Photo à l’appui, car la trace dans le lavabo était là depuis le départ… - Ils utilisent les verres réutilisables pour le petit déjeuner, alors que c’est à usage unique - Le petit-déjeuner pas fou honnêtement - Quand on est pas du côté de la plage on entend toutes la circulation la nuit c’est compliqué de dormir sachant que c’est une ville animée la nuit et on entend beaucoup les klaxons, les voitures et les travaux qui sont juste en face de l’hôtel - Pas de mouchoirs

房间挺大，还算干净

没有wifi，流量也没有信号，住进去整个处于没网的状态！只有一楼有wifi，想上网只能从房间去到一楼！酒店海滩很小很脏，根本游不了泳，住进去只能看看海，海滩基本形同虚设。早餐也难吃。这么贵的价格不全包就算了，没网没信号完全无法忍受！

The beach and the location

I booked a Sea View room almost two months before my arrival, specifically because of the room category I paid for. However, when I arrived at around 11:00 PM, I was checked into a street-view room, which was not the room category I had booked or paid for. I immediately went to reception to complain. The receptionist, Hesham, was helpful and apologised, and I could see that he genuinely tried to help. Unfortunately, he had no authority to resolve the situation, so he called the manager. What happened next was honestly shocking. The manager, who I was told was the Finance Manager, was extremely disrespectful in the way he spoke to me. Instead of trying to find a reasonable solution or even showing understanding toward a guest who had paid for a specific room category, he simply told me that this was the room they had available and, if it wasn't suitable, I could leave the hotel. I could not believe the way a Finance manager could speak to a paying guest, especially at that time of night. I was travelling with my 6-month-old baby, it was already around 11 PM, and I had no realistic alternative but to accept the room. I want to specifically mention that Hesham at reception was the only positive part of this situation. He apologised for the way his manager had spoken to me, but unfortunately there was nothing more he could do. As a guest, seeing how the management treated me over an issue that was entirely related to the room I had already booked and paid for completely changed my opinion of the hotel. This was my last stay here, and I will not be returning. There were also other disappointing issues: - No Wi-Fi in the rooms - No room cleaning during our stay - The hotel is not even a budget/cheap hotel, so these basic services should be expected. I have stayed in many hotels, and mistakes can happen. What matters is how management handles those mistakes.

The beach is really nice and the service there is great 😃 I recommend it.

This is really too expensive for the service. The bed is not comfortable at all too soft and I had to ask for a sheet because overwise I was on the cover directly. In the bathroom you don't have anything to put your staff on then you need to put it on the floor of the shower that's not hygienic. The staff is not smiling and not really nice. The breakfast is boring and without any flavours.

The property was having fascinating sea view. It was so clean and tidy with complementary tea and coffee. I really loved the place. The staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet has all variety of food including fruits and fresh vegetables, oriental dishes and western dishes. Very highly recommended.

No Airport shuttle bus pick up like advertised on Booking.com!!!! Also, wouldn’t let us pay using our Visa, made us pay cash only was told by owner? Room was average.

Spacious rooms, amazing breakfast, good beach (saw a manta ray and a sea turtle). Breakfast had pastrami eggs and an amazing selection.

Ehab from the dive center was not helpful or friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the excellent service and friendly staff. The hotel has a perfect view that made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing.

Ahora mismo están en reformas y desde las 9:30 de la mañana empiezan a trabajar. En el restaurante que tienen en la playa, si vas a pagar con tarjeta te ponen el datáfono y da error, como si tu tarjeta no funcionara. Después de comprobar con mi banco, mis tarjetas funcionan bien. Así que, seguramente, el comercio tiene bloqueado el pago con tarjeta (cosa ilegal) para obligarte a ir al cajero que hay en la puerta y en el quez por supuesto, te cobran comisión.

The location. The room area. The breakfast restaurant staff and the breakfast as well.

