Service et logement parfait, personnel trés attentif, déjeuner copieux, Bon choix de restaurants à proximité, Métro tout près.

Prima middenklassen hotel, 8 min. rijden van de Blvd Péripherique en 5 min. lopen van metrostation Mairie de Clichy. Dit hotel heeft ook een eigen ondergrondse parkeergarage (tegen betaling natuurlijk) Ontbijt is goed en het personeel is aardig.

Niets; het voldeed aan onze verwachting.

Το πρωινό που ήταν ικανοποιητικό καθώς και η ευγένεια και η προθυμία της υπεύθυνης του πρωινού .Επίσης η τοποθεσία ήταν ήσυχη και υπήρχε πολύ κοντά super market και μετρό .

Η αντιμετώπιση της κυρίας στη reception που είχε βάρδια στη άφιξη μας. Δεν ενδιαφερόταν γενικά να μας εξυπηρετήσει και ήταν διεκπεραιωτική .Θα αναφέρω ένα παράδειγμα:Ζήτησα ένα επιπλέον μαξιλάρι και μου απάντησε ότι υπάρχει μόνο ένα για τον καθένα και δεν υπάρχει άλλο .Σε επισήμανση μου ότι λόγω υγείας χρειάζομαι 2 μαξιλάρια μου ανέφερε ότι θα το φροντίσει το επόμενο πρωί, κάτι που ποτέ δεν έκανε. Επίσης ζήτησα στην κράτηση μου ήσυχα δωμάτια , μακριά από ασανσέρ αλλά και τα 2 δωμάτια ήταν δίπλα στο ασανσέρ .Τέλος και στις 3 ημέρες διαμονής μας δεν καθάρισαν τα δωμάτια και δεν άλλαξαν σεντόνια.

Personál byl neskutečně ochotný, při odchodu nám nabídli i bezplatné uložení kufrů do doby odletu, takže jsme se i po checkoutu mohli podívat po Paříži bez zavazadel. Snídaně jsme si připlatili a vůbec nelitujeme, byly moc dobré a nemuseli jsme tak nic shánět. Pokoj menší, ale nic nám vlastně nechybělo. Úklid probíhal jen při odchodu nebo možná na požádání, ale alespoň nás během pobytu nikdo nerušil. Pokud nehledáte luxusní ubytování, pak vřele doporučuji.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war schön, modern und geräumig. Bis auf eine Ausnahme war es sauber. Die Klimaanlage war hilfreich bei den hohen Temperaturen. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage direkt im Hotel war sehr praktisch. Die Metro war fast vor der Tür, was auch gut war.

Im Badezimmer müsste das Dichtungsgummi an der Badewanne erneuert werden (Sauberkeit). Der Ausblick war nicht gut und die Straße, in der das Hotel liegt, ist leider auch nicht einladend (dreckig, gegenüber Hochhaus mit kaputten Fensterscheiben).

Le logement a répondu à nos attentes, à savoir: deux lits avec un peu d'espace, un parking sécurisé, un accès rapide avec le M13 au centre de Paris et un bon petit-déjeuner.

Le canapé-lit grince et les coussins étaient un peu trop épais à notre goût. La chambre donnait sur une rue assez passante, et donc bruyante.

die Lage ist ist sehr gut! Die Metro ist direkt vor der Haustür und man ist innerhalb von 20 Minuten mitten in Paris. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sind sauber. Wir hatten für drei Tage auf der Durchreise nach Südfrankreich ein Dreibetttimmer gebucht und das Hotel vor allem wegen des Tiefgaragenplatzes ausgewählt (20 Euro pro Tag) weil wir unser Gepäck für die weitere Reise im Auto lassen wollten. Die meisten Hotels in Paris haben keine eigenen Parkplätze, so dass man im nächsten öffentlichen Parkhaus parken kann/muss. Der Preis für den Parkplatz in der Hotelgarage ist für Pariser Verhältnisse günstig und das Parkhaus ist bewacht. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut und lässt sich individuell einstellen und es gibt einen kleinen Balkon, allerdings ohne Sitzmöbel. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

die Gegend in der das Hotel liegt ist nicht sehr schön (natürlich ganz subjektiv). Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, wir hatten eine verschlossene Zwischentür zum Nachbarzimmer und konnten sehr viel hören. Die Einrichtung ist nicht mehr so neu, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Das Zimmer ist mehr funktional als gemütlich.

