Mis à part la climatisation bien trop bruyante et sans réglage efficace, l'hôtel est bien avec sa piscine dans le jardin, le tuk-tuk à disposition et de très bons petits déjeuners

I love everything about this hotel. First of all staff was incredibly friendly. They help us a lot. We had a wonderful stay at Sora Resort & Suites. The room was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally clean. Everything felt well-maintained and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also one of the highlights — everything we tried was delicious and fresh. The location was very convenient for getting around Bangkok, while the area itself was surprisingly peaceful and quiet. It was the perfect balance between being close to everything and having a relaxing place to come back to after a busy day. The overall atmosphere was lovely, the staff were welcoming, and we genuinely enjoyed our stay. We would definitely choose Sora Resort & Suites again when visiting Bangkok! ❤️

The room has an unpleasant odor, which appears to be caused by the old air-conditioning unit. The air conditioner seems to be contributing significantly to the smell and is affecting the overall comfort and cleanliness of the room.

The location was good and we liked the quiet and peaceful atmosphere in a busy city. We would book it again!

I was upgraded to a suite and it was a very well decorated, excellently furnished room with am an amazing bathroom and great views of the city. Staff was very friendly, facilities were very clean and well-maintained, and it is in a great location.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, we chose this hotel specifically for the little kitchenette area with sink and stove because of the baby. Front desk ladies were helpful and polite. Great breakfast.

One area I do feel is important to mention is the difference in attentiveness toward Thai and international guests. As a Thai guest, I often felt overlooked by the staff compared with foreign visitors. We stayed for almost a week with a baby, and every day I struggled in and out of the lobby with a stroller and multiple bags, yet was rarely offered assistance, even when several staff members were nearby and chatting amongst themselves. In contrast, I noticed staff were often much quicker to approach and offer assistance to international guests. Of course, this is based on my own experience and observations during our stay, but the difference was noticeable enough that it left an impression. I hope the hotel can encourage a more consistent level of attentiveness toward all guests, regardless of nationality.

Ich kam flugbedint sehr früh an hatte zum checkin ca 5 stunden die haben mir dafür extra 1400 Bath berechnet einen halben Tag nach aussage aber es waren nur 5 stunden, beim Check out hatte ich wieder das Pech da mein Flug um 23.35 Uhr ging ich aber schon um 12.00 Uhr auschecken musste auf Anfrage ob ich noch bis ca 18.00/19.00 bleiben kann hat diesmal mir gesagt ich müsste eine ganze Nacht bezahlen also den vollen Preis 2800 Bath und das ich nur bis 16.00 Uhr bleiben kann also nur 4 stunden. Ich finde das ist sehr Kunden unfreundlich. Dieses Hotel werde ich nie wieder buchen.

Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein großes Lob geht an den überaus freundlichen Day der den Transfer mit dem Golfcar übernommen hat.

Im Zimmer hat es extrem unangenehm gerochen, ich vermute aufgrund des alten Teppichs. Die Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden, Luft kam nur aus der Klimaanlage. Kakerlaken waren auch im Zimmer. Das Bett war unbequem, die Matratze hart.

We had a wonderful stay at Sora. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location was perfect, and everything was exactly as described. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

We kregen een upgrade naar het penthouse op de bovenste verdieping: wauw wat een ontzettend mooi uitzicht! We hadden tevens een aparte ruimte (woonkamer) waar onze baby kon slapen. De kamer was erg ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, er waren kinderstoeltjes aanwezig en het zwembad was een pareltje tussen het groen. De gratis shuttleservice naar Sukhumvit road was heel erg fijn met onze baby. Je zit binnen 10 minuten in de airtrain of metro die je naar verschillende bezienswaardigheden brengt. Er ligt een foodmarket op de hoek van de straat waar je iedere avond heerlijk kunt eten.

Een late checkout was helaas niet mogelijk, omdat de kamer bezet was en er was geen andere kamer voor ons beschikbaar (voor een gereduceerd tarief) zodat we de baby nog even konden laten slapen voor vertrek en nog even konden douchen voor onze avondvlucht naar huis. We moesten dan het volle tarief van een overnachting bijbetalen en dat vonden wij niet passend voor die paar uurtjes. Jammer dat de accommodatie daar niet over wilde meedenken, uiteindelijk mochten wij twee uur later uitchecken in de ochtend.

Śniadanie było bardzo dobre, wręcz wyśmienite. Niczego nam nie brakowało, a wszystko było świeże i naprawdę przepyszne. Owoce były soczyste i świeże, a dodatkowo można było zamówić omlety, które również bardzo nam smakowały. Dużym plusem była możliwość zjedzenia śniadania na zewnątrz. Zdecydowanie oceniamy śniadanie na 10/10 – było to jedno z najlepszych śniadań, jakie jedliśmy w hotelach w Azji podczas naszego miesięcznego tripa.

Im Hotel sind Haustiere erlaubt, im kleinen Garten gehen diese daher Gassi und machen direkt im Poolbereich in den Garten/Rasen. Oft wird es von den Besitzern nicht weg gemacht. Die normalen Zimmer haben Teppich, dieser roch unheimlich nach alten Tieren und sah auch sehr mitgenommen aus, in jedem Zimmer mit Teppich gleiche Situation Man kann dort nur buchen, wenn man sicherstellen kann dass es ein Zimmer ohne Teppich ist. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen, ansonsten wäre es nicht aushaltbar gewesen.

