ASURE Fairley Lodge

Unfortunately having stayed there before I thought that the spa rooms also had walk in showers, but on discovering they didn’t they swapped our room for a walk in shower. I didn’t particularly want a spa bath as have trouble getting in and out.

The kitchen Venetian blind is broken and stays half way up/down. The main bedroom Venetian was very dusty and didn’t look like the window behind it had been dusted for sometime. The main problem was the bedroom backed on to the laundry and the washing machine and/or dryer was going till late and all night there was an electrical noise like when a spa is running.

Excellent host, friendly & very helpful, clean, tidy and very spacious rooms. Highly recommend AAA+++

Everything was perfect

We only stayed at this property for one night, but we were extremely impressed from the moment we arrived. The motel manager made the check-in process incredibly smooth and welcoming, and the customer service from him and his team was outstanding. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the bed was particularly comfortable. We genuinely loved our stay here and only wish we had booked more time at the property. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service!

Very clean and comfortable

Location was out of city abit

Comfortable and affordable

Location

Highly recommend , As a frequent guest, I always find the friendliness, comfort cleanliness, and presentation to be consistently of an excellent standard and value,

I could not find fault in any area of this motel experience

Lovely room and facilities

The location

It smelt quite bad, the bed was uncomfortable soft now I’m having back and neck pains.

Great place to stay, good location close to the water and various walking, especially liked that we could bring our dog on holiday too! Comfy beds and everything we needed in the room.

The room was nice and clean (and bigger than expected!). I very much enjoyed having a Private courtyard out the back too.

This is just a me thing, I prefer a harder mattress than the one I slept on, but that isn't a critic at all! The shower pressure wasn't all that great but just a small thing, nothing major.

Staff excellent Very helpful spa beautiful bed comfortable All rooms were big

Everything was great

Very old and dated Staff friendly and helpful

COMMUNICATION AND SIZE OF ROOM

BATHROOM HAD GREAT SPA BUT ONE OF THE FAUCETS FELL OFF - QUICKLY REPAIRED. ALSO WET FLOOR SHOWER - WATER WENT EVERYWHERE

Location, comfortable and quiet

Nothing really, was good, be good to have a couch

Staff member even washed my rain jacket for me. It was ready for me when l left.

They forgot the breakfast. Didn't know they did breakfast but it was included in my booking.com Genius L3 upgrade. No biggie and didn't complain when l left. All good.

Simple effective

Not as luxurious as was advertised

Good value for money.

All good.

Bath and soft bed

small TV

It was fairly easy to find and check in

Getting an upgrade was great.A bonus having a tv in the bedroom.Warm, clean and bed was very comfy.Friendly staff.

The bed was comfortable although we only stayed one night.

There were some repairs needed that weren't noted by management. Also management hadn't replenished the toiletries so a polite reminder.

Everything was great 👍

The bath edging had a bit of mold other that that everything was great 👍

Room warmed up quickly with air conditioning, beds comfortable. 2 bedroom unit was a good size. Manager friendly and helpful. Don't like staying in motels normally, due to poor cleaning, but this one was spotless.

Exhaust fan in bathroom inadequate, electric blanket not working

Large room, pleasant and helpful staff

A little noisy... Could hear the people on the unit next to us. It wasn't super loud, muffled, but certainly audible if you like very quiet units

Excellent service and friendly staff, spa bath

Nothing comes to mind

100% good :)

all good :)

Allowed early check in which was really appreciated and needed. I had not long been out of hospital so really really was thankful.

Stayed 2 nights, bed not made, breakfast, not given, no milk in fridge, after alot of calls, & waiting manager sorted it all for us but took some time late at night which wasn’t nice when I had a long day of work and really needed bed rest.

The spa bath location was peaceful and quiet

Mot much

3 mirrors was great! One full length and one with lights above it n the main bedroom. Then one in the bathroom. Lots of lights. Two tv's was great. Although we didn't use the one in the bedroom. Sky movies was also good.

Very clean, staff very helpful..

Location Would accept dogs

It was good

The stay was nice and quiet, the room was clean and we were lucky enough to have an upgrade! Thank you! 🤩

Location was great. Neat and tidy , had everything you need.

Nothing

Location is great if you’re a walker

Not long enough to stay

Friendly staff. Late check in at 10pm with clear directions on where to pick up the keys. Great communication with staff. Easy to find studio. A very warm and comfortable sleep on a night with tempurature at 1°C. The showers was at a great pressure for a late night hot shower on a cold night. Air conditioner really warmed up the entire studio. Curtains were great cover keeping the room dark for us to sleep right through to 9am. Great location and very quiet. Car park right by the entrance. Moccona coffees can never go wrong.

The bathroom door couldn't shut properly but no big issues. No milk on arrival for a late night hot drink but could wait til breakfast. Breakfast was not what I expected but it filled up our tummy til lunch.

Nice and spacious

Motel was central and close to beach. It was clean, warm and staff were amazing! Would highly recommend staying here. Staff went above and beyond, providing a pull-out bed and a cute breakfast box for my daughter without even asking for it. Amazing service!

Had an amazing stay

The staff were very friendly

Tidy and clean, great space. Lovely staff.

It’s convenient to airport and staff helpful. It was warm

Shower

All of it

Nothing

Friendly staff, good-sized bed and comfortable.

Beds were great, service very friendly, easy stay

Amazing from go to whoa, there attitude towards accommodating my pet was exceptional will return again.

They should have charged me for the lost key but they didn't take my money.

Ocean across the road. Good for walks.

It was advertised, ocean view. There was hardly any view. Very unhappy about the false advertising as you pay more.

The bath tub was nice

I specifically looked for a place with a 24hour reception service, this place said it is 24hour reception. In reality both when we arrived (21:00)and left (08:50)we needed to look around for personnel. Also the bathroom ceiling was moldy.

The hospitality by the staff, accessibility, and ease of check-in and check-out. In case you are a late arrival, a key pick-up form from the drop box is available.

Shower water pressure is pathetic. The ventilation inside the bathroom is not up to par. There was no dining table. The only table you have is outdoors, and you can't use it at night or when the weather is not favourable for outdoor use. The infrastructure has aged and requires improvements.

Clean and tidy

Great location. Warm welcome on arrival and very helpful staff. Nice quiet spacious room with super comfy bed and pillows. Excellent facilities in room. Truly excellent value.

Everything's very good and clean and the staff is very nice and friendly.

If there was a towel heater it would have been nice.Thank You
