Struttura carina e accogliente, camere molto belle e spaziose. Cibo veramente ottimo sia per cena che per colazione.

Si trova in mezzo a case di locali pieni da galli e cani randagi, appena esci c’e un po’ di confusione. Qualche animaletto/insetto fastidioso ma fa parte del contesto meraviglioso in cui ci si trova.

Staff was excellent, food was excellent, chill vibes, peaceful and relaxing, extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the entire stay.

electricity was in and out (to be expected during wet season), beds could have bee more comfortable, room walls/ceiling were quite dirty, leaking during the heavy rains.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the restaurant did surprise us with good standards and tasty food. If you like places with a more atmospheric feel, there's a crypt literally just over the fence. Seriously, the place is quite nice, and the staff does their best, but the construction and neighbors spoil the whole experience.

If you like falling asleep and waking up to the sound of roosters crowing, then this is the perfect place 😅 There's a construction site nearby, and after their shift, the workers aren't shy about throwing karaoke for the whole street to hear.

Loved the atmosphere, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The pool was great and going out of season meant it was so quiet and peaceful.

A bit of a way out from the action at d-mall/station 2 but more than worth it for the quieter location and overall vibe. Also free trike ride into d-mall if needed.

The size of the unit was great. Lovely big balcony where we could watch the monkeys. Not too far from the beach. The pool was lovely.

Incredible staff team - they were excellent, and there're always plenty of them. The rooms were also great - really big, in bungalo style, with good equipment. Very nice breakfasts, nice pool, good location near the main beach. All in all - great hotel.

There were ants in one of our room (little girls one) and there were little flooding near the WC.

Green, bushy and leafy, with relaxing atmosphere in the complex. Breakfast is good, the room is sizable and staff are friendly.

1. The air-con in the lounge and the ceiling fan in the bedroom didn't work properly. Maintenance guys came back and forth about 3-4 times to get them fixed. The air-con in the lounge must stay on, if it was turned off, it couldn't be turned back on again. 2. Swimming pool is opened between 9.00am to 9.00pm. I went swimming around 2.00pm after coming back from Station 1 with my swimwear, I was told that the swimming pool had just been treated with chemicals and wouldn't be available for the next 2 hours. Thank you for letting me know, but it's not right to do the maintenance work during the business hours, and restrict the guest access. It should have been done before 9.00am or after 9.00pm. It was my last day with them, at the end, I just didn't get a chance to swim in the pool. 3. I woke up in the morning, and saw a lot of little bugs running in the sink. I took videos and photos to show the reception, who told me to bring it up with housekeeping. I brought up all these issues to the reception, however, no meaningful compensation or follow-up action was offered

החדר מרווח ביותר, מיטות נוחות, מצעים מצויינים. השירות של כל העובדים במלון מצויין. הם זמינים מאוד ואדיבים מאוד. גם המסעדה נעימה מאוד לשהייה בה.

למרות שנראה שעבר שיפוץ, המלון קצת מיושן. ועיקר החסרון הוא המיקום שלו, והעובדה שלא נהנה מנוף לים. אמנם יש הסעה חינם למרכז וזה עוזר, אבל תלויה בזמינות הנהג.

Tudo excelente! Localização a poucos metros da praia, café da manhã muito bem servido e saboroso, quartos super confortáveis e todos os funcionários do hotel são incríveis, simpáticos, atenciosos e dispostos em proporcionar a maior comodidade possível! Almoçamos e jantamos diversas vezes no hotel, pois eles possuem pratos muitos saborosos e bem servidos, com custo benéfico muito bom na minha opinião! Foi sem dúvida o melhor hotel que fiquei nas Filipinas e está na minha lista dos melhores hotéis que já me hospedei dentre todos os lugares que passei neste mundo! Com certeza voltarei e ficarei por lá =]

We loved the staff! Everyone was very friendly and helpful especially to my mom who has difficulty with walking. The guard, the restaurant staff, the front desk staff, room boys , driver and even the trainees were very accommodating. They were all friendly and efficient. We especially loved Fed at the restaurant who greeted us every morning for breakfast with a big smile and every time we come back from a trip outwide..he also made great coffees and got us some fresh mangoes from the tree. That was service ! The food was also exceptionally good from the restaurant. The whole vibe of the resort is very relaxing and the nature around is beautiful . I hope they won't change it .. it makes it very exceptional. The rooms were big and the high ceiling makes it even look more bigger. Location - the beach is just a few meters away .. this is not a beach front hotel but you can walk to the beach at the back and Diniwid beach is also just a few minutes away.