Service van aanwezig personeel was top. Wij kwamen te vroeg aan maar er werd moeite gedaan om ons een kamer te geven mede ook omdat we een klein kind mee hadden.

Het was netjes en prima schoon. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. Je zit net buiten Parijs maar met de metro ben je binnen 30 min overal in hartje Parijs.

Ik zou niet opnieuw dit verblijf kiezen en dat heeft een aantal redenen: - het is ONWIJS gehorig: je hoort de deuren en mensen, de airco maakt verschillende geluiden, soms ruik je ineens een wiet of etenslucht van andersmans kamer en je hoort het verkeer heel erg van buiten. Heb het idee dat het enkel glas is. - het matras en hoofdkussen waren persoonlijk absoluut niet comfortabel. Mijn eerste nacht heb ik daardoor geen oog dicht gedaan. Het matras zakte wat in en het kussen was erg klein en hard. Ik kreeg er rugpijn van.

Aamiainen oli riittävä, vihanneksia ja pekonia kaipasin. Myös astioita voisi olla hieman enemmän, niin ei tarvitsisi odotella puhtaita. Kaiken kaikkiaan ihan hyvä.

Jostain syystä kolme vuorokautta on liian lyhyt aika siihen , että siivooja kävisi vaihtamassa edes pyyhkeet?

部屋も綺麗でポットやIHなどもありスーパーなどで買って調理することもできました。大きな冷蔵庫と冷凍庫もあったのでたくさん食材も入る形で助かりました。 湯船もあるのでありがたかったです。

Tres bien passé mon sejour

Der Check in, vorallem mit dem Auto war sehr unkompliziert. Wir waren als Familie (4) da und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Zimmer war überraschend groß. Das Frühstück wahr sehr gut und ausreichend, das hätten wir in der Form und der Menge außerhalb nicht bekommen. Die Metro ist zu Fuß in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir würden wieder kommen und können es sehr empfehlen.

Pretty clean but can be good a bit more attention

Struttura veramente confortevole, con un terzo letto e non il solito "divano-letto". A 2 passi dalla metro 13 che é stata fondamentale per raggiungere varie parti di Parigi. Bene la pulizia, bene l'angolo cottura che ci ha dato la libertà di cucinarci la sera. Anche la zona Clichy molto tranquilla e abbastanza vicina a Montmartre.

-Dopo 4 giorni, durante il cambio biancheria, non sono stati messi gli asciugamani da viso ma solo da doccia, anche se l'ho fatto presente in reception, non sono mai arrivati. Pazienza! -Una sera si é messo a suonare l'allarme antifumo della mia stanza, senza motivo, un suono assordante. Ho dovuto scendere in reception e far capire al ragazzo di venire con urgenza in stanza. Pare fosse la batteria scarica, ma stavo svegliando tutto il piano :-)

La habitación olía mucho a tabaco y el desayuno era mejorable, poca variedad y repetitivo.

Top Lage, die U-Bahn ist direkt um die Ecke. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war gut. Besonders toll war, dass das Hoteleigene Parkhaus großzügig war und wir auch mit einem Auto mit Fahrradträger gut und sicher parken konnten. Wir können das Hotel für einen Paris Trip mit Kindern und Auto daher absolut empfehlen.

Nulla. Unico appunto sarebbe comodo avere una diversa modalità di ingresso e uscita indipendente dal parcheggio perché è scomodo dover entrare a chiedere il telecomando. In ogni caso non è stato un problema visto che la strada è poco trafficata

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la discrétion, le professionnalisme mais aussi les petites attentions du personnel. Ma fille a été chouchouté lors des petits déjeuner chaque matin ( la première chose qu'elle raconte de notre sejours à Paris c'est la gentillesse de l'homme qui s'occupait du petit déjeuner, il fera partit des ses souvenirs de Paris au milieu de la tour eiffel et la joconde ) je suis désolé de ne pas savoir son nom mais je le remercie de tous cœurs. Elle a meme eu droit à des chocolats lors de notre départ par une autre personne de l'accueil. Un petit plus dans le salon avec à disposition une boisson rafraîchissante faite maison.

