beach very accessible. The staff from security up to the reception and housekeeping are all very polite and cheerful. The restaurant has a lot of food choices to choose from and the food we had tasted very good

I like how clean it was. Staff kept sweeping out the water and mopping it in the tile floor. Staff was exceptional. On arrival during check in, we were greeted and given mango shakes. During the breakfast buffet, staff was checking in frequently and delivered my omelet to my table. The spread of buffet items was great. I did enjoy my fluffy slippers. The safe in the room was reassuring to leave my valuables.

Not a lot of activities except for the pool. I did not like that there were tour guides bothering you to sign up with them to do an activity especially when all I wanted to do is relax. My screen door was difficult to open, clean, and lock. Kinda pricey for pool access. I wish my room had a clothing rack to dry my wet swim suit.

The service was perfect. The woman at the reception helped us with everything no matter what we ask she gave us a solution trips, lingerie vegan food and more more.

Restaurant staff very lovely, reception staff less so. The room itself is beautiful, the private pool and view are amazing - but you cannot enjoy it due to the aircon situation.

The cost for what you get is shocking. The room is technically stunning but the aircon doesn't work, its simply a fan that blows air when its on, and is so loud you cannot function when its on - but when its off, the room hasn't cooled at all. We were there for our honeymoon and we couldn't relax all week, because of this. Charging such extortionate prices and not sorting out the air con is unforgiveable. Also - the restaurant food isn't great, the staff are SO nice, but the food is boring and bland and overpriced. Whoever owns the hotel clearly wants to charge top price but not do upkeep.

The location was amazing. Food and specially the staff were phenomenal!

The hotel is right on the beach. The rooms were clean and of good size. The presidential suit was reasonably priced and had an amazing view of the beach.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Gerald and Jun for providing an excellent service for our family.

The location is quite a distance to shops and restaurants.

Dark hallways & stairways. Stairway was dark with no lighting/ trip hazard. Back hallway was adjacent to machine blowing hot air.

Beach was on the doorstep, suggest a foot rinsing station would be helpful to wash sand off feet before going to rooms.

The service of the staff was excellent.

Once you get to the beach front, the vendors for the activities and other random things will come to you one after the other. It’s hard to relax!

The room is very spacious and the access to the pool (while the pool is quite small) is very convenient. The hotel changes towels and gives complementary water and the bathroom tissue supply is not an issue. The hotel slippers are very comfortable. The location is ideal as it is located in station one, and the restaurant serves reasonable and delicious meals. Recommended orders in the resto: Halo halo, four cheese pizzza, tinola and bulalo. As for the breakfast buffer, they have a reasonable selection so it is just okay.

The pool is very small and has no shower stalls or footbath nearby. The pathway leading to the room is where the sewage system is located so it really stinks. The cleanliness can be improved

Nice location close everything that I need.

The toilet flush and sink was clogged! No blower from the bathroom smells really bad. When you open the door going outside the smell outside is bad! We ordered the pizza and it's saggy taste not good!!! Bad service

Very disappointed with our stay. We booked a pool access room but the room specially the shower area smelled strongly like urine. We reported the issue and ask for help but the staff did not seem concerned and nothing was done to fix it. Cleanliness and customer service were both below expectations. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

Amazing service and very accommodating staff! Kuya Gail was incredibly attentive to our needs throughout our entire stay, constantly checking in to ensure we were having a great time. I also appreciated that the staff safely returned the sunglasses I left by the pool to the lost and found. Plus, the breakfast was delicious!🤤👌

The only downside was the internet, I hope they can improve their Wi-Fi as the connection in our room was very slow.

Die Lage ist top, Beachfront mit spektakulärem Sonnenuntergang. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Ausgiebiges Frühstücksbuffet mit Strandblick. Geräumiges Zimmer und großzügiges Badezimmer. Pool für Kids.

Wir hatten als Europäer Schwierigkeiten mit den Steckdosen.

