When we did a bedbugs check, right after arriving, we found a very recognizable bedbug exuvia (in the photo). We showed them, and they offered us a new room. However we know bedbugs are usually not limited to 1 room, so we didn't feel very comfortable staying in the place, so we went back to the reception, calmly thanked them for the new room, and we said that we were gonna leave anyway and asked if we could get a refund. This Is where the big issue starts: a woman came out, and started attacking us aggressively (keep in mind we were very calm). She screamed at us saying that whichever room they would give us we would find a problem with It, because we Just didn't want to stay there (which Is not true, why would we book It if we didn't want to). After that, She Attacked us saying they have done so much for us, including changing the dates and checking us in one day later (we arrived One day late). This Is true, they tried to help us, but in a very normal way honestly, they had availability for different dates, and we didn't pay any less for checking in the day after so why holding It against us. Anyway, what did It have to do with bedbugs? We didn't know what to Say, we genuinely only wanted to be safe from bedbugs. She then said, and I quote, that "all places in Ao Nang have bedbugs" and that "we wouldn't find anything better anyway", and tried to rip the keys of the room off my hands. Then She added that they're very cheap, which again okay, but I would rather pay more and not have a bedbug issue. Also, in June which Is low season, there were multiple places nicer and cheaper in the surroundings, and we know It because we had to look for another accomodation in the rain, after of course getting no refund.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Hervorragende Lage. Äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter und alle sonstigen Mitarbeiter. Auch bei den Tagesausflügen bestens beraten zum günstigen Preis. Sauberkeit sehr gut. Housekeeping hervorragend. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Sowohl für kurzen als auch längeren Aufenthalt sehr gut geeignet. 7/11 und Mother-Marche in unmittelbarer Nähe. Strand 2 bis 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Geschäfte, Massageläden jeder Art, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotzdem abends und nachts nicht laut. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. :-))
Ich war sehr zufrieden.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Rooms were clean and comfortable. The balcony was nice to have even though it faced the wall of the adjacent building. What really stood out here was the staff. They were always so accommodating. They said hello and goodnight with a smile every time we passed by reception, and gave us umbrellas (without being asked) when it was raining. Free beach towels too. Min, who worked the tour desk at reception, was especially kind to us, and was a pleasure to briefly chat with every day. She helped us book a 7-island tour and later transport to Koh Yao Noi. She held umbrellas over our heads as we caught a taxi after checking out. Thank you Min for making our stay so nice!

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026The location was superb. Easy access to the beach. We managed to walk to the Ao Nang Landmark Night Market from the hotel which is about 2.5km. Shops & restaurants just by the road side along the road. They have in house laundry which is one of the cheapest rate in the area. 50baht/kg
We request to clean up the room but only give bottle of water. No change of the towels. The balcony directly facing to the next building's corridor/walkway which makes it less privacy.

La ducha tenía muy poca presión y el aire acondicionado hacía bastante ruido. Para llegar a la habitación había que pasar por un sitio oscuro y no era muy accesible, había que subir escaleras.

Очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал, помогли забронировать трансфер в аэропорт и по всем мелким вопросам. Номер ежедневно убирали и приносили бутилированную воду. Сам номер достаточно уютный и чистый.
Ремонт в номере старый, напор воды в душе был плохой, но это незначительные нюансы.

Otroligt dålig städning, missvisande info om boendets renlighet!!! Luktade avföring 24/7 från toaletten. Det var döda silverfiskar och smuts överallt. Trots daglig städning så gjorde det inte sitt jobb.... de tog in hår i vårt rum från andra boenden.....Vi fick kackerlacka sista dagen och VI själva var tvungna att handskas med det istället för att få nytt rum. Det enda vi fick var en insektsspray för att spraya för att hålla dem borta... sammanfattningsvis så hade vi aldrigt bott här igen även om vi fick gratis boende

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026Die Lage wsr sehr zentral, großes Zimmer, sehr ruhig. Es war alles Notwendige vorhanden. Insbesondere war es sehr praktisch, dass man sich jeden Tag ein frisches Handtuch für den Strand mitnehmen konnte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und man konnte auch gleich Ausflüge dort buchen. Einen Wäscheservice gab es außerdem.
Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.

Banyolarda duş kabini veya perdesi yoktu. Duş alınca her yer ıslanıyor. Banyoda havlu askısı yok, havluları klozetin üzerine koymanız gerekiyor bunu sevmedim. Ayrıca banyo kapıları çok alçak başınız çarpıyor. Odalarda üç kişi konaklıyor ama sadece bir anahtar ver ve resepsiyon gece saat 10.00 da kapanıyor.

Purtroppo le camere standard hanno una rampa di scale ripida e scomoda Quando si fa il check in anche se ti vedono con le valigie grandi e in difficoltà non ti danno un dito di aiuto per portarle su Il letto era fatto da due materassi uniti e usurati I cuscini esageratamente imbottiti e alti(ho dovuto mettere la federa al cuscinetto decorativo per riuscire a dormire)

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Localização boa, atendeu nosso propósito de pernoitar em Ao Nang para seguir viagem. Quarto simples, mas ar condicionado funcionou perfeitamente, 7-eleven próxima e funcionária nos auxiliou a reservar um táxi, pois sairíamos de madrugada para o terminal de ônibus.
Banheiro, como a maioria na Tailândia, fica bem alagado após o banho.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025I liked the hotel! Really good stay, it is basic but that’s what I paid for so I would have expected more. They leave water by your door and are super thoughtful.
The bathrooms aren’t my favourite but that’s with most reasonably priced hotels in Thailand and you get what you pay for.
