Loved the breakfast, room, facilities and the the surrounding area was lush and quiet

Wir durften schon etwas früher ins Hotelzimmer, das war sehr freundlich. Der Pool ist geräumig und es gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum Fitness. Der Garten um das Hotel ist wunderschön und gepflegt, zwar etwas abgelegen von der Innenstadt, ist die Lage trotzdem toll mitten in der Natur.

Wir wollten einen Ausflug machen und haben eine nicht ganz professionelle Auskunft erhalten, aber ein anderer Kollege hat am nächsten Tag alles bestens für uns geregelt.

second time staying in le meridien. from the staff, atmosphere, breakfast, cleaning, all perfect again. this time they organized a very good breakfast party for my wife also. will be back again. thank you all.

Loved the natural setting. Breakfast had a lot of options. Clean room and bathroom. The club access is a good way to have an evening meal if you don't want to head out again as there are hot dishes, drinks, and desserts.

The location requires a car or taxi to get to other places...Not many places to just walk to. But I guess that's what you get when the location is in a very pretty natural setting.

Had a very good 2 day stay at Le Meridien Xiamen, the room, facilities, cleaning etc everything is fine, but what I want to mention is my interaction with front desk, the day before my departure I went to front desk and inquired that I have a early flight and if its possible to find a taxi around 5 am. He said, sure we will call it and you will have it here exactly at 5 am, and then went on to say that their breakfast starting at 6:30 but if I wish they can prepare my small sandwich and fruits with cofffe/tea that I can eat on spot or on the way. I said yes, they even went on to ask what drink I prefer, and what kind of coffee. Next day when I went to reception at 5 am, breakfast box and fresh americano coffeee was waiting for me... this is exactly the definition of caring about your customer, thank you to Le Meridien team and their staff.

Good location

The property is very modern and offers many facilities as the indoor swimming pool or the executive lounge. We booked a deluxe suite and it was like having our own house there. Such a beautiful view. The room was beyond our expectations, simply perfect!!!

Location is a bit far so there is no other mobility options than taking taxi. Not all the staff spoke English so we had to use a translator app couple of times.

飯店在半山腰，寧靜舒適，惟交通不便、設施稍嫌老舊。但館內人員皆專業有禮，無論是房務或前台人員都非常熱情。這次住宿六晚，每日進出必須打D， 特別感謝前台人員Aiden耐心解釋如何使用支付寶叫車、付款及單車共享，讓這幾天的停留方便許多。

Very quiet surrounding just green.restaurant was very good. Pool has a good size. Massage was good.

Noisy guests. Nothing to do in walking distance...

I strongly advise avoiding the spa. During a regular massage, the masseuse suddenly suggested sexual services, which is disgusting and does not reflect the quality of this hotel. Worryingly, the spa manager is aware that masseuses engage in this behavior, but she does nothing about it. The hotel manager took the necessary actions to address the issue.

They were far beyond the expectations. For some reason the look of my baggage was damaged and I was unable to open it. Mr. Ray Wu I. The entrance try to open it without success. However he managed to an external service to come to the hotel and arrange it. Always is a good experience to be in China and Mr. Wu demonstrate it with it's excellent care for the customers. I can say the same for the rest of the hotel team.

Value for money. Calm place located in hill & park area.

Pros. - located in a green park surrounded by forests - birds singing in the morning and feel like in the nature without any noises and pollution - very stylish and colourful looking n the complete building - doorman was friendly and helpful Cons. - Service was not the best as a 5 star hotel (no luggage service to the room) - Breakfast service was zero, no one took care of the empty dishes and some of them were playing the cell phones

Is a comfortable hotel in a quiet area, with natural surroundings and nice staff. Jasmine was very helpfull. She arranged to have a tour to the Tulou, private driver, we were with 3 people. Very nice driver and guidance (Mandarin speaking). The hotel is located about 20 minutes to the Zhongshan Lu. It is nearby the airport about 15 minutes. The breakfast is fabulous, a wide range of choice, fishbal soup and other good quality food!