The hotel is in Station 1 which is the quieter area which we wanted. Glorious white sand beach and lovely warm water to swim in. The hotel was superb. Really lovely room, good location - nothing too far to walk to. Staff were really friendly and especially Julie and Rowe the waiters in the restaurant. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this place.

Penso che la posizione di questo hotel sia tra le migliori dell'isola perché si trova lontano dal caos di Station 2 e al punto in cui partono le varie escursioni, per cui la spiaggia di fronte all'hotel è veramente da cartolina e non è sempre stra piena di gente. Comunque in 15 minuti di passeggiata si arriva alla "movida" di Station 2 se proprio non potete farne a meno. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. Il ristorante è molto buono, noi abbiamo quasi sempre pranzato e cenato lì perché c'era molta scelta. La camera era molto spaziosa e ben equipaggiata.

La nostra camera era al piano terra, lungo il corridoio principale. Quindi non ci è mai stato possibile aprire le tende e godere della luce naturale perché ci avrebbero visto tutti. Alla sera si sentivano tutte le persone che camminavano lungo il corridoio da e per il ristorante e idem al mattino quindi era un po' fastidioso se si voleva dormire. Il bagno era praticamente attaccato al retro del ristorante per cui anche li aprire le finestre era impossibile perché entrava odore di cibo. A mio avviso al piano terra non dovrebbero proprio esserci camere a questo punto. Il prezzo pagato non l'ho trovato congruo. Se fosse stato più economico me ne sarei fatto una ragione ma per più di 100€/notte sinceramente non è il massimo.

The room that we were in was spacious. The bathroom was beautiful.

The crib provided for my baby had no padding and could hurt my baby from the steel. Asked them to provide extra sheets to put in the crib and they gladly provided.

An excellent Station 1 beachfront choice. Two Seasons staff were friendly and helpful. The LoBar was a great breakfast and dinner location. The actual beachfront was very swimmable. I stayed in a Junior Suiye (Level 3). Highly recommended for a five night stay. 10 min walk to the Pier and 15 min walk to Station 2 shopping. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The only issue for mobility impaired are three levels of stairs. Buy didnt affect my stay....

Travelling with family to Two Seasons Boracay was such a wonderful experience. The hotel is very family-friendly, with a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy your time together. What really made the stay special was the staff, they were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to help, especially with anything we needed for the kids. Service was consistently excellent, from quick responses to requests to the little thoughtful touches that made us feel well taken care of. The food is excellent at breakfast and at dinner. Our bags didn’t make our connecting flight and the hotel reception staff were very helpful in helping me with arranging the collection and delivery. Very much appreciated. It’s a great choice for families looking for comfort, great service, and an stress-free stay in Boracay.

We loved the location, the room and overall the hotel, but what we loved most was the staff. The staff at breakfast were so welcoming and friendly, they made us feel so at home.

Breakfast could have had a few more healthy options.

You can hear everything going on on outside the room. Hotel needs updating.

The staff of the resort are wonderful. We also loved our room although next time I think we should get one facing the beach for more privacy.

Not too much sea-view rooms but this is understandable given the size of the resort.

It’s beach front and has ample beach seating areas. Our room was quite large and had big shower and toilet area.

It’s old and needs some updating. The faucet in our washroom was not secured and the sliding door was unmovable. The aircon in the main room was old and the vents were broken.

Beautiful beach. breakfast good. Rooms comfortable. Staff friendly.

We had 2 rooms booked on same booking. They were next to each other. All the rooms had adjoining doors with the room next door. Unfortunately our rooms did not adjoin with each other. This feature would have been good. The A/C was very old, smelt mouldy, noisy and needed cleaning. Only used it on fan mode. The ceiling fan was broken. The front desk staff could have been more knowledgable with tourist info. They were pleasant snd helpful when asked. eg they sourced some tourist maps for us from elsewhere when we asked and then had them available for others.

