A localização é ótima e o atendimento tb. É a segunda vez que me hospedo no local

Os colchoes das camas acredito que já precisam de manutenção E o chuveiro

Lo más que me gustó fue que el cuarto estaba limpio y tenía buen olor, el personal fue amable y cerca del aeropuerto que era lo que buscaba y la playa y sitios para comer.

Lo unico malo fue que no tienen mucho parking deberían ampliar el parking

Villa del Sol is a great spot.this is my 2nd time there love my room 109.housekeeping an staff was great.wifi was great also.doing another trip for 2028 with me my wife an my goddaughter.this area is great with food spots an pool area an coral beach was all in the same area.an also you can rent a car in Villa del Sol also.

Nothing really everything was great.

Its location is good with access to many places.

The room was rol small and a lot of noise. My son dtay at the sane place a few months later and he pay a lot less and had a bigger room.

Clean. Good pool. Excellent service. Car rental on site. Next to main drag for stores and food. 5min to airport. Best experience yet, actually, hoteling in PR instead of staying with relatives.

Staff very helpful. Complementary coffee in lobby. Hot water and cold rooms! Clean! You can rent a car there. 5 minutes from Airport. 5 minute walk to beach.

El personal súper amable. Mi mamá no puede subir escaleras y tan pronto se dieron cuenta, sin pedirlo nos asignaron una habitación en el primer nivel para cuidarla. Eso vale oro. Todo muy limpio y el servicio excelente.

The location was excellent better than we had hoped for. We wanted to stay close to the airport, but not in one of the chain hotels. We were a short walk to the beach plenty of restaurants available to us even though we were only there for one night we visited two of them. The pool looks great that we didn’t get the opportunity to use it. i’m actually had a little kitchenette and a bed in that area as well but again we only used it to keep our water cold in the refrigerator.

Wifi signal was on and off. I couldn't log in to any of my apps on the TV. The shower doesn't have anywhere to hold your soap or shampoos Bed had some spots that were sinking down

The staffs are very genuine and treat you like family.They're helpful and understandable about there's offers.They will give give you ideas on where to go eat.

The staff were great and we were able to park for free in their limited parking spots. The location was close to the beach, restaurants, and a 24-hour grocery store. The AC worked maybe a little too well but once we got some extra blankets, it was great for sleeping! Rooms and sheets, towels were clean. They played music by the pool during the days so that was nice and it’s open until 8:30pm. The WiFi worked great for me even in the rooms contrary to the other reviews I saw.

The pool is a little small but so is the hotel so there wasn’t an issue with crowding or anything. There’s no elevator for the rooms on the 2nd floor so if you have trouble with stairs, keep that in mind.

The location and staff were wonderful. We were caught up in the TSA craziness at the airport and we’re unable to make it to our flight. We were able to get into our room and rest before we needed to head back to the airport in the early hours the next day. Clean rooms, close to the airport and a wonderful staff, thank you!

We weren’t there long enough to take advantage of anything. So I don’t really have any thing to be negative about. They do not have an elevator for my mom who is 80 years old. But she was able to make it up to the second floor without any problems.

Great staff. We arrived 4hrs late at 6am due to flight delay. The lady who checked us in was wonderful. Bed comfy, bathroom nice. Very ice pool and pool area.

Musty smell

The location was perfect for us as we were flying home the next day. It was also convenient for restaurants. We didn’t have breakfast but appreciated the coffee by the pool.

One of our rooms was very dark and felt like going into a cave!

The hotel is absolutely stunning. Very clean, close to great eateries & easy access to main roads. The staff was as best you can get. The ladies in the lobby were of great assistance to my two handicap elderly friends. They allowed them to park the rental car in the handicap area. I would recommend this great place to all. Excellent pool and every day I smelled bleached clean floors.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and nice facilities. Nice seating by the pool and on the terrace which was helpful for working. Room was bigger than I expected.

The pool is only open 8-8 and I arrived late and only stayed one night. I'd like to enjoy the pool next time.

