Det som inte var bra med boendet var framför allt bemötandet den första dagen. Personen som tog emot oss var väldigt kall och otrevlig i sitt bemötande och log inte ens. Vid flera tillfällen kommenterade han att vi hade fått boendet till ett billigare pris och att han själv inte skulle ha gett oss samma pris. Anledningen till det lägre priset var helt enkelt att vi hade fått cirka 10 % rabatt via bokningssidan, eftersom jag ofta bokar hotell genom dem. Jag upplevde därför hans kommentarer som onödiga och inte särskilt professionella. En annan sak som var väldigt tråkig var situationen vid inomhuspoolen, som mina barn verkligen tyckte om att bada och simma i. Där fanns en personal som ibland höll privata simlektioner för andra barn. Under dessa lektioner kunde mina barn inte använda poolen normalt och behövde ibland lämna den. Jag tycker att det är väldigt oprofessionellt att hotellgäster begränsas från att använda en gemensam pool på grund av privata simlektioner.

Clean and spacious

location is not perfect unless you have car , cold water pressure in the bathroom are very weak ,struggle to shower and control the hot water .

Leider entsprach unser Aufenthalt in keiner Weise den Erwartungen an ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel. Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht sauber (verschmutzter Teppich und Gardinen), die Dusche war undicht und die Wassertemperatur schwankte ständig zwischen heiß und kalt. Zudem fiel das Wasser für etwa eine Stunde komplett aus. Besonders enttäuschend war der Service. Sowohl an der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant wurden wir unfreundlich und unprofessionell behandelt. Im Restaurant mussten wir trotz kaum vorhandener Gäste lange auf Getränke und Essen warten, und auch die Qualität der Speisen war sehr enttäuschend. Selbst die Mitarbeiter auf der Rooftop-Terrasse und an der Rezeption wirkten genervt und unfreundlich, sodass wir uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht willkommen fühlten. Insgesamt entsprachen weder die Sauberkeit, der Service noch die Qualität des Hotels dem Standard, den wir von einem Marriott-Fünf-Sterne-Hotel erwartet hätten. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und würden dieses Hotel nicht erneut buchen.

Location , comfort and everything worked

I fell in the sauna area because the floors were very wet & slippery . I would suggest some non slip mats from jacuzzi to sauna shower area.

Es war eigentlich ganz gewöhnlicher Hotel Aufenthalt

Also diese traditionelle Simit - Beagle waren glaub ich 3 oder schon 4 tage alt trocken bist zum geht nicht mehr !! Die Dusche war verstopft und was ich ja garnicht verstehe warum sie da nicht einfach mal alles richtig kontrollieren.

First room a/c not working stuck on 26C handle flew off the window arrived 4 am so went to bed Second room upgrade a/c and shower not working part flew off ishower when switched on Third room NO WI-FI severe mould infection in shower which would concern some allergy sufferers One bathrobe to share one sleeve each three rooms four nights, Never seen a Marriot like this in 45 countries and 30 years travelling over 1500 flights

Service im Restaurant

Breakfast was ok, staff mainly friendly. Roof restaurant they were courteous but nothing more. Spa and reception very good.

Aircon, or lack of. Room was stifling despite adjusting aircon. Raised this several times at reception who said they’d send somebody up whilst we were in the gym. Not sure if they did but it was still uncomfortably warm. Gave up at that point.

I visited the hospital with my family for my daughter's checkup and planned to spend four days in Istanbul. I booked a hotel, but upon check-in, they demanded full payment for four days. The situation changed a day later, and we left Istanbul two days later, having stayed at the hotel for only two nights. Unfortunately, as I was informed at reception, the hotel refused to refund me for two days!

Notre vol a été annulé, nous avons donc dû réserver pour une nuit. Très bel hôtel, propre et confortable. Nous avons quitté à 5h du matin, le personnel nous avait préparé des petits sacs lunch. Merci encore!

Отель очень понравился.Летели через Стамбул и нужно было переночевать не далеко от аэропорта.Большой,чистый,уютный!Номера просторные и комфортные,есть все необходимое.Завтраки вкусные.Отдельно хочу отметить персонал.Очень отзывчивые и приятные люди.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders gefreut hat uns das kostenlose Zimmer-Upgrade. Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist ideal, und das Zimmer war sehr schön, hygienisch und hatte eine tolle Aussicht.

Es gab eigentlich nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Lediglich für die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten mussten wir auf die andere Seite der Stadt fahren, was etwas umständlich war. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

Das Ambiente und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Нас было три человека, оплачивал номер на троих. В итоге дали номер с одной большой кроватью , мы попросили принести еще одну кровать но так и не принесли. Входная дверь очень тяжело закрывалась. Женщина закрыть сама не может, только мужчина, ее надо поднимать для закрытия или открытия.

The hotel is nice, but you don‘t know if it intends to be classic or modern; the receptionists and the concierge were very friendly

The additional bed was really unconfortable; the team from breakfast was totally unpolite. None of them said “good morning”. The cook was ok, but he didn’t undestand English. In the evening, the staff in restaurant it was ok but the prices are huge and undeserved

It has good spacious rooms

The AC wasn’t working. We had to contact the staff 3 times about this issue and the three times they promised that after some time the room will cool. It never cooled. After the 4th complain they moved us to another upgraded room which is appreciated

They dont have minibar in the room,it is unacceptable for a 5* hotel,personnel speak very bad english.

Breakfast was good but try and include rice in your breakfast as it is a general accepted food across all country and culture.

I status at a wonderful, spacious and super comfortable room. The bathroom was super spacious and good. Bed and mattress were great. The spa there is amazing, I enjoyed a jacuzzi and sauna (we only spent a night and a morning). Breakfast was complete and very tasty. And the staff was very polite and good. I had a small issue in my room and they were very quick to solve the situation, thank you guys, loved my night in Istanbul!

The only thing that wasn't good was that they didn't accept payments in euros, only in liras, so I spent more time looking for a taxi and currency exchange rates.

The staff was perfect, especially in the spa area, I hope next time the payments won't be a problem.

room was great but the breakfast did not meet my expectation of a Marriot and five star hotel. it is more likely a business style

Location, 10 mins taxi from airport

Crapped beds (small with multiple layers to make it even narrower, one mattress has something sticking up so we spent 30 mins to redo the mattress ourselves, as it was mid night and we were tired so not bothered to call reception again to have somebody coming to sort this out) No controller in room of the heater or air con, when we checked in the room was 30 Deg based on the thermostor on the wall which was like sauna, there was a button to control the temperature but it did not work, we called four times the reception and they said only their central system can control the room temperature which is pretty strange (your room will be like whatever temperature they put in the system which for me was 29-30 Deg), after complaining four times and few hours after mid night, the room temperature dropped bit we did not sleep at all until the next day - worst experience of sleeping I ever had even compared to more economical hotels before