There are some minor improvement to mention for example if you have drinks at their restaurant.. it would be nice to have some extra peanuts or popcorn.. just some small thing to munch with the drinks or beer. Also if you come from the beach to the room , to have more opportunities to wash your feet.. there are 2 areas near the pool and near the restaurant but if you come from the front going to your room up..we didn't find any.. Thanks so much for a wonderful time at your resort.

Beautiful property and extremely comfortable suites. Bed was perfect. Water pressure and hot water in shower were excellent. They had a mosquito zapper in the room which was really helpful. Breakfast was made to order (not continental) and was delicious. I had an early morning departure so they packed me a sandwich on the day I wouldn't get to have breakfast. They also arranged the door to door transfer including boat back to the airport at a fair price. I had a problem in town on my first night (Hibiscus spa in station 2, not safe for females) and the hotel manager escorted me to the local police station to file a complaint which was very kind of him

While it is in station 1, it's a bit far from a nice stretch of beach (20 minute walk). The beach in front of the property is small without amenities. It's also about a 10 minute walk uphill to the main road for tricycles. The property does offer free transport to D Mall until 6pm which is helpful. Otherwise they can call you a tricycle but those ran about 150 pesos and the public ones cost 15.

A lovely refuge away from the hustle and bustle of the Boracay beach! Very well appointment rooms, wonderful staff, excellent facilities and a yummy restaurant with a very generous breakfast offering!

Stayed at The Strand Boutique Resort for a few days. The best part for me was definitely the bed — very comfortable and probably the highlight of the stay. The rooms are okay, nothing bad but nothing particularly special either. Food was also just average. The staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived before check-in time and they managed to prepare the room earlier for me for PHP 1,000 cash, which I appreciated, especially since my booking with breakfast was for two people but my partner could not make the trip in the end. One thing I found a bit disappointing was breakfast coffee policy: regular Americano is included, but if you want an espresso or better coffee, you need to pay extra. The biggest issue during my stay was the huge construction site next door. There was loud hammering almost the whole day, even on Saturday, which made it difficult to relax. Location is not in a nice area, around a 5-minute walk to the beach, but the hotel feels a bit isolated, so you usually need a tricycle/e-trike to go around Boracay. They also advertise a shuttle service into town, but during my stay it was unavailable because the driver was off. Overall, not a bad stay thanks to the comfortable bed and kind staff, but the construction noise and location situation definitely affected the experience. I will not be coming back here.

This boutique hotel exceeded our expectations. We were looking to book a small hotel that’s a bit secluded and quiet, but not too far from the beach. This hotel hit all the marks and more. The staff were amazing. They were polite, professional, and very accommodating with our requests. The room we stayed in was the Penthouse, and it was very spacious for the four of us. The ACs worked perfectly, the beddings and linens were spotless, and the bathroom and toilet were very clean. The property has lots of greenery, so it feels like a quiet sanctuary in the middle of Boracay. It’s peaceful, quiet, and stays really cool throughout the day. The whole hotel could use some updating, but that doesn’t mean it was neglected, far from it. Just needs little fixes here and there. Aside from that, everything was perfect. It’s a 3-minute walk to the beach and about 10 to 15 minutes to D’Mall. A bit far, but we were able to put in some steps for our pedometers!lol Overall, this hotel was exactly what we were looking for during our stay in Boracay. Thank you for a stress free and memorable stay.

I stayed at The Strand Boutique Resort for three nights (Mar 31–Apr 3) and was truly impressed. The room was spotless, tidy, and carried a fresh, inviting scent that made it feel instantly welcoming. The location was perfect for anyone seeking peace and tranquility—away from the noise, yet close enough to enjoy the essentials. Absolutely everything. The staff were friendly, accommodating, amazing 😍. Location to Station 1 White Beach juya short stroll away. A quick etrike ride and you are at Station 2.

