If you have a car,you will be extremely lucky to get a parking spot outside the accommodation . Finding the accommodation, even using GPS was a pain, as Estepona is having extensive work at the moment and has a one way system to make you cry.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026The property has everything you need and was spotlessly clean. The location was a definite plus point too as it’s close to the beach, bars and restaurants. The staff were helpful too.
There’s air conditioning in the lounge but we had none in the bedroom which had a ceiling fan. It would also be useful to know the time reception was open.

Das Apartment war bereits vorbereitet und wir konnten somit sofort einchecken - toller Service !! Sehr sauber, wöchentliche Reinigung nach Absprache. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Apartment hatte 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Wohnzimmer und Küche. Es war alles da was wir so brachten. Das Apartment war im 4.Stock, Aufzug ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist optimal, alles sehr gut zu Fuss zu erreichen ( Strand "La Rada" ca. 5 Minuten, Fussgängerzone ca. 10 Minuten, Bushaltestelle ca. 5 Minuten ). Quizas la plaza donde está situado, habia jaleo por dos restaurantes, pero algo que no depende de ellos

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026La situation est très intéressante: à quelques minutes à pied de la plage et de la belle promenade maritime, et à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et très bien équipé. Je recommande sans hésiter.
L'accueil m'a semblé un peu "bousculé" et sous pression. De plus, s'il fait très chaud, sachez que l'air climatisé est dans le salon seulement et la chambre est très loin, donc la fraîcheur se rend plus ou moins. Il y a toutefois un ventilateur au plafond.

La ubicación perfecta cerca de la playa y todo tipo de comercios alrededor y aparcamiento económico cercano. El apartamento en muy buen estado parecía todo nuevo. Muy limpio y muy cómodo éramos 5 personas mayores. La gente de recepción muy amable llegamos más tarde de lo previsto y estuvieron muy pendientes. Repetiría sin duda.

Mancano le zanzariere alle finestre se avete problemi con gli insetti. Noi abbiamo tenuto aperte le finestre solo pochi minuti la mattina per arieggiare. Se siete al primo piano sentirete il vociare delle persone in strada.

The appartment had balconies with seating overlooking the square and the rooms had plenty storage space. Washing machine and outdoor hanging space.
Couldn’t fault it. Air conditioning only in the living room but overhead fans were quite enough to keep cool if shutters were down during the day.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Ik zou de receptie bellen wanneer wij er waren, de eerste keer nog onderweg om aan te geven dat wij iets vertraging hadden opgelopen. Werd mij verteld om hetzelfde nummer te gebruiken bij aankomst, alleen wer die niet meer opgenomen... Uiteindelijk appartement gevonden en sleutels gekregen. Het appartement was zeer ruim en voldeed volledig: uitgebreide keuken, 2 badkamers, 4 slaapkamers en bijna alles heel netjes en schoon.
De enige minpuntjes waren dat sommige kit-randen niet schoon/kapot waren in de badkamers, de avond voor vertrek was het gas voor de combiketel op, zodat er met koud water gedoucht moest worden. Daarnaast zou het fijn zijn wanneer er wat koffie/thee benodigdheden klaar lagen (fles water wel), aangezien wij vrij laat aankwamen en de winkels waren al gesloten.

A única ressalva é esta: quando chegamos (num domingo à tarde), demoraram muito a responder as mensagens do Whatsapp para que nos orientassem quanto ao check in.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Pasamos unos días estupendos, nos ha impresionado la limpieza del apartamento, creo que es la primera vez que voy a uno que esté tan limpio, las camas comodísimas, es verdad que se escucha bastante el ruido de la calle no se porque, pero llegábamos tan casados de patear Estepona que ni nos enteramos, la ubicación es buenísima, hay de todo alrededor, si vuelvo a Estepona no dudaré en repetir.

Los dormitorios que dan a la plaza tenian mucho ruido de las terrazas de los bares, incluso con las ventanas cerradas.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026Good location between old town and the beach. Immaculately clean, spacious and very comfy beds. The kitchen was very well equipped.
There was some noise from a supermarket and bar below but it went quiet again at a reasonable time. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon when reception wasn’t open. We returned at the time reception was meant to open but there was no reply from pressing the bell. Other guests informed us that we needed to telephone. We did so and someone came in a few minutes from across the road somewhere to let us in and gave quick information about nearest supermarket and that was it. I think that it should be made clear that on weekends the reception is not open and you need to telephone. There was no information on how to use appliances and we had to phone for someone to show us how to get the cooker hob to work. It wasn’t obvious and we tried UTube first. Some local information would have been nice, just a map even. Staff were very flexible when it came to checking out time which we really appreciated.

Keuken goed uitgerust met alles wat je nodig hebt, van servies, koffiezetapparaat, tot waterkoker en staafmixer aan toe. 4 slaapkamers, 3x2 persoons en 1x 1 persoons. 2 badkamers met bad Al met al, een prima onderkomen voor een heerlijk verblijf in het mooie Estepona

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026This is an absolutely fantastic apartment. You couldn’t ask for better. The place is spotless and includes weekly cleaning. The beds are comfortable and the location is absolutely ideal! You are 15 minutes walk to the port or to old town. There are restaurants and bars all around as well as 3 supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bakery and fruit and vegetables store. Maria and her team are extremely responsive and accommodating. I have travelled extensively and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed. I would highly recommend this for anyone!
The balcony is too small for 4 people.
