The most wonderful thing was welcoming and very nice staffs, all of them were really helpful and kind, I believe this hotel staffs are golden mark for it.

The overall location was good but hotel wasn’t at the main road, inside the narrow street . My room was comfortable , however after taking the shower, floor got wet and I didn’t like it at all, tab had issue . Breakfast was ok but wasn’t special. But was ok .

Most like the fast response for any problem from the all the stuff specifically thanks to ms/ Nada she make my vacation nice and comfortable. The house keeping r so kind and nice and very helpful..over all this will not be my last visit ❤️❤️

It was clean, staff was friendly, room was comfy and big, breakfast was varied, the view was pretty cool too.

Simple, nice and cozy. Workers are very nice. You have all you need. Beautiful swimming pool, restaurant, gym, and diving center. It’s not a huge resort but a simple one.

Food: Too much garlic everywhere and strong taste of the food. Few vegetarians options. No olive oil for vegetables. Not enough fruits.

Location far from sea , food was poor , room service not existed, street cat was disturbing us inside the restaurant and every where .

Um espaço incrível com pessoas maravilhosas. Desde o primeiro momento foram sempre muito amáveis e o hotel em si tem tudo o que é necessário. No primeiro dia chegamos tarde ao hotel e prepararam-nos um jantar "after hours", no último dia deixaram-nos guardar as mochilas e passar o dia na piscina já depois do check-out, todos os funcionários sempre com um sorriso no rosto, espaços muito limpos e cuidados, um ginásio muito completo, um restaurante bar no rooftop com vistas incríveis, muito bem localizado, uma comida deliciosa e uma excelente relação qualidade-preço. Foi uma experiência fantástica!

Günstig, das Nötigste war vorhanden, auch ein Fön. Lage nahe an der Hauptstrasse war praktisch.

Laut in der Nacht, Buffet dürftig, keine Möglichkeit auf Allergien einzugehen, da das Personal im Service nur wenig Englisch spricht. Zimmer war einigermassen sauber. Wasser in der Dusche war lange kalt, dann lauwarm.

Super freundliches, zuvorkommendes und familiäres Personal. Gutes und sehr angenehmes Spa mit einem tollen Spamanager. Super Divecenter mit freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal, gutem und modernen Equipment und der Möglichkeit auch Tauchscheine zu machen. Umfangreiche Auswahl an buchbaren Ausflügen. Leckeres und abwechslungreiches Buffet.

WLan ist zwar kostenlos vorhanden, aber eigentlich nur in der Lobby und dem Poolbeteich mit wirklich gutem Signal. Gerade zum Abend hin hab es immer wieder Verbindungsabbrüche oder Ausfälle. Getränke mit begrenzt im All-Inclusive Angebot beinhaltet. Zudem bietet das Hotel keine alkoholischen Getränke an.

Everything at the Hotel was so perfect. Good Location. Strong Wifi. All the crew were amazing especially Mr. Sameh & Mr. Eslam. They did everything they can to help us in all sorts of things.

The beverages weren't all inclusive as our booking said. They should notify this while we made the booking.

Bonjour, l hôtel devait envoyer, contre rémunération, un chauffeur hors celui n était pas présent nous laissant otage et de leurs prix des taxis locaux. Malgré trois demandes le manager ne sait jamais manifesté. On ne peut faire pire en matière de respect. La plage privée est en réalité une toute petite bande de sable enclavée entre deux restaurants. On n y est vraiment pas bien. La douche de la première chambre était non "etanche" donc de l eau dans la salle de bain et dans l entrée. Nous avions réservé un chambre de "luxe" et on a eu le sentiment que la première chambre était "standard". Enfin la porte de k ascenseur est restée coincée deux fois au troisième donc impossible d utiliser celui-ci. Nous avons quitté l hôtel au bout de deux jours.

Surtout le manque absolu de prise en compte du directeur envers ses clients.