Maintenance works ongoing, and nobody informed us about it. There was maintenance works on the beach with workers allover the place and they left many debris on the beach even till the next day including wires that nearly injured some of the kids! Construction and demolition works on the roof with jack hammers hammering into our heads during the day! The room was described as King size bed, Single bed up to 3 persons, while the single bed wasn't available, the reception clerk Mostafa denied the description, then when I showed him the website he mentioned that the comma means OR!!, while I heard fighting with the housekeeping for moving the single bed to another room without informing him, he still denied the matter then informed that he will arrange the single bed for the next which didn't happen, absolutely unprofessional individual. The boats blocking the sea view and you can smell the excessive exhaust in the sea since it's a closed small bay! The restaurant directly on the sea run by the hotel due to the wind drops water bottles, cans and any light material into the sea! The pillows and the mattress wasn't comfortable at all! The balcony handrail glass profile is like a sharp-edged knife completely unsafe!

Номера со стороны проезжей части ужасно шумные , напротив ведутся строительные работы. Невозможно спать и просто находиться в номере от шума !!!

La stanza era pessima. Gli standard di pulizia tremendi, tende e lenzuola con segni di bruciature e macchie, una coperta polverosa, asciugamani vecchie. Il bagno era sporco e vecchio, il letto sfondato. Il servizio di pulizia è solo su richiesta. Anche la parte della spiaggia presentava lettini vecchi e asciugamani lise. Il wifi funziona solo in reception. Non lo consiglierei considerando che comunque il prezzo è alto per la qualità e i servizi offerti.

L'hotel è proprio davanti ad una piccola spiaggia attrezzata. Sono inclusi ombrelloni, lettini e teli mare. Al beach bar abbiamo preso degli ottimi succhi di frutta fresca. La musica non è troppo alta e permette di riposare. La vista dalla hall e dalla sala colazioni è molto bella. La camera era comoda. C'è l'ascensore. La colazione era magnifica con tanti cibi diversi. Ci siamo mossi senza problemi con Uber.

Non c'era il caffè espresso e neanche il caffè filtrato a colazione ma solo il Nescafé in bustina. Bisogna pagare per forza in contanti.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is in a great location, and our sea-view room offered a truly breathtaking view. The room was clean, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout our stay. All the staff were friendly, professional, and very cooperative, making us feel welcome at all times. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hurghada.

The location is beautiful, with direct access to the beach, making it a perfect place to relax. Everyone made us feel welcome, and we really appreciated the excellent service.

Breakfast was open buffet. There is lot of variety even if you are in some kind of diet, you will find something suitable for you to eat and the time for the breakfast is 3 hours and half which is convenient for everyone specially if you don't like to wake up early . Also the staff there are very helpful. They can bring for you anything you want . Private beach even if it is small but was nice . Cleaning the room every day also was a very good point to mention . Staff are Cleaning the room daily . For the reception, everything was ready when we reached, just sign the paper and check in . Over all it was great experience even the service on the beach was amazing. Highly recommend for anyone to enjoy their vacation at Shellghada

الفندق كان جميل و نظيف الرسيبشن وكل العاملين في الفندق ناس محترمة الشيف اللي موجود في المطعم محترم جدا و خدوم الغرفة كانت نظيفة و تشطبها حلو و انيق تحتوي علي طاولة غرفة وتلاجة وكاتيل و شاشه و طاولة بلكونه الحمام نظيف ومجهز جيدا الحمام يحتوي على مياه ساخنه جيده جدا و ضغط ماء الدش يفوق الوصف الشاطئ رملي وجميل ولكن ليس على قدر الاتساع الفندق يحتوي على كافيه مميز بإطلالة على البحر و اكله متميز

الفندق يحتوي على وجبة الإفطار فقط و الشاطئ ضيق ولكن ليس سيئ الفندق لا يحتوي على باركينج للسيارات يوجد صف خارخ الفندق و دائما مذدحم خدمة تنظيف الغرف لا بدا من اخبارها اولا لكني لم اجربها خلال فترة إقامتي

7nuits dans leurs hôtel. Pas 1 seul passage du room service. Je l’avais pourtant signalé à la réception, mais je n’est pas une seul fois quelqu’un qui est venu ranger ma chambre ou même mes serviettes. Je devais tout les jours aller à la réception réclamé mes 2 bouteilles d’eaux qu’ils devaient m’apporter dans ma chambre normalement mais ce n’était pas le cas.
