Gemütliche Betten, nettes Personal und kostenfreies Wasser! Lage ist gut und ruhig, man braucht jedoch etwas in die Innenstadt, aber insgesamt ein super tolles Hotel!

Hôtel propre et central dans Clichy.

Les rideaux occultants laissent beaucoup passer le jour sur les côtés donc difficile de dormir le matin. Un peu bruyant côté rue jusqu'à environ minuit.

Stanza e bagno, di recente ristrutturazione, perfettamente puliti, accogliente in quanto sono presenti dettagli che denotano attenzione: eco-friendly con saponi green nei dosatori, frigorifero in camera e macchina per caffè/thé, grucce e calza scarpe, numerose prese elettriche. Letto comodissimo con materasso super comodo. Stanza sienziosissima! Staff gentile e disponibile, sono stati molto accoglienti sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. Sempre disponibili nella sala comune bevande fresche. Zona tranquilla con parecchi ristoranti etnici.

We went to Paris for visa application and this hotel is closed to the Visa Center. Besides, cozy and clean room for staying the nights, friendly and helpful staff , 24 hours reception, a convenient parking slot although with cost.

L’habitació amplia i amb totes les comoditats per a quatre persones. Llits còmodes , personal amable i zona tranquila. Possibilitat de reservar plaça de parking. La parada del metro i bus a prop del hotel.

Camera funzionale e in una zona abbastanza vicina alla metropolitana. È possibile prenotare a pagamento un comodo parcheggio riservato a pochi passi dall'hotel. Staff molto gentile.

Il quartire tranquillo non il massimo sotto il ponte vicino alla metro molte tende x sensatetto.

La habitación era amplia y perfecta para dos adultos y dos niños. Las instalaciones perfectas. Nosotros buscábamos una ubicación tranquila y un poco alejada del centro y se encuentra a una media hora de las principales atracciones de Paris. Barrio tranquilo con comercios y locales. Nos resultó muy cómodo. Adquirimos una de las plazas de parking con antelación y por el precio es una buena opción si viajas en coche.

Realmente nos gustó todo y nos pareció una muy buena opción para visitar Paris.

La climatisation a permis de traverser la canicule sans trop souffrir de la chaleur dans la chambre.

La qualité du petit-déjeuner n'était pas au rendez-vous. Les finitions dans la chambre et surtout dans la salle de bains sont à refaire (caches manquants par exemple). Rien qui n'empêche l'ensemble d'être fonctionnel, mais ce n'est pas en accord avec le standing visé. Il y a eu beaucoup de nouveaux employés qui sont arrivés lors de mon séjour, les manageurs n'ont pas jugé pertinent d'aller dans une autre pièce que celle du petit-déjeuner pour les accueillir. Les instructions étaient donc données devant tous les clients. S'ils avaient le malheur de ne pas comprendre tout de suite (y compris avec la barrière de la langue pour certains), les manageurs les traitaient alors irrespectueusement. Si jamais je devais chercher un emploi, je n'irai sûrement pas chez eux !

Great location not far from the train station and restaurants.

Every time someone walked in the room above, it sounded throughout our room. Very loud. Sofa bed is very hard and uncomfortable with a dip in the middle. Ok if you are a heavy sleeper or have kids who don’t mind what the bed feels like. Booked through booking.com with balcony, only to get there to find out there is no balcony.

Hygiene at high Level. Water bottle refilling for free, as well as coffee machine available for free. We really enjoyed it there.

Det lå fint i forhold til metro. Personalet var meget bestemte og sure. Der står at der er parkering på hotellet, men det var der ikke for os, vi skulle parkere ved et andet hotel. Der var myrer på værelset, vi kunne ikke skifte værelse før dagen efter om aftenen, så vi skulle sove med myrer kravlende på os.

L’hôtel est agréable et la chambre était propre et confortable. Nous avons également apprécié de pouvoir disposer d’un parking, ce qui était pratique pour notre séjour.

L’accueil à notre arrivée aurait pu être plus chaleureux. Nous avons rencontré quelques difficultés avec l’ouverture et la fermeture du portail du parking et, lorsque nous avons demandé des renseignements, nous avons trouvé le ton employé assez hautain et peu agréable. Nous avons également attendu plusieurs minutes à l’accueil avant que quelqu’un ne vienne s’occuper de nous. C’est dommage, car cela a quelque peu terni notre première impression de l’établissement.

C'est vraiment un bon hôtel.