A beautiful room in a lovely resort in the north end of Station 1 in Boracay. it was exactly the quiet place I was hoping for. The room was very spacious and the bed super comfortable. I found that because of the nature of the room I didn't always require the AC as the room was naturally cool. The swimming pool was beautiful and the property is a very short walk to a quiet part of White Beach. The staff here are second to none.

Muy buen trato, buen wifi, decente piscina siempre sin gente, lejos (10 minutos andando o euro y medio en triciclo) del barullo y el follón (Station 2) por lo que se está muy tranquilo pero sólo a un minuto caminando de la mejor zona (Station 1) de la mejor playa de la isla, precio no extremo, limpieza impecable, etc. Fue una muy buena elección entre varios establecimientos de la zona meditada y estudiada.

The location of the hotel was perfect - really close to the beach with the most amazing sunset, but away from all the noise and the crowded places. It has beautiful gardens, it's very nice and relaxing environment. The breakfast was great and we tried the restaurant on several occasions and the food was really good. However what stood out was the amazing staff - always with a smile, very supportive, there to make your holiday perfect.

Colazione 10: servizio alla carta con possibilità di modificare ed integrare con qualsiasi cosa, graditissimi i muffin appena sfornati dallo chef. Vicinanza alla spiaggia 10: solo 50mt ed eri all inizio di white beach, nel posto più bello perché non affollato e proprio dietro diwin beach dove i tramonti erano fantastici. Servizi 10: piscina bella grande e sempre pulita, ristorante ottimo disponibile fino alle 21, navetta gratuita per andare fino a dmall o a bulabog beach tutte le mattine. Giardino 10: veramente una gemma nascosta nella vegetazione, silenzio e relax.Personale gentilissimo, qui il 10 non basta!

Didn’t dislike anything

The location is perfect because it is nice and quiet but a tuk tuk gets you into the buzz in no time. It is only a two minute walk to the beach, the mall, and the shops. The rooms are very spacious with soft beds and a great bathroom where the toilet is separate. The staff is very polite and the breakfast is amazing with lots of choice, juices, and good coffee. The lunch and dinner menu is also extensive and very affordable. Security does a great job and the pool is a lovely place to cool down.

There were simply no downsides at all during our stay

Hotel spełnił wszystkie moje oczekiwania. Położenie wśród bujnej zieleni gwarantuje schronienie w upalne dni. Najbardziej podobał mi się taras z wygodną kanapą. Personel bardzo miły i usłużny. Hotel znajduje się przy plaży, gdzie nie było glonów, mogliśmy cieszyć się czystą wodą. Odległość od plaży to krótki spacerek. Hotelowy samochodzik dowozi na życzenie do centrum. Usługa jest w jedną stronę. Powrót pieszo lub tricyclem. Śniadania były bardzo smaczne i obfite.

Mały minusik za to, że ostatniego dnia zostaliśmy bez śniadania. Dzień wcześniej zgłaszałam, że opuszczamy hotel o 6:00 i obiecano nam śniadanko w pudełeczku na wynos. Niestety nie były przygotowane.

Lo staff era sempre sorridente e gentile. Ottima posizione tranquilla. Camere spaziose.

Perhaps the best quality-to-price accommodation not just in Boracay but in the entire Philippines. I don’t give out perfect scores lightly, so i won’t call it a 10/10 but a 9/10 is more than fair. From the moment we arrived, the staff made it clear this wasn’t just another stay. They’re genuine, attentive, the kind of people who make you feel at home without trying too hard. We actually kept extending our stay again and again. Boracay itself is breathtaking but only if you avoid getting trapped in Station 2. It’s overcrowded, chaotic, and honestly takes away from the island’s magic. We stayed near Diniwid, at the quiet end of White Beach and that’s where Boracay truly reveals itself. Sailing boats resting by the shore, drifting out at sunset, creating scenes that don’t need filters. Just raw beauty. Now, The Strand Resort. At under $100 per night for couples or even families, it feels almost unfair. You keep waiting for the catch. There isn’t one. The food is excellent. The service is fast, effortless. And the coffee, genuinely outstanding. What impressed me most is that it’s not just one “good barista” but multiple staff members can deliver a perfect cup, which tells you everything about the standards and training behind the scenes. That level of consistency is rare. Two minutes from the property, you reach what is, in my opinion, the best part of White Beach. Less crowded, calmer, and, importantly, almost untouched by the seasonal “matcha” algae. Yes, during certain periods, green algae washes ashore across Boracay. It’s natural, not unpleasant, but not everyone’s preference. Here, almost none. Meanwhile, Station 2 was covered. And the moment your feet hit the impressive white sand, you’re greeted by fresh, perfectly cut young coconuts. Simple, but unforgettable. This place gets everything right that actually matters. It’s not just a stay. It’s the kind of place that quietly resets your expectations. We’ll be back next year. No question.