Cat in the dining room, had to ask for it to be removed numerous times due to my allergy. Leaking shower onto floor. Reported to staff. Safe not secured within the wall therefore didn’t use it.

Die Temperatur des Wassers im Bad lies sich nicht richtig einstellen. Entweder kam lauwarmes Wasser oder kochend heisses. Für den Strand bekommt man nur einen Voucher pro Tag.

Confortable et de grande taille, repas indigents. Chambre 410 au 4e etage. Staff sympathique. Pas de meubles, ni décoration, j’ai du demander une chaise, et le coffre fort a fonctionné après qu’on en a apporté 4 différents ! Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas mais on m’a prêté un répéteur après 24h. La « vue sur la mer » était coincée entre deux immeubles (voir photos). Balcon minuscule.

La piscine est à l’ombre en hiver, donc glaciale. Elle est trop petite pour nager, et les cours d’initiation à la plongée y ont lieu. La plage minuscule est de l’autre côté de la rue principale, à 5mn, elle aussi coincée entre 2 moles de restaurants avec leurs toilettes, bruit et clients. En mars l’eau était froide, mais je ne me serais pas baignée de toutes façons. Au « wellness center » ; massage plus qu’ordinaire, dispensé par un homme (je suis une femme, j’étais surprise). On peut faire réduire les 45€ demandés. Bas sans alcool (ok pour moi) mais tout à prix européen, café et jus à 4€. La nourriture est très ordinaire et sans goût.

Rooftop restaurant food and view on the sea were nice. The gaming room was also nice, it was free as well. Close city center and the Hurghada Marina.

Unfortunately our stay was ruined by hotel manager Tamer. We booked two deluxe rooms and the original pictures showed a bathtub (now removed), so one would assume that both rooms come with a bathtub. We first approached a different staff member (Selim) at the reception who seemed to be clueless about anything and didn’t take us serious. He eventually said that we will get new rooms the next day. So we came back and Tamer said he doesn’t know about anything and then went on to say about the bathtub “do you want to give birth in that bathtub?”, is this how you treat your guests? This comment also feels sexist. After that we didn’t feel comfortable in the hotel anymore, as it was also not very clean nor was the food at the buffet fresh, on top of that they treated the cat (that was very friendly) that sometimes came to the hotel poorly. We stayed in different hotels in hurghada before and this was by far the worst one. The trips you can book through the hotel are overpriced, it’s best to book it directly at the marina. The showers didn’t have a shower door or curtain so be prepared to have a flood in your bathroom everytime you shower. The Wifi in the hotel is slow, its not recommended to use it when working..etc. Shoutout to Ms. Nada for trying to make our stay better unfortunately we already felt unwelcomed and uncomfortable.

Tous, la gentillesse et l'extrême professionnalisme de tous le personnel, les services proposés, mention spéciale aussi à Wallid notre moniteur de plongée qui a été très à l'écoute, professionnel, nous sommes N2 et N4 et les plongées ont été au top Nous avons apprécié la fraîcheur de la cuisine proposés, la très jolie carte des boissons, les prix plus que corrects, le superbe rooftop, la proximité avec Sheraton road sans en avoir les inconvénients comme le bruit. L ambiance musicale de l'hôtel et son intimité loin des complexes hôtelier. Notre séjour a été très agréable, le seul bémol ne pas avoir pu profiter du spa et des massages apparemment très appréciés Nous n'avons qu'une envie c'est d'y retourner ☺️

La salle de bain un peu vétuste, mais tout était propre

L’établissement est très propre et bien situé. Le personnel est sympathique, souriant et très efficace que ce soit au restaurant, à la réception ou au bar. Les repas sont simples mais variés. L’établissement dispose d’un spa, sauna et propose des massages. La plage, certes petite, est de l'autre côté de la rue, les serviettes sont fournies par l'hôtel. Le restaurant attenant offre une vue magnifique. L’établissement propose des excursions : nous n’avons donc rien à gérer, Le wifi est OK. Le ménage est fait tous les jours.

