Atypik Hotel & Spa Clichy - Urban Style

Friendly staff, good breakfast. Good location with transport connections and places to eat out in.

Small room for the price.

On a vraiment apprécié notre passage, merci à toute l’équipe 😍

The spa is amazing!

Excellent, réceptionniste au top

Rien

Excellent friendly staff, I had a good discussion with Andy at the reception. Andy was very helpful for the whole check-in process, information about the hotel he guided me for the parking, and also accommodated for my check-out time! Kudos to Andy! Also on Friday August 28 morning, the receptionist was really helpful, I almost forgot I purchased breakfast, he reminded me, so I had enough time to get it for the whole family! My family really enjoyed the bath in the suite, also AC made the stay even more comfortable! Also Parc Roger Salengro is nice little park to visit with kids.

The parking entrance can be easily missed, specially night time for the first time. Maybe you can extra visuals in front of it. Also on the sheet, you can also add how to return to the parking, we need to walk through the same parking door.

The accommodation is close to a metro station, so all the attractions are within easy reach.

The accommodation was in the attic on the fifth level, but the elevator only goes up to the fourth level.

The room and the bathroom were clean. The room also had a fan, which was necessary for the summer heat in Paris. We were offered a free spa, which included a sauna and a jacuzzi. The car parking was convenient, with secure parking nearby. The metro was just around the corner, less than a minute's walk. The breakfast was very good.

Nothing

RAS

Close to metro, quiet and clean hotel, friendly staff, very comfortable beds.

Rooms very small. Daughters room no Privacy in shower, no door.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with a metro station nearby, making it easy to explore the city. Parking was convenient, which was a great advantage. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was very clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, making the room comfortable even on warm days. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel with excellent service. We would happily stay here again.

In our loom shower was litbit small and the water runs out

prima lokatie - parking oploopafstand - gemoedelijke sfeer

Nothing, only close to the train station.

Extremely disappointing stay. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The room was much smaller than expected and, incredibly, had no mirror in either the bedroom or bathroom. After raising this with reception, I was initially told I would be moved to a suite the following day, only for another member of staff to deny this and offer a different room instead. Throughout my stay, staff were inconsistent, dismissive and unprofessional. My friend paid the required city tax on arrival, but when she returned later in the week, staff claimed there was no record of it and demanded payment again. My room key was also deactivated without explanation, leaving me locked out of my room. When I asked for assistance, I was kept waiting for around 30 minutes while staff ignored me instead of resolving the issue. The situation escalated further when staff became confrontational over visitors helping with luggage, threatened to call the police, and left us waiting outside the hotel early in the morning without any reasonable explanation or assistance. I repeatedly asked to speak with a manager and requested to cancel my stay because I no longer felt comfortable remaining at the hotel, but staff refused to assist and simply told me to contact Booking.com. The standard of customer service was unacceptable. The lack of professionalism, poor communication and hostile attitude from multiple members of staff completely overshadowed my trip. I have submitted a formal complaint to Booking.com together with supporting evidence and have requested a full refund. I would not recommend staying here.

Posizione eccellente, 2 minuti a piedi fermata M13,vicino a caffè, panetterie, ristoranti e bel mercato coperto e non.. Clichy piacevole e sicuro..

it had good air conditioning

we didn’t have any hot water. But when we told the staff it was fixed. But i didn’t like how there no door separating the room.

Hotel is quite well located in Clichy. The staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast is nice. There is a terrasse to smoke inside the hotel which was very convenient to me.

Room doors are not so easy to open. The room is very little. Too bad that the spa is only 45min. The door of the sauna does not close good.