From the moment I arrived, Aom, the guest service agent, was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. She made me feel genuinely welcome and is a real credit to the hotel. I stayed in the executive suite, which was spacious, beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a fantastic selection of high quality food. One detail that really impressed me was the gentleman in the breakfast restaurant who took the time to explain the different coffee options, including traditional Thai coffee and European style coffee. It was a thoughtful touch that reflected genuine pride in the service. The location is perfect making it easy to get around Bangkok while still offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, this has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Bangkok, and I’ll definitely be returning. I highly recommend this hotel for exceptional service, for luxury accommodations, and attention to detail.

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Het zwembad en de liggenbedden zijn fijn. Ze bieden ook gratis grote handdoeken aan. De kamer is schoon en ruim, en het heeft een fijn bed. Het ontbijt was ook goed. Ik vond het ook top dat ze je met een golfkar naar de hoofdweg toe brengen. Ik raad het zeker aan!

Breakfast is great - it goes until a generous 10.30am, loads of fresh choice - Great coffee and a dedicated Egg chef. The Pool and Gardens are, as so many others say, a true sanctuary in the middle of BKK. The golf cart up and down the street is a bonus, especially when you’ve heavy shopping. The SKY train which will get you anywhere is literally at the end of the street. The rooms are beautiful, modern and clean. Staff are favours, it's 4 STAR + in anyones’ book and I stay in a lot of hotels … Check out the SW1 Food Market at the end of the street you will struggle to find better in BKK. I am definitely coming back in a few months time :-)

We loved staying at the SORA hotel! The staff were so friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious and quite varied, the Thai coffee was excellent and the room had great AC. I highly recommend this little gem of a hotel!

The rooms were a great size and very comfortable. All of the staff were lovely, friendly and accommodating. The facilities were great and we really enjoyed the breakfast. The location was perfect, it felt tucked away and peaceful, while still being so close to everything. Terminal 21 and a night market were right nearby, which made getting around, shopping and finding food really easy.

The property has a very nice pool in the rooms are large compared to the other ones we stayed in Bangkok

Tried calling the tuk tuk three times from the top of the street and each time the tuk tuk never came so we walked down to the end of the street and it is a one-way street. A very long one-way street where there are no side alleys there’s no way to get to other streets easily you have to walk to the main street to get to any other streets. By the time we walked to the end of the alley and got back to our room we would get a message that the tuk tuk is now waiting for us at the end of the street. The service is not timely; on our walk down the alley, we would see the hotel next-door tuk-tuk go back-and-forth, maybe three or four times picking up it’s customers and each and every time that we went into the lobby there would be four-five staff all standing around the main desk- needless to say the tuk tuk service does not work well and the hotel is at the end of a very long street on a hot day.

Amazing hotel, everything was super. Pool was lovely and the entire hotel was so quiet but you are still on the middle of sukhumvit. 100% recommend staying here. The complimentary tuk tuk 24/7 was great as it was too hot to walk to the main road, so you can just use the Sora app to book the tuktuk to come pick you up! There is also an amazing night market on the same road with great food and souvenirs. Very close to two BTS stations (Nana and Asoke). Will be visiting again!

Down a quiet Soi, peaceful and serene especially the grounds and the pool area. Small, cozy hotel with medium sized rooms with hard wood flooring which I loved. Tiny gym but good enough to get a vacay workout. Hotel is somewhat old so signs of wear and tear and some glitchy switches etc but otherwise all good. We stayed for 5 nights and generally had a good time. Shuttle available to take you to the nearby BTS. Coffee machine in the room was a good. Breakfast is average. Staff; all the males especially Fiat and Day were fantastic. We had a minor emergency (mislaid passport) and I was very disappointed in the front desks attitude, unhelpful except for Fiat. While dealing with this emergency , I didn't appreciate staff interrupting my breakfast over and over again about breakfast payment discrepancy considering we had been there for 6 days and on our last day to have this attitude was very disappointing.

Die Zimmer sind schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett ist zwar sehr bequem, aber der Teppich. Der Teppich, der hat es in sich, im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. Unsere Empfehlung: kein Teppich, Boden, Entropengebieten. Denn er lebt.

Die Möbel waren abgewohnt, das Bett hart. Schimmel war im Bad festzustellen, gegen Ruhestörung am Abend wurde trotz mehrmaligen Hinweisens nicht vorgegangen. Das Frühstück war überschaubar, anders als in vielen Hotels wurde auf Nachfrage keine vegan-vegetarische Option angeboten, die vorhandenen waren begrenzt.

The spa that the hotel has a relationship with was quite disappointing, and there were some mosquitos around the pool but other than that perfect.

The best place where we could’ve stayed in Bangkok and we will gladly come back again. The staff is incredibly kind and thoughtful (breakfast - special thanks to Chaow, reception, tuk tuk drivers), the room - Premier with lake view - is just fantastic with the best view in the city, the pool is gorgeouse. We loved it here

Excellent hotel, close to public transportation (both MRT and air train) and a major shopping mall. The hotel is at the end of a street, so pretty quiet, and a tuk tuk can take you to the main road (Sukhumvit) on demand. Very nice pool area, with lots of shade. All the staff is very friendly. The room is spacious and comfortable. It exceeded my expectations in every way.
