Nous avions la suite exécutive, pas de balcon et vue sur la route. Très décevant. La salle de bain supposée être « Wahou » encore un génie d’architecte qui a mis les toilettes dans un cube en verre et la salle de bain sans porte. Les serviettes de la piscine sentent le chien mouillé. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est cher et ne fait que de la bouffe surgelée pas bonne.

The property was excellent and our stay memorable. The place is slightly away from the centre and therefore quite peaceful. The food here was great and breakfast had a vast selection of items. The staff were super friendly. Our checkin was at 3 PM. However, due to an early flight we reached there like around 10 AM in the morning. I was worried we wouldn’t get our room. But the reception staff gave us an early check in. I would especially like to thank Helen who works at the restaurant. She was always helpful. Travellers who book through Bookings.com get a 13% discount for food there and we weren’t aware of this. She, however, informed us and made sure our bills were properly calculated.

Everything was great. We just faced one problem - on our last day of stay, we had locked the room and gone to their restaurant. Someone from their staff entered the room, moved things around and kept some dessert on the dressing table as a parting gift I suppose. I just feel one shouldn’t enter the room when we had not switched on ‘Clean up’ sign. We bought this up with the staff manager, who in turn argued that we should keep ‘ DND’ button on if we don’t want anyone to enter the room. But the fact that we had not kept any button on, especially the Clean up one was enough to send the message that we did not want anyone to enter. I guess this was communication gap that we faced with them. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay here.

The breakfast and the view from our room were excellent. We also really enjoyed the hotel’s swimming pool. There was a lovely incense aroma throughout the hotel, which created a very relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The location was also great and convenient for the places we wanted to visit.

The AC wasn’t working when we arrived. It could have been checked beforehand, especially since we arrived at night and were already very tired.

Sijainti oli hieman keskellä ei mitään. Toki nopeasti pääsi ympäri Uluwatua.

Habitación muy amplia, cómoda y limpia. La ubicación está bien, Dreamland está a dos minutos literales en coche, que el hotel dispone de uno para llevarte y recogerte.

Hotel con un potencial buenísimo, pero las zonas exteriores están muy deterioradas. 3 de las 4 piscinas tenían estaban verdes y la cuarta no estaba llena. La madera de alrededores en mal estado, no hay sombrillas. Una pena. El desayuno buffet para sobrevivir, no es gran cosa ni de calidad ni de cantidad, sin embargo la comida a la carta está bastante bien.

Uluwatu’da tatil yapmak istiyorsanız bu otel size uygun değil. Otel daha çok düğün vb. organizasyonlar için kullanılan bir otel. Havuzu yüzülebilecek bir havuz değil. Girerken de çıkarken de bavullarımıza yardımcı olmadılar. Odada bulunan lavabo tıkanıp durdu 3 gün boyunca teknik ekip çağırdık ve sorunu çözemediler. Otel ile Padang Padang beach arasındaki yol berbat durumdaydı motorla off road için gidilebilir. Uluwatu-Jimbaran yolundan giderseniz de yol çok uzuyor. Oteller bölgesinde otel tutmamanızı şiddetle tavsiye ederim. Otel eskiydi ve kahvaltıları Türk damak tadına aska uygun değil. Konaklamam boyunca kahvaltıda soğan domates ve balık yemek durumunda kaldım.

Agréable pour quelques jours, non loin de superbes plages. Comme tous les hôtels indonésiens le service est agréable et souriant 😀. Près d’un grand parcours de golf et d’une magnifique salle de sport. Je recommande pour quelques jours.

The room was a little dated but still had all the facilities needed for the stay. Bed was comfy and the room was clean.

Front reception staff were very helpful, attending to our needs. Housekeeping was also very efficient. Has complimentary drinkable water that you can ask for refills during your stay! Our second stay at this hotel - had a good experience with the first stay. Bed was also very comfortable!

Overall, the hotel met our expectations. The buffet breakfast was very good and offered plenty of variety. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The only thing we were not entirely satisfied with, and something we would recommend to future guests, is choosing a room with a balcony. The windows in our room could not be opened, and since the hotel has a pool, there was nowhere to hang wet swimsuits to dry. The air conditioning needs to be kept running continuously to reduce humidity, but in such lovely weather, it really shouldn’t be necessary.

Le personnel était très agréable et attentionné. Nous avons rencontré un petit problème dans notre chambre et l’équipe a fait de son mieux pour trouver une solution, allant jusqu’à nous proposer un changement de chambre, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées et la literie est vraiment excellente, très confortable. Les piscines sont également superbes et très agréables. Seul petit point à améliorer : certaines lattes autour des piscines mériteraient d’être réparées afin d’éviter tout risque de blessure. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel.

