Excellent arrangements that made the guest stay feel like home. Very caring staff who went out of their way to attend to guest requests. The F&B options are exceptional with the Chef delivering high quality meals right from breakfast upto dinner.

The rooms appeared to be bit dated and could do with a little refresh.

Hi, hotel was good but booking.com charged me twice than the hotel. Hotel general rates are 8500 rs including GST, but bookings.com charged me 15008 rs which is unexpected. You should charge fairly. Taking 5 10% margin is okay but here you have charged alomost double.

Over all everything was excellent. The location, staff, and the hotel 10/10 from my side.

Location, room size, Interior

WiFi. It is very slow and didn’t work half the time. Had to join a really important meeting and WiFi didn’t work. Complained to front desk on call without any response. Went down to reception still no resolution in time. Worst WiFi.

Breakfast was fantastic and staff during the breakfast was very help and friendly.

We checked in around 10 pm for three rooms, but the receptionist initially claimed that children were not included in the room rate and that we’d need to pay extra. After about 20 minutes of discussion, the staff confirmed that kids were indeed included. Unfortunately, our rooms weren’t ready until midnight, and they didn’t match what we had booked. The next morning, I shared constructive feedback with the manager, who was understanding and ensured we received the correct rooms. While I appreciated his help, overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families.

Everything was super. All very good the staff, food, service, size of the room and bathroom, view, location. No complaints at all.

The carpet in the hallway had weird patches - made it look unclean/soiled (4th floor). But my room was super super clean, rest of the hotel too.

My stay at the Pllazio Hotel was exceptional. From clean rooms courtesy of Mustofa who very sweetly handled all the extra requests for our room, to our servers in the restaurant especially Shalini and Bhawan to the front of the house and bell desk staff. This hotel was one of reasons that made our experience in Delhi unforgettable.

Wij vonden het personeel zeer vriendelijk, en het diner en ontbijt erg lekker en uitgebreid. De ligging redelijk dichtbij het vliegveld is handig, omdat de wegen in Delhi vaak superdruk zijn en dan ben je soms erg lang onderweg.

Het was leuk geweest als het zwembad 's avonds iets langer open zou zijn geweest, was nu tot 19u. Maar misschien speelde luchtvervuiling in deze maand een rol, dat is 's avonds erger dan overdag.

Very nice property. Very clean and spacious room. Buffet dinner and breakfast is very good. The Indian food is delicious!

I couldn’t get the tv system to work so had to watch news on YouTube.

Spacious Rooms

Nice Hotel located conveniently in Gurgaon with good amenities close by. Metro station is a within 2km and the food plaza within 10 min walking distance.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The hotel was lovely and the food was fantastic, but without a doubt, the best asset of this hotel is the staff who really go far and beyond to assist with any need.

We arrived late for one night only so had a light dinner which was fine. We left for our International flight before breakfast but the staff gave us an adequate packed breakfast.

The housekeepomg and cncierge serves were excellent

There are no facilities for business working during the day. Our room was surrounded by wedding guests who knocked on our door by mistake, were up befoe six and late taking loudly in the corridor. A more judicisous room allocation woud have helped Breakfasts were disappoin ting

cleanliness was noticeably poor especially under the bed, definitely hadnt been cleaned in quite a while. Bed sheets had hairs from another on them and the floors were filthy. corridors had mouldy walls.

the poor level of cleanliness and overall facilities are no where near 5 star as advertised.

Rooms are Not clean, not maintained. Health facilities way below standard and expectations.

The room was very comfortable and well set out. It took some time to figure out the various light buttons! The toiletries were good quality. The staff at the hotel were excellent and I was impressed by the attention to making guests comfortable. Breakfast spread was excellent.

Nothing major really, but perhaps more serving staff at breakfast time? The Veg Mezze platter was surprisingly sparse with barely anything in it! Disappointing. Other than tiny kebab like things in tiny tiny pita bread, there were no fresh produce. A mezze platter is a colorful presentation. Please do something about it.

He ensured we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His attentiveness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-notch service and a pleasant stay!

Rooms size is Good, amenities ties are Good , clean bedsheets and towels, hot water supply is good , Ambience is Good, Food is Good, room size is good overall a decent property

The hospitality is just average rooms are noisy

They didn’t have a concierge to help you around booking cars and guides to visit the city.

The polite, considerate and helpful staff especially Mr Pandey, good food, comfortable rooms and excellent hotel cab service.