I liked the location, the staff, the restaurant.

the bed was not so comfortable. there were no offer for water in the hotel o room.

great beachfront intimate resort. we had a king suite on the first floor. bed was comfortable and shower was great. the resort has beach beds and there were always available beds throughout the day. included buffet breakfast was fantastic, made even better by the restaurant staff especially flunard. we also had lunch there and the oyster sisig was top notch. mango shakes were so good too. the most amazing part was watching sunsets on the beach.

there was a slight smell sometimes of sewer but it didn’t linger long. the rooms could use some upgrades.

L’emplacement sur la plage section 1, la plus belle, le restaurant de l’hôtel et la gentillesse du personnel.

Pas de parasol sur les transats de la plage !!!! le seul hôtel parmi tous ceux de la plage a ne pas en avoir alors qu’il fait 40 degrés en plein soleil, il a fallu que j’insiste pour avoir celui de la piscine car on ne me proposait qu’un parapluie en guise de parasol, honteux !!!!

The room offered was on the ground floor and in the main walk way to reception and restaurant. They did move me frequently during the holiday to accommodate the issue

It was in a lively (but not too lively) area of station 1.

The room was barely acceptable. Pillows were atrocious. Service was mediocre. For the price there are much better places on the island.

The staff are very attentive, accommodating and helpful.

Water pressure could be a bit better. Apart from this everything was pleasant

Abbiamo fatto 5 notti. Posizione ottima sulla bellissima spiaggia di Station 1. Grande gentilezza e efficienza del personale del ristorante. Grande gentilezza degli addetti ai servizi di spiaggia. Vedi sotto per le camere. Buona prima colazione e buon cibo al ristorante, sia per la colazione, che pranzo e cena.

Attenzione alla scelta delle stanze! Prenotando su Booking non è specificato che la camera Queen Deluxe è al piano terra con entrata e finestra sul corridoio di ingresso al resort dove passano tutti per cui, per questioni di privacy (sei come in vetrina, ti vedono dentro la stanza...) non puoi mai avere la tenda aperta e si vive con la luce accesa... Inoltre è parecchio umida. Abbiamo subito chiesto un upgrade a pagamento, che hanno concesso dopo le prime due notti facendoci cambiare due diverse stanze, al secondo piano (senza ascensore). Queste ultime stanze (e bagni) per la verità sono molto grandi e decisamente più confortevoli, ma vicine a rumorosi motori esterni del condizionamento dell'hotel a fianco (la struttura è stretta tra altri due resort). Le foto dei servizi di spiaggia (sia su Booking, che su Tripadvisor) è fallace, mostrando ombrelloni (uno dei motivi per cui abbiamo scelto il resort, conoscendo già Station 1), che per la verità sono inesistenti (i lettini sono sotto poche palme e prevalentemente esposti al sole). Personale della reception 😑

Best customer service. The restaurant staff were exceptional! They go out of their way and very receptive for our needs. Food was excellent! Towel personnel attentive to towel needs, also was our go to person for needs( Nick).

WiFi outages

The service was excellent and every crew is on top of their game wanting and offering help when they see you. The breakfast options are great and the location is not too crowded.

Very spacious room and kind welcoming staff

I liked everything! The weather was unusually gloomy for the time of year we were there, but Two Seasons made everything better! Every possible convenience was offered to us. Umbrellas for rent, a place to wash the sand off your feet before entering the hotel common areas, ample towels, and clean swimming pools. Extremely easy access to the station one beach was a definite plus. If you want to get around the island, there is easy to use electric tuktuks/tricycles that the staff can flag down for you.

Our room was on the third floor. And while the climb isn't bad at all, having an elevator would have been nice. But I'm nitpicking at this point.

The Breakfast is wonderful, the dishes are nice and tasty with lots of option.

The photos of the room didn't match the actual room provided to us. Although the room was nice and comfy. The first day didn't meet our expectation. but, overall we are happy with our stay.

ビーチベットにパラソルがあればよかったのに。そこだけ残念でした。

Beach front on beautiful White Beach Station 1. The restaurant sits looking at the beach. Beach chairs are out early morning daily and there are plenty of single chairs also. Stunning property. Absolutely amazing staff. Lewen and Zeto are the best as are all of the staff. Fabulous.