Dans les critiques que je peux trouver mais très franchement pas du tous grave c'est l'ascenseur parfois long et les coussins pas très epais mais chacun à ses préférences donc pas facile de contenter tous le monde sur ce sujet.

Struttura ben tenuta (sembra nuova), personale alla reception molto gentile. Sotto il residence c'è un market bio, ma nella stessa via (dopo hotel Ibis) troverete anche un altro minimarket). Stazione metro linea 13 a due passi. Camera di proporzioni generose. L'aria condizionata ci ha salvato in giorni di grande caldo.

It was sparkling clean with a very good atmosphere and with a good temperature. The bed laid good. The shower was great. Personal was friendly. Service (car parking) great. AC functioned well.

It was a rather small room with a small window. The bed linings were all synthetic, that feels really warm.

Personál byl vždy usměvavý a vstřícný, snídaně výborné, dostupnost do centra skvělá. Při další návštěvě Paříže se rádi vrátíme.

Hotel przyjazny, udogodnienia dla niepełnosprawnych, duża winda i obszerne pokoje. Czysto i wszystko co jest potrzebne w pokojach na kilkudniowy pobyt. Lokalizacja i połączenia komunikacją z centrum bardzo dobre. Polecam 🙂

De ruimte en de faciliteiten. Er stond fruit op de kamer, een chocolaatje voor iedereen. Erg welkom gevoel! Personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

In 1 van de 2 kamers was er een rioollucht.

Une excellente impression dès l'arrivée : l'accueil (Mohamed) avait tout préparé et prévu des chambres qui communiquent sans qu'on le demande. Chambres propres et calmes, un petit message personnalisé à la chambre qui fait plaisir. Petit déjeuner bien organisé et varié. Un remerciement particulier à Milad et Fetta pour leur convivialité. Proche du métro. Parking privé disponible. Quartier calme mais disposant des commerces, restos etc.

The hotel room is clean. The ambiance is nice. I like that they provided utensils in the kitchen plus a refrigerator. The front desk employee, as well as the one who manages the restaurant, was very hospitable.

Rooms aren't sound proof that I can hear very well the other people in the other room and also I can hear noise from the cars passing by at night even though I have closed the windows. ( My room was at the 4th floor. )

Un lieu chaleureux où on se sent bien et où le personnel est très agréable. Nous avons été très bien reçu et chaque question posée a obtenue une réponse. L'emplacement est très calme et situé juste à côté d'un arrêt de métro. Le petit dejeuner était très fourni avec beaucoup de choix et à volonté, merci encore 😊

Amazing friendly staff, the place is a little bit rundown to be honest, but it immediately is seen that staff takes good care of the property and upkeeps it as good as they can. Location is rather good, neighborhood did not feel sketchy, metro station right near. The nearest Auchan was horrible, recommend going to the nearby Intermarche

La cierto es que mucho mejor de lo que esperaba. Llegamos muy tarde pues estuvimos de viaje y cuando llegamos había un amable recepcionista que nos trató muy bien y nos hizo descuento para el parking que habíamos solicitado previamente. El parking aunque pone que está aparte realmente está debajo del hotel y comunica con el ascensor del hotel. La habitación era muy muy amplia y para estar en Paris calidad precio me parece insuperable, con nevera y cocina y utensilios para comer algo rápido en el hotel, pues es un aparta-hotel. También tiene una tienda al lado del hotel para comprar fruta y otras cosas y máquinas en área del comedor para bebidas y café. Además tiene el metro casi delante que te permite ir a cualquier lugar de Paris en metro sin tener que coger el coche. Sin duda si vuelvo a Paris repetiré hotel. Creo que calidad precio es imbatible.

