Great location.

Most positive things: Quiet room despite being close to a very traffic-heavy road, private small parking lot for every room, works fine once you get the car in. Most other things were disappointing; particularly considering the @resort@ I would have expected a higher level at practically everything

That each room was a condo, not a high rise hotel.

The water wasn’t hot and i needed to wait for an engineer to fix it. Luckily the outside temperature was 36’c so having a cool shower wasn’t so bad.

The room is very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is ideal for a one night stop off. It is close to a good restaurant.

Breakfast was delivered to our room in a box. It was edible but not that good. Although the room is nice it is open to the other rooms so it is like being in a goldfish bowl. You have to shut the curtains for privacy.

Bungalow sleeping rooms face each other fully frontal, you're forced to close the curtains Shower pressure and shower heat mediocre Water for bathtub less than hand-warm at best, less than “un-un” in Thai parlance; not even 4 L of boiling water from the kettle made bathtub water hot enough for me; so you have a luxurious bathtub in a luxuriously large bathroom full of daylight and with mini jungle behind glass in an upmarket motel - and you are let down by lack of hot water, a major disappointment (in another hotel the solution was to clean the water outlets so that the pressure rises which activates the water heater) (notes: the water heater’s light was on; water heater was turned to maximum power; I didn't ask staff about the issue) No personal outdoor seating area (I guess they don't promise it), only the less inviting swimming pool environment Night receptionist seemed less competent than daytime staff (as in many mid-range hotels) Some staff don't speak English (some speak very well) Generally plush room, but no electric plug close to table Little shelf space in big bathroom, 2 people with some toiletries might struggle ceiling light can be controlled only by switches next to the door, not from the bed Blue River Resort is not at all on the river and river Nan is not blue at all

La tranquillité et son emplacement

Geräumige Zimmer, toll gestaltet und aufgeteilt. Pool mochten die Kids sehr gerne. Alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Auf den ersten Blick ok. Auf den zweiten Blick viel Potential für mehr Sauberkeit. Das Frühstück war wirklich enttäuscht.

Nous avions déjà séjourné l'année passée dans cet établissement, Il est très bien. confortable, les chambres et salle de bain-douche avec leur baie vitrée sont super lumineuse et confortable. Le petit déjeuné est bien. Et en plus le samedi proche d'un super marché de nuit.

สิ่งที่ไม่ชอบและ / หรืออยากให้ปรุงปรุงมีอยู่ 4 ข้อใหญ่ๆ ที่รอบนี้ไปใช้บริการแล้วรู้สึกไม่ค่อยโอเคเลย... 1) ภายนอกห้องพักมีสัตว์เลื้อยคลานอย่างเช่นปลิงหรือหอยทากมาและมีพวกขยะธรรมชาติอย่างลูกไม้ต่างๆ อยู่โซนข้างนอกเลยทำให้ห้องพักดูไม่สะอาด 2) อยากให้ทางที่พักทำเป็น Android TV มาก (เพราะ 2 ครั้งแรกที่มาเราเจอ Android TV ทั้งหมด เลยรู้สึกประทับใจมากๆ) 3) รบกวนช่วยดูแลสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักอย่างเช่นราวแขวนผ้า, ตู้เสื้อผ้าให้พร้อมใช้งานอย่าให้มีชำรุด 4) โซนอาหารอยากมีการดูแลรักษาความสะอาดมากกว่านี้เพราะยังมีสิ่งสกปรกอยู่ตามโต๊ะและเพดาน

Breakfast was served in the room and it was fantastic. The room was great. It was super clean. Water was hot. Parking the car in you own personal covered spot adjacent to your room was super convenient

The room was modern and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were soft. The location was quiet and we slept well there. It's a bonus that you can drive right outside your room so it's easy to unload suitcases.

The room wasn't as clean as I would expect. The breakfast was poor quality and the dining room was dirty. Overall the place needs a good clean in my opinion.

During day time, i don't know why there is a sound on the roof like something is running. There is no space for pets to walk for pee and poops.

The Pros: The Staff was great always friendly and helpful. The rooms are like individual apartment rooms. They have individual parking if you have your own car and they are quiet. It’s a little out of the way unless you have your own car or like to walk a ways but Grab is always available. The water pressure is good and there is always plenty of hot water. I have a bad back and try to find rooms with soaking tubs and they have very nice ones in each room. The Cons: The beds are hard and not comfortable. Breakfast…breakfast is very limited in menu and it’s apparent that it is not a priority with management. On a scale from 1-10 I give it a 3. The coffee is good and I think they would better off just serving a continental breakfast with coffee, fruit and toast or croissants. I think people would be happier with that instead of cold eggs and a few other dishes. One word of caution…get a receipt for your deposit. We have stayed here several times and I never had a problem until this stay. When I went to check out the desk person was only going to refund 100 baht of my 1000 baht deposit. It took over 40 minutes to get it straightened out and required them checking video of when we checked in. Not a pleasant experience….so get a receipt.

The bathroom is nice, little courtyard, and a carport, extraordinary. The breakfast is pretty spartan, and there were some mosquitos in the room, but a good deal.

The location is OK if you don't need to leave in rush hour. 7 - 9 am. Earlier or later should be no problem. It took us about 30 minutes to get to highway 12. Something I don't like is the full size window between the bedroom and the bathroom. Why do Hotels do this?

Nice location, close to the river with nice restaurants. The free bikes made it easy to explore the area. Quiet neighborhood.

Breakfast wasn't appealing and some of the staff were not very friendly/ welcoming, and they didn't speak any English at all.

Bedside lamps were not working. Could be more generous with toilet peppers. Breakfast is poor quality.

A bit hard to find as it located in a small soi (alley). The mattress’s too hard. The room I was in, the AC made loud noise in the middle of the night. I could also hear loud music from a distance from many restaurants nearby throughout the night. If you are a light sleeper like me, beware.

The bathroom needed a place to put your items near the sink,like a shelf.The beds were a little hard and the breakfast had little to offer a westerner.

The room is spacious.

The breakfast was very poor, cold eggs. Coffee from the machine was light brown coloured hot water. This was mentioned in many other reviews but hotel owner don´t care about it. Car parking very tight, can not open the door properly.

This resort comprises 14 separate bungalows. Each of them has its own parking lot. The room size is super huge with a large bathroom with a huge bathtub.

Loved the layout of the different rooms, excellent bathroom, swimming pool and convenient parking. The staff maintaining the grounds and housekeeping were extremely friendly, especially to my child.

The sleeping area of the rooms are much smaller than perceived from photos and the reception personnel seemed to have no interest in guests. Breakfast was pretty basic also. The hotel is relatively difficult to locate, being hidden in a small obscure soi.

Arrived rather late, however, the check in was easy and fast. Within 5 minutes we're were in our room and ordered our dinner from the hotel restaurant. Wie come back again for sure.

The room was very comfortable, great shower and very clean.

The breakfast was very poor, the food was very mediocre at best with a very limited selection of poorly cooked food! The coffee machine churned out light brown coloured hot water. The accommodation is really great but is terribly let down by the woeful breakfast, a real shame!

There were plants at every house. You could park next to each house.

Very hard beds. Leaking toilet. Lamp which didn't go out unless unplugged. Very basic breakfast (but with thai dishes). Bathtub was big that it takes very long to fill it.