Tastefully designed enclave located in a quiet parkland haven, away from hustle and bustle, yet only a short and inexpensive taxi ride to anywhere.

To travel with my girlfriend, I chose Le Meridien Xiamen Hotel, which has a good experience and good service. The front desk was very welcoming, The lounge staff is great, makes drinks for my girlfriend, pours coffee for me. Thanks. Come back next time.

The location is suitable for travelers who want to stay away from the busy city. It's not located in easy distance for transportation and restaurants.

The swimming pool requires guests to wear swimming caps. A strange rule.

The stay at Le Meridien Xiamen exceeded my expectations! The hotel was beautiful - there was construction going on but well communicated and free upgrade offered (and did not experience any nuisance). The front desk staff upon arrival was exceptionally friendly and helped me when my card didn't work to pay for the taxi as if it was the most normal thing in the world. I call that hospitality. Even though there were not many people speaking English (well), everyone was friendly, hospitable and not shy to communicate. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. So much choice and all good quality! Hotel seems to be in a safe area and I felt comfortable walking around by myself.

The BEST pillows! It was a great place to hike from or take a taxi down town and see the sights. The food was excellent and staff friendly.

I think they should just open a credit card to make it easily for the guest. Bar wanted money, 2nd floor restaurant wanted money. should be simple.

the dinner in Chinese restaurant is wonderful. We like the duck and beef very much. The swimming pool personnel is very good. They helped us to get very economic swimming pants, google, hats and save us a lot of money. The breakfast is also wonderful which equipped many kinds of instant made noodle shops so you can enjoy many kinds of local food.

Exterior grounds are stunningly beautiful. Lovely for walking around and enjoying nature. Rooms are getting stale. My shower was very slow to drain, and would back up into bathroom. Carpets are getting old. Main resturant is excellent but could use more vegetable choices at buffets. Overall gorgeous place to stay.

Hard to arrange transport from airport to hotel and I didn't know taxi would not take card or cash. The concierge took care of it when I arrived though

Exceptional hotel, we stayed in during a long layover and got the full rest we hoped we'd get to help fight jet lag. Hotel is 10 min taxi (4€ in yuen) from the airport and in an oasis of peace. Easy check in, spacious room, amazing bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic, probably the best I've had in years of travel! Keep in mind all staff isn't as fluent in english as you'd expect in a hotel with such standards. But overall our go-to place for our next lay-over in XMN.

Lack of wine knowledge at the restaurant. We ordered a moscato white, took forever to locate and staff was clueless about how to serve it. Wine was amazing though in the end!

This is simply next level. Great location in Xiamen (surrounded by Nature and Forests), Oustanding service from the personell (with possibility to decent english speaking employees). Fantastic restaurant with great variety and super service. The rooms are fantastic!

Actually nothing

The hotel was absolutely beautiful and I loved being in the mountains. The pool was amazing (and hardly anyone in it!) and the back area was stunning - even better than the pictures.

I was under the impression (from the website) I would have a hot tub and there wasn't.

Gorgeous property in gorgeous setting. Quiet and comfy and high quality.

Ridiculous policy to ask for swim cap for money in order to swim (that’s why no one is swimming). Please either cancel this policy or just provide it free of charge as a 5-star hotel doesn’t need to nickel and dime.

The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was decent: lots of western and Chinese selections. The pool was clean and the health and fitness facilities were well stocked with water and towels.

Furnitures not working

It’s not my first time here. I’ve been here before and have always had a great experience. The lounge is also clean and the food offerings are great. They just updated their kids playground that’s outdoors. Looks amazing and I intend on bringing my family here in the future.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, great selection for breakfast and a great experience overall. Definitely coming back !

不錯的環境與設施，可惜是員工少有主動對客人問好微笑。離譜的是，居然連兩天在泳池畔的茶几上看到煙蒂！可見這「五星級酒店」也不過爾爾。