L’insonorisation des chambres pourrait être améliorée, car nous entendions assez facilement les bruits environnants. Nous avons également été un peu déçus par le petit-déjeuner et, plus généralement, par les repas proposés par l’hôtel. Ce n’était pas particulièrement à notre goût, mais cela reste pratique pour dépanner lorsqu’on ne souhaite pas sortir manger.

The hotel was set back away from the buzz of the busy streets. The room was nice and spacious, very clean and the bed was super omfortable. The staff were very attentive-, helpful, proffesional and friendly, so much so that we stayed on two separate occasions during our trip

The traffic to the property can be tiring

Emplacement correct un peu reculer dans une partie regroupant des « hôtel style resort » mais facile de naviguer dans uluwatu par la suite avec un Grab

Tout était hyper désuet, piscine en rénovation , le balcon autour de la piscine hyper dangereux , les planches étaient toutes pourries . Chambres hyper humide et qui sentent vraiment mauvais , le nettoyage des chambres était hyper tard et en gros il ne fesait que le lit 🫠

The hotel is amazing! The staff are nice and help with everything that we need. I even had a birthday and they made me a special day. They brings balloons and cake, and fruits and flowers. It was really amazing. The room and the hotel are clean and quiet. The pool is the and also the gym. And the breakfast was good and tasty.

I had a wonderful stay at Swiss-Belresort Pecatu. The room was comfortable, and exactly as expected. Check-in was smooth, and I really appreciated that my room was ready on time, including the extra bed I had requested. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was decent with a standard selection that covered the basics. The location was convenient overall, although traffic in the area can get quite heavy. Waze ended up rerouting us through narrow alleys with rough roads, so getting to the resort wasn’t the smoothest experience. That said, once we arrived, it was definitely worth it. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely revisit the next time I’m in Bali.

We stayed at this hotel for five nights. At check-in we were assisted by a trainee. We had booked a Deluxe King Room, but the room had a strong musty smell. After informing the Duty Manager, we were immediately offered another room, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the replacement room did not have a true king-size bed as advertised. It was two single beds pushed together (a Hollywood bed), and the fitted sheet had large holes. The next morning we reported this, and the Duty Manager professionally upgraded us to an Executive Room with a proper king-size bed. The following day, however, an incident occurred that completely ruined our stay. While I was not present, one of the hotel's security guards made an extremely inappropriate and degrading remark to my girlfriend, implying that she was a prostitute waiting for my money. She felt sexually intimidated, humiliated, and unsafe. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior from someone responsible for guest safety. We immediately met with the General Manager and were seriously considering reporting the incident to the police. The General Manager apologized, offered compensation, and arranged for a written apology from the security guard. While we appreciate that management took the matter seriously, no apology or compensation can undo an incident like this. The following morning at breakfast, another issue occurred. A couple entered the restaurant wearing wet swimwear while families with young children were dining. Staff did nothing, and the restaurant supervisor told us there was no SOP regarding appropriate attire in the restaurant, which was surprising for a four-star hotel. Although the Duty Manager and General Manager handled our complaints professionally, the combination of several smaller issues and, above all, the shocking incident involving the security guard completely overshadowed our holiday. Guest safety and respect should never be compromised, and I sincerely hope the hotel takes meaningful action to ensure this never happens to another guest.

The hotel needs a good renovation...Outside seems old...Decking near the pool is old and cranky...The pond is empty...The pool leaks...

The resort is grand and the swimming pools are amazing. The breakfast was lovely as well with a fresh and diverse menu.

The resort is located in an area where there are no shops or eateries around. The resort runs a shuttle service to the beach and commercial area nearby but they run only a few times a day. You have to rely on a taxi or rent a scooter to move about.

The staff are all so friendly and the view from the balcony was amazing!! We also had noisy neighbours at one point playing loud music at 5am which woke me up, immediately, reception sent security up to ask them to turn it down! The rooms are so clean and it’s so peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of the main uluwatu strip. The service at this hotel is second to none and I’d return in a heartbeat :)

The pool was a bit dirty around the edges and I didn’t fancy going in it but that’s the only thing! 😄

The receptionist offered me to bring the luggage to the room. But i waited for 1/2 an hour just knowing that my bag is still downstairs. At last, i brought it up myself. Asked for iron and ironing board, it took so long for the staff to bring it up, till i needed to call them few times, and asked my son to ask the receptionist for it. Asked for water, they initially said thst they can offer 2 extra bottles of water, i expect to get unlimited bottles as i booked the family suite.the bathroom smelt of urine the moment i stepped into the room. It might be due to they do unproper cleaning of it. The only positive thing is the driver of the shuttle to get to the beach, he was so friendly and fast in providing service to us.