The location was great, near the beach and restaurants, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Compared to high-end hotels in the area, the price was very reasonable. Our room included both a sitting room and a bedroom, with a big TV in each. Both rooms were sparsely furnished, but entirely clean and well air conditioned. While the beds were comfortable, the large sitting room had only a futon and a small dining table with plastic chairs, plus, a tiny refrigerator. There is an outdoor pool surrounded by nice lounge chairs. There is no elevator, but all rooms are on either the first or second floor. Help to get our bags to the second floor was quickly provided. Overall, a solid budget choice.

Si hay algo que decir es que es pequeña la habitación, pero equipada con todo lo necesario, la cama muy cómoda. tiene hasta toallas de playa, y la ubicación súper buena, y además tiene parking.

Everything was excellent..the staff was awesome 👌..the room was excellent especially the cleaning service was excellent in keeping the room clean.. definitely recommend

The location is wonderful- within easy walking distance to restaurants, stores, resorts, and the beach. It was a 5 min uber ride to the airport. The pool was small but totally fine for our needs. The outdoor patio/seating areas were also very pleasant and welcoming.

Checking in took FOREVER! And it wasn't just us; it was for everyone. I am not sure why, but there seemed to be so many steps and so much tying that we literally stood there for a solid 20 mins as they did whatever they needed to do to check us in. Felt like a very antiquated process. Contrary to the nice decor of the outside of the hotel and the common spaces, which were bright, spacious, and cheery, our room was really small, dark, and plain. No color, no art, no personality, and it felt more like a jail cell than a hotel room. If you don't plan to spend much time in your room, I suppose it is fine, but we were a little surprised and disappointed. Also, because it is by the airport, the planes are loud. The airconditioner mostly drowned out that noise when sleeping.

It is near the airport. We arrived from CT late and had an early flight in the AM.

I like that it was close to the airport and to the beach. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. My room was nice and clean. I like that they left the TV on for me. Nice touch.

Nothing everything was fine

The staff was very nice. We were originally told our room would not be available until after 3 pm, but our room was ready at 2 pm and we were allowed in. We were coming off a cruise, the staff let us store our luggage while we waited. There are several restaurants within walking distance. One of the restaurants has very good Gelato and sorbie. Our room was good size and clean. The beds were hard for us, but that seems normal. The pool looked clean and well maintained and there were covered tables, chair, and loungers available. There is a snack area available 24 hours a day. a bottle of water was a $1. Close to Isle Verde beach, about a 1/4 mile away. Easy walk.

The hotel is very near the airport, making the room a little loud during takeoffs.

The staff, the openness, the balcony, and the location, and the fact that it was a relatively small business.

There was really nothing that I disliked. A suggestion for improvement is to fix the refrigerator door.

Convenient location, close walk to the beaches. The pool was great. Staff onsite always cleaning. Staff have created an adorable section of left behind items for shared use (sunscreen, beach toys, umbrellas). Coffee brewed all day is actually a good coffee!

This did not bother me, but plane noise could bother some as this location is close to the airport.

Location - right near the airport so minimal travel time, walking distance to restaurants and beach. Rental car services on site. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful pool area with floats and a cooler where you could purchase beverages.

Could get noisy due to proximity to airport and street noise at night. Higher than expected fees taken out of deposit for rental car and never received an itemized invoice. We paid for a suite but were put in a standard room. When I questioned it, I was told that because I got the room thru booking and received a discount, there wasnt anything they could do.

Breakfast wasn’t included but there was a great place right up the street! Clean, nice pool area, felt safe walking the area as well

The location was great! We could walk to the beach and to restaurants. The hotel is very clean and has comfy beds. The staff is very helpful. After our flight was unexpectedly cancelled, we went back to Villa del Sol. It’s a great value!

It is a small property that reflects the traditions of the area. It is well maintained and comfortable. It is very close to the beach and the airport and has shops and restaurants in the area. Everything (other than the airport) was in walking distance. It has an attractive pool area.

It did not have breakfast included, but there are lots of places to eat within a short walk.

We liked how small and personal it was. Great location near a wedding we were going to and close to good restaurants.

We were put in a room in the front of the property where bright lights were shining into our room all night. The hotel was under remodels so there was nothing else available. Don’t stay in the front rooms
