The first room we were given which was delux smelled of mould so we asked for another room. The second room did not have aircon working. We got a third room with aircon just to sleep in for our final night. Being nagged to pay for the room change and being told we may have taken items (not true) was poor form.

Great location to the beach, peaceful. Lots of helpful staff around. They gave us a packed breakfast because we checked out so early to get to the airport.

We asked twice for the hotel trike to take us or pick us up and they weren't available. We also had to pay an additional charge dor my 12 year old for each night even though we booked for 5 people and weren't told about the additional charge via Booking.com. Not many other guests around so lots of staff just standing around.

The staff is not favorable enough to give help when we asked to have our breakfast packed since we leave early at 6am. They don't want to pack our food even if it is already set in the restaurant. I was able.to have them prepare it, but when I asked for a paper cup to have my drinks for take out, I was told I have to pay for it. I payed for my buffet breakfast, and I was just asking for a few bread. Also, checkin was really pushed to be ready at 3pm and "earlier" checkin might be a challenge to them. The room is just fascinating, just some other small things that made me sad.

Would have been perfect if property is waterfront, by the beach

Located really close to the beach and was only a 2 min walk down stairs to go for a dip. Beach towels were provided per room which was great. The hotel also offers free shuttle service down to dmall and anywhere along the route which ends at 5pm.

I wouldn’t recommend booking any experiences/treatments with the hotel. We tried three times and unfortunately we were let down in all of them. The hotel offered nail service which I was happy to pay a premium for the convenience. I showed them the photo of wha I wanted and they quoted me a price. However after organising and booking it when it came time to doing them, the nail technician put an extra charge on the bill which they did not tell me about before booking. After discussing it and mentioning that this was not the price they quoted me they took 14% off the total amount. Once I finally sat down to do my nails, the nail technician couldn’t even do the design that I had shown them PRIOR to booking. I had specifically asked if she would be able to do it and they assured me that she could. So in the end I ended up paying 2850 pesos for a basic design that took nearly 2 hours. The next day, we spoke to the front desk about organising a land tour around Boracay to see the main sights. I asked specifically if this was a guided tour (ie someone who would do more than just drive us around, and would actually tell us a bit about each place) and they said yes, and they even come down to help take photos and walk with us. So we were happy to book with them. The guide picked us up and spoke no English and when we arrived at the first attraction he pointed to us to get out and walk along the path. Confused - we rang the hotel saying this is not what they said they would book for us, and they said they would call him. He then met us on the path and when we asked him about the place a friend helped us translate that he said he actually doesn’t know anything about it and can’t give us any information. We decided to go straight back to the hotel. We were definitely not paying for this. We were really disappointed with the way these services were handled.

L’hôtel bénéficie d’un très bon emplacement, idéal pour profiter pleinement de Boracay. Le personnel est particulièrement agréable, souriant et toujours disponible pour aider. Les lits sont également très confortables, ce qui rend le séjour très plaisant.

La présence de travaux dès 8h30 le matin, ainsi que le passage du ménage assez tôt (vers 9h), ce qui peut réveiller si l’on souhaite dormir un peu plus tard. La connexion internet dans la chambre est parfois instable.

El desayuno es muy basico. En la piscina tienen musica fuerte, inclusive cuando no hay nadie alrededor, que rompe la armonia del lugar.

The resort was well maintained and cleaned regularly, the breakfast was really nice and always plenty of choices to indulge in. Swimming pool had in water lounge chairs which were a nice touch. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Our room was very noisy from outside the windows. There was no view except for an old abandoned building. But the noise was so loud it felt like I was in a machine whenever spending time in the room. Our kids being young unfortunately at nap times I was trapped in a room listening to the humming. It wasn't relaxing at all. The tv kept breaking when trying to change channels with the remote would lose all channels. There was also nowhere to really hang and dry your wet bathers.

The walk to the he beach was quite a long set of stairs but was fine, we had a great time.

The location it’s amazing, calm and quiet, with much less people then in station 2, with was great for our taste! The staff at the hotel is very welcoming and do everything to help. Our room was very big and comfortable, with a view to the ocean that would always mesmerize us! We love to walk, so we would walk everyday to Station 2, and it’s very easy and doable.

The breakfast was not very tasty and had few options that we would like. To reach the beach from the hotel you have to use lots of stairs, which is not very good if you have mobility problems. It was not an issue for us, but it’s good to take it in consideration when booking the hotel.

Great location, well appointed rooms which were clean. Staff was courteous and location was great. The only disappointment was the buffet breakfast, it had very basic menu and hygiene was compromised. The only live station was of eggs and that too pretty average egg preparations. So next morning we skipped breakfast at the property and chose to ate out.

Staff- are all warm and welcoming especially those who are wearing white tees and brown shorts. Very polite and friendly all the time (saying Goodmorning/goodevening), and always helpful. Amazing staff. I just loved how they’re always smiling to you. Location- the area is perfect because its quiet (less crowded) but at the same time short walk to everything(d mall, pharmacy, shops and restaurants). It has access to beachfront which is amazing. The rooftop has the best view as well especially for sunsets. The walkway is lovely. Beautiful facade. Lovely place Service- Massage was amazing and hotel restaurant service was quick and offers variety of delicious foods. Rooms -are big,bed are so comfortable and cozy. Always clean. Breakfast- was very good. Everything was tasty.