Absence de rideau de douche, ce qui fait que la petite salle de bain est toujours inondée. Les WC présentent des difficultés d’écoulement. L’excursion proposée pour la visite des îles Hula Hula et Orange Bay ne comporte qu’une seule île, vraiment dommage.

L’établissement est très propre et très bien situé, le personnel est aux petits soins pour ces clients.

L'Hôtel a tout mis en place pour garantir mon arrivée et ma sécurité alors que je suis arrivé à 4h du matin, merci. Les soins et massage d'Amira sont extraordinaires, à un tarif très attractif. Merci beaucoup !

the hotel is located in a quiet place. roof terrace small pool. no loud music. staff helpful. i was pleasantly surprised. room big and clean. breakfast mediocre. dinner too. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The house and rooms and the restaurant are extremely clean. The staff at the redtoran are very attentive and helpful. But the breakfast chef can't fry an egg. He looks tired and turns the egg with a fork so that the yolk doesn't stay intact. Otherwise the food is edible. The rooms are clean. There is a hairdryer, kettle, fridge, tea and coffee in the room. Super fast WiFi.

Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny. Miły personel , dobra lokalizacja. Byliśmy tylko 2 noce nie korzystaliśmy z basenu czy plaży. Spełnił nasze wymagania.

Hôtel très sympa, nous avons logé à 4 dans un appartement avec 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, un salon-cuisine, un balcon vue mer, c'était super. La nourriture était excellente, des buffets avec du choix. Proche de la mer et surtout à deux pas d'une avenue avec tous les commerces, les bars, les restaurants. Nous avons passé un super séjour, le personnel était super sympa.

Dobra lokalizacja w bocznej uliczce około 200m od głównej drogi Sheraton rd gdzie jest wiele restauracji i sklepów a w pobliżu jest bar z alkoholem (w hotelu nie podają alkoholu) Cisza i spokój, z balkonu widok na morze. Obsługa super miła i pomocna, zarówno w recepcji jak i restauracji gdzie serwowali posiłki. Wybór jedzenia wystarczający, można z łatwością przytyć, wszystko pyszne. Biorąc pod uwagę cenę do jakości to daje 10/10.

LA SPIAGGIA MOLTO CARINA ACQUA CRISTALLINA!

C’était excellent dans tous les aspects, et le personnel est super gentil. Je retournerai volontiers, mes vacances étaient superbes.

Juste la salle de bain avec l’eau qui coule en dehors qui était gênant. J’aurai aimé également une douchette et aussi un jet d’eau dans la douche.

Konumu iyiydi , merkeze yürüyerek yarım saatte gittik. Plaja 300 metre uzaklıkta, kendi plajı yok ama anlaşmalı plajı var ücretsiz giriş var, kahvaltı ve yemek çeşitleri az ama oldukça lezzetliydi. Oda temizliği çok iyiydi.Çarşaflar tertemizdi. Tek eksisi banyonun biraz bakıma ihtiyacı vardı.

Banyonun acil tadilata ihtiyacı var ve banyo malzemeleri konulmamıştı.

Très bel hotel tout pres de sheraton road et pourtant très au calme. Propreté irréprochable et le chef cuistot était au petit soin pour nous. Il nous a fait tous les matins d extraordinaires omelettes et le dernier jour une super salade de fruits rien que pour nous !

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel with its clean and comfortable rooms, as well as the extremely friendly and helpful staff who were always ready to assist and make our stay more enjoyable. The food was tasty and varied, although sometimes a bit repetitive during longer stays. The beach has a nice sandy entrance and shallow water, which is great for families with children, but for me it was a bit of an issue since I’m used to deeper water for swimming. So water shoes are a must because of the corals and rocks if you want to go into deeper areas. One of the biggest advantages of the hotel is definitely the rooftop terrace with a spectacular sea view. The terrace is mostly quiet and empty, providing the perfect atmosphere to relax, enjoy the sunset, or find peace away from the crowds. It’s especially well-suited for couples and older guests looking for a calm and enjoyable holiday, as it’s generally quiet with few children around, and features beautiful views and a relaxing environment 🌞

The hotel does not offer alcoholic drinks (personally I don’t drink, but it’s important to know if you expect it), and some additional services like bottled or canned juices, certain coffees, and internet beyond 5 GB come with extra charges. Tap juice is included in the price. It’s worth noting that the beach is not right in front of the hotel, but about 300 meters away, and you need to cross a busy road.