Now, why not a full 10/10? There are a few details worth mentioning. None dealbreakers, but noticeable. The bathroom is on the smaller side. The room and living area are spacious enough to compensate, but ideally, a larger shower and toilet space would elevate the experience further. Everything is separated, which is practical, but slightly more room there would make a difference. Breakfast is genuinely delicious, with a variety of good options. That said, portions lean slightly on the modest side. You won’t leave hungry but you might feel like just a bit more would make it perfect. One of the bigger downsides for us is the television setup. It’s limited to older channels, no smart TV, no Netflix, no streaming options. After a full day exploring the island, there’s something comforting about winding down with a movie. The absence of that is the main reason this doesn’t reach a 10/10. It’s manageable, especially if you bring a laptop, but it’s still a missed opportunity. As for the internet, i’d rate it around a 7/10. Not exceptionally fast, but stable enough for general use. It does the job, just don’t expect top-tier speeds. These are refinements, not flaws. Fix them, and this place becomes nearly untouchable in its category.

The place was beautiful and clean. Everyone was very accomodating and so lovely — we were always greeted with smiles. The food on the property was also nice. It was also only a short walk to the beach.

Our toilet and showers didn’t drain properly at times, but these are minor issues.

Alles, die Lage nur 5 min zum Strand, das Personal ( besonders vom Restaurant) ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant ist herausragend gut. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt. Wir hatten ein sehr großes Zimmer mit gemütlichem Bett, einem extra Raum mit Loungemöbeln und noch eine große Veranda. Wir können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen. Boracay ist traumhaft schön.

Few selection of breakfast from the menu and everything was delicious (portions ok), nice surroundings (trees, very green) calm and quiet, super nice staff. We've had whole floor above the restaurant (2 rooms, bathroom and large terrace). Bathroom was outside rooms, entrance from the terrace - for some people that might be important info. Rooms were clean, staff helpful, laundry service available. Few minutes by walk to the beach. Water in the fridge

the only thing which wasn't so nice was the pool, it seemed a bit neglected (a lot of leaves and other staff) and we used it maybe once, in general - the whole pool area wasn't very representative

I have never before met such pleasant young people so dedicated to their work in hotel management. They did everything to make our group of four feel truly special and exceeded all our expectations! The food was absolutely delicious, and the cappuccino — made from a blend of the highest-quality coffee — was truly unforgettable. Special thanks to the lovely Rob and the rest of the staff for an unforgettable experience.

Only thing I found a bit disappointing was the in room entertainment. Very limited choice of TV options. No YouTube, Netflix or other streaming services. Reckon they could improve this.

Läget, undangömt men nära ett mindre lokalt mall som uppskattades. Stranden ligger så otroligt nära. Enkelt och billigt att ta sig med e-trike överallt på ön.

Este alojamiento ha sido sin duda el mejor en el que hemos estado en Filipinas. El penthouse enorme y decorado con mucho gusto, no le falta detalle! El personal un 10! Y los cocineros un 20! La mejor comida de Borácay!

Absolutamente nada!

Hotel bellissimo posizionato a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia tutto in stile legno immerso nel verde e nel silenzio. La stanza era davvero spaziosa, confortevole, pulita e fornita di tutte le necessità. Lo staff davvero cordiale e professionale, in particolare Tin che è stata davvero gentile e ha saputo soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Nota di merito va alla cucina, si mangia davvero molto bene. Consigliatissimo per un soggiorno nella frenetica Boracay.

The hotel was well situated in the calmer area of station 1 (less crowded), a two minute walk to the beach, spacious property, possible to book massage room service/ tricycle to main area and offered laundry service for 100 php / kg. Clean room (no mosquitos in room :-) ), friendly staff + and dog Girly!