Nothing to fault really. I just hope they have alternative for dairy milk because my little one has cows milk allergy (but we managed to get from the grocery shop so it was not really a big problem)

1. Одеяла в плохом состоянии — утеплитель сбит в комки, спать дискомфортно. 2. Подушки неудобные, качество сна неудовлетворительное. 3. Заявленный бесплатный трансфер фактически отсутствует — воспользоваться им невозможно. Это вводит гостей в заблуждение. 4. Средства гигиены (шампуни, гели) не пополнялись ни разу за всё время проживания. 5. При выезде сотрудники намеренно затягивают процедуру возврата залога, создавая дополнительные сложности 6. Завтраки посредственные. Все жирное и жареное. Отель старый, номера требуют ремонта.

The location, though it’s not a beach front, I enjoyed the fact the place is quiet.

When drainage needs to be improved, bathroom floor gets flooded after having a shower

We felt very welcome, people were very kind. Hotel was clean and good beds.

Location was good, only you have to walk up a few stairs to reach the hotel. Luckily hotel is in not so busy area. But it does bring you on walking distance to the centre of Boracay.

Spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Extremely clean. The staff are exceptional. From reception staff, ground staff, bar and restaurant staff, cleaning staff, security. Every staff member you walked past would stop, smile and greet you! If you requested anything from reception it was at your door within minutes. Laundry was collected and returned the same day.

Access to the beach via the stairs is quite challenging for our family. With children, the long climb can be very exhausting for them.

I booked the presidential suite and it was nothing short of amazing- just what I needed to wind down a dismal 2025 for me☺️ This room has full panoramic views of white beach..if you’re after a hidden gem at the best spot of white beach station 1 then this resort will deliver beyond expectations. It’s tucked away from the hustle and bustle of station 2..so you’ll get ur peace and quiet but can still access everything/D Mall at a stones throw away/via the free shuttle service that the hotel kindly offers.

The checkout was the most horrible experience I had amongst all the hotels that I experienced. I was charged for missing beach towels and a coat hanger. I booked 4 rooms. How sure am I that whatever was sent for washing actually got replaced with the same number of towels? Therefore, chances are it could have been mixed between rooms. Their checkout system was flawed. It took us ages to check out. In the end, I just had to give up and pay in anyway. We were told that Pinnacle has this reputation .

Thank you for the warm welcome. The staff's approach is caring and very accommodating to our needs, from the front desk to housekeeping to security and F&B. Will definitely go back. Special mention to Camille, Wilna, Ruen, James, Bernadeth and Jett. Salamat.

Loved our stay! Breakfast was good (Mostly Pinoy options but with bread and cereal). Rooms were impeccably clean and the place was relaxing. Staff were attentive and friendly. Beachfront with powdery white sand (shared with Lind) is accessible directly from the hotel. Great value. Will come back!

There was nothing I didn't like

The Pinnacle Boracay was super warm and welcoming. The shuttle service was a huge plus — they pick you up and drop you off anytime you need, which made everything so easy. Our room was spotless when we arrived. The private walkway to the beach was really nice too since it wasn’t crowded at all. Breakfast was great, just more on the Pinoy side than Western. The infinity pool has a really nice setup, plus there’s a kiddie pool right next to it. Perfect spot to just chill, and you can order food and drinks while hanging out by the pool.

My family had a truly memorable stay at this hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time at the pool, which quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. Our room also offered a beautiful pool view, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, making our stay even more restful and enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to revisit.

Great location, the staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Our room was an excellent size for an 8 day stay and very comfortable. The pool is very clean and has plenty of loungers. A fabulous place to stay. It was excellent having free transport to D Mall or you can walk along the beach easily

The Pinnacle is a fantastic hotel located at the far end of station 1 on White Beach. It’s very clean , the rooms are modern and spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and food are very nice. The only downside was the poor WiFi connectivity in our room, but when you’ve got White Beach on your doorstep WiFi is a minor niggle!!

I like the location, the clean and spacious rooms that even has an air diffuser that keeps the room smelling fresh! the pool is nice, it’s quiet at night, the food is good and the staff are super friendly and accommodating!

my stay would’ve been a 10 if the resort has a beach front. yes the have a private passage leading to the beach but they didn’t have any chairs or space. the beach front belongs to the Lind resort.

The location at station 1 is amazing, with just a five minute walk to the beach, and easy access to the main road to go to other places. Free shuttle service up to 10pm (pending on availability). The room is very spacious and the bathroom is large. Just mind, that there is no divider between the bedroom and the bathroom, just a glass door to the actual shower and toilet.

The breakfast is fine but nothing extensive. The check-out process took a bit long.

Mornings were the best — with buffet style breakfast and high grade ingredients I believe. those egg options makes me feel I’m taken care of really. I really enjoyed mornings and night swimming in the pool that is so serene. Just one thing, I don’t know is it really a trend that there are no matts in hotels but plus points to the make up mirror my girlfriend loves it she just wishes she brought an air blower.
