Clean modern room. Good lap pool

Not being able to charge drinks at the pool but ok in the restaurant The pool bar attendant needs to be retained Apart from him the staff were great

Very accommodating staff, everyone's friendly and humble and always ready to assist.

The fact that smoking guests were allowed to smoke on the terrace areas in between other dinning guests. It's the most uncomfortable thing trying to enjoy your food whilst sitting in someone's cigarette smoke. There should be separate areas for smokers whilst dining.

Very nice rooms and facilities. Breakfast was good and had good variety. Hotel staff excellent and place was very safe.

Prices of drinks and food at the pool were a little bit high considering what you can get the same if not better in the town for much less. Location is a little bit out had to get a grab anytime we wanted to go somewhere

The hotel is lovely, with very helpful staff. It was great value for money and had everything you needed. The food was amazing.

The place could have been cleaner for a 5-star property. Location is a little bit secluded.

The staff were friendly

The hotel is old and in need of serious refurbishment. The bathroom and shower smells like sewerage, so it is an unpleasant experience to use the bathroom. Also the bedsheets were clearly not changed from the previous guest as there were hairs and eyelashes on the bedsheets.

Big hotel with very friendly staff! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is incredible too! Loved it

Nothing

Vse bylo perfektní a moc jsme si to uzili.

The service was excellent

The rooms & decor was dated. The room was not cleaned properly, the shower had an awful. Smell. However it was deep cleaned once I complained.

Proximity to New Kuta Golf: Conveniently located right next to the golf course (though in hindsight, it makes sense why the golf club didn't recommend them). Room Size: The rooms are undeniably large and spacious.

Severe Food Safety Issues: Ate Indonesian Mie Goreng at the hotel restaurant on my first night and woke up hours later with severe food poisoning / "Bali Belly." It ruined my entire stay, forcing me to cancel my scheduled golf lessons and keeping me bedridden for a full day. Callous & Unhelpful Staff: When I informed reception about getting sick from their food, the only compensation or remedy offered was a single coconut. When I asked for access to a doctor or basic medication, they simply said "no" and left me to fend for myself. Zero Flexibility or Empathy: Despite losing an entire day of my trip due to food poisoning caused by their room service, they strictly refused a late check-out for my late flight, capping it strictly at 1:00 PM and threatening extra fees for any further delay. Dated Facilities & Weak Plumbing: The property shows significant age and lack of maintenance. The shower pressure was a trickle, and the room amenities felt tired. Housekeeping: Rooms were cleaned very late in the day, and basic items were routinely forgotten.

toilet was smelly. Window impossible to open

De centrale ligging in Uluwatu

Overall It was a good experience.

Shower was detached from the wall but was still able to shower and had to hold the flush button on the toilet until it was completely finished otherwise you were left with a surprise the next time you went.

Instalaciones y personal atento

We loved the food and drinks, they were really good, probably the best on our whole trip. Restaurant staff were lovely and friendly. Housekeepers lovely and friendly. Bidet is great in the room. Bathroom nice and big.

The property is very old and run down, it doesn't look like the photos and so it was a bit disappointing when we arrived as this was our first stop on the honeymoon. It's further away from anything, so you do need to get transport to get anywhere. The road towards the resort is Awesome and makes you feel like a queen, but then when you arrive the entrance is very disappointing, and you sort of feel like wait is this really it? There was a conference and a wedding on during our stay so the main pool was closed a few days during our stay which was a bummer, but thankfully there was second pool, but the sun goes down quick there and its cold, so you have to swim early.

Uluwatu bölgesinde gidilecek turistik yerlerin ortasında kalıyor. Ulaşım kolaydı. Temizlik personel kahvaltı her şey çok güzeldi. Tekrar gelirsem yine kalmak isterim 🙏🏼

Grande piscine.

Everything was amazing in the property all of the facilities. Staff were so helpful and kind too

I was expending a bit more from such a high standard place in regards to how new everything was. The room seemed a bit old and the bathroom smelled like urine

Pool area was nice enough, nice to be able to see the golf course from the hotel.

It felt dirty. Stains on surfaces, showers and taps grubby, windows were gross. The bed was creaky & had some questionable marks on the base. I’d book to stay for 6 nights & left after one, the only reason I stayed that evening was due to the lateness of my arrival.

Ontbijt echt top.

breakfast and bed was comfortable

the cleaning

Great selection

Nothing really to say only it would’ve been great having a microwave

Breakfast was good

The room I booked didn’t get wen I arrived there they have it wrong instead of 3 beds it was only 2 but I have booked a 1 bedroom unit And they turn off the hot water and the fone in the room keeps taking off from the plug

The staff

Not clean - not modern - not accessible
