Luxury resort, perfect location, great food and staff.

The hotel is beautiful, and I absolutely loved our villa. The staff were wonderful and made us feel very welcome.

We both suffered food poisoning after eating oysters at Akasa, and I was seriously unwell for more than a week. I requested a refund for the dinner several times, but despite repeated promises to follow up, I still haven’t received a refund or a clear resolution and have had to keep chasing the hotel. The lack of follow-through on such a serious incident has been extremely disappointing and overshadowed an otherwise lovely stay.

The room, the service, the location, the view, jumeirah Bali had it all.

Everything. It was phenomenal.

The service provided by the staff were amazing. The facilities were well maintained and the environment was well kept to a high standard.

The two villa that connect to each other has bad soundproofing, and the internet is little slow.

Problème de restauration et un petit déjeuner toujours le même chaque matin Il faut impérativement un buffet pour le soir Il faut une navette pour rejoindre la route principale c’est trop loin à pied.

Nos encantó la estadía. La villa era muy cómoda, con mucha privacidad y una piscina espectacular. Todo el hotel está muy bien cuidado y el personal fue siempre muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno tenía varias opciones de muy buena calidad. Es un lugar ideal para descansar y desconectarse unos días.

La ubicación es perfecta si buscas tranquilidad, pero si quieres recorrer otras zonas de Bali hay que considerar que los traslados pueden ser largos. Fuera de eso, no tenemos nada que reclamar.

The location is simply exquisite. Everything about this resort is simply amazing. One of the best experiences we had a home away from and it because of their hospitality.

Something which is nothing

Un séjour absolument exceptionnel. Tout était parfait : la beauté des villas, la qualité des restaurants, le spa, la propreté, le calme et les jardins magnifiques. Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c'est l'équipe. Leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leur attention aux moindres détails sont incroyables. Nous étions à Bali pour rendre un dernier hommage à mon épouse, et le Jumeirah Bali a transformé ce moment en un souvenir inoubliable. Ils ont organisé une magnifique cérémonie balinaise avec un prêtre, préparé les offrandes, les tenues traditionnelles, filmé la cérémonie pour notre famille, et nous ont accompagnés avec énormément de respect et de compassion. Ils nous ont également offert un late check-out, organisé nos transports, notre lessive et ont toujours été disponibles via WhatsApp. Nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis comme de simples clients, mais comme des invités. Merci infiniment à toute l'équipe, et tout particulièrement à Lesmana. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Absolument rien. Tout était irréprochable. Notre seul regret est d'avoir dû quitter ce lieu extraordinaire.

The food on site wasn’t the best. We had a lot of cold meals and underwhelming food for such an incredible resort. We have stayed in my Jumeirah resorts before and food wasn’t up to their standard

Шикарные номера, очень чисто, просторно, персонал отличный и всегда на связи через мессенджер. Завтраки очень вкусные и разнообразные, а вид из ресторана на океан — вообще без слов. Красота и сервис на каждом шагу. Хочется поскорее вернуться, спасибо!

Один раз только было такое, что нам долго не отвечали с вызовом багги, когда в отеле проходила свадьба. Почувствовали себя не очень удобно и будто мероприятие было в приоритете. Из-за этого чуть не потеряли бронь в ресторане и пришлось искать его пешком.

великолепный и современный отель, приветливый и заботливый персонал оперативно решающий любую задачу. два раза в день уборка, все просто идеально, бесплатная вода в номере без ограничений. виллы имеют стильный дизайн с резьбой и удобной мебелью, в приятный природных оттенках. очень удобная постель и подушки. вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, есть шведский стол + заказы по меню, очень удобно, множество вариантов свежевыжатых соков. из отеля есть выход к океану. хороший спортивный зал в котором опять проявляется забота персонала, по мимо воды там всегда есть яблоки, смесь орехов и соки. по отелю можно передвигаться на багах, все общение с персоналом оперативно проходит в индивидуальном чате. отель в который хочется вернуться! спасибо 🙏

Les chambres sont luxueuse et spacieuse. La piscine a débordement est magnifique. Et la proximité de la plage idéale.

Beautiful. Immaculate gardens and villa. Incredibly friendly attentive staff. The pools were just fabulous. Loved both the restaurants too and the Maja lounge.

Loved all of it. It is a bit pricey but the attention to detail is there.

My family and I enjoyed the sunset villa, the beach, the views, and the staff were great, this is a beautiful truly 5 star hotel and would highly recommend it.

Couple of constructive criticisms were that our sunset villa was located very close to reception and the bathroom blinds needed to be kept closed at all times as it was not private, as with the blinds along the main pathway. Not to worry the blinds were electric and worked well. Our dining experience at eCasa restaurant wasn’t great, the staff could work on a more welcoming reception and explaining the menu better, with shorter wait times. The view was breathtaking.

Good afternoon. The rest went well overall. But in my opinion, the hotel staff is very intrusive with questions about where I'm going or if I need help. Every employee approached me with a question. I want no one to bother me on vacation once again. Thank you.

There were lizard feces on the sheets several times and the staff was like: This is normal, nothing to do.

Vue magnifique, hôtel très joli avec beaucoup d’espace, installations très bien pensées et agréables, personnel efficace et très gentil. Établissement très kids friendly malgré le standing. Le service est à la hauteur du prix.

L’espace sur la plage est un peu étriqué et l’hôtel demande une surcharge pour la majorité des transats, ce qui paraît excessif étant donné le prix de la nuitée…
