Could’ve been a bit cleaner the robes had mascara on them and there were dead bugs in the bath. Smart tv also didn’t work

Dit is een prachtig, erg luxe hotel. Super grote badkamer en een heel mooi bed. De kamers zijn rondom een meertje gebouwd, daar is ook het zwembad. Een oase van rust en luxe.

Het personeel in de receptie (overigens niet direct duidelijk waar de receptie was) was niet vriendelijk. Het was erg rustig in het hotel, dit was een beetje ongemakkelijk. Het restaurant is prima, maar wederom zeer rustig. Het is een groot luxe hotel en dit moet bij je passen.

Not many staffs to serve you. It takes awhile to see someone. Once they appear they are nice.

Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, schönes Schwimmbad. ruhige Lage, Rezeption sehr hilfsreich, Fahrtransport von der Rezeption zum Zimmer war sehr hilfreich.

Personal beim Frühstück war gelangweilt, da kaum Gäste da waren. Auswahl war auch nicht besonders, insbesondere gab es nur weisses Brot, obwohl eine Vielfalt von Brot und Brötchen ausgestellt waren, aber nur zur Deko. Lächerlich.

Prachtig zwembad en een mooie kamer met terras en loungebank. Heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant aan het water.

The sheets apparently were not changed and had "pee" stains. The hotel had the sheets changed after we let them know.

The breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. The room was exceptional. Of course, at any hotel in Thailand, 99% of the staff is going to be smiling and friendly. The property was well manicured and clean. The wildlife was interesting getting to see several monitor lizards up close. Lakeview rooms are a distance from everything. Thankfully, they provide a golf cart to come get you when needed. If I were ever to stay here again, I would highly recommend the pool view rooms.

The pool water was consistently dirty. The pool person needs to learn about chemicals and backwashing the pumping system. I chose not to risk going into the water for fear of infection or other illnesses.

The garden was beautifull, the reception modern with friendly staff.

The rooms are dated and in need of renevation, the pool only 6 sunbeds, no bar for drinks or entertainement, i classify this as a 4 star resort.

We have stayed here before and thoroughly enjoy our stay. The staff and premises are top notch, the breakfast is great and the facilities are excellent.

Un superbe espace de verdure en plein centre de Phitsanulok. La villa sur l'eau et la villa avec piscine sont suberbes mais il faudrait à ne pas se laisser déborder par l'entretien des bâtiments qui vieillissent mal avec l'humidité et la chaleur. Nous reviendrons sûrement lors d'un prochain séjour.

Beautiful tropical landscape with a big infinity pool. Swam laps every day. Large comfy rooms and bed. The morning breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff were very attentive and friendly. We will return!

The bathroom had small ants. Alot. Mostly around the faucets . The air conditioner was a bit noisy. It's a bit pricey. But otherwise, everything else was excellent.

Reception staff do not speak English, Exterior lighting at night is seriously too low and dangerous. Surprised that no one has been killed falling into one of the ponds. Staff attitude indifferent. Furniture design needs improvement -chairs are too low and too deep, uncomfortable unless you are 7 foot tall Air-conditioning very loud, totally unacceptable in a hotel of this level. Generally, the question questionnaire forces, a black and white, yes, or no answer, in many instances I had to say yes, but most of it is a very qualified yes.

Hotel a bit worn out, not enough maintenance, commutation with staff is waste of time n confusing as I informed everything before hand but nothing was arranged as we informed so check in was not done smoothly, breakfast is very plain and limited

Breakfast is not much as expected. , Resort may be recovering from Covid-19. I think it should be nice if the pillow, cover sheet and bed will be fresh, new. Bed is stuffy.

Pattara resort in Phitsanulok ons nummer 1 hotel in Thailand. Hier nu voor de 3e keer in 12 jaar en nog steeds een oase van rust midden in de stad. Een waanzinnig zwembad midden tussen de lotusbladen, een hele fijne hotelkamer wat meer op kleine bungalows lijkt. Niets op aan te merken, top ontbijt met genoeg keuzes en ook het restaurant waar je fantastisch kan dineren. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, iets om naar terug te keren meer dan 5 sterren waard.

The hotel is situated among lush garden, vast and beautiful lotus pond that give a sense of tropical calmness.

Due to the Gym room is a closed space with a glass wall but their air condition doesn't work ... So the ventilation is terrible, please fix it The process of payment was even difficult and confusing, though it was solved later

The location of the resort is wonderful. You are immersed in nature, everything is calm and relaxing. The bathroom is big, you can either take a bath or a shower. I loved the breakfast, there's a lot of choice for every taste.

I really didn't like the air conditioning. No matter how I set up the speed of the air con fan and the temperature, it always go at maximum speed. As a result, the air con is noisy and at a certain point you have to turn it off because you are freezing

The best things in this hotel were a spacious room/bathroom, greenery views and good location.

It was not worth paying. (We paid 8424 baht for two nights). Even though before booking, I searched and decided to choose this hotel because many reviews said that this hotel is the best hotel in Phitsanulok. The fact that I'm slightly disappointed. - My room was a bit smelly old. - The minibar in the room was horrible because it had only two bottles of drinking water and coffee sachets (I expected that it should have had some nuts or some carbonated drink, same as the other hotel at high-star level hotels). - Many parking lots but there had a shortcut from parking to room directly without any security guard or lobby observation. - Last but not least, there had no massage or spa services. Even the name of this hotel is Pattara resort and SPA. - Lastly, the service was not really friendly and not good as many other hotels.

Amazing Pool with views to the huge pond with fish and water lilys. Food (breakfast as well as lunch and dinner) was really good, the waiters are exceptionally friendly. Our room was quite big.

The only things that could slightly be improved (but did not bother us): The bed sheets had some holes and it could be considered to offer drinks at the pool.

Location is very good. Facility is OK. The staffs are very nice. Breakfast is very good.
