Worst experience ever. Mr Mohit the duty manager is extremely bad, arrogant and rude. He did use my credit card without taking my permission. Their team made a huge mistake and just to hide it, he did take my credit card number from booking.com and charged it without taking my permission. Also he is unable to manage his staff members (Ashish Shivas and others) as they also talk so rudely with customers. If you want to enjoy beautiful city Indore, do not ever go to Sayaji and make sure you avoid any interaction with Mr Mohit!

the staff welcome was good.

there was an issue to audit on going, the breakfast was not upto mark. Also i could not take my guest to any of the restaurants as all hotel restaurants were not serving food. further for my travel, when i asked to parcel something , i was denied.

The stay was so amazing and memorable the staff are so helpful and kind. Mr. Udit and Mr. Mohit and ms. Kashish helped us alot and they make are stay comfortable and very easy. Food was really amazing and delicious. I would recommend to stay here.

The staff is extremely warm and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel itself is located in Vijaynagar and is close to just about everything in Indore. The people and the facilities make me want to come back again.

Best experience so far from the staff of sayaji ,they have improved alot in terms of hospitality in restaurant,mainly vishambhar chef at the restaurant is quite good at his work and very cooperative and friendly. In house keeping department i had great experience on 4th floor with good staff in action rajkumar,asha,swaranik always supporting for whatever you need

This property is in prime location with huge place inside hotel. Unfortunately, room service is worse and we need to wait for an hour for drinking water too. Taste of food in restaurant is not upto standards of Sayaji group which owns Barbeque Nation Restaurants in India. Management may look into it and improve service standards as well as improve taste of food.

A huge thank you to Chef Basir, Mr. Vivek, Mr. Anup, and the entire team—while I might not remember everyone's names, their exceptional hospitality is unforgettable. From the service to the food, everything is consistently wonderful. Thank you, Team Sayaji, for always raising the bar!

Staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Wide variety of cuisines available. Room was spacious and comfortable but one can tell that the hotel is getting old. Wifi is available free of charge and is quite strong.

Rooftop restaurant Mediterra was quite relaxing and cool until the staff turned on some loud music which completely destroyed the ambience.

Food is very good ,and the menus were decided thoughtfully. we loved the taste of chef Basir .But room size is very small and compact which does not give the feel of 5star . And suggestions given on package for 2adult ,2kids was also not proper from our point of you.
