Clean. Nice greeting.

It was fine, no complaints

Lovely place very home feeling.

Just unfortunate about parking space, but wasn't to much of a problem as was offered to park in visitor parking due to having a large vehicle.

Friendly staff and very clean.

Bit noisey

was able to park outside our room.

the street noise, was on a main street

Nothing

Bathroom glass can see the whole from outside day and night. That must cover with curtain.

Friendly staff, great facilities. Room was perfect for us and had everything we needed.

We had a ground floor room and the people above us were constantly walking around. It sounded like they were stomping around which got a bit annoying other than it it was most an enjoyable stay.

Location was great

The taps dripped too much and the tolilet roll holder was in the way when you sat on the toilet. I am 6" 3" so I need the room.

Very clean

Comfortable bed

Facilities,. a little too old.

Good location, room on right hand side of property definitely in better condition. Staff extra helpful when we left a bag behind

Ended up with 2 rooms further away than originally planned but it worked out OK and we were asked, I just did t realise how big the property was

Facilities were great and staff very friendly. Would definitely stay again

Location

Everything from the moment I walked into the office and met the lovely owner was fantastic. The manager was always happy and very helpful. The room service ladies were great. Everything was perfect. I actually felt at home.im definitely going back.

ネイピア空港に近く早朝便での出発にも便利でした。

Cold tap in room hard to turn on

Cold tap

Great location. Clean and tidy. Free parking.

Had to rush to check in. Would be good to have a lockbox available after hours. Bed was very small and not very comfortable and bathroom floor was dangerously slippery when wet. Quite a bit of noise from the people above us and the road.

Location - easy access to Taupo

The room was very comfortable and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Comfortable and good location

We love coming to stay here, its always clean the staff are awesome lovely friendly people. The location is perfect for us as we visit family in whirinaki an tamatea so this motel is smack bang in the middle for us

We stayed in room 1 only complaint would be the bed was to hard which made it uncomfortable to sleep but it was only for 2 nights

Location staff

Showers couldn’t work them out on the first day

Location

Rooms could be updated

We where happy with the whole stay and the evening meals where way over top of what we where thinking and so lovely can't wait to go back.

Very friendly staff, room was good as just the two of us. Location suited us as a short 5 minute drive to Park Island for sporting events and dairy and pub with good food menu just down the road.

Angled parking in front of our room was very tight fit, best for smaller vehicles. We had one bedroom apartment with just two of us, probably would have been a bit cramped with extras.

Good price and very clean

Nothing

Good location & quiet. Good weekend, would stop there again. Staff was helpful.

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay.

The shower - unit 12 - was dangerous as it did not run cold water to the system which was an internal califont. We had stayed at this location previously but under other management. Would not stay or recommend ever!!!

Facilities appalling plus no cooking facilities on the rooms - all communiial - we didn’t want a camp ground !!!!

Provides as what was described, was clean, had a reception for you to head to if there was any issues. Like that there is a washing machine provided for free use of washing clothes. Dryer is not free but that is fair.

No soap in the dispenser and bathroom dustbin was not cleared. It made me wonder if the toilet was cleaned before we checked in. Other stuff was ok. Checked in late and reception was closed when I realised no soap. Guy from reception provided the soap the next morning.

Great value for money, exceptionally clean, friendly, quiet, location

Maybe just slippery floor from bathroom

Quite, clean and comfortable beds

It was clean but not comfortable

Bed was not comfortable can’t able to sleep all night.

We had an upstairs room which was roomy and had a nice view. The bed was good and the air-conditioning worked well. The semi outdoor pool was great.

Our room was right by the upstairs landing, which has a few tables and chairs. The owner and a few quests thought it was a nice idea to sit and talk and drink beer until 9.45pm, whilst we were trying to relax in our room some 2 metres away. Rather inconsiderate! (especially since a small kid from downstairs had called out for them to be quiet about an hour earlier). The electric shower was quite temperamental with temp varying a lot.

Friendly host. Comfortable room close to airport

Pool, jacuzzi and location. Beds very comfortable.

The shower and there weren't enough space to hang the towels. Plus we couldn't do our hair in the bathroom. And we didn't like the parking. Someone reversed into my car, the parking is too close , cars have a small space to reverse

Close to beach and places to eat Tidy room

Bit of road noise Didnt like the shower

Needed a late booking, good service.

Albatross’s motel is located at an easily accessible location. There is plenty of parking on site + parking for large trucks out the front on the road. The room was modern with a very comfortable bed. The room I was in was set back from the road and I couldn’t hear any road noise. Everything was clean and tidy. The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly and helpful

Nothing

Excellent! John was super helpful with knowledge of the area and suggestions for things to do and places to eat.

Everything was great.

Nice comfortable place

Couldn't work the TV and the tap dripped all night

great stay

Rent och fräscht, trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Eftersom det ligger intill vägen blir det en del störande trafikljud på natten.

Location is convenient ☺️

Sound insulation could be improved, as noise from nearby rooms was clearly audible.

Overall was a very clean and nice place to stay

Everything, friendly and calm and enjoyable

Cleaners were friendly and very helpful!

Regulating the shower. The fridge in Room 12 wasn't working. Apologies we didn't let you know :)

The place just needs a freshen up