Having wonderful breakfast on the veranda in front of our suite, (they let you take your food there but serve only at the restaurant) greenery, proximity to the beach, the feeling of being welcome, wonderful staff. The room/suite that I booked was really spacious and comfortable.

Everybody makes an effort to wish you a good morning/afternoon/evening, the food in the hotel is delicious too, breakfast always fresh, tasty and hot. We tried most of the menu and couldn't fault it. Rooms cleaned regularly and very spacious and comfortable. Even girlie the hotels dog was amazing and i massively miss her now after being home for a month. She became our temporary pet 😅 and walked us to transfer when leaving. Would definitely stay again and again and will definitely recommonend to anyone visiting boracay!

We lived at 5 different hotels on the island and The Strand was the best. Super friendly staff and the most amazing breakfast. The location was very close to beautiful Dini beach. The dog “Girly” always wagged her tail when she saw us.

Environment and location were not good a lot of roosters crow every early morning like from 6am It is located near temple and they are praying and singing every morning from 5am

szukaliśmy spokojnego i cichego hotelu trochę dalej od zatłoczonej plaży, zdjęcia hotelu nas zachwyciły, ale nie jest tu ani cicho, ani spokojnie: wieczorem ujadają psy, od 3.30 rano pieją koguty, a w ciągu dnia słyszysz hałas z pobliskiej budowy i/lub głośne karaoke. Właściciel powinien uprzedzać gości, że obok trwa budowa, bo jest to duża niedogodność. Okna w pokoju i drzwi są bardzo nieszczelne, szpary na 1 cm, więc wszystko okropnie słychać - szczególnie piejące nad ranem koguty. Okno w łazience jest w tragicznym stanie. Pokój, w którym byliśmy Petite Suite, nie ma tarasu, pomimo że w opisie był taras, jest tylko korytarz i bardzo niewygodna ławka, na której nie da się wieczorem posiedzieć. Nie polecam tego pokoju. Pozostałe suity mają prywatne duże tarasy.

Nice property. Secure. Friendly staff. Close proximity to the beach. Great layout for our group of 3 friends; we booked the family suite which included two separate bedrooms and a very large covered, private outdoor space.

It’s at the very end of the beach, which is nice, but a longer walk to the stores and restaurants.

initially, this hotel is not a beach front property, dlstance to the beach is around 300 meters, access to the street from the property a little tough because of uneven path

Красавцы в прямом и переносном смысле. —архитектура, интерьеры, дизайн, территория - все прекрасно, радует глаз и умиротворяет —плотные завтраки включенные в стоимость номера —просторнейший номер, великолепное постельное белье, кровать. Зоны отдыха в номере. —предоставляется шаттл в центр, полотенца для пляжа —близко к пляжу.

—в моем номере под номером 6, кондиционер в спальне абсолютно не справлялся со своей задачей. Видно, он очень громкий и не холодит как надо. —на фоне безупречного дизайна и убранства номера, в первую секунду после заезда бросился в глаза заметный участок между потолком и стеной за кроватью, то ли с плесенью, то ли как будто бы там вода подтекает, вообщем «поплыло» финишное покрытие —душ произведение искусства но очень неудобный. Он без душевой лейки, только тропический душ. Но напора вообще не хватает на этот тропический душ, стоишь очень долго чтобы что то себя смыть. —все в отеле намекает на умиротворение и релакс. Но через день около ресторана отеля проводились шумные мероприятия, с орущими людьми, музыкой, микрофоном. На ночной сон не влияло , заканчивалось раньше но было очень неприятно быть заложником этого ора. —Один из Разов что заказал шаттл, удивился что охранник отеля загнал на территорию не фирменный отельный трисайкл , а уличный и приглашает туда сесть нас. Когда пришло время выходить , водитель попросил деньги. Было очень неприятно так как шаттл подразумевался бесплатным.

Suites ara very comfortable. Big, airconditions works properly, shower is in perfect condition, lights, teras all is very good and most of time want to stay in my room and read a book in the mornings in teras. Staff is really kind and friendly. Thanks all of them🙏🏻😊

Nothing just may be the road but it really worths. İn 5 minutes walks tuks tuks are always available and very affordable. Also hotel also has a shuttle when you ask during the day you can access the dmall.