El aire acondicionado lo tienen bloqueado aunque se puede encender está a temperatura fija de 26º por lo cual apenas se notaba o al menos yo no. Y algunas cosas tienen evidencia de mucho uso, pero estaba limpio que es lo importante.

The receptionists were very friendly. The location is great, close to the metro station, supermarkets, and bakeries. The room is quite spacious, and we were able to open two large suitcases at the same time without any problem.

Unfortunately, the room was not as clean as we expected. We found some hair on the bed when we arrived. The bathroom also had a smell that seemed to come from the drain. Other than that, our stay was fine.

Es war sehr sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und zudem gab es kleine Aufmerksamkeiten, wie z.B. eine Kaffeemaschine mit Espressopads, kleine Schokoladen und einen persönlichen handgeschriebenen Willkommensgruß. Das Zimmer war, trotz der zentralen Lage, sehr ruhig. Und die Klimaanlage war sehr willlkommen. Zudem gibt es eine Tiefgarage im Haus und die Metrostation direkt nebenan. Um in das Zentrum von Paris zu kommen, braucht man mit der Metro ca 20 min. Alles in allem ein Top-Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Gab es nichts!

Kamer was mooi, prachtig uitzicht op een muurschildering. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De locatie zit zeer dichtbij een metrostation.

Een van de rolluiken misste het mechanisme om naar beneden te rollen. Er zaten nog wat haren op de douchekop. Een van de inductiepitten deed het niet.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο και πολύ καθαρο! Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ πλούσιο. Το μέτρο ήταν σε απόσταση αναπνοής από το κατάλυμα! Αν ξαναπάω στο Παρίσι σίγουρα θα ξανακλεισω εδώ.

Ότι η υπηρεσία καθαριότητας θα ερχόταν αφού αφού αφήναμε το δωμάτιο. Τα προϊόντα μπάνιου που παρειχαν ήταν πολύ φτωχα

A metró közel volt, tiszta volt a szoba és a recepciósok is nagyon kedvesek voltak.

A reggeli lehetett volna változatosabb és hiányzott a zöldség.

Camera spaziosa con angolo cottura ben attrezzato e completo di tutti gli accessori necessari. Pulizia soddisfacente. Il personale è gentile e molto disponibile, anche se non parla italiano. La struttura si trova a circa 150 metri dalla stazione della metropolitana Mairie de Clichy (linea 13), comodamente collegata con il resto della rete metropolitana di Parigi. La zona è tranquilla e ben servita, con boulangerie e supermercati nelle vicinanze.

- L'unico aspetto negativo è un fastidioso odore di fognatura che, a tratti, si avverte nella camera. - Doccia in vasca da bagno

Monolocale dotato di tutto l'essenziale. Staff gentile ed attento. Ottima colazione. Vicinissimo alla metro.

Mini appartamento accessoriato di tutto quello poteva servirci (minicucina con vettovaglie e frigorifero), in zona tranquilla, struttura nuova, confortevole, staff gentile e disponibiile. Di certo ci tornerò in una prossima visita a Parigi.

Chambre spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Personnel souriant et accueillant. Parking privé. Code à partir d’une certaine heure pour entrer dans l’établissement. Clichy est un quartier très agréable avec pas mal d’animation dans les rues alentours. Tout était parfait, nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute si l’occasion se présente.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und in der 1. Etage zur Straße war es trotzdem nicht zu laut. Wir haben dank Klimaanlage gut geschlafen. Super Lage, nur drei Gehminuten von der Metro entfernt. Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Das die Kaffeemaschine nur mit Pads und gegen Gebühr zu benutzen war. Aber Dank dem vorhandenen Wasserkocher gab es morgens trotzdem ein Heißgetränk.

L'appart hôtel est idéalement situé dans un quartier calme et proche des commerces. appartement assez spacieux pour 3 personnes. la propreté des locaux était correcte à part peut être un l'assise d'un fauteuil mais rien de bien grave. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et servi par une trés agréable et souriante serveuse. Merci à elle. très bon rapport qualité/prix

L'ascenseur un peu long pour le 6ème étage ! à certaines heures… mais l'escalier est bon pour la fermeté des cuisses :)