Un hotel curat si modern intr-o clădire fermecătoare,pe o strada animata si aproape atât de gara cat si de statia de metrou.Camera este dotata cu tot ceea ce trebuie : un frigider mic,dar care răcește extraordinar de bine,cu aparat pentru cafea, aer condiționat, televizor cu crome.. In camera găsești o sticla de apa de sticla pe care o poți umple cu apa de la aparatul din hol ori de câte ori ai nevoie. Parcarea este vis a vis cumva de hotel si este o curte cu poarta si cod,deci mașina este scutita de orice fel de probleme.

Hôtel récemment rénové, la chambre était joliment décorée, chaleureuse et très propre. Le matelas très confortable et le petit déjeuner complet. L’établissement est très bien desservi par le métro et rapidement arrivé dans le centre de Paris.

Tout et l’emplacement idéal pour se rendre dans Paris et au Stade France.

Air condition problems, strong smell of sewage in the room

Very good location, bit off the crazy centre, 5 min walk to Clichy metro station. Uncovered, but closed parking available in a yard across the street. Staff kind to explain and easy check-in. Early check-in for the car was possible, no extra costs. Was there on the hottest day ever recorded in France (!) must tell that aircon was amazing. Bed very comfy, shower generously large.

No fridge in the room, Pillows could be better. Breakfast time ends 30 min earlier on weekdays.

Die Zimmer waren sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist neu. Und die Sauberkeit im ganzen Hotel war herausragend. Die Mitarbeitenden waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We are a family of three and had a spacious and clean room. They had our room cleaned everyday. They have a wonderful staff and are open 24/7. There are restaurants around and even pharmacies and a train station is a few mins walk.

The room was nice enough. Nothing special but fine. Very clean.

Honestly the worst traffic noise I’ve ever experienced in a hotel - even though we were on the top floor. It was SO loud, all night. Check in and check out staff were unfriendly. Narrow, uncomfortable single beds. Very overpriced for a small, fairly basic room (but that’s true of almost every hotel in the Paris area).

Shower pressure was good, room was a decent size.

Shower stall needs work, peeling paint, missing grout. While waiting to check-in we had a coffee that was self-serve, but we had to pay for it. Staff was indifferent.

Personnel très sympathique, bel hôtel proche des transports en commun. Petite déjeuner varié et agréable. Le parking est un plus.

Very good stay overall. The amenities were excellent, including complimentary croissants, refillable water, and board games available downstairs. The rooms were spacious, stylish, and spotless, with a particularly large and well-maintained bathroom. Housekeeping cleaned the room perfectly each day, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is also in a great location, with plenty of excellent dining options nearby and easy access to central Paris

The only downside was the parking situation, as stopping outside the parking area meant briefly pulling onto a cycle/pedestrian lane, which felt a little awkward and potentially risky. However, to be fair to the hotel, this is largely outside of their control. I also had a small issue with the coffee machine in the room, as it kept taking the pods without dispensing coffee. That said, I’m sure the staff would have happily replaced the pods or machine had I asked — I just didn’t feel the need to bother anyone over it. One area the hotel could improve is the shower head, which was a little awkward to use as it kept slipping from its holder and the water pressure could have been stronger. Overall though, this is really just minor nitpicking rather than a major complaint

Its our second time. We like the simplicity and cleanliness.

Great neighbourhood, very clean, confortable beds, elengant bathroom. The room itself is quite big for Paris. Just loved the huge bed, three people can fit easily in it.

It was ok for one night because of the location and where I needed to be. The receptionists were very friendly and downstairs looked so much better than the room itself.

The room needs an update. The floor looked very worn. Shower moldy and stained, the toilet seat was very scratched (weirdly), I also found some hairs on bathroom walls from previous guests. Maybe some spoons would have helped making coffee or tea. I did go downstairs and found a spoon to use. Seat at the desk was stained/ dirty. The scratchy blankets didn’t feel so comfortable. So a few updates would help a lot.

Kahvaltısı cok güzeldi, odaların ve banyonun temizliği başarılı. Sadece ulaşım açısından metro yakın olsa da uber ile merkeze geçmek daha konforlu geliyor. Tekrar gelsem tekrar kalırdım

Der Personal des Hotels war unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Zum Frühstück gab es Baguette, Brot, süße Teilchen, Müsli, Joghurt und auch frische Kost. Auf Wunsch auch Pflanzenmilch. Es gab einen Wasserautomaten, an dem man sich kostenlos frisches Wasser abfüllen konnte. Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall noch einmal diese Unterkunft buchen. Vielen Dank.

Für einen Städtetrip, wo man sowieso nur zum schlafen kommt, war es für uns perfekt.
