Everything was excellent & value for money

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was responsive and helpful. The food was very good.

The property is spacious, it's nice, and has a good variety of restaurants around to explore, as well as within. The Club lounge was really really good. Staff like Aman and Deven were excellent

The bathroom in the room is literally next to the bed....one meter....so it's not very private, there is no clear exhaust....and the size of the rooms are really small for the price being charged. Breakfast was exactly the same over 10 days.....so literally no change in options

I recently stayed at Indore Marriott and had a wonderful experience! The service was excellent, the rooms were very clean, and the overall hospitality was top-notch. A special mention to *Prerna from Guest Relations* for her warm and helpful support throughout my stay, and making my birthdays super special, The front desk team was also very courteous and made the check-in/check-out process smooth. Thank you team Marriott Indore for making my stay so comfortable. Will definitely visit again!

Exceptional services, understanding, hardworking & very cooperative & friendly staff. Would like to especially mention about Ms. Muskan from F & B of Indore Kitchen who was looking out the buffet services. This lady surely deserves applaud for her dedication & hard work & Mr. Abhijit from Front Desk who was so welcoming & helpful. Entire staff is great with great food, clean & spacious rooms, fast services. Nice stay!

The air conditioner was having fault though mechanic quickly approached & tried to fix it but again its cooling went off. Only this was the problem else everything seems good.

Ambience, helping & jolly staff always ready to help be it on front desk or F&B, would like to specially mention about Ms. Muskan from F& B, she is so helping & caring, she deserves special applaud. Your staff is really your power, their caring nature, helpful behavior & moreover always ready to help you with a smile makes Marriot really special. Pratiksha at front desk was very polite and helpful,she is courteous and attentive a wonderful stay! The location is excellent and convenient. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were polite, friendly, and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant experience!

Best hotel in Indore? - Centre of the city - Best breakfast, so many choices, good decaf, poached eggs. - Staff sometimes was quick and once they served me a single egg and the other egg too 20 mins to get - Mahima on the front desk gave me an early check in which I was grateful for - Overall good food as I had lunch and dinner also there and food and choices were good

Very well maintained hotel in the center of the city. Luxurious hotel, good food and great service. The housekeeping was impeccable.

The lunch buffet we had on day one was average but the breakfast and dinner buffets were great

The bathroom has a bit of a strange concept. With sliding door. The bathroom itself is very good.

Had a really wonderful meal at Marriott Indore with Chef Atiq Ahmed, and it genuinely felt like one of those meals you remember long after it’s over. Chef Atiq is from Lucknow, and you can clearly see that influence in his food. There’s a lot of honesty and balance in the way the dishes are prepared — rich, flavourful, but never overdone. The Nalli Nihari was outstanding, slow-cooked and full of depth. The Galouti was soft, delicate, and probably one of the best we’ve had in a long time. The Mutton Seekh was perfectly cooked, and even the Paneer Gulnar had so much flavour and attention to detail. It didn’t feel like a regular hotel dining experience — it felt personal, warm, and thoughtfully put together. A special experience overall, and full credit to Chef Atiq for making it so memorable.

Hotel Marriott Indore is our personal favorite, we came here for Coffee at coffee shop IBC. Ranak remembered us from last trip and also the specific coffee type we have. It's was so impressive and admirable. By the way he makes the best Cappuccino( Regular & Dry). This incident made us feel special and I had to highlight it. Dr Piyush Pandit

Stayed at Indore Marriott Hotel with family and it was genuinely one of the best hospitality experiences we’ve had. Absolutely loved their welcome gesture and the way the staff went above and beyond for us. They accepted our early check-in request — and not just by an hour or two, but almost 5 hours early! On top of that, they upgraded our room, added complimentary breakfast, and even gave us full-day lounge access. This is hospitality on a completely different level. The breakfast spread was excellent, especially the Mysore Masala Dosa and Poha — both were outstanding. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked well maintained, was of a good size, and even had a separate kids’ area which is great for families. The hotel location is another big advantage, as it’s close to all the main areas of Indore. Would honestly never recommend any other hotel in Indore after this experience, and I definitely won’t skip this property whenever I visit Indore again.

To be honest, everything was great. The hotel’s drop off point gets congested due to events there. But rest all good.

I visited one for the first time with my friend I love the food and the services the dimsum was very good and the shushi I had is the one of the best I have my life special thanks to me bartender mr rohan i was very kind and amazing guy

Everything is perfect. Be it wide spread of buffet, taste of food, staff members. Again greeted by Mr. Cijan & Ms. Riya ( I am not sure about the name but she was accompanying Mr. Cijan during our check in) & his team.The front desk staff especially Mr. Cijan & team were so warm, smiling & helpful. Loved the overall experience. Will visit soon !! Keep up the great work Team Marriot.

Exceptionally helpful staff. Would like to mention about Mr. Cijan at front desk who welcomed us so warmly & made our stay so comfortable. Food & beverages staff at Indore kitchen were really attentive & was quite helpful serving with a smile. Great variety of food at dinner & breakfast buffet.

Overall a very satisfactory experience. We were glad we chose this property. Stayed in club rooms overlooking pool. We had 4 meals at the hotel itself and all turned out to be great , all customisation requests were entertained and fulfilled to perfection. The property is well staffed , which is well trained and enthusiastic. Beautiful pool and restaurant areas. Just one suggestion - They must add children play zone or play room.

Ravi Ranjan F&B Manager took really personal care of our families requirements since we had Sr Citizens with us. Riya took extra effort to make the stay memorable for my Mom Dads as it was there 50th wedding anniversary!!

We spent 5 nights at this hotel, very centrally located. While the room was upto expectations, there were several shortcomings in level of service. In-room dining experience was below the Mariott standards. The dishes came incomplete and portion sizes way below the norm. And more disgusting was the bad body odour of the person delivering the food. Management should ensure the staff are made aware of this to avoid raising complaints on a subject that is delicate and of personal nature. A special shout out goes to Mr Gurmeet for taking good care of our special needs at breakfast.

Cleanliness

Staff was not proactive and not helpful

The hotel is offset from the roads, so the noisy Indian traffic is reduced. The grounds are lovely and the hotel opens up in a big welcoming atrium. The room was new looking, comfortable with working bathroom. Northing amiss there. Breakfasts had a wide choice and were well made.

The Presidential Suite was truly exceptional, boasting a commanding vista and an impressive sense of space. The hotel’s overall atmosphere was delightful, complemented perfectly by a staff that was both warm and exemplary in their service. Though my visit was brief, I found the Club Lounge to be a lovely retreat, though perhaps a touch more variety in the offerings wouldn't go amiss. My only slight niggle for the management: the lifts appear to have a mind of their own, stopping at every floor regardless of whether anyone is waiting. It’s a bit of a tedious affair, though it didn't overshadow an otherwise wonderful stay.

Food was good pizza, Sandwich and cheese pasta was great, good ambiance and service staff form parking to the restaurant were great. Our server Rahul was great help in choosing the delicious meals.