Küchenteam ist SUPER

Ehrlich gesagt war das Schlimmste an meinem Aufenthalt im Swiss Wellness Resort Dive Club der Umgang mit dem Nacht-Rezeptionisten, Herr Bahaa. Sein Ton am Telefon war extrem unhöflich und respektlos – er hat uns tatsächlich angeschrien, obwohl wir nur eine einfache Anfrage hatten. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer für 3 Personen gebucht und deutlich gesagt, dass wir ein zusätzliches Bett oder Sofa brauchen. Nach dem Check-in stellten wir fest, dass nur ein großes Bett im Zimmer war. Als wir das anmerkten, sagte er nur: „Sprechen Sie mit dem, der gebucht hat, das ist nicht mein Problem“, und legte einfach auf. Am nächsten Tag wurde das zusätzliche Bett ohne Decke gebracht. Man sagte uns, die Decke würde nach dem Frühstück ins Zimmer gebracht – wir warteten bis Mitternacht, aber es kam nichts. Als wir wieder anriefen, hieß es, Herr Bahaa sei nicht da – der Sicherheitsmann sagte, er sei beim Abendessen. Später bekamen wir nur ein Bettlaken. Als wir wieder wegen der Decke anriefen, schrie er ins Telefon: „Ich schicke jemanden“, aber es kam niemand. Nach über 20 Minuten riefen wir wieder an, und er meinte schroff: „Der Mitarbeiter hat sein Handy aus, warten Sie halt.“ So ein respektloses Verhalten habe ich noch nie erlebt. Positiv möchte ich aber das Küchenteam hervorheben – sie waren unglaublich höflich, professionell, und das Essen war sehr lecker. Ihr freundliches Verhalten war das einzig Angenehme während unseres Aufenthalts.

A személyzet nagyon figyelmes, segítőkész. A szoba és a szàlloda is igazàn tiszta volt. A sajàt partszakasz alkalmas sznorkelingezésre, vannak korallok és kisgyermekesek szàmàra is ajànlott, a zàrtabb sekélyebb rész miatt. Összességében jó élmény volt.

Bàr alapvetően a kemény matracokat prefereràlom, ez annyira kemény volt, hogy fàjt rajta aludni. :-s Többször felébredtem erre.

Das gesamte Personal war top ! Die Lage vom Hotel und das Essen waren genau so gut.

Das Personal war sehr bemüht, als ich mich beim Essen erkundigt habe, ob in den Speisen Milch enthalten ist, wurden mir gleich alle Gerichte gezeigt, die ohne sind. Großer Pluspunkt ist, dass ein Hotelgym gab, dass nicht nur Cardiogeräte sondern auch ein paar Utensilien für Krafttraining hatte. Es gab sogar eine Poledance-Stange, falls das jemand üben möchte :)

Der Pool ist sehr klein, der private Strand auch und außerdem sehr felsig - nicht sehr angenehm dort ins Meer zu gehen. Das Essen war ein Buffet mit wenig veganer Auswahl. Wir haben auch von dort einen Tauchtrip gebucht und hätten uns bei einem Dive Resort erwartet, dass dieser vom Hotel aus geführt wird. Allerdings wurden wir nur zu einer anderen Tauchschule gebracht, die den Trip durchführte und haben so wesentlich mehr bezahlt, als wir es mit einer eigenen Buchung über GetYourGuide etc. getan hätten.
